i had bought one AC - samsung 1.5 ton from next retail shop benjamin road ludhiana on 21 april 2008 and got it installed on 22 april 2008.
since the day i bought the AC it has not been cooling effectively one can not feel any difference in the room temperature and outside temperature.
despite my telephonic complaints and personal visit to next showroom the fault is yet to be rectified.
a big brand and India's largest retail chain indulging in all these petty things.
i demand the problem to be diagnosed and the AC replaced (just 3 days old).

NEXT REtail india is the worst shop . They are cheating the customers .
I bought a Sony LCD TV from NEXT retail india, mumbai.They gave an 2nd hand product to me with some scratches on the LCD screen ..
I gave 5 complaints but they never respond

Very poor customer service.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM NEXT RETAIL INDIA.
NEXT RETAIL INDIA IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS .
I aggre with him, same happened with me on the purchase of Videocon 1.5t Ac from sec-32, Ludhiana. Ac is having so much noise but with my regular comlaint no company person or service person visit even single time
I purchased a washing machine -SAMSUNG-6.5Kg-WA85VPLEC-Top loading, Bill No 13017/Dt 14/10/2008.
The price charged is Rs 14500/-. From other site (Compare India, home shop 18 Same city), I understand the retail price to be Rs 13200/-. This way the price difference is Rs 1300/-. This is nothing but cheating.They just scratch at the MRP of the outer cartoon box, so that the customer will not know the exact MRP, and then explain higher price with higher discount offered. But I am sure, they are very good at cheating .

I had a bitter eexperience with NExt retail shop @ marthahalli Branch, Bangalore.

I went to buy an IFB Diva washing machine with my child. During the visit my kid made a small pen mark on th machine in my presence, for which she got a scold from me. Later i made the payment & the machine was delivered to me after 24 hours. I was shocked to see the machine with PEN mark which was made by my child. When i asked the executives about the demo machine delivered to me, they refused to take my words & deliver the brand new machine. Still am struggling for it.

Please don't ever buy any products from next retail shop @marthalli branch.
Please beaware next time.NEXT RETAILCHAIN is big challbaz.

Sir,
I have purchased split 1.5 ton Air Conditioner from your shop with following specification.
1. Company:- Samsung Model :- Ac 1.5 Ton 18 FJ
2. Bill No. :- 203681 Date :- 14-Apr-2008
I have lodged a complaint on 22nd Dec.08 regarding following problems with the above said product supplied by you.
1. Outer cover of copper tube that was evaporated & vanished, with in eight months.
2. Water outlet tube which was broken in to number of, small-small pieces with in eight months.
My complaint is not yet taken care of, even after four months and repeated request on phone and personally to your shop and Samsung service center.
Ones again you are requested for compliance of my complaint within 10 [Ten] days other wise I may go for some legal action against sub-standard product supplied by you.

Samsung / 1.5 ton window ac — Broken product delivered and not replacing it.

I bought a window ac (1.5 ton Samsung) on 17 may 09, it was damaged and I complained to the customer care on 22 may 09, when i saw the damage. Now samsung is making excuses and not replacing the parts or the ac. i want my whole money back, including the extra i had to pay for installing and also my phone bill because i made a lot of phone calls also. And also i had to suffer in heat because of them. So I want to return the AC and be compansated for it.

    Subject: Poor product & poor service workmanship - 1.5 T split AC - BP No. [protected]

    Dear Sir,

    I bought my Samsung Split AC in May 2005. This product has not given me satisfactory performance even during warranty period or outside the warranty period.
    Within warranty period, gas leaked out 3 times, and most of the times in blistering summer I was continuously following up with your call centre to get repair done. Even my cooling coil was repaired during warranty period.

    Even in 2007 summer timing, gas was filled again 2 times. Even after that cooling was never effective in this Samsung product.

    This time, in 2008, I reported a problem of AC not working and your service team recommended to replace the cooling coil due to leak. This was done by charging me Rs. 4700/- on April 12 by your service team. No leak check was done while replacing the cooling coil, even after my repeated requests. My AC stopped functioning again within next 2 days and I again called your call centre for this problem. This time, service engineer told me that there was another leak which he has fixed, and filled gas again and made my AC run. My AC again stopped functioning after 2 days and your service engineer told me to get my voltage stabilizer checked, after I logged complaint at call centre for the 3rd time in less than a week's time. I got my voltage stabilizer checked from an external agency by paying another 250/-. Even after that, my AC worked only for 1 day and stooped functioning again. I had to log another complaint (4th time in ten days) at your call centre on April 23rd. This time your service engineer told me that he will remove the unit from installation, take it to service centre and check completely. It has been over 24 hrs, in this blistering summer, that your service engineer removed my AC from installation at my home and left it at my place, but no body has even come and collected the unit for taking to service centre. I have no clue that when will this unit be collected from my home, and repaired and installed back at my place???

    I am extremely nervous about the level of product quality Samsung has provided, along with the worst workmanship shown during repairs. My product has not been made functional even after 3 repairs in ten days. 4th repair is under progress, without any timeline to finish. I am really worried that I will have to spend most of this summer, again, in calling up Samsung Service Centres for one or another problem in this Samsung AC. In doing this, I am spending my precious time and energy; apart from phenomenal discomfort to my entire family due to non functioning of this product.

    I am now thinking of going to Consumer Court since I have already spent money and time, without even getting a satisfactory repair done on my product. Actually, I should do that for the poor product quality as well since this product itself is unable to perform since the time it was bought. Your service records should tell you the entire history, if you have good service data management.

    Please take a note of this and ensure that workmanship improves significantly so that repeat problems and customer harassment can be avoided. I will not call Samsung if the problem persists, and would simply dump this product onto you and buy new AC; and would contact Consumer court for the harassment I have been given by Samsung India and Samsung Service Dept.

    Samsung — about bad service & repair

    I had purchased AC in 05-05-06 under bill no (book no -8 Sr.no. 351)from Khanna Industries G-5 plot no.10 Manish Plaza II Central Market Sec-10. Dwarka Ph. 25071426.First COMPLAINT Call no.is E57F2282 (COPY OF THE BILL ATTACHED) AC Gas has been leaked With in one year .I was out of town When I had come back then I launched a complaint It was crossed one year. I told your engineer that it’s a manufacture fault You never come to know that from where its leak. I have paid for the same also. but Yesterday (30 march 08)I had put on my AC But its not cooling at all, compressor is getting on.
    Is there any Engineer or any body from Samsung who can tell me where the gas has gone.If samsung products are like this only.that the mantinance is going more then the product cost with in small time of period.whast the customer will do after getting the samsung product.
    Hi am aravind from chennai. we bought a 1.5 ton Split A/C from mookambigai stores, poonamallie, Chennai last Thursday(17-Apr-08).
    We have been waiting for the installaion for more than a week. finally the seller has arranged us the samsung installation dealer MR.Gopi (Phone No:[protected]). he made us wait 4 four days and rotate us here and there for one simple installation. We kept on looking, finally fed up and he arranged a mechanic. the A/c installation mechanic (name unknown and ph no:[protected]) on thursday(24-Apr-08). we actually asked him not to cheat us and if he cannot able to make it up by the time he said then to please inform us. but the mechanic scold us that if we urge him he will delay it further and will not work on our A/C. i got fed up and called back the installation dealer gopi(Phone No:[protected]).
    But the response is further idiotic. Gopi replied us that if that if the mechanic is not interested then he asked us to arrange our own installer.

    We shocked and called back our seller. But the Seller has no idea about what to do. finally we came to a conclusion not to use Samsung A/c and we have now asked our seller to replace it with some other Company A/c.

    Due to poor customer handling we regret to use Samsung products anymore and we fed up with the service rendered.

    Dear Sir,
    I bough my spilit AC from your kanpur dealer M/S Vishal Sales, Swaroop nagar. After Installation The AC is showing error E3 and is unable to run. I have register a complaint regarding this and my complained No: is [protected]. After several reminders nobody is taking care of it. I have talked with Mr Tejinder, Harish at your kanpur service center and also with Mr Pankaj at Vishal sales and they are saying that our person will visit today, tommorow but no one has come . Please take it seriously and resolve the problem. Otherwise i am getting a feeling that samsung will expires it warrantee like this only.

    Samsung airconditioner — Cooling not taking place

    1.5 ton window AC purchased (from Laxmi enterprises, Duburi, Jajpur, Orissa) about three and half years back is not giving cool air.

    Samsung Split Air Conditioner — No Cooling in New Split Ac

    I have bought a new Samsung split A/c from Vivek & Co, Chennai on 1st May 08. The Air Conditioner was installed on 3rd may and there was no cooling from the system. After doing several services and two replacement till now the problem was not solved. till now for this i have called the call center and service engineers for more than 50 times. I am not happy with the product and the service. I need the company to take back their product and return my money.

Even after the many exercise i'm unable to get it from writer. The tray is jammed in DVD-writer and creating problem in the processing of my computer also.     Its being more than 20 days I have purchased Samsung split AS 18 UA. From the day 1 it is not working at all so many times I have complaint to your service department as my complaint no. [protected]. I m sorry to say they are not bothered at all .

    i have lodged the complaing ragarding the Noice in A.C and you engineer has visited and some part needs to be replaced which is still not available in your stock which is really no acceptable at all with such a brand ...i am also working for an MNC bank and the main core of our existance in Indian Markets are only the Services only and solely because of the services what we can only give to the customer till their satisfaction level...

    and you call centres & Service centres are just for nothing they were just their to forward the calls here and their since last 20 days but no body has the solution for that...

    I was buying Hitachi Air-conditioner but your dealer ensure me about the quality and service backup of your product and Company but I m sorry to say I have never experienced such a bad service backup ever in my life. And if this is your service I never recommend any of my colleagues or relatives to buy any of Samsung products.

    and just to add one thing here by giving this kind of services you are spoiling such a brand name in the market as well as you are spoiling the dealer's or distributors business also ...and i dont think so he will be able to carry out the good sales because of your such poor servie level

    You are requested to kindly take your air conditioner back or replace the indoor unit or refund my money i will go for some other co's AC at least i get get the better services than you

    I paid about $2400 for my Samsung 61' TV. About eight months after I bought it a white, hourglass shaped blob appeared in the lower right hand quadrant, whenever the screen became darker - while I was watching a program. The TV was still covered by the warranty. I called Samsung; they sent a local tech; he said that I needed a new light engine; the techs at Samsung wouldn't authorize one - they said that it's normal operating procedure to have a white, hourglass shaped blob on the screen while you're watching TV.
    I called back and complained. They sent another technician who changed the light engine. The new light engine had the same blob, but in a different spot, so the tech put the original light engine back in. Then he came back and tried another light engine. This one had a crack in one of the tiny mirrors, which showed up on the screen as a line about three inches long. He took that light engine out and put the original back in. Then he came back with yet another light engine. This one seemed to work fine for a day, but then I noticed streaks of light jutting diagonally into the screen from left and right. I called Samsung. At first they said that they would replace the TV, but then they said that they didn’t have one in stock, but they would give me a smaller one if I paid them more money. I asked them to send the repairman back. They sent the repairman back. He said it looked like another problem with the light engine. The repair people in Williston, Long Island wanted pictures. My camera is not sensitive enough to pick up the streaks. The repair people would not send the repairman back. They told me to call Samsung. It has now been nine months. I called Samsung. I’m waiting for them to call me back. In the meantime, since I had purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy, I decided to try their repair dept. They said that they would have to take the TV. Of course I figure that if they take the TV and declare it un-repairable, Samsung will take a lifetime to send me a new TV. So I will have spent $2400.00 and not have any TV. I don’t trust Samsung; they refuse to honor their own warranty.

    Samsung Split A/C — 15 days waiting

    I am very frustrated with Samsung as they removed the o/d unit 12 days ago and left the repaired unit at my place a week ago and nobody has come to re-install it. Instead they are asking for re-installation charges as the original place they say is too high - also fittled by authorized Samsung people less than a year ago. How does one get our problems heard at the higher levels? Everyday I am assured it will be done today and everyday no call, no update, no visit, nothing!

    my ac is not working i have given a complain at rourkela service centre.my complain no. is 5182.but till now nobody is attending my complain.i am totally fadup with its service. entire summer i had live without ac.please solve my problem.

    Samsung india /air conditioner — not taking any action

    With due respect I would like to know you that my machine is not working properly. It is not cooling the room less than 23 degree room Temperature as well as the machine is consuming High Voltage i.e. ( 4.7 to 4.8 Amp. ) which is more than .6 Amps from your specified max. load ( 3.8 to 4.1 Amp ) for that I was made complain so many times but the complain is not short out further I would like to request you that please make rectified within 7 days unless I have to move for the legal consiprency / consumer court.

    Samsung Split Air Conditioner — Harrasment and atrocious behaviour of a multi national company named samsung

    I purchased a split ac from samsung company on 23.2.2009 and till date they have installed the ac twice with a replacement but i am still waiting for the cooling effect.     i purchased samsung window ac, on 6.05.09 but it was on repair in just a week.we called the customer service many times n after that we told the dealer from where we got the ac that we are goin to deal legally n after that those people made some arrangements for us.we actually suffered for about a month without air conditioning.so u better try in some effective way so that thoes people try to look at ur problem.

    Samsung Window AC — delay of installment

    i have bought this ac from anondomela on 23rd this month and till date they havent come to install the ac..when we call them they say they will be coming but they dont turn up...i would be highly obliged if you look into this matter as early as possible
    Gas leakage problem with after installation of new Samsung Split 1.5 Ton AC.

    I bought SAMSUNG 1.5 Ton SPLIT - 18ULA Sr.No.[protected] IN & Sr.No.[protected] OUT unit. From M/s. RAVI CORPORATION, GODHRA on[protected] vide Bill No.3/278 Dt.[protected]. The Installation of AC was done by non-technical person, so that it was Improper & Loose installation of out door unit & indoor unit. The AC had problem of cooling after the very first day of improper installation. I have complained about my AC not cooling and water leaking from indoor unit to deler for 3 to 4 times but the problem is not solved. Two days back the deler said the out door unit has problem of leakage of gas. Because of Improper & Loose installation the gas was leaked from out door unit.

    So kindly send your people to rectify our problem or take necessary action.

    So, please send your engineer to sort out matter as early as.

    SAMSUNG AIRCONDITIONER & WASHING MACHINE — SPLIT AC IS NOT FUNCTIONING AND WATER LEAK IN WASHING MACHINE

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased samsung Split Ac 1.5 TR and Automatic Washing Machine from M/s Deepak Agencies, Ajmer ( Rajasthan ) one year back .

    It has been last 15 days, the both the system has not been made OK. In such a summer day the malfunctiong of AC can't be tolerated. Though after informing M/s Deepak agency, persons are coming to repair the system, but they are unable to find out the fault. The new Split AC has been completely dismateled several times with out any solution to it. It has become mockery of the system by experimenting on the machine without any result. Similary the Washing machine is having water leakage outside it.

    Henceforth i have decided not to purchase the Samsung product if the problem is not attended immidiately to the satisfaction o[censored]ser.

    WORST SERVICE in SAMSUNG I raised a complaintthat my AC is not working properly.They came and analysed that the gas has been leakaged, so compressor is not working. The compresor is within the warranty period<bought less than 2Yrs>, but they charged Rs.2150 + Rs.450 as service charge. Then what is the use of warranty? Also, they said they need to change the Aluminium coil to copper coil <which is again their mistake of providing Aluminium wire during purchase>. They again charged Rs.2600 + Rs.400 as a service charge.

    For a single complaint, they were charging me the service charge twice. How foolish is this! This kind of problems should be taken care by higher officials to shine in market.
    I have purchased two split AC 1.5 in the month of June 2009 and both are installed by Samsung Person only and after 20 days of installation only i got a opportunity to know the service of samsung and this was my life bad experience which i never faces anywhere the service is to poor even they commited that with in 24 hours of working thier engineer will attened the call but its taken 24 days to provide the service after that again same problem comes on that same AC again same procedure was followed till to date that AC was is in same condition so i suggest to every one please do not go for Samsung product otherwise u will come in big trouble because their service is 0%.

    I have very bad Experience with Voltas Split AC vertis Gold 1 Ton AC, i happen to get an Error E3 after 1 year warranty is expired ... when called the Hotline they are asking for 300 Rs. Charges for Service Representative visit.

    I genueinly think Samsung would have been better ...

    I have brought the SAMSUNG split A.C. 1 ton in July.2009. In the last 8 months there were 4 major breakdowns, in all cases the service people fund basic machine problems and they solved it. Last Friday once again it failed and we tried contacting the SAMSUNG service people almost 24hrs around the clock but so for it is not solved. They keep saying that they will arrange the relevant people and fix the problem but NOTHING has happened so for. It horrible to see a MNC “SAMSUNG”status company doing very very very ... poor work and mis using the (innocent Indians) public.

    The real treble situations is recently my kid had a surgery and he has come back to home but unluckily due to this SAMSUNG AC problem he has been put in highly painful sleepless nights. I do not know how to explain his pain.

    Voltas/Voltas window ac — Unsatisfied servicing by poor workmanship

    Dear Sir,

    This has reference to Complaint Registration No. 10AP[protected] dated 09th Apr 2010, regarding servicing of Votas window air-conditioning at premises no. A-7/24, Sector - 18 Rohini, New Delhi – 110089.

    Servicing complaint attended on 10th Apr 2010, and charged Rs. 350/- for said servicing.

    During test run for few seconds after the servicing though there was some abnormal sound observed in running of air-conditioning we presumed that it may be due to the servicing which carried out just now, but after ½ an hours when again the same sound continuously observed than re-reported the complaints in customer care of Voltas and briefed them the way servicing carried out by the attended technician.

    The way technician was handling the unit and performing the servicing one can easily make out the competency/expertise of technician, I am sorry to say that Voltas sending some vendor to carry out the service is not monitoring the performance of that vendor on ground, ultimately the customer is sufferer due poor workmanship quality delivered to customer.

    On second complaint No. 10AP1005476 dated 10th Apr 2010, the technician visited the site demanded Rs. 1800/- to replace the motor which has been damaged after servicing, but before servicing unit was performing well, problem started after the servicing only. This way penalizing the customer by charging extra on poor workmanship is not fair.

    Since 10th Apr onwards we are regularly interacting with executive of Voltas customer care, they only assuring us that they will resolve the issue but nothing has been done so far.

    Hence please look in to the matter.

    Your prompt action in regards of above shall be highly appreciated.

    I purchased samsung split ac model AS18NGBXSTL from m/s Jain traders Thane on 11th April 2010 for my old aged father who stays at Dadar Mumbai.     Samsung — AC not working

    I would rate after sale service of Samsung as "Pathetic" and I've got full reason to say the same. My AC is not working since last 4 days and I launched my complaint with Samsung on 31st May 2010 at 2:35 pm and that time I was being told that I'll receive a call from someone in Samsung and my AC will be repaired on the same day. I didn't receive any call on that day, next day (second day) I called up once again and I got an assurance that today they are escalating my case and I'll get a call back from the call centre as well as the service centre - as expected - no call, even on my repeated request to the customer care representative to transfer my call to the floor supervisor he didn't transfer my call, I called twice and both time the same thing happened and rather a false statement was conveyed to me stating that the representative had a word with the service centre guy and someone is going to visit my home within an hr. time. No one came on that day even after 2 calls one in the noon time and one in the evening time. Next day (third day) that is on 2nd May I didn't call Samsung and didn't even receive any call as well. Next day (fourth day) - 3rd May I call up in the morning to the customer case centre people read the same standard script that you'll receive a call in a short while - again the same thing no call back. I again called up in the evening I tried to explain the scenario, once again I heard the same standard script that I'll receive a call back, this time I was adamant and I wanted to talk to the floor supervisor the person first of all clearly refused to transfer the call after a lot of pursuance, he transferred the call, after keeping approx 7-8 min on hold someone picked up the phone and disconnected without even talking to me, I again called up the customer care and this time I asked directly to transfer the call once again the person confirmed all of the details from me and again was adamant not to transfer the call but again after a lot of pursuance, the call was transferred and the same thing - call was disconnected after approximately 10 min of putting me on hold, third time I called again the same story but this time finally the call was transferred and picked up by one of the floor supervisor called Sumit. He told me a strange point that their records were saying that the case has already been closed!!!! It was really annoying for me, although he apologized for this mistake and promised me a call back from the service centre and gave me an assurance that this time the case will be taken seriously.

    As per Sumit’s promise I got a call from the service centre but the person was really rude, he was talking to me in a manner he is actually obliging me by giving me a call back, he treated me in an insulting manner, I requested him to send a service engineer matching to my office timings which is either at 8:00 am in the morning or at approximately 7:00 pm in the evening, he clearly refused to these timings, and mentioned me “If you want to get your AC repaired, you have to be available at the time I am mentioning not as per your ease, you can definitely take a one day vacation from office to get your AC repaired else wait for saturday” I clearly mentioned him this is not possible and I have to attend office due to some emergencies, he clearly mentioned, this is not his problem, either be at home to get AC repaired or he will send the person on Saturday! I requested him to send the representative at 6:00 even then he again he showed tantrums and mentioned “I can not guarantee for this time, but I’ll see if I could send someone at this time otherwise…..”.

    I am an asthmatic patient and it is a dusty atmosphere these days I have mentioned my situations and my disease to everyone in Samsung that I am daily getting asthmatic attacks because I am not sleeping in my AC room rather I am sleeping in an open room, but no one in Samsung really cares about it!. Can I know if Samsung really cares about their customers!!!! This is not the first time that the same instance is happening with me, this is the second instance in the same season, last time also my AC was repaired on 10th day of my complaint and this time also it is already the end of 4th day of my complaint, and I do not know how many more days do I need to wait!

    Can someone in Samsung explain what kind of customer service experience is this???? Do you really think that I can dare to purchase any of the Samsung product ever again in future or if could I dare to suggest anyone to buy any Samsung product ever again?

    I have the worst nightmare dealing with ratna fan house for purchasing air conditioner and fride. After accepting that they would deliver on a particular day, they have delayed almost by one week. The response from them is very rude and non-courteous. Please note that they can no longer treat customers like and change their attitude towards the customers.
    i do agree with the services of Samsung. We bought a splict ac in March and this date it is not working properly. We complained in March itself to the dealer and then they filed a complaint with Samsung center but till date no action had been taken.     1.5 tons; SPLIT; — From the time it is bought we are not getting proper cooling

    We had purchased an ac from Higloo in June 2009 fr approx Rupees 33000/=.

    From the time it was installed, the cooling effect was very less.

    We had repeatedly called Higloo / Yogaa Agencies to check on this. Every time they had come to repair the AC, they could refill the gas and advize it should be ok.

    Finally after 1 1/2 year, due to continuous problem with the new instrument.

    Every month a person had to come for repair it.

    The complete instrument was dismantled and it was found the coil had holes in it which was causing leakage, preventing less cooling.

    Now we have got information frm Mr. Xavier of Samsung[protected] & Mr. Anand of Yogaa Agencies stating we need to pay for the coil, which cost approx INR 5000/= so that this is repaired.

    I need to know what went wrong fr me as a customer to pay fr this, pls look into this urgently and help to service the customer urgently.

    This is pending for more than 3 weeks.
    I purchased the SAMSUNG A/C 1.5 ton split- AST18EFB on the April of 2009 and faced frequent problems with the unit like water leakage, condenser charging, hot air blowing etc..past 2 weeks the A/C dint perform well and i experienced only hot air blowing inside the room. When i called up on the technical guys they came and reported that there was a GAS LEAKAGE and they removed the entire unit(indoor & outdoor) to their service place. They also mentioned that they would charge 2, 800/- Rs for filling gas and checking the leakage(by welding the copper coils)...if the leakage is on the Aluminum coil( 4 star & 5 star units utilizes Aluminum coil for less power consumption) then they have to replace the entire Al coil it seems. this would cost an additional 3, 500/- Rs.
    I am lodging my complaint against this product that in spite of i investing a huge sum i had to spend more frequently and this time the repair consolidating to 6, 300/-Rs. This is really frustrating as a customer to keep spending more and more for using a purchased product. I hereby claim that Aluminum coil usage in the SAMSUNG split A/C as fault product and also the gas leakage which shouldn’t happen so easily(poor material selection by SAMSUNG).
    Hence i would want SAMSUNG to consider this issue seriously and contact me regarding this. Failing so this complaint would be taken to Consumer court and i wouldn’t hesitate to sue the brand as further action without notification.
    This Samsung 4 star rated split 1.5 ton A/C on april of 2009. It has only 1 year warranty for the unit and 5 years for the compressor. It gave me lot of troubles every month like hot air blowing, Condenser discharged, water leakage inside etc. I had to call the technicians once in every month and fix it and spent a lot on this. I am against the AMC (stupid principle) to keep investing more and more on a product which is already invested and you get nothing out of it even u take AMC.
    Last two weeks i experienced only hot air blowing out of my unit and when i called up the technicians they told me that there was gas leakage in the Aluminum coil.( the unit has a aluminum coil set up that would consume less electricity power.) since it was Aluminum they would replace the unit completely and not weld it. it costs[protected] Rs extra and for filling in gas and transportation Rs 3000 separate...
    So tell me guys should a customer invest in a product and keep spending on a technically defect product?...i am really pissed...filling a consumer complaint against the Samsung.
    this leakage of gas problem is happening almost about 90% of Split A/C 4 star or 5 star rated and this happened within 1 year of installation. the normal rated split a/c has only copper coil which can withstand any temperature/pressure changes inside and outside the unit. but the 4, 5 star rated A/Cs' have a separate Aluminum coil (for less power consumption) but break off often resulting in gas leakage. This is a product defect and even if this leakage occurs due to Aluminum coil breakage the company is sole responsible for this and should replace it with a proper unit. I too have this problem now with the Samsung split A/C and i am waiting for them to replace it or i would file a case against them in consumer court.

    I bought my SAMSUNG SPlit type Aircon 2.5 HP last December 2010 and in even less than 8 months the aircon starts malfunctioning. The customer service is so poor, they don't react on time or don't react at all. Now aircon continues to deteriorate and it's just 1 yr old. I wish i never bought a samsung aircon.       I have bought a Samsung 26" LVD TV on 06/04/2008 from Modern World, Domlur, Bangalore, India . While buying the TV saller told me that I will get the TV wall mount fixture from the company and for that I have to log for the demo. I logged the request for demo on 08/04/2008. After this I called almost 20 times I also wrote couple of mail to support.[protected]@samsungindia.com mentioning the demo and installation but still after more than 2 week no body has visited my house to resolve the complaint.
      Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!.

      I have bought samsung AC on sunday.The shop owner said tht he will send a man to install the same in the same day afternoon.
      But noone turned up.Then we thot to call samsung directly and then we have launced a call the next day.they also told tht their engineer will come the same say.But noone turned up till now...
      But the customer care exe. are commiting tht their engineers will be coming..

      We have bought lot of samsung products thinking tht their service will be good.But its really worst.

      The AC is lying out waiting for the engineer to install it.

      I dont know when he will come.

      Please let me know how to proceed

      I bought a samsung Microwave Oven 118 . At that time We were told that there will never be any rusting. Recently there was sparking inside and we called a technician from Samsung. On checking we found to our horror that there was rusting inside and the technician informed that nothing can be done now. We have been very careful and always kept the microwave clean. But now since the rear wall had rusted the m/w cannot be used. We feel that we have been duped and due to poor manufacturing and bad quality of material used by the firm we have to face hardship.       Samsung India — Repeated complaints of TV

      I wish to share my sad state of affairs with samsung 29" colour TV purchased during August 2005here at Goregaon west, Mumbai. From last April the problems started one after the other with the complaints becoming non-stop since December 2007. I had spent already Rs.3000/- on repairs and twice they waived of the charges after I questioned them about the repeated incidence of complaints.

      Totally the set was attended 15 times since December with problem surfacing again today and the pathetic situation is nobody from Samsung knows as to why is it happening.

      I sincerely recommend everyone not to venture into any of Samsung products.

      I would also like to inform all would be costumers of smsung products to be very carefull whilst buying thier products. I had purchased a 42 inch LCD TV on 11th Oct 2008. Fortunately or unfortunately I observed a burnt out image on the screen.On confronting the dealer on it, I realised that an old display piece was delivered at my door steps. However the same was replaced on 22nd Oct 2008. This happened because I noticed the defect. I am sure almost all dealers must be doing the same. Therefore one should be extra cautious whilst taking delivery of any samsung product.

      I agree with the above postings. Its been 3 days since we had requested for the wall mount installation of our Samsung LCD TV. We had waited for a couple of days for the Samsung Service personnel to do this job. No reply. So we called the customer suppport person at 30308282 thrice still their is no action.       we bought lcd tv 37'' of Rs78, 000 in june 2007 .From Chandigarh, shop name [Electrolage] . Now on our LCD t.v we are getting four black line, we did complaint as, they say, that LCD have life of 60, 000hrs .
      Samsung people said that the whole LCD fame has to be changed, it will cost 37, 000 + 1000 ( service)+13% tax .
      I dont understand one thing that if they say that 60, 000 hrs of life of LCD than why have to pay for so much money . the samsung people said warranty period is over that was 1yr for our LCD .

      We are sorry to purchase Samsung LCD through MGB electronics Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu on 12/02/2008 lcd 26R71 bal/xtl model vide serial no 08343PBQ100909X.

      We were using the LCD and were happy. We seen Crack in Liquid scrren inside and picture got cracked and we raised complained to MGB electronics some time in September 2008. They in turn advised us to call coimbatore and on our complain the service officer visited us and inpect the product. The service person told us that crack is due to some external damages and hence is not covered under warranty. The LCD was wall mounted and there were no external force applied on the screen to the best of our knowledge and belief. We pleaded the same and also requested him to do the best possible immediately.

      To our surprise the person over phone told that we have to pay 20000/- for repaiing the set and there is no warranty available.

      We raised issue further to the local office after several reminder to the officer who told that he is looking into matter and talking to higher officer for the best possible settlement.

      The local office in /tiruppur register our complain vide serial 10 on 14/10/2008 and assured us to do the needfull. however, even after several reminders no responsible officer is ready to take the calls / personal visits.

      Then I registered on web vide call no [protected] & [protected] for both I received call from a officer who told that he will be coming but never turned up and to my surprisse both calls has been showing cancel status.

      I have been using samsung moniter and mobile and had good regard for the company. I never expected that the matter shall be handled so bad in your office.

      I request you again to look into matter and replace me the LCD under warranty period which is now expiring.

      WE GOT CRACK IN LCD DISPLAYED IN SEP 2008 COMPLAINED AND THE PERSON INCHARGE REPLIED IT IS DUE TO EXTERNAL FORCE AND NOT READY TO LISTEN. NO DAMAGE ON TV EXCEPT INTERNAL LCD VISION CRACK.

      ALL COMPLAINS AR NOW CANCELLED ON WEBSITE WITHOUT ATTENDING. THE PERSON CONTACTED ASKED 20K FOR REPAIR OF THE LCD WHICH COSTED ME 28000.00. I

      I purchased a 29" Samsung flat TV Model : CS29M16LVXXTL on 3 rd November 2005, from JP ELECTRONICS, Mira Road, Bombay. Two days back i.e on 8.7.09 night, the video suddenly stopped by decreasing into a spot . I made a complaint to the service centre on 9.7.09. The Complaint number : [protected]. Next day i.e on 11th July a mechanic came and initially opined IC problem. Later he told the picture tube is damaged. How a picture tube will be damaged, within 3 to 4 years. We use TV sparingly. Last two years, I am not staying even at Bombay continuously. My old TV, i.e EC TV, which I purchased in 1985, still working in good condition. Is it bad workmanship of Sam Sung ? After reading the above complaints, I think, we should advise our friends and colleagues, not to purchase any Samsung products. I have to rethink for our corporate purchases also better to black list Samsung products. So far I did not discuss with their higher ups. I may have to contact them and request for a good mechanic who can identify the problem and repair. I hope any one of the customer support officers may see this complaint and contact me and help me in solving my problem.

      Samsung — No response after purchase

      I have purchased a samsung LED 32 inches TV on the 17th of Aug 2010. We were supposed to have got the wall mount along with the TV. Inspite of repeated calls to the shop from where the TV was purchased at Bangalore, I am daily being promised that the co. person would come and fix the TV as well as give a demo, which is not yet done. Hope a solution is done for this because when a new TV purchased dosent have a good response I dont know wjhat would be later .

        IN THIS REGARD I WOULD LIKE TO CONVEY AFTER SOME TIME THE KEY PAD LIGHTS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING THEN I TAKE UP THE MATTER TO THE CONCERNED SERVICE STATION NAMELY ADIL ELECTRONICS, OPPOSITE IQBAL PARK SRINAGAR.THEY ENTERTAINED THE COMPLAINT AND ISSUED ME THE WORK ORDER NO 8059 OR …. DATED 17/03/08 AND THEY CONVEYED ME TO APPROCH AFTER 10 DAYS.AFTER THE SAME TIME WHEN I APPROCHED THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE SENT THE MOBILE TO CHANDIGARH BECAUSE WE CAN MAKE IT CORRECT HERE IN SRINAGAR BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF RS:-700/-

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          We bought Samsung Split A/C during May 2007 thru' Viveks and within 3 months, it was reported as low coding due to Gas leakage.The piece was taken for service from viveks Service centre but on return, it had been stated compressor was defective and was replaced and Gas was refilled. Again after 6 months, faced same Gas leakage problem and reported to Samsung and requested for piece replacement. But they stated, piece replacement was not possible and then can extend the Warantee period for 2 months.Also a verbal agreement was given they can do the service free of cost for 1 year but cannot provide any written statement.

          We also agreed and allowed the Samsung Service people to take up the piece for service and they gave a report when the piece was taken to their centre for servicing.But on replacing the piece, no report/job sheet was given to us.Is this the way of providing service to customers?

          As they doesn't provide/get any report after piece replacement, we told we will produce a case stating the piece was not replaced back .(since they don't have any proof for piece replacement)

          Either we need a report stating they can provide service for 1-2 years with free of cost or we need piece replacement. Please Let me know Whom we can contact regarding this case.

            dear sir,
            i have purchase samsung color t.v. model no:cs-29z50 on dated 09/04/2008. by the delar patel radio ele. stadium road Ahmedabad.after purchseing the t.v just within two days make two big spot in picture scree. we are complining about the problem to samsung customer care. and there enng. come and chake it and they said in her service report that some problem in picture tube. than we are request for replacing it.

            many time we are call for samsung customer care regarding replce our t.v. but they are not responce properly to me.
            they are just commited to me but not take such action on it.
            they are prommise me that your problem solve within 24hrs but still not solve.
            My Window AC (1.5 Ton) not cooling for a last one month also touch pad is not working.I had complaint to Samsung costomer care on 20-June-08 and got the complaint no [protected].I bought my AC approx one year past.In last 20 days nos of incapable mechanic visited my home to repair the AC but the AC got use less day by day.Twice my AC taken to samsung work shop but no improvement or recovery til date.Now my AC in a very bad possition and i want my AC replaced with new one.Neither me nor my relatives and Friends will purchase Samsung product in future.
            Further, If the Ac is not replaced i will take the legal action

              I purchased 1.5 ton split a/c at kanchipuram. Last three months no preventive maintenece.Purchasing time the deale told samsung service person come and check the a/c every two months.But still now nobody come .Last two weeks i felt the a/c on time some bad sumels in cooling air.What is the problem please tell me.               I am very sorry to inform you, we have purchased 2 Ton A/C 6 Nos, Through Rakkesh cooling system, chennai - 35. on 05/04/07. we have a problem in the ac no cooling and hot air has come, immediately we have informed your above agent, There is no response till date. Finally we have informed samsung service centers help line : 30308282 on 06/05/08.They says within 24 hours our service men come and rectify the problem. Even though more than 72 hours no body has not turnup for service, even we have recptedly contact by your help line everyday. One of the big ac company providing very poor service to the costomer it will affect your business and loosing confidence to the people and company also.Kindly look in the matter seriously and take necessary action.

              And one of the hanset display is broken but the display of the set is not changed Sch s 259 19.04.08 16ed4915

              They are not giving me any solution yet

              i have purchased a 6kg f/A WA80HAG washing machine of samsung on 26th march 2006.But from that date i was facing problems in that machine sometimes in motor, some time in drainage.spining etc.My complaint no. is [protected].From this no. you can check that how many times I made complaint to Samsung sevice center.Nearly after every 1 month or 2 month it get some problem.with in a warranty i request lots of time to change this peice, but every time your executive made temporary adjustment in it and ignore the matter.last year I also mail u, regarding this matter but nobody sees to it.lastly, on 27th may 2008 ther is some problem in its drainage system, i make complaint to ur service center.Next day one of the executive(Mr. Rameshwar) visit our house that said that its drainage motor is to be changed and he will bring it next day.but I wait for him next day but he didnt come.next day I call to ur CCS they said that he will come till noon, but when he wont come till noon then I call him personaly and he told that he will come in evening, I wait for him whole day but he didnt come.Next day I call to ur CCS, then again they say that he will come today surely.In noon I call him but he didnt pick the phone.for 2 days he doesnt pick the phone .After 2 days he come and change the motor
              Now hardly 15 day has gone, and again there is some problem in its drainage system.I have made to ur CCs but I dont know whether any effective action will be taken or not.

              I humbly request u either do any fruitful action or either pl take this machine(full of problems)with u.

                We have a samsung refrigerator, model No. SR29 - EMB. Recently the vegetable tray broke and we did not know where to go for a replacement. On enquiry with M/s K Electronics, Aundh, Pune, India we got the Samsung India call centre No.[protected]. I had promptly registered my request with them and my complaint No. is [protected] dated 15/03/2008. On 15/03/2008, a person from Pune claiming to be from Samsung Service visited us at home and noted the model No of the fridge, examined the broken tray etc. and promised that someone from his office/workshop would come and deliver the tray on 17/03/2008. We have waited for the expected visitor for three days in vain. Meanwhile I have got back to the call center three times and each time they promise that they would contact the Pune person/service center and advise them to contact me immediately. However nothing has happened. I guess that the quality of service needs some improvement. It definitely does not augur well for a giant of an electronics and appliances company. I hope that my complaint will be noticed and I may not be required to spend my time and energy in calling the call center who seem to specialise in rehearsed curtsey and voice service and nothing else.

                  I have purchased samsung make A/C. model No. AST 18 FA - 1.5 ton A.C. on 4/5/07. from a dealer in Ahmedabad named Shreeji saikrupa electronics. Since the day I purchased this A.C., I am facing cooling problem. The cooling is not up to the mark.
                  Many times I have complained & many time their person had visited my home but they are not able to solve the problem. If we ask questions in detail, they reply that our technical person will visit but the technical person never visits.
                  Some times A.C. gets off automatically.
                  as per the compney litreture, ac will function normally up to the 45 degree temperature outside wether. but my AC does not give cooling less than 24 . & the co persons or dealer persons are not able to give any satisfactory answer nor repairing the machine also.
                  I am fed up. I want some solution. pls. help.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Sorry to bother u for late submission of my pain in your knowledge.
                    Dear Sir, my parents bought new refrigerator after twelve years and replaced existing Godrej with Samsung i.e. Silver nano Health System i.e. a refrigerator that is very much different with others conventional refrigerator in the market from Manoj Electronics Ltd. vide receipt no C - 718 dt. 7 Nov.2005 and delivered on dt. 30 Nov. 2005.
                    But every thing got vanished after eight month of August 2006 nano poor performance. One day suddenly it stops work i.e. no cooling in the system. This is period of very hot summer in the Delhi& NCR.This is the time when my parents needs full support from nano and they actually want to see the performance of the kind of new technology adopted in the fridge.
                    Then they search out your Authorized service setup at Ghaziabad. It was observed by them that the cooling coil fitted inside the fridge has become defective. Then they taken the refrigerator at their set up and after three days when it comes back home the service people told that there was problem in the cooling coil hence they fitted the cooling coil on the backside of the fridge and as such the originality of the fridge not restored it looks like same as old fashion fridge and the model was downgraded.

                    My parents make several complaints in writing as well as telephonically at all local numbers vide complaint no [protected] at 30308282 but all in vein.

                    After one month again fridge stops working then your qualified engineers come again and replaced ac compressor and filled AC gas in the system and demanding money from my parents for AC Gas i.e. not covered in the warranty.

                    You can understand during the peak hot summer season my parents lacking support of their new fridge.

                    The current status is that still our fridge out of order from last three months as we are not having faith in your service set up.

                    Kindly look in the matter and replace the fridge with new one.

                    I hope u will understand our pain and take necessary action in this regard.

                      I bought split Ac 1.5 tons on 2nd April, after repeated requests (24 calls in 2 days) it was finally installed on 5th April... To my dismay it worked fine for around hour and half and stopped cooling then on...

                      I have called cust care 30308282 over 50 times then on for following up on getting a technician to check it but no one has turned up as yet...

                      I am frustrated beyond proportions... looking for some help...

                      I want to return this ac back and buy another one now...

                        i have samsung champ esn no.16df5cb0 .microphone is faulty so that i cant useing the cell for the last 15 days.i have complained the same at samsung service center at asr.they refused to take the set due to non availability of microphone in stock.so this is the problem of samsung and i am suffring.i have postpaid connection and i am bearing rent for without any calling .till date the part is out of stock in service center. please post the weiver of rent for this period and get the vhandset replaced

                          I purchased fully automated Samsung washing machine in November 2007 from Mahadev Electronics Gurgaon. From day one my clothes are getting spoiled after using washing machine. Nearly after 10 visits by Samsung Service people to my home they were not able to provide resolution to my machine. They took my machine to Sector 31 in Gurgaon to check and repair. Service manager Whenever Iam contacting her she informs me of working on file and she will arrange for refund. Never calls me back and when ever Iam trying to reach her she gives some excuse. From last one month Samsung is not picking up phone or responding me.
                          Iam really frustrated now of getting a defect product after paying entire amount in Cash.
                          Iam running from Pillar to Post calling every one concerned to get resolution to my problem but no one is responding . I neither left as cheated person from Samsung having such brand I dont trust nor like any product to be purchased in future.
                          I want to approach Consumer Court get my complaint addressed and also inform Media of cheating and fraud done by companies like Samsung so that in future no one suffers my pain.

HA17HHBL200314, from Samsung under the scheme “awesome twosome” offer dated 27 MARCH 2006 I would like to add here that this scheme says that I supposed to get printer with monitor but its not happened as yet. I have not received my printer till date.
                            I have talked to Mr Sushil Gulati related to this issue many times but no response from your side.
                            As per Mr Gulati, printer has been delivered to the address “ RUPESH MAHESHWARI shop no.8, 43 veer savarkar block shakarpur delhi ” this is not my corresponding address. My address is "Rupesh Maheshwari C1/318, YAMUNA VIHAR NEW DELHI -110053” and printer has been delivered to your dealer’s address but your dealer denying for the same.
                            I suppose this is not the error from my end this is the fault from your part. So I request you to take some immediate action on this and inform me the same.
                            I also would like to convey the message to samsung that this is not the right approach towards your customer as I have explained my problem to you many times but problem is still the same. In sales you need to give 100% services to your customer and that’s what “SAMSUNG” is known for.

                            I am having Samsung front laod automatic washing machine and we have been using it for the past 4 years.
                            we had complained to service centre in bangalore that washing machine belt was falling . They took almost 1 month to visit my house. They came and repaired the belt and said its alright. The same day belt fell again and again. so we again complained to service centre. Again they took 15 days to come and tell that they wanted to take machine to service centre.
                            After 8 days they came on 6/12/2010 at 9.45am and took the machine to service centre. They said they'll deliver within 4 days. They are even telling they wont get any spare parts in samsung. We are calling them every day and the only answer they give is "WE WILL COME TOMMOROW DEFINITELY" . This is worst service I have ever seen and still my machine is not back home.

                            I'm here to express my deeply disappointments towards the Samsung service centre @ Kuching Malaysia.

                            The service centre are a mess, there is no queue system for customer, customer service officer are tend to serve their known customer (those guys from handphone shop, who send in the machine on behalf of customer) let them cut queue infront of other customer, who come in before them. Although there are some sofas but without queue system, customers are forced to stand and queue for their turn. How come a world leading brand will allow such bad service?
                            The customer service officer also shows they are lack of training and lack of professionalism, when I send the handset I was serve by Sumunthi, which she tend to joke around the known customer while she is serving me and I was sitting infront of her, she even don¡¯t know how to explain the Trans only at the accessory column of servicing form. Until I have to told her, that she miss out to fill the battery where I also send in for service, should her be double confirm the item I send in for servicing or instead the standard procedure of Samsung service centre are to joke around with known customer?
                            Upon the collection of serviced hand phone from the centre, which I notice there is a deep scratch on my screen protector, without second thought, I ask the customer service lady (Mariana) why there is a scratch on my screen protector? She was nice to help me check with the technician, and come out to answer me ¡°Why don¡¯t we change the screen for you?¡± It puzzles me and asked back why I need to change screen while my screen protector is scratches? Then the technician (Ricky) walks by and come out with hilarious theory ¡°If we change the screen for you, we can¡¯t change the protector for you as well¡±. What is he thinking? What is the relevant between the scratches screen protector and changing a new screen, while there is nothing wrong with my screen? Is this how Samsung treat their customers? When there is mistake happen, they are tending to change something that is irrelevant at all. He even try to push back the fault to me that they did not check whether there is scratch or not when I send in, is he trying to call me liar? The scratch are so deep, I equip my handset with screen protector and leather cover, what is the chances I myself will scratch that deep. I was once work at the technician line before, this is obvious that the technician who attend to my handset (Benard) was not follow standard service procedure when dismantling my handset, my handset must be placed with sharp object face down, that why the deep scratch is there.
                            Finally come when they are agreed to compensate me a new screen protector, they request me to come back when the screen protector arrived, when send in and collecting the handset already cost me 1 unpaid day leave, they request me to come back to collect the screen protector which cost around Rm25 while per day salary cost me Rm150, is there rational for me to do so? At the end they agreed just to pay me back money instead to revisit for screen protector replacement. How funny that such leading brand service centre will not have any screen protector equipped.
                            I particular about the outer condition of my handset, is all begin from my first servicing of this handset ( I believe you are able to trace the record), as I taking half day leave to collect the handset, once I confirm is able to power on, GPS working, I direct collect and rush back to work. When at night after work, I check all the function of the handset and I notice there is small dent and small pinch hole on top of the handset cover (I took this as my luck, because I didn¡¯t notice upfront of counter, no point going back to argue about it). Because of this nice experience, I tend to have a good look on my handset before collecting them, that why this entire unpleasant incident happen.
                            If you read through the survey call log that you ring after the first servicing, I did complaint about the miscommunication between the customer service officer and technician, upon the send in the handset for the first servicing, at the counter I clearly indicate that my handset GPS is not working, which the customer service officer just report the error is ¡°Handset Hang¡±, when I second time remind the service officer, my fault is GPS not working, she assure me technician will check on it. When the call for collection, I try double confirm is my GPS working already, the customer service officer puzzles and she will double check with technician, technician will call back me to confirm. When I get the technician call, he told me the Kuching map haven¡¯t update yet, why I need to use GPS, am I buying the handset and have to request your permission to use the function, or Samsung design the GPS is for dummy only? Can¡¯t I use the GPS with my own will; can¡¯t I use the GPS outside Malaysia? Why I need your busy body to teach me how to use my handset, you are supposing to fix my handset error.
                            By these two unpleasant servicing experiences, I have lost my faith towards Samsung products. After sales service was the major point for me to selecting the IT products brand, buying such expensive products but getting such lousy service really open my eyes. If Samsung just care about their big share of cake in IT products, I suggest don¡¯t equip the products with warranty, if you are not able to provide the quality after sales service for your customers.

                              I purchased a Samsung mobile handset, Model SGH C170 in Nov, 2007. My friends and relatives had advised me to go for a Nokia one, since that is a proven company. But I was impressed with Samsung mobile in terms of attractive looks, light in weight & tracking facility. Now I am fed up with this set. In Jan, 2008, the base (socket) where charging & earphone pins are inserted, was broken. I surrendered the handset to a local service centre in Pune. They turned a deaf ear to my request for a temporary set. They sent the handset to Mumbai for repairs. I was told that, due to my wrong handling, the base is broken and I was charged for Rs. 70/-. To my surprise, again in Mar, 2008, the same problem occurred. As of date (4th Apr, 2008) of writing this complaint on this portal, the set is in their custody and I have been asked to wait for next 10 days and that too without providing any spare handset to me. Apart from this faulty set, their service centre people in Pune are very arrogant and non-cooperative. I made several complaints with the Product Support Dept. through e-mail and toll free number in Nov, 2007 itself and later on also, but all in vain. I have suggested them to call back these handsets from the market as it was done by Nokia for its faulty batteries, but Samsung is careless about its customers. Apart from this major problem in this handset, there are some other technical problems. The volume of the handset is set at 1 to 5 levels, which is inadequate when you are in crowded places like bus / train / market etc. Its reception and transmission power also seem to be very weak because several times, I have lost my calls. Now I am convinced that all that glitters is not gold. But now I am a scapegoat. So, it is my friendly advice to the customers that before going for any Samsung products, think 100 times. This is the Company that will put you in a great trouble once they fetch your money.

                                I am shocked up with the recent experience of mine with Samsung Electricals Authorised Repair Centre/Branch office at Nirala Nagar Lucknow.

                                I had purchased a Samsung SGH X700 mobile worth Rs. 9750/- from Big Bazaar Lucknow (Receipt of which is attached herewith as Annexure-1) in Aug-06. The mobile was working well but in Aug-07 it started showing some unexpected problems viz. if I received a call and talked for some time more that 3 mins it used to disconnect the call. As the set was never wet nor it was dropped by me I thought may it is a network problem as I am using BSNL services and it sometimes occurred due to server problems. But then when I compared other BSNL mobile number I thought may be my set is having some problem. I immediately took my set to the Authorised Service Centre of Samsung situated at Chauraha No.8, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow on 01.11.07 where by the set was taken in possession by them and they issued me a receipt (Which is attached herewith as Annexure-2). Thereafter I received call on 18th November, 07 that my set had developed major problem and it has been sent to New Delhi office for further repairs. Then suddenly one day I was given a call from your lucknow office and informed that Rs5751/- (after discount) would be the total expenses for the set to be repaired.

                                I just wanted to know that after giving me a flat discount of 25% as my set was given on the last day of Free Service Camp I was given an estimate of Rs.8000/-( would it be feasible for me repair the set at this cost and that too when this was almost 1 year 2 months old set. I also talked to Shri J.P.Singh Field Service Coordinator Samsung Service Centre, Nirala nagar, Lucknow but of no use he said that it is not in his hand and showed a very casual approach to my problem. I have taken my cell back from the service centre and writing you this mail just to inform you to take an action against such misconduct and shall I file a complaint in the consumer court against the company or against Mr J.P.Singh

                                This is with reference to my mobile phone which I purchased on 17th May-09 ( Samsung Star GT- S5233A, Serial number RW6S433945Z ) from Meerut ( Uttar Pradesh ). This was my first and biggest mistake as the mobile store owner told me that it is the latest phone of Samsung and I should purchase it. Therefore, I invested my saving of 10, 000 rupees in this phone.

                                On the very first day after purchasing when I inserted the SIM and tried to make the first call, instanty all the bars of the signal went off and the message comes NO NETWORK AVAILBLE. After restarting it twice or thrice I was able to make the call. I thought that this may be due to the problem with the SIM but I was wrong. Later I faced this issue on a regular basis and after discussig this matter with Airtel authorities ( As the serving Operator is AIRTEL) and testing the SIM in other mobile I came to know that this problem is due to my mobile ( SAMSUNG STAR).

                                I went to the store from where I purchased it, he assured me that every thing will be alright but not yet. After two days I received my phone but again the problem remains the same. After few weeks again the touch screen of my phone stopped working and then I again went to the service centre for the solution. This time they replaced the faulty screen and after one week I received my phone back from service centre. Since then my phone started working abnormally ( example- The phone dials the numbers automatically, or keeps scrolling on by itself from time to time ) and the signalling problem is still there from the first day.

                                This caused me to again visit the service centre in Meerut this month and told them the problem. The person there said to leave the mobile for few days for repair. TELL ME ONE THING HERE, DO I BUY ANOTHER PHONE FOR THE DURATION MY PHONE WILL BE IN THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE THIRD CONTINUOUS TIME. But now its really enough and I decided to replace the mobile with the new one after all I am suffering since last 6 months. Each time the Service centre response is very disappointing.

                                On 3- December-09 Sardaar ji, Mr. Kuldeep Singh ( Service centre engineer ) gave me the number of support from where I got the number of Mr. Ankur Garg ([protected]) Area Service Manager for the replacement. I called him and told him the issue he assured me that he will revert back with in 24 hours and asked me to send the serial number of the mobile via SMS. I send it and waited for the response but no response. I tried calling Ankur so many times but he dint picked up my phone ( I think he stored my number by the name of PROBLEM).

                                I am losing my patience now. I called him every day, and sent him reminder SMSs 2 times, but of no avail. I called Ankur from my another number after 3 days on 6/12/09. This time he answered my phone but as soon as I told him my name his response was pathetic. I never expected such an answer from a person whose designation says "Manager". He was not ready even to listen to any thing and kept on repeating one line "he can't help me as it is Sunday". I think he forgot that he promised me a call back three days ago. His rude response was accompanied by him disconnecting the line in middle of our conversation.

                                Finally, as of today, I again called the support. There Mr. Manoj ( Support Person ) assured me that he will further escalate the issue and the senior person will call me back with in next 24 hours. When I asked him the number of next point of escalation he said that he can only provide me this mail ID...NOTHING ELSE as the last escalation point for them is the Area Service Manager.

                                I would like to mention here that this is my most disappointing and worst experience with any company. I need the replacement for my mobile and I will go to any extent for the same

                                **Never expected such Managers from such MNC**

                                REQUEST YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE SAME AND REVERT BACK ASAP.

                                I am shocked up with the recent experience of mine with Samsung Electricals Authorised Repair Centre/Branch office at Nirala Nagar Lucknow.

                                I had purchased a Samsung SGH L700 mobile worth Rs. 7100/- from Ganpati Mobiles, Sri Ram Towers, Hazratganj, Lucknow in May-2009. The mobile was working well but in July-09 it started showing some unexpected problems viz. if I received a call and talked for some time more that 3 mins it used to disconnect the call. And it never fully charged the battery and after calling or receiving calls it discharges.As the set was never wet nor it was dropped by me.I immediately took my set to the Authorised Service Centre of Samsung situated at Chauraha No.8, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow and then after 2 weeks they backed me the set that now the set is working o.k.but after some time it started the problem of charging and memory card.I again contacted the service centre and after a week they informed me that your battery is damaged and will be replaced, so I purchased a new battery but in vain, because the battery was ok I again contacted the service centre then they said that the mother board is damaged and it will required to be replaced and it will take 10 to 15 days. I have deposited my abovesaid Set in Dec-22 but there is no any response from the Service centre.Please do the needful

                                  I have purchased the samsung microwave ce183 model from vasanth and co on 23-03-08 and the delivery of the same was made on 26-03-08 where in the receipe booklet cum warranty card was not avaialbel with the kit provided to us.
                                  I have made the complaint to both customer care and dealer where in there is no response.
                                  HOw can a new user of the product can use it with out having the manual of the product.when it was clearly specified in the kit box stating the no of item inside the kit but actually the manual is missing.
                                  How come an MNC packaging division be so lethargic.
                                  Though after complaints no response.
                                  We are worried if the simple thing on manual itself is not there how the product is going to work.

                                      During Diwali 2008 free checkup camping, I lodged complaint regarding broken door handle of my fridge. Complaint No:[protected]. Five months have since passed, it is regretted to inform you that such a huge Company could not replace door handle in spite repeated request. The service Deptt of Samsung India is so good to forget and ignored the complaint of a customer.

                                      Yes.one should think twice before going to purchase a product of Samsung.I have purchased a mobile costing Rs 5100 during Feb 2003. When I was trying to pick a piece of paper from the floor, sitting in my chair, the mobile fell to the floor just from the height of 1.5 ft. That is all. The mobile's net work was damaged and I had to purchase a Nokia during Nov.2004. Believe me this mobile is still working well not withstanding many such incidents which made samsung mobile useless. I have purchased a 1.5 ton window A.C. of Samsung, After working for 3 seasons, the unit is often visiting service centre every summer. The Service Centre handling my case, is hopeless. The A.C. unit is with the Service Centre.

                                      So moral of the story is " think several times before purchasing Samsung"

                                      I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV on 19/10/2006 (Tax Invoice attached) with a clear understanding from the company's website that the life of the LCD is about 60000 viewing hours. However, after a matter of around 2 years the LCD display panel started showing signs of distration. I tried to contact the dealer from whom the set was purchased i.e. Emart Retail Ltd., Malad (W), popularly known as NEXT. However, this retail store had closed down. Then I contacted the authorised Samsung service centre on 25/4/2010. The technician who inspected the TV set clearly mentioned in his report that the "LCD Panel faulty" and the estimated cost of a new LCD panel was approx. Rs.26,000/-.(Report attached). I took up the matter with Samsung India Elec. Pvt. Ltd., who once again deputed a technician from the office of the authorised dealer on 11/6/2010. The same old verbal report was given. The technician informed that the matter would be reported to the company. However, there has been no further communication from the company upto date.
                                      What I fail to understand is that when the company claims that the life of the LCD panel is 60000 viewing hrs (Samsung's website report attached), although guarantee for the TV is one year, how come the LCD display has started malfunctioning within a period of just under 2 years. I feel that I have been cheated by the company and seek justice.

                                      Samsung — LCD Panel Faulty

                                      We bought a Samsung LCD TV (46 inches)1.5 years ago (In Jan 2009) from Alfa, Mumbai - India. It has cost me Rs. 78,000/-. Our TV usage is not heavy, with viewing limited primarily to night time viewing. However, since last few days, the picture completely turned off, there was no picture and just white screen.
                                      I did complain with Samsung Customer support. The customer care executive visited our home, told us that the entire LCD panel is problematic and you need to replace the panel. The new LCD panel will cost you Rs. 34,000/- and it comes with 1 month warranty (only).
                                      We asked the customer service the following
                                      1. Why Samsung promises 1,00,000 hours of TV viewing for their LCD when such nasty faults happen?
                                      2. If the main part of the TV is defunct then you need to replace it free of cost OR you should recall such faulty product.
                                      3. Why should I not go to the media / press and display this false claim of Samsung? Why shouldn’t I not expose

                                      I am going to call the media at my home and expose the worst LCD TV product and show the viewers and readers not to buy Samsung LCD TV.
