worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

dear sir i purchased a Corby Plus about four months ago from Technovision on road no12, banjara hills hyderabad.

about a10 days ago the touch pad stopped working,
i prompmtly gave it to messrs. TECHNOVISION who were very kind and took the phone and told me that it will be repaied within a week.

but it is more than 10 days and the people at TECHNOVISION say that the samsung service center is taking its own swee time getting it repaired

I have purchased SAMSUNG SCH W 619 IN THE MONTH OF OCT. 2 009. THE NO IS [protected]/ FA9CCB1D /FCC1D. A3KSCGW619.

IN THE BEGINING IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. OF LATE MORE ARE LESS EVERY WEEK I HAVE TAKE MY CELL TO SERVICE CENTRE. EITHER THE STRIP MIGHT HAVE BEEN GONE OR DISPLAY WILL NOT COME OR CALL WILL BE DISCONTED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONVERSATION OR SOUND WILL NOT COME SOME TIME IT WILL GET STRACK. HENCE I REQUEST YOU SIR KINDLY CHNAG MY MOBILE TO SINGLE CDMA SIM CELL I THINK THAT I WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEME BECAUSE IT WILL BE A BAR MODEL.. AND OBLIAGE.

i have buy a samsung(S3500) mobile before 9 months ago bt the mobile has a lots of problem as like 2 gb micro sd card r not supported and some times 1 gb card swoing the same problem and so many time the mobile has been hanged. when i to your Service Center he has solve my problem but after 5-6 days the mobile sowing same problem again so sir u do something for me other wise i complain in RTI
I have purchased S5350 on 20th july 2010 and from 24th july 2010 its not working well. first its speaker doesn't worked well, after that it starts having charging problem, and now its not even getting starting, not enen charging. technical support & service centre are not supporting as they should do. not even talking to replace it. pls suggest what to do.

I Have buy a samsung mobil (MODEL : S3653) on 4/11/2009,
ther is a problem of touch screen & radio.then it was given to a service at ambattur (SHYAM ELECTRONICS) they are taken nearly 25 days,then also the problem is not rectified, i asked them they are telling give the mobile again it will take another 20 days for the same fault. I am suffaring without mobile for last one month, guide me what to do.

I have purchased Mobile -Samsung 5200 Metro from MGF Mall, Metropolitan at Gurgaon on 16/5/2010 vide Invoice No HR/01065/00001/4811 at the cost of Rs 5699 ( inclusive Tax) .My problem started on 25th July when there is Display is getting blank on screen & subsequently i deposited my Handset at your service centre SCO-35, Sector 31 Gurgaon on 27th July 2010 with the commitment that i will get my handset back duly repaired by 31st July 10

I have visited your service centre on 31st but my handset was not repaired . After lot of discussion, argument & with difficulty i am able to meet Mr Sandeep ( Mobile [protected]) who assured me that my handset will be handed over to me by Tuesday . But my surprise that even today my handset was not got repaired which i brought Just in May 2010 . I am also able to get service center head Mr Sushil Sharma mobile number ( [protected]) which was provided by Samsung service Network[protected]. But again after repeted call he is not picking up my call

I need replacment of my handset

ny self abhishek yadav purchase samsung corby mate model no. b3313 on 14th of may, IMEI NO.[protected] . after two months there is a problem occur in charging point of a phn. i gave it to the service center near by my place i.e GNH TELECOM 1st floor, tilak bhavan sharma market atta chowk, noida_201301. on 26th july. {job no. 1425} they told me tht they inform me after 5 days but theyy didnt tell me abt anyhthingg nd when i tryy to call them they ddidntt attend my call.then they recive my call on 5th of august nd sayin tht theyy dntt hv parts of my phn to repair it nd they didnt told me tht hw much time he will take for repairing.thts hooribleee...
thts make me unhappy from ths service...
please suggestt me what i do or what deccision i take against them.

Samsung/ Hand Set — Handset not starting and no service is poor

I am a customer from Dharamshal, and I bought two Samsung phone (GT-S5603) and (Samsung -1080) on 02/01/2010 from Tripat Enterprises Dharamshala. Before 8 days my one cell phone (1080) incurred a problem and I showed the phone to Tripat Enterprises. On that day they send the Hand Set to Service Centre Kangra and said that I can receive the Hand Set after two days i.e on dated 03/08/10. But on that day I was informed by the dealer that the Hand Set was not repaired and after concerning with Kangra Samsung Service Center, I was informed by the service Engineer that Hand Set's mother board will be replaced and it may take one week ie. upto 11/08/10. Sir how it is possible that a mother board of one set is not available in the service centre.

I would like to inform you that the service provided is very poor and it should be immediate. The Company is losing its goodwill just because the customers are not at all satisfied with the after sales service that it provides.
I hope that you will kindly take this into notice and provide the service as soon as possible.

Hi,
This is a faulty set which has been forced by your representatives to buy, at one of your outlet here in Kolkata. This Corby Plus handset is a manufacturing defect having touch screen issue, gets hanged every now & then. Which then I was unaware, but after talking to few of my friends I have come to know about this.

I have not expected this from such a renowned & reputed Company. My first usgae of mobile was Samsung.

But now I deeply regret to say that I am toatlly dis satisfied just after buying a new handset.

I am awaiting for an immediate response, to change this model. I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS MODEL AND THE INCOMPETENT DEALERS.

I hope my faith for samsung will be retained.

i have purchased a samsung mobile SCH W299. The mobile was purchased around six months ago but now its touchpad is not working, the mobile is super slow, bluetooth is not working.i went to the service senter, the replied that they will return it after repairing in one week but we were knowing that they will not do so, so we demanded to write it on the page that they have given that they will return it in 7 days, they did so but they wrote 10 days instead of 7 days.i agreed.after 15 days i went to them they said give us 7 more days we will do the work, the company is not giving parts(international company and not having parts !strange!).then i went after 7 days they said the same thing.i am fed up with all this..they also gave a phone no but they never received the phone.

samsung E2130 — Bad service from samsung gallery

Hi,

Have registered complaint in Samsung gallery (kalyan Rambaugh branch) since 21st june.
Gallery people informed that Mobile board needs to change & they requested it to company.
But now even after 1 & 1/2 moth they are saying that Board hasn't came yet.

from more than 1 & 1/2 month i am not using phone just because of bad service from samsung gallery (kalyan Rambaugh branch).

need your prompt action asap.

I have Samsung star 5233 model mobile one time i repair it on your service center NIT Faridabad .I got my mobile ok but my mobile stick theft by your employee's his name Deepak And kuldeep from three moths they told me i submit the order i will give u the stick but now he told i will not give you. you can do whatever you want. No body can take any action against me in Samsung Mobile Company.
Please do something as soon as possible to you.

i have bought a samsung star superb (GT-s5560) mobile 2 month ago my head phone is not working propely so i went to your sevice station near at my home patan (north gujarat) at able electronics but he gave me not proper answer so take some action as soon as possible otherwise i will go in consumer forom. solve my problem immeditely.

 
I have purcahsed corby pro.After 7 day hanging problem occured in my mobile.Samsung mobile really sucks.I have listen same problem from many customers.
