Everytime I have called up the customer care for termination request when my account was active, I was been told that my account would be discontinued in 10 working days and I would need to pay only the pro-rated charges that would come up.
Below are the reference no. that I have when I had talked to your customer service -

It is not my problem or mistake that the service was not processed by your department and was left incomplete before I could come to know. If you see my past record, I had paid my bills before time always, until I had requested for a service termination, and your customer care goofed up. I kept on getting bills even though i had requested for termination and was been asked to pay. Still I paid one bill in the month of Oct to Nov, and again asked to terminate the bill, but all of a sudden I was told that my account is now suspended and I would have to visit the nearest reliacne center. Why at the first place I was been charged when I had asked for termination, and on second note why was is suspended without even notifying me by email or call. When you require customers, you keep on calling them day and night, but in such scenarios, why I was not even informed.
Firstly, it was your departments mistake of not processing my termination request, secondly I am not going to pay any amount of this bill, because my service was not terminated when asked, I was billed without letting me know, the service was suspended without letting me know.
I am out of country now and there is no body who is going to come down to the nearest reliance center. If you can terminate my service over this email, well and good, and but for sure I am not going to pay any money towards any bills charged.
And please do not use such words in your email that you can't provide, the service you provide really proivded lot of pain to me in past one year, and the lady who had called me for converting my account from postpaid to prepaid had put in a closing remark in one of the request that "customer does not wish to terminate and would like to continue", these are false statements which are put into termination request comments and you expect to provide good service to your customers?
I am expecting some promising responses here, if you can.
I have explained my case very much in detail that it was completely a customer care from reliance netconnect fault, who did not took a proper request from me on call. She did not discontinue the service which eventually lead to this stage where I have to now pay for amount which I have not even used and have been charged unnecessarily.
This is really unfortunate that I have made to go through all this terrifying and life bothering problem of having such a pathetic customer service and not at all satisfying service from you and your department. I very well know that the mistake is completely from your department, and I have nothing to do in this. If you take out the history and find out, I have paid my bills on time, and never created any problems, but for past 4-5 months I have been troubled so much by your customer and billing department, that has just cost me more money, waste of time and more calls made to customer service. This you can consider my sincere feedback for your customer and billing department that is coming from a customer, and you know what, you just lost of more customer.
Even though I pay this amount, I want an assurance that I don't want any further bills in future, also I WANT my service to be discontinued henceforth, and I don't want this service to continue at all, and NOBODY is going to come down to the store to do any kind of formalities, because I am currently outside India, and nobody can go to the store.
This a genuine appeal, if somebody can understand out there, I want this service discontinued forever, and if this time its not been understood, I would seriously not think even a minute to forward this email to your Chairman and CEO for his read and I would make sure all possible ways to raise my concerns and problems I have been facing with the worst service and response I have received from your department.
