RO water Purifier Model Integra/Hi-Life — Registered a complaint with them more than a month ago and yet no response
Dear Sir/Madam ,
We had purchased an RO purifier model Hi-Life in the month of August this year from Eureka Forbes . I had submitted a complaint regarding some problem with our product and also regarding a free service due to me . The complaint was registered on Nov 6, 2009 . However its been over a month and despite 6-7 reminders , my complaint has still not been attended. I had even mentioned the fact that if my complaint is not taken care of , I would be forced to complain in the consumer forum . Inspite of that no action has yet been taken .
I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest .
