worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

dear sir ouring to negligence of the executives in your company"s customer care centre, zara televentures (exclusice samsung service centre, rampur) my phone is still not repaired and i am put to a great inconvinience.i gave a samsung phone model no :s379 for repairance on 25th janurary and was asked to collect it after 15 days ie 8th of feburary.everytime i went to fetch it they asked me to come after 2 days.the same process continued and istead of 15days it has caused a one month delay. kindly look into this matter at earliest and the favour of early reply is requested. regards rashmi[protected]
sir i have purchase a mobile S3600 dt. 11.10.2009. but a little complain in mobile is that they can not save data in mobile, so i go to ur K.K. Services, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad dt. 25.12.2009 and Work Order no. 1513. but ur service is so poor, not poor very badly poor. till date i have not receive my mobile from K.K. Service and also they do not gave any satisfaction answer, u tell me shall i go to consumer court or not.

i purchased a samsung mobile SGH f480i on 2.02.2010 in chennai at a wavetel outlet i find my mobile switches off and the charges get drained very frequently when i reported my sales support says i cannot do anything about it you go to service centre. kindly refund me rs13, 900/- which i have paid by cash. i live by choice not by chance i value my cash sympathise with i in no mood to loose my money. i personally feel the korens doe not value the customers. the customer support is very active, i do not want a execuse. i reminded about recall of tyota in U.S

I visited the Samsung Service Station of Dombivli-E, Where engineer told me, that they have to change MOTHER BOARD & for that, they will have to send handset to Bangalore. But, after 5 days when I went there to submit my handset, they told me that, Company don't have mother board to change. They noted my name & contact no. so that whenever mother board will be available they will contact me.
Now the situation is that much worst that, I couldn't even charge batteries of my handset. Requesting you to please take my issue at higher priority & if possible replace new handset for me as mine handset is in Warranty Period..

i have SG i450mobile.I purchased this set on 1 july 2009 in delhi. After 4 month my mobile is having switching off problem and i cant able to move data directly to the memory card through usb.I just go to near service center of samsung they told that in your mobile have virus in memory card and repair the mobile.aftr one month the im facing the next prblm that sms not sent again im going to service centre they repaired and aftr 12hrs same prblm im faced...Iam totally fadup with this mobile.I Just wasted my Rs.12000 now i feel that. sir, i have samsung GTS5603 mobile.but i m not happy with your servicing centre(guwahati).today 15 days the are not able to prepare my mobile.
I purchased a samsung Jet mobile in Nov09 and within one month, it went dead. I gave it for repair at the service center at bangalore on dec 24th and guess what ?., its march now and still theres' no news about a replacement. The service center guys are pathetic. They wouldn't answer the phone at all and each time u will have to go there to find out the status.

Samsung Mobile — Bad services from Samsung

This is to bring to your notice that I have a Samsung J600 with me which had the concern of display so when I went to one of your service desk he took my mobile kept with him for a month exactly and did not solve the concern, when yelled and fought with him, he then sent me to Basheerbagh customer service desk. But truly speaking he returned my mobile in such a condition that tears came out from my eyes for a minute. He spoiled the outer panel completely. When I went to Basheerbagh they took the mobile and changed the connector(slide strip) and gave me back, when asked about the panel they refused to get it changed saying that they it is against their rules. Is this the way you treat and provide your services. Again the display started stopping in middle, but this time the warranty was just completed. They told me that the display as well as the strip needs to be changed for which they have charged me 1400/- and for changing the panel they took 800, but for the astonishment the mobile was still not working. They said that we need to change the On/off button in order to make it work properly. I have already spent 2200 on this mobile unnecessarily and did not get satisfactory services.


Even after spending this much of money I did not get satisfactory services and my mobile is still in the same condition. Let me tell you one more thing, that they have instead of making the mobile good have spoiled it breaking the Switch On/Off button. When asked told me that you need to pay 500/- Rs to get this thing resolved and the services charges would also be applicable with this. So it would be some thing around 700-800rs.


I learned one thing after buying Samsung mobile that this is zero customer satisfaction giving company and more money eating company from the innocent customers.

Most 3rd class phone ever bought Samsung, Star, I bought it just few months back in 2009, Star Model automatically one fine day the touch screen stopped malfunctioning and simply disgusting, and poor responce from Samsung service Centre also. I must not but Samsung phones again iin my life
