Hi Sir,

I Purchased Samsung metro 3310 mobile in Aug 2009. From yesterday when i diled the any number it was given error message 'Service Not Allowed'.

Samsung GT Metro-3310 — it is getting switched off in between conversation frequently.

It is getting switched off in between conversation frequently and switch-on iommidiately.
Its like Restarts.
I am facing this issue since lat week.

Samsung Mobile — Not getting any proper response

Hi,

I would like to highlight something important about the service provided by a Samsung Mobile Service Centre. The address and contact number of that service centre is given below:

On 29th November 2009, I went to the above service centre to repair my cell phone which I bought 5 months back. The problem in the mobile was with the speaker of the phone. The engineer at the service centre said that it will take 15 mins to fix the problem. After 15 mins he informed me that the software on the mobile has to be re-installed. He asked me to wait for few more minutes. I waited for around 3 hrs but the job was yet done. He told me I can get the cell phone on Tuesday (1st December 2009) because on Monday, this service centre remains close.

I called up on Tuesday to enquire about the status of my mobile. Then he informed me that Samsung Server is down. I will get the cell phone on Wednesday (2nd December 2009). Also, he had told me that I do not have to call them again. They will call me after the job is done. Again, I waited on Wednesday and Thursday for there call but i did not receive any call from that service centre.

Now Today i.e. Friday (4th December 2009) I called them again and they said that Samsung Server is running slowly. So, it will take time.

The Work Order Number given by the service centre for my cell phone is 924. The work order was made in the name of my wife (Ritu Gupta). Model of the cell phone is Samsung Mpower 309

This was the first time I visited the Samsung Mobile Service Centre for any issue and I got this kind of service.

Please help me.

Samsung Mobile — MOBILE HANDSET CREATING PROBLEMS

MY NAME IS VIBHUM MEHROTRA AND I HAD PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET FROM GANPATI MOBILES AT SHRIRAM TOWER LUCKNOW ON 29/8/2009 AND WITHIN FEW DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS AND I HAD TO GET THE SOFTWARE OF MY MOBILE CHANGED AS THE MOBILE WAS GETTING HANGED AND IT WAS ALSO NOT GIVING PROPER BATTERY BACKUP SO I GAVE IT TO THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE SITUATED AT SHRIRAM TOWER THEY CHANGED THE SOFTWARE AND GAVE MY SET BACK AFTER 3 DAYS AND AFTER THAT OTHER PROBLEMS STARTED IN MOBILE WHEN I AM LISTENING TO SONGS MOBILE GETS RESTARTED AND MANY SONGS DOES NOT PLAY IN MY MOBILE WHICH WERE EARLIER PLAYING MY FRIEND IS ALSO HAVING THE SAME SET AND IF I TAKE A SONG FROM HIS SET THROUGH BLUETOOTH IT DOES NOT PLAY IN MY MOBILE WHICH IS PLAYING IN MY FRIENDS SET.
AND MANY OTHER PROBLEMS ARE ALSO THERE INCLUDING BATTERY BACKUP.I MADE COMPLAINT IN SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH EMAIL ON 3RD NOVEMBER AND ITS BEEN ONE MONTH I HAVNT GOT ANY REPLY FROM SAMSUNGSO I GAVE THE SET ONCE AGAIN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE TO GET IT REPAIRED BUT THEY GAVE THE SET AFTER 3 DAYS SAYING THAT YOUR SET CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND THEY TOLD ME SOMETHING WHY CANT MY SET BE REPAIRED THE MAIN POINT WHICH THEY SAID WAS THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR SET SOMEWHERE ELSE I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVENT GIVEN MY SET ANYWHERE ELSE. SO I BROUGHT MY SET BACK .AND AFTER I ALSO CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH MOBILE THROUGH THEIR REFERENCE NUMBERS AND I TOLD MY COMPLAINT AND SAID THAT I WANT MY SET CHANGED SO THEY GAVE THE NUMBER OF THEIR HEAD TO TALK ON MY COMPLAINTS SO I CALLED HIM BUT HE IS NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE.NO BODY IS LISTENING TO MY PROBLEMS.SIR I WANT YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO MY MATTER AND I WANT MY MOBILE HANDSET TO BE CHANGED AS IT IS CREATING PROBLEMS.

Samsung Mobile — service is poor

i have purchased samsung s3500 on oct 2009 and got problrm in it and gave my mobile for service center but upto now they are not giving any information .If it is like this means how can purchase anything on that company.

sir, i purchased ur SGH;D880 slidingmodel AUGEST2008 my warenty period is finished last 3months.my phone problem was whitedisplay appeared that was strip problem. Same complient is appeared in warrenty period it was cleared correctley.But this time immediatley i went to surrended mycell nearest authorised service center SMART TECHNOLOGIES, FAIRLANDS, SALEM.PH;[protected], 2440818, my job card no is 3286 .They did not respond me and they create new problems and spoild my mobil, so please take conceder my problem immediatley. Since the very first day the battery has not been performing to its optimum capacity that is “IT EXHAUSTS WHILE MAKING A SINGLE CALL” resulting in call disconnection in between.

On approaching the Vendor he clarifies / suggests that battery needs to be given a proper “INITIAL CHARGE” for optimum performance.

After adhering to all suggestion/ instructions & repeated complaints to Vendor the problem still persists.





consequences

The post paid connection of TATA Indicom that was taken to be used with the said handset has been rendered practically useless & further burdening me of the monthly rental of Rs 550 since Sep 09.

Calls are getting disconnected during conversation with clients causing me irreparable losses & embarrassment.

I had to visit the vendor number of times out of my schedule in hope of a remedy/ solution further pressurising me mentaly & my resources.





Relief


New handset with due performance as per specifications in replacement.

or

Refund of cost paid for the set.

Refund of monthly rental from sep 09 till date.

Compensation for the harassment caused since Sep 09.

Compensation for the losses on clientele and embarrassment.

i purchased one SAMSUNG SGH J210 set since 2 yrs back. M/a Power Electronics, uthobak. Now I went to authorised service centre at Tirunelveli M/s Power Electronics, authorised Samsung service centre, Tirunelveli - 11.
I wanted to change the keypad, display cover and the whole body also. They told me that only three parts are available while searched on net. So the back side panel is not available . I request you kindly to make this part available to the service centre so that as a customer, I will be delighted if the whole paunel is replaced for a new look to my Samsung handset.

Samsung — unsatisfactory service of a newly bought samsung star mobile

i had purchased a new samsung star phone on aug 16,2009 from ganpati mobile, lucknow but just after a month its touch pad had stopped working. I went to authorised servicing center at sriram tower in lucknow as recommended by samsung authority, for its repairing but i'm very sorry to say this i got a very poor service from them.
firstly they mishandled my handset,secondly they exchanged my battery due to which its getting discharged after every 10-15mins after being charged for long hours but still facing the same problem, thirdly they misplaced my styler and after complaining at the time of delivery about the styler they unaccepted it which was really disgraceful and last but not the least its functions are not at all working properly eg.; bluetooth service is not getting activated at all,etc.
i would like you to please take some action as soon as possible on my issue so that my problem is being solved
Complain hereby lodge Samsung Model Guru 1125, IMEI No. 353963/03/036584/4, S.N. RW[protected] which was purchased from Agarwal Trader.com, Shahzadi Mandi, Agra (U.P.). Within two months, Mobile set become defective i.e. sound low, automatic switch off any time. Mostly Sound problem!

Two months back, set was send to your mobile service centre at Lawyers Colony, Agra. Again problem has been arise as sound problem like as past and i am facing lot of problem to hear the voice of any caller.

I am not satisfied the above set, and I want to replace this set. If proper action is not taken about this set, I will take legal action about Samsung Quality which responsibilty goes to Samsung.

dear sir i bought moble from your company model no. SCH F679 which is not working, its automatic power on and off. your service centre in Lucknow. refuse to service and says software will not support due to board problem and if board replace it will charge you rs. 4000/- which not justified. please reply me how we can get proper service from your side.
I purchased samsung M2710 mobile on 16/10/09 and on 08/12/09 it gets some problem like key pad lock, no incoming calls, dispaly error. Above set with some complaints was deposited to your Service Centre on 3/11/09,
Vide W/Order No.SAB/ID 39/3-11. The SET was delivered back to me on 22/11/09.

Since then, while handling, the following problems are being encountered ;

a) Immense NETWORK Problem.
b) Very often, it is HANGED.
c) Operational speed is VERY SLOW.
d) Defect in DIALING. Some calls are not dialed.

It is evident, if a new HAND SET of a Reputable manufacturer like yours are
Faced with so much difficulties, it does not speak good of your GOOD NAME.

It is therefore expected that you will take an URGENT CALL and replace the
