worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

I, Ramakrishna purchased samsung m power i.e., F699 in the last month the battery got failed on 2nd march then i went to the servicing center they said you will be replaced the battery in 3 days but it is 18th day i dont find a proper response to my problem the people just say that it takes time the battery is not available now.


Note: My humble request to all the people is that DONT BUY SAMSUNG MOBILES.

Dont buy any samsung mobiles because the people in the service centers are not providing any facilities. My New mobile SAMSUNG F699 battery failed in a month when i consulted the servicing center the people in the center said it takes 3 days time but it is my 18th day i didnt got any response of it still the answer is same Batteries are not available it takes time.

I say DONT BUY SAMSUNG MOBILEs because of this poor service.
I have bought the Samsung Star mobile on date 30.08.2009 vide bill no.18665 from SOVEENA MOBILE ZONE, G.PARK MAIN MARKET, the phone has stopped working on its own the touch pad, really a worst product ever bought, and very funny and bad responce from the customer service samsung. God forbid everyone to buy Samsung Mobile again.

I dont know will there be any used of making this complaint.

i beg to state my words that i SHEIKH MOHD AJMAL have purchase a samsung CDMA mobile model no- f 679 from your dealor UMRA TELECOM 90/229 iftikharabab kanpur 208001, it is in under warranty n it is not working. i have givin it to your service center 112/08(16) BENAJHABAR ROAD, after 3-4 months i have recived a cheque in the name of SM ASMAL but the correct name is S M AJMAL the cheque no is 950345 and the amount is 7080 . when i told to MR SHARAD the manager of this service center about the spelling mistake in cheque, he told me that he can't do anything so plz tell me what to do and from where i get my problem solution

samsung sgh L-700 — delay in repairing my phone

i have given my phone to the care center on 16th march, it has network problem, and they told me to repaire it on 18th march . But its almost 8 days to come but they don;t repaire it. And whenever I call them they told me to call when my phone will repaired. But its almost 8 days to come . And that cell is very important to me. Plz do somthing
i bought a samsung star GTS5233A last year in July 2009 i m very upset using this phone because it gets automatically switched off and never turns on ...other than charging the phone please mail me the customer care no. in ahmedabad
I have purchased a handset GT-E1107 Solar model from Om Services, Shop No.4/5/6, 'Yashokamal', 25/14, Erandawane, Off Karve Road, Beside Ayurvedic Rasashala, Pune 411004, Contact No. [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] on 8th October, 2009. It is still under warranty. The problem reported is the speaker is not working and also the quality of earphones provided is not very good. I have been following up with the service centres in Pune .i.e. Raza Communication ( Contact - [protected]) & Sharp Telecom ( Contacts - [protected] &[protected] for last more that one month, but they do not have stock for the spearker. Can anyone imagine using a phone without speakers ? The phone is not usable since last one month. If this the quality of their service centers why the customers would chose SAMSUNG mobile when there are other alternatives ? Can anyone address this issue immediately ?

Samsung Mobile — Poor mobile and poor service

The below mail was fwd to the Samsung co's e-mail ID for resolution 2 weeks back, there is no revert from them still and also the Area and Regional Service Manager's are not replying.

Pls suggest what should I do?

1) Using for initial 2 days I found that the battery is draining very fast just in a single day without using any multimedia func or any other facility.

I visited the service centre on 01.01.10 and registered a complaint. They kept the cell for 2 days for chk purpose and confirm that its fine and there is no prob.

After using the cell I found that the same prob occurred, the service centre refused to accept the complaint.


2) I continued using the cell and after 1.5 months the cell got switched off completely. I visited the service centre again on 02.03.10 and they conf that the cell is dead and need to reenter the software and will return back after 4-5 days.

No one bothered to call and after chk with them after the stipulated tome they conf that it has got some major software problem and the same is not available with Samsung and will take more 4-5 days.

Again no one bother to call and after chk with them on 17.03.10 they said that cell is ready.

I visited the centre yesterday and to my shock I found that they have handled the cell so roughly that there were 2 cracks and scratches on the backside. Further, at the time of giving the cell they had took the battery also and while returning they said there wasn't any battery given.

I have left my cell at the centre only.

PFA the scanned image of the invoice and 2 work copies for ref.

I demand a replacement of my cell, failing which I shall register an official complaint.

Waiting for an early revert in my favor.

I received a call from Mr. Mohit on 09/03/2010 for booking SAMSUNG MOBILE OMINIA PRO booking id[protected] with 5 mega fixcel camera but We received on 31/03/2010 Samsung mobile Omnia Pro (B7320) which market cost is only Rs.9500/- as on Date. We Request you please refund our Balance amount immediately. This is looking a cheating case and cheating is a criminal offence. I have spoken to your customer service dept to Mr. pawan but not received any positive response. I am very upset due to this branded cheating and I am very serious to suite a criminal case against you if not receiove proper response.

Samsung Mobile — Signals or Power Backup

Hi this is suhail I bought a samsumg GT S3500 mobile phone 15 days ago but its have very problems about power backup and siglans straight & service centre has not any responsible satisfaction.
Samsung is not saficient brand for mobiles phone
myself RAHUL ARUN DHOBLE i have buy samsung e-2120b 2 month. and the phone got some sofware problem. and nopt getting start so i went to service center at vashi. as the phone comes under warranty period. and at the service center they just install the software and return the phone .and the same day my phone got the same problem and i think they repeat the same thing four time in a month. i stay at panvel. so cuming vashi every day is tierd me. but every time when i call them they wont reply anything. and finally they said that they need to change the motherboard of the mobile phone. and they have kept my phone with them since from last 15 days and whenever i ask them they just wont reply anything so please suggest me any thing i dont have any spare phone with me. thanks and hope you will suggest me somthing

My husband purchased a samsung metro 3500 mobile last month in Saravana Stores..But did not use it ..When he tried to use on 2/4/2010, we are not able to charge it and switch on ... By 3/4/2010 we gave the mobile with charger to Hitech Solutions, Old no: M.98, New No: 83, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600 102, Ph:[protected].They took 2 days to repair then they only called us on 5/4/2010 and said that the mobile is ready...But when we checked it again we faced the same problem and complaint to them again ...But their response were very bad ..We waited there itself for 2 hours since they told us to wait ...By last minute they again said there is problem yet need stil more a day to repair ...Till 6/4/2010 we have not got any call from them, when we are trying to call them they are not pickuping it ..we are not satisfied with Arul (person who attended us)...They not responding properly and its hurting us a lot. since it is new mobile, we have not even used it.. so please take a proper action for it ...Completely repair the mobile by 7/4/2010 or Give me a new mobile...

I purchased Samsung AWT18XS** Window type A/c on 21.11.2009 through Tanmaiyee, Home Appliance Pvt., Ltd, Hyderabad. It gets abnormal sound when the A/c on. I lodged a complaint No.[protected] on 8.4.2010. Already 4 days has gone nobady will attend my complaint. Your customer service center staff are giving irresponsible answers.
