I had purchase Samsung washing machine model 85TPL Sr. No 0236 fully automatic on 6th Feb 2008. They told me next day installation and Demo will be done by company engg. After 4 reminders engg came on 11th Feb He instructed us how to use the machine no live demo. then nex day we use the machine and surprise to see the machine is likage from bottom then immidatly i complaint with dealer service centre and till date no one has come to see the machine. i daily make the complaint with dealer serivce centre but there is no response from the dealer. I request you to help me in getting this machine replaced. we had used this machine only once. Details of Dealer & Invoice No are as follows. I have a Samung Fully automatic washing machine model no K6S 6 kg.which stopped operating since yesterday. I have tried to contcat all the customer care nos given in the net and also the number given to me earlier in August, 2009 when it was installed.No number is responding It appears that, SAMSUNG has done away with their customer care services and they are no re bothered about their existing customers.
i m at chennai will be the member of this unsatisfied family as technician told that the pcb is not available anywhere in india. trying to contact other official of samsung india, otherwise court of law.

We have purchased one samgsung washing machine of a silver nano last 2 an half year back. lst two day back problem with water leaking from it's drain line caused no water is storing inside as well as hampered in cleaning and washing.Please arrange to send somebody for repairing.

with the above reference i wish to make a complaint that my complaint has not been solved till date i.e 14/1/2010 (almost 20 days ) due to which i am suffering heavily. on making several calls to customer service center the answer is that pannelis not available with them and we need to wait a little more. i just have a small question that how much time a single panel takes for the company like samsung india to get replaced, you not have parts then replace the washing machine immediate action . it is my last warning to Samsung nor we going to cnsumer court. it is a very poor show on behalf of company for which the people who trust the name samsung india
has to suffer?
