I sent an important application to Mount Sinai School of Medicine on 20th dec, 2011 from Jammu, J&K, India through speed post.
My tracking no.is EE[protected]IN . The status shows inboud with customs since 28th Dec, 2011 , 1:54 a.m.
It is causing lot of problem as i have applied for clerkship and delay in my application would minimise my chances to get that.
It was supposed to reach in a weeks time..and I am already late. I am afraid to lose it. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

WHEREAS THE CONCERNED COMPANY INFORM ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS NOT RETURNED TO THEIR OFFICE.

SO PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF THE PARCEL, AS I CAN CHASE THE SAME TO THE CONCERNED COMPANY.

UTI Pan card department booked a shipment No- EQ[protected]IN (pan card) to my Mrs Leena 's address after some days I check the status of consignment status at speed post website that was delivered but actually shipment was undelivered than I mail mark to [protected]@yahoo.com but i never got any response after many reminder.
I contect local Gokalpuri post master he told me that i am trying to delivered it but due to some reason i could not deliver it that why he update the status of delivered but actually he delivered the consignment last week after my pressure.

This is the big negligence by post master of Gokalpur post office.


If this is the case in India then what is the meaning of Speed Post or Postal department.

Please look into this issue and solve my problem asap.

MY ALL SPEED POST ARTICLES RETURNED TO THE SENDER WITH POSTAL REMARKS "ADDRESS NOT KNOWN" , "ADDRESS NOT FOUND" THOUGH I FILED AND APPLICATION TO THE POST MASTER, SARAT BOSE ROAD POST OFFICE ON '22 / 09 / 2011' WITH ALL MY RELEVANT DOCUMENTS BY REGISTERED POST WITH A/D AND WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY SUB POST MASTER (HSG - 1) ON '24 / 09 / 2011' FOR NON RECEIVING OF SPEED POST NO. EW[protected] IN BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY THE SARAT BOSE ROAD POST OFFICE. I WAS FURTHER VICTIMISE BY THE SAME VIDE SPEED POST REFERANCE NO. EW[protected] IN DESPATCH DATED 25 / 11 / 2011 RETURNED ON 02 / 12 / 2011.

I GIVE THE TEST ABOUT PERMANENT DRIVING LICENCE AT PALANPUR ON[protected] BUT, STILL I CAN NOT GET THE SMARTCARD. IMADE THE COMPLAIN AT RTO OFFICE BUT, THEY ASK THAT SMART CARD WAS DISPATCHED, BUT THE TIME MADE IS VARI LARGE (1 MONTH AND ABOVE, TODAY)
PLEASE GIVE ME REPLY WHAT CAN I DO ?

My speed post no. is EN[protected]IN booked on 9th Dec 2011, it is too urgent,
but till not received sending from Hyderabad to Saudi Arabia Riyadh P.O. box 250767 Riyadh 11391
Right now I am in Hyderabad and daily got fed up calling and queering for the same daily.
Status showing Delivery attempted, 2 mobile no's are provided on the Envelope, but nobody called the End user.

I need to know where is my driving license and why cant i personally collect it from RTO office after showing the relevant proofs,once it has already been returned?(i am a permanent citizen of india having pan card,passport and voter ID as permanent address proof)

on date 15 oct 2011 i gave my driving license test in pune RTO to upgrade from non geared bike license to a geared one and got the receipt , inward number 326526 and DL no. MH[protected] and was assured to get the license via post within 20 days which for some reason didnt happen. when approached RTO people, said that license has been returned and we will have to show all the address proofs again and again it will be posted at the home address.
NOW my complaint is , if we are there in front with all the proofs then why i have to go through the whole tiresome waiting process of post again, which may again lead to the same result that the postman turn up in our absence. In todays time, when all the family members are working, how can one rely on the post for such an important document? when once the post has gone back, its quite possible that it will go back again.And moreover , why this big issue of address thing? the purpose of driving license is the identity proof and my driving skills. when these both are meeting then why even after 2 months i am still not getting my license? In todays time, when most of the people are away from home and staying at the rented place and that too changing frequently, then why to devoid someone from his/her license just because the person is not available at home?

we are facing this problem almost everyday since last 5-6 years ... auto rikshaw (or three-wheelers of small size) drivers take more passengers ('SAWARI' - in Hindi Language) than its normal capacity ... normally 4 passengers can sit inside this type of auto (3 at back seat + 1 with driver ) ... but to earn more money , drivers take 7-8 passengers which is also causing ACCIDENT everyday ... it seems these drivers dont care about passenger's life ... This is my humble request from the person who is reading this complaint , please take an immediate action against it ...

Three documents containing marriage post cards were posted in Gurgaon HPO for Speed Post on 01/11/2011 for Silchar, Assam vide No. (1) EH[protected]IN (2) EH[protected]IN and (3) EH[protected]IN. But has not been reached to the destination after 15 days also. In the website of India Post it shows that it has been sent from Palam Airport to Bhubaneswar instead of Assam.

The Road Transport Office is unable to provide the documentary evidence needed to register an imported car. They ask for a set of documents, a week later ask for some other documents, a week later yet some other documents. This has gone on for nearly two months. It is evidently a case of trying to get a bribe which I am resisting. I have written to the Minister of Transport in Delhi - no response. The level of corruption in government departments in Delhi is over the top - I have never seen this level of corruption and incompetence anywhere in the world.

I have been struggling since 2 months back and forth making repetitive calls to Indian Driving School,J B Nagar Marol and to RTO Andheri West to get my original and valid 4 wheeler driving licence back. The driving school have no interest in coordinating with the RTO in assisting to get the licence once the fees are paid to them. The RTO at Andheri West dont take calls, dont listen to grievances and finally dont revert on the status of...

I am a residence of Jogeshwari East (Ramwadi), and this is every single time phenomena where the vehicles do not follow the traffic signals and resulting into everyday quarrel and inconvenience to every person that awaits to cross the road. There has been times that many of them infact missed meeting accidents.

This inheritence of traffic rules have lead to be the controller of the signals with acceptance of risk to allow oneself cross the road, which is really patience challenging, especially the bikers, rickshaw drivers and private vehicles are to be blamed for this kind of action.

Would request the RTO to kindly arrange to have a traffic police control this to avoid major accidents and smooth following of traffic rules.

I made my license self. in Indore RTO vijay Nager..I submit my forms & envelop on 06.09.2011 envelop cost is 25 rupees & he told me you get your license with in 10 days.after that i didn't received my license I inquiry about license head post office & RTO Post master he telling me I not receive your license, I not receive return license.register complaint for my license (with attachment)...he not responding to kindly do this needful..

so it is almost more than one year.

i also go to RTO office so many times but still they have not alloted me new number.

so who will be responsible for this.

even i am not able to get a insurance of my bike.

so who will be responsible for this.

to which person i need to contact.

I have applied for the change of address for the two wheeler DL. Its only for the change in door number made by BBMP themselves i had to apply for it.
now after applying more than 2 months earlier there is no sign of receiving for the same. I wanted that soon for my Passport and other verifications,
but couldn't find a rite place to find. Rajajinagar R.T.O is no where helpful except rude and corrupted staffs.

My Two wheeler NOC has not been yet issued though I submitted all documents in the month of May, 2011 only. I've been waiting for this for the past five months. Whenever I called, they are telling me to call back after a week every time. In the acknowledgement that they have given contains "...NOC will be delivered on 26.6.11". They are supposed to send it by post only as I've given the envelope cover and stamps affixed to it.
