I have purchased Samsung Referigerator in 2002.Its in a good working condition.Unfortunately the bottel rack( fiber made) has broken.
From last 3 months I am approaching them to replace it.My complaint # to the customer care is " [protected]". They are saying that this Model has dropped so the parts are not available.

Please advise me what should I do .My referigerator is working absoultely fine -Just because of "Bottel Racks" I can use that option.

    I have purchased SAMSUNG A.C. IN JUNE last year from SAMSUNG SHOW ROOM, Judges Bungalows Crossroads, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015. Made a downpayment of 60% and the rest Dealer Mr Mayank Patel [protected] has organised through Citifinance having received from post dated cheques. Out of 8 cheques, 6 cheques have been cleared and to my surprise, the other two cheques have not been presented even to the Bank even after a gap of 3 months. Lodged complaint with support.[protected]@samsung.com - hopeless but to just acknowledge automtically by computer registering of complaint - no action to solve the problem. After repeated approach, Mr Mayank Patel tells me of loss of two cheques issued by me at Citifinance end. Even then as a responsible citizen, asked him to provide a letter communication to the effect so that I issue fresh cheques for two months instalments. Till date no action either from the Dealer or from Samsung Consumer department in Dellhi as neither their MD nor SALES MANAGER has time to look to consumer problems where is the question of solution to a consumer. This is the approach to a bonafide and genuine consumer in India from Reputed MNCs even.

    Myself deepak patel. i bought three samsung ac before 15-20 days.one of them does not go under 27(temperature)
    i suffered a lot. the man came from the company and after a lot of effort he is telling its happened because of sunlight. then he was talking to sifted that ac to other room.

    Why should i suffer?
    i am working in media if it is not solved. u will be in trouble.

    I purchased a samsung window ac on April 13, 2008 from SAMSUNG PLAZA, SADAR BAZAR, AGRA. the cooling is not proper. I complained customer service help desk but they sent no one a technician to check. i called the showroom and requested them to send a technician. They did not sent someone. and he informed that he is a technician for installation not for replacement and we need to contact the cust care help desk for replacement.     I logged call 1 month back for servicing of my AC and have sent mail many time but no one came from Samsung. The service is very very bad and i have decided not to buy any other samsung produce. I have sent them many mails but no response. Not sure if senior management is sleeping in the company of what?

      This mail comes to you from a very disgruntled SAMSUNG customer who is currently going through the feeling of `having got conned' into buying a product that claimed to be superior in quality.

      This refers to the SAMSUNG 42 E7SX - XTL plasma that I purchased 22 months ago from my regular dealer . Its serial no is AEKB31IL400048H.

      At the time of purchase, I had gone through the brochures of various plasmas and saw that Samsung claimed that with new technology their panel's life was 60, 000 hours as opposed to the normal 40, 000 hours that other panels had. Since I was quite happy with the picture quality and trusted the SAMSUNG brand name, I bought the same, emptying my pockets of Rs. 1, 20, 000/-.

      After a year and ten months o[censored]sing it at an average of 3 hrs every evening and taking great care of the Plasma (protecting from dust by always keeping windows shut and from moisture), I discovered a single black line about 4 inches from the bottom of the screen. So I contacted my `Samsung Home Doctor' and he came home to check the set. He told me either it was a PCB problem or a panel problem. After a few days, he got the PCB, opened the set, replaced the PCB and checked the set again, the line was still there. He told me that `the panel had failed'. When I asked him what that meant, he said that there was no way to correct the line and that I would need to replace the entire panel at a cost of approx Rs.40, 000/-. Also, since the set had completed a year, it was no longer under warranty so I would have to pay for it.

      You can imagine my shock at hearing this. Being a movie buff, I had used all my resources to buy this supposedly `longer lasting PDP' whose panel had a life of 60, 000 hrs and now it had gone Kaput in just 2000 hrs ! And I could do nothing since it was out of warranty.

      I felt HELPLESS and CHEATED . CONNED perhaps, is the right word.

      For the Samsung AC, there is a 1 yr warranty, but the compressor (the heart of the AC) has a 5 yr warranty. However, for the panel (the heart of the PDP), there is no extended warranty. Isn't that great ? I think that it is `convenient' and they do not offer any such thing because you know that it will not last long.

      Thing is, I have a product now that has been manufactured by SAMSUNG that has `not even come close' to what it claimed to be in terms of performance and I feel that I have been `palmed off' a sub –standard product at a whopping cost of Rs. 1.2 lakhs which is a lot of money for me.

      It’s a week now since I have mailed them at support.[protected]@samsung.com and the service in charge but other than a `we will get back to you’, there has been no reply.

      First you get frustrated with the product and now the service.

      This is SAMSUNG for you.

        I bought the above model Samsung Air Conditioner from reputed dealer M/s. Fridge House at Kuruppam road, Thrissur, the next building from my premises in Aug 2007. But unfortunately, the device is not functioning from the beginning. I complaint to the dealer and to the serrvice centre several times. Once one person from dealer and another time one person from service attended our complaint. But now also the system is down and not working. The complaint regd. with your service centre is TSHD 2910/29.04.2008. Now the most hottest time in Kerala State and we are running SONY ERICSON's authorised service centre at Trichur. So I humbly request your good self to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Otherwise we will loose the trust with you and your product.

          Dear Sir,

          We are using 250 litres capacity Samsung Refrigerator (Model R25) since August 2000 without any problem. The performance of the product had been quite good. However, due to normal wear and tear for long usage, the vegetable basket and the side racks i. e. the bottle guards have cracked and required replacement. Since the spare parts are not available in the open market, I registered a request for supply of these spares with M/s. Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd., D-194, Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi - 110020, Phone:[protected], on 08.05.2008 (complaint no. [protected]). I was advised by Mr. V. K. Khatri to collect the spares any day after 13.05.2008 on payment of Rs. 215/- for the vegetable basket and Rs. 100/-for the bottle guard i.e. the rates as per the price list of samsung. I deputed my representative for the purspose on 14.05.2008 after confirming the availability of the spares and the price as quoted earlier. This was confirmed by one Mr. Dheeraj. But actually they have charged me Rs. 437/- as against Rs. 215/- (the list price / the quoted / confirmed price) for the vegetable basket (receipt book no. 1864 CR No. 91675, dt. 14.05.2008). They have charged me more than double of the list price for this spare part and whereas they have charged Rs. 100 only for the bottle guard, i. e. as per the list price as well as the price quoted / confirmed by the service centre. Obviously they have overcharged me for the vegetable basket. You will agree that this kind of service / behaviour on the part of your service centre is derogatory for samsung which is famous world over.

          You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action under intimation to me.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I had purchased a Samsung Washing Machine (Model WA82HAG) in the evening of 10.05.08 from M.K. Electronic Gallery, M-13, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 (Tel :[protected]/[protected]. But till 12.00 noon today (i.e. 15.05.08), neither anybody from Samsumg has visited my residence for demo of the machine nor I have received any call from your customer care that somebody is coming up for the demo. According to the dealer, within 48 hours from the date of purchase, customer care executive should turn up for the demo. Even the dealer says that he has already submitted a reminder to the company.

            Therefore, I request you to do the needful so that I can operate the machine at the earliest after the demo is done.

              This is a second reminder for the complaint posted to you last week regarding the faulty piece of the washing machine product code no 82TAL purchased from NEXT RETAIL SHOP, Taware Eletronics, 47/31C, Ramchandra Apartment, Aranyeshwar, Taware Colony, Pune - 411009, Phone no - [protected].
              Bill No - 1249, dated - 8/3/2008.
              There is a hole in the tub of the machine from the day we had purchased. The service engineer had confirmed that it is the manufacturing defect. The service engineer visited thrice and took the xerox copy of the bill but no further action is been taken. We are fed up with the service given by the samsung. Kindly look into the matter and take some measures regarding this as the machine is laid idle since 3 months.

                SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE SAMSUNG SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER by The CAPITAL’:

                DISREGARDS TO BASIC INSTALLATION PRACTICES &
                VULNERABILITIES THEREBY
                Ref:1)‘The CAPITAL’s Cash Tax Invoice no CASH/737/06 DATED 01.06.08.
                2) Invoice no. 6147/[protected] dated 01.06.08 with Records Thereto
                When we decided to go again for ‘Samsung’ - a Split Air- Conditioner this time - from again ‘The CAPITAL’ 248/A, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata-700060, - Unit of Anand &Co., Electronics Pvt. Ltd., the following aspects of the Layout & Installation were insisted upon during ordering, to Sri Rajiv Dey- the Sales representative (M:[protected]) who promptly nodded..
                1) Location of the Outdoor Unit, should be above the Sunshade of the Window, ( 3RD Floor)- as explained by a Layout Diagram – similar to the Ones installed in the two Buildings, opposite to our Building, and elsewhere nearby. The Staff during Installation, it was also pointed out, should use Safety Belts.
                2) The Outdoor Unit should be protected from Birds etc., - as even the one fixed earlier in the Window is used by Birds as a resting place, by a Cage for which one Mr. Taj Mohammed( tel no [protected]) of Ms Tara Industries- ordered by ‘The CAPITAL’ to install the Units, demanded Rs 2400/ instead of Rs 1900/ billed by Sri Rajiv Dey, and that was readily agreed to.
                These features were completely ignored during installation, as also recorded in the ‘Invoice cum Delivery Challan’ no. 6147/[protected] dated 01.06.08 - duly acknowledged & signed by the Installation Mechanics who, on being authorized by Sri Rajiv Dey, took Rs 1900/ in Cash & Cheque for Rs 22500/ for the Unit. No action whatsoever, on the following items - except prompt encashment of the Cheque, notwithstanding the record, was taken subsequently.
                1) The Outdoor Unit has been dangerously installed in the 5” Parapet of the Roof, and the prescribed minimum clearance from the Wall of 300mm( page E5 of the Manual) has not been maintained at the other end (210mm provided.).
                2) The Opening in the Wall made for taking the Electric Cable & Pipes may be - being left uncovered, giving enough space for the Rats, Birds, Insects etc., to ensconce.
                3) The Absorbent Pad, due to inter alia, rough & sharp edge in the Opening - & no protection thereto, made in the wall, was already damaged as again pointed out to Sri Rajiv Dey, on 30.07.08 & 31.07.08.
                4) Further, a portion of the Copper pipe, has been left exposed, in violation of the Instruction at page E5 of the Manual. No Wrapping with Vinyl Tape- as specified in pages E5 & E13 of the Manual, has been done, and the Damages in between must be manifold.
                5) The Outdoor Unit, as shown in the Diagram at page E5 of the Manual, should have been at a lower level whereas it has been placed at a much higher level.
                The defects in the Installation, it is requested, should be immediately, rectified duly following the Installation Practices so that Safety is not impaired.
                The Salesman, it may not be unreasonable to expect, must understand the requirements associated with an Equipment, & as also the Staff sent for installation must be properly equipped and have adequate Understanding, Training & Competence to install the Equipment.
                In any case, a Purchaser must not suffer like this for their incompetence & callousness.
                After all, Samsung have a Reputation to live with.

Chalo le liya to le liya phir usme kami aayi to mai service center gaya jo ki Rajnagar (R-9/185) Ghaziabad me hai vaha maine use deposit kar diya.ab halat ye hai ki aaj use diye 45 din se jayada ho gaye hai. aur mai jab b jata hu to har baar aege ki Date de dete hai. maine ise[protected] ko diya tha. Maine complaint slip saath me attach kar di hai. aap dekh le. Ek baat aur maine jab aapna dvd writer diya tha tab uski warinty 2 mahine ki bachi thi chalo vo koi matter nahi hai par jab vo mujhe milega to uski validity khatam ho jayagi. . . . . .

                I am waiting for last 3 days for my window type airconditioner service. We have received a defective airconditioner from Himgiri Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.S-528, School Block Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.We have 12Z KA W AC dt.[protected]. It is not working from first day of installing.we had complained many time (complaint No. [protected]) in your coustmer service station but not they are not giving favourable responses. Kindly replace our product as soon as possible. We are facing so many problems because of this.

                Dear Sir/ Mam,

                I want to just complain that your samsung mobile service center services is so poor. person who are working there, they dont think that they are talking with clients but dont have good talking way. so poor communication.
                Matter: Last week I show my mobile to Laxmi nagar service center( MDR SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD) in my mobile i have camera problem. so person told me that i have to submit my mobile for 1 week and when i went after 1 week then told me again wait for 1 more week and when i talk wid senior then he didnt tell a single word to his junior and tell me we cant do anything.
                So now you tell me who will do? and this time i take a decision in my future i will not take any SAMSUNG product.
                So bad services, bad and poor communication executive. dont have knowldge abt customers.

                Dear Sir,

                I have 3 Samsung Air Conditioners in the Office anmd 3 Split Level Samsung ones at Home. I am finding that it is impossible to keep these working. Every month the capacitors go bad and have to be changed. This is of course in the summer months. I feel that there is something wrong with the machines. And would like to state that never again will I buy your machines.

                The bigger mistake I have done in my life is choosing
                This stupid samsung A/C. I bought this A/C on Feb26 2006 in the Mount road SS showroom.
                Perfectly after one year the trouble startd with the aircon. The worst servicing is being done for the past one year.VIJAYGANESH AGENCIES is the worst SS service centre. Noone had responded to our call properly and nothing was done to us.They took the unit to fill the gas & still more worse it became.May 11, 2009 the unit was back home saying that it was perfect but it was not so. I repeatedly called them.Atlast a techn. came inthe month of June & said that they would do the needful. Till now no response from the serv.centr. So we have now spent Rs.3000 in repairing my A/C BY CALLING ANOTHER technician from outside. This is disgusting for the SS COMPANY. I have started telling my friends not to buy any of the SS products.

                i bought a samsung biosleep 3 months ago and now it is not cooling only hot air comes outside and when i called to make a complaint to samsung customer care they gave me a complaint number and said that the engineer will call soon but no one called till now so help me .I bought it from kumra engineering and electrical, sector 7, delhi .so what can i do now .I am very disappointed from samsung company and if you will not take immediate action otherwise i will file a case is consumer court that you gave me a defected piece of A/C .

                Samsung — poor service & product

                I have purchased 1.5 tonne split AC(samsung) in 2008. since then in two years

                4 stablizer damaged due to compressor(it wastaking more current). when

                complained ur engineer visited & said due to fluctuation stablizer get

                damaged. Later in 2010 when fault worsened & ac was not working properly

                inspite of new stablizer ur engineer found compressor is damaged which should be

                detected earlier.Sercvice centre takes more than one month to replace

                compressor. Later PCB is damaged due to leakage of water in AC and ac stopped

                working on 12-7 10. Till now PCB has not been replaced. when contacted service

                center said that PCB will be avialable on10 August. that means another one

                month. I am very upset with after sales service & definitely not recommend any

                other to opt for samsung. PCB was damaged due to problem in AC(water leakage) &

                i have to pay for that. till date[protected] PCB has not been replaced inspite regular intimation to customer care. kindly suggest me necessory guidance. aslo i request you to share this with public through media so that can be aware of samsung service and product.

                  I have purchased 4 Samsung 1.5 ton split airconditioners for my bungalow in Lonavla (add: 8, Retreat Society, Old Khandala Rd.), from Ms. Khozema Traders, Lonavla (Tel.[protected] about a month ago. All four machines were fitted approximately 3 weeks ago by their technicians, and also tested, although I was not there at the time of testing. When I went to the house and tried them out, I found that 1 of the machines does not cool at all, even though the outdoor unit switches on.

                  I have repeatedly asked Mr. Khozema to send someone to have the problem fixed. His common excuse is that “the Samsung technician has not come today, maybe he will come tomorrow”. I was in Lonavla from the 2nd of May to the morning of the 6th of May; however, Mr. Khozema gave me the same excuse every day.



                  Please have this issue looked into. If a brand new airconditioner does not work, there is a problem with the machine, or the installation. In any case, I would be reluctant to purchase any more Samsung products, if this is the level of service.



                  I would like to inform you that my house in Mumbai has all LG products, including 5 airconditioners, refrigerators, etc., and their service has always been excellent.

                  Kindly note, I have not yet received any service from Samsung on this complaint – and information given by your call centre has consistently been false and misleading.



                  Last week, your reps told me that service in Lonavla would be on Saturday, and my complaint would be attended to on 10th May 2008. I took the day off from work, and remained on the site for the entire day, and the next day. No service person came. I called your call centre several times during the day, and was informed each time that the service engineer was “en route”. Finally, at 7 pm, your call centre told me that the service centre would call me in 30 minutes. Of course, no-one called. My last call to your centre was at about 9 pm, at which time I was given the same answer, and no-one came. Obviously, Samsung’s only plan is to sell, after that, the customer is left high and dry, with no service.

                  Considering this, I feel that I do not wish to own this defective machine. Kindly liaise with your distributor in Lonavla, Khozema Traders, for the removal of the machine and the refund of my money. I will replace it with an LG or another brand.



                  I will be purchasing other domestic appliances for this house – TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. Nedless to say, I will not be looking at Samsung products. I will also be advising friends and relatives to avoid Samsung products.

                    The AC was working well for the last 3 yrs but suddenly the capacitor got burnt and the AC stopped working. people from samsung came with the complaint lodge during srevice campaign. throughly checking the machine they said they will be back in a day or two time but till date no response from samsung side.

                    One Onida 1,5 Ton window,,,,Comprosser stoped working in 5 months
                    One Whirlpool 1.5 Ton window,,,, AC stopped working in 2 days from purchase.

                    Are they selling defected electronics as it cannont happen twice.

                      i had bought 1.5 ton window ac in dec 07 from Asha and company -allahabad. the ac was used only in apr.on 10 may the ac stopped cooling.i contacted the service centre and they promptly sent someone to see it.i was told that compressor was faulty.no complains so far.it is now 12 may and service centre has still not picked up the ac for repair. they say they dont have the vehicle to do the same. will someone look into it. the ac is in warranty period.

                          I had purchased the D 840 mobile phone five months ago. The display beagan to flicker last week, yesterday horizontal bands began to appear on the display. I took it to the service centre at Navi MUmbai M/s Sky electronics who tried to fool me by saying that the display was cracked due to the handset falling down. Since I was sure that I ad not dropped the handset, I asked the technician to show me the craked display after oepneing the handset. He opened it and then said that there was no crack but there was some traces of liquid ! Since again I was sure that I had never spilt water on it, I challenged the opinion.Then he said that it was possibly sweat ! In any case the service centre refused to replace the display saying that I would have to pay Rs 1750/- as the cost.
                          The company is trying to fool the customers and denying the warranty under false pretexts.

                            We have purchased the Samsung Split AC Model No: 18FA from Jayam & Co (Chennai)on 13.05.07. Within a year it given a lot of problems and we had given the complaint to the Jayam & Co, but they have not given the proper response us. So we have registered our first complaint on 18.4.07 to direct samsung Customer Care and it was attended by your Service Centre (M/s. Sanwee), that too only after our serveral phone calls. They did not responded us and it took a week to solve the problem. But it does not solved, only two days it had worked after rectification. We have faced the same problem. Then we made again the complaint directly to the Samsung and they given us the same complaint No. Again we made many phone Calls to Samsung customer care and Sanwee. They took long time to attend the problem. After deducting the problem they are not solving the problem till now. If we ask them they are telling that they will come today, tommorrow but they are not coming. We are very very sorry to say that your customer care service was not satisfied.
                            I am having problem with my split A/C bought in Nov 2007. It was not cooling and the engineering section genetle man said that it is due to gas leak and filled the gas. For couple of days it was okay. Now again it not cooling. When we ring up the srvice centre at Chennai, The response is cold. No reply and when one gets upset at the delay, they send someone and finish the job without going deep into the problem. We are aware that it is the summer season and the work load is more. Is it because that it is within the warrenty status that the respose is poor. I am sure the authorities are aware that during summer they have to be on toes and satisfy the customer. WE EXPEXT BETTER CO- ORDINATED WORK FORCE TO TACKLE SUCH PROBLEMS.

After that he told me that he will come tommarrow n repair the same. But he did not return till date.This is not like the way to attend comlaint in this .Now can you send your mechnice to repair our a.c.

                                i have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 15.7.2001.
                                on 20.4.2008 it was not working there was no cooling effect inside the refrigerator so i lodged a compliant with you on
                                21.4.2008 under compliant no [protected] After two days and after my continuous follow up the engineer from hi tech solutions, anna nagar east, chennai came on 23.4.2008 and informed that the compressor had gone and it should be replaced He also informed that if i give consent immediately it will be replaced on the next day itself. Since being the summer season, it is very difficult to manage without fridge, I gave my consent immediately But the people came only on 26.4.2008 and replaced the compressor and charged me Rs.5233/- Exactly after one week, i.e. on 2.5.2008 again the cooling effect had gone and the fridge was not working I was very much shocked and immediately lodged the compliant with your toll free help line on 3.5.2008 morning itself I also asked hi tech solutions, in turn informed that since the it has gone out of order within one month's time, they themselves will come and rectify the same immediately. But there was no response. I contacted the toll free number daily and at last 7.5.2008 one engineer from hitech solutions came and informed that the gas is leaking It will be rectified free of cost and the persons will be coming on the next day itself and rectify the same. But till today no one has turned to rectify the same I am very much upset with the services provided by you I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem also instruct the hitech solutions to give speedy response to customers compliants
                                I am facing this problem since 17/10/08 till date the engineer did not attend the complaint. I contacted the toll free number daily twise or thrise. till date it is not attended.
                                I have samsung color tv, it's 3 years old, The color of the screen changes into green color fully, I made a compliant to Toll free no to samsung customer care, and thery fwd the compliant to Villivakkam branch, After 15 day one technician NAME : VALLUVAR SELVAM came to my home, He did something the problem not rectified but he told it will be rectified tomorrow and collect the bill amount, The problem is not rectified till now, I made a complian to TEAM MANAGER : SURESH He also not responding properely,

                                  Length of cooling and gas pipe

                                  the split ac is installed and the distance between indoor and outdoor unit is only 2m but the length of the cooling and gas pipe is 5m. the service enginner refused to cut the pipes and extra length of pipe is round folded and placed near out door unit. does it affecting the cooling system? the cooling is not efficicient. kindly do the needful....

                                  i sreekanth.singaraju Purchased Samsung split ac 1.5 ton model AS18NAXTL .from day one I am facing problems, I lave been keep on complaining to the service people and customer care for several times but no one responded to me and they are giving reckless answers to me. today I went to the dealer and complain to him about the problem I am facing, he personally spoke to the Samsung people and told me they will come to my hose today.as he said your people has come to my house and check the product and said there is a leakage in compressor which is a manufacturing defect .i told to them I want this product to be replaced with new one.
                                  I have been keep on complaining to you people, unless a dealer takes action on you, you will not be responding to customer .this shows the irresponsible towards the customer .If my product is not replaced with new on with in 2 days of time, I will be filing case in consumer cort. so kindly take proper action in this case.

                                    I had purchased an ULTRA SLIM 29" SAMSUNG TV with Model 29A730, S.No. 1378 from M/S MAHESH ELECTRONICS, JWALAPUR, HARIDWAR (UTTRAKHAND) INDIA with scratch card scheme. I was promised that the scratch card would be given to me in 2-3 days. But till date even after making numerous phone calls and personal visits to the dealer, I have not been given the scratch card. Every time when I call on to him, he would make the same promise that the scratch would be given to me in a couple of days.

                                    I want to mention few points:-
                                    1. After the said complaint, your engineer worked for 3days to find out the fault in the transmission system of gas after dismantling the unit but he did not find any fault .
                                    2. On 16.9.2008, he told me that the compressor is not working and as Compressor is under guarantee
                                    ( Purchase date 15.7.2007) it will be replaced with a New Compressor.
                                    3. The outer unit was Transported in a Cycle Rickshaw, next day in which washing machine, micro oven, were already present.
                                    4. That day they wanted to take indoor unit also but it was raining we refused it that moment asked them to send proper vehicle to take indoor unit, as indoor unit consist of chips, circuit which will be damage by rain. Again in the night about 7 pm they came and they covered it with plastic cover, & took it in a cycle rickshaw.( i have photo of taking split unit in cycle rickshaw)
                                    5. When both indoor & outdoor units were brought on 18.9.2008, its fins were completely crushed in an are of 4-6 inches in right lower part. When the engineer came to install the unit, we told him that our original unit was not damaged but, as it has come in cycle Rickshaw, it must the damaged on the way.
                                    6. The outer unit was taken back on 19.9.2008 & was replaced with one which further had¬¬¬ more damaged fins.
                                    7. We refused to accept the unit till 23.9.2008 Now I request you to provide me a unit with New fins and Compressor because you have replace with an old fins from a unit from your office. As this unit is 1year and 2 months old hence you are requested to replace it with a new unit by ignoring the ex two months of warranty, We request either change damage part (grills) of both outer & inner unit other wise I may have to approach an appropriate forum at your cost.

                                    We Purchased an A/C from 1.5 tonne from Sawhney Electronics in Lucknow on 11 June, 2008. Model no-AS18FKXTL & CODE IS -A321P2BQ505898H
                                    The problem with my AC was there was so much noise in the AC that as if we are running an air cooler, so we contacted the agency to rectify the problem immediately, but there was no speedy action towards it.
                                    Now in the present scenario after talking to the agency they sent the engineer or worker many a times so my AC has been opened 16 times still problem could not be cured. It created so much problem that sometimes my guest were sitting in the drawing room and we had to remove them, that is very shameful.

                                    Mr Pramod Sharma who is the manager in the zone for Samsung do not know how to talk to the customer and he is being very irresponsible to handle the situation like this and also your distributor Mr Sawhney is the same. When we complain they say the problem is in stalling and the other say that the problem is with the internal machinary, now the condition is such that the problem is tossing between the two rather being resolved.
                                    We being the customer are unaware of the problem but you people should take care of it. Please replace my AC because it has already being opened sixteen times now we dont want useless follow-ups !PLEASE!!! WHEN WE RECIEVED THE AC FOR THE first TIME THE OUTDOOR UNIT WAS DENT BUT STILL WE KEPT IT.

                                    I am also working in one of the biggest MNC and customer are the first priority as per my knowledge because we are also dealing with the situation sometime and resolve their problem within one day so same is expected out of a company like Samsung and tell your people to take up things with some responsibility and seriousness,

                                    Please take speedy action so that my drawing room would be like my drawing room.
                                    Rectify the problem please so that experience of taking an AC from SAMSUNG would not turn out to be bad.

                                    my AC was having poor cooling so it was taken to and repaired by authorised service centre located at Benajhabar kanpur, vide Call/Wc No. [protected]. AC was transported on an ordinary rickshaw on account of which the front fins have been damaged.

                                    This I could only see when after making the payment the AC was delivered to me back at my residence.

                                    I am also a victim of Samsung product. I have problem with the split AC which is of poor quality and there is no after sale service by Samsung. I advice my friends, who has hard earned money, not to buy ant samsung product.
                                    I have two spilt AC`s Model :- AS18FK & AS18FJ both are in my office for last month both are not working having the problem with there compressors .Before 20 days one AC got change there compressor but still that AC is not working properly and the second AC are still on same conditions not working . Regarding the same i have complaints hell of time but no response yet come from your side .you can check my complaints details. And here the local service center is the worthless center that i have ever contact . Since 20 days they said the compressor are not in stock. what is this ?                                     Samsung Split A/C — Month old a/c not working

                                    I bought a Samsung split a/c at Vivek's Adyar (Chennai) on April 19th. It was installed and shown to be working. I went out of station on the 22nd and returned on the 8th. On my return, I found the a/c was not working. On 9th I registered a complaint with Viveks at Adyar. Till today, my complaint has not been attended to. Not only that, everyday I have been calling them up and find I am put onto a different irresponsible person, who promises to call back or send someone immediately, but does not do either. Uday, Kumar, Venkatesh, Velmurugan are some of the people I spoke to. Today I spoke to someone else who said the manager was out of station and the asst-manager was at the HO, but he did not have the no of the HO! I tried calling Vivek's at Mylapore hoping to get a better response. But it seems Vivek's is filled with inefficient, irresponsible people. The man I spoke to told me everyone at Viveks' was busy in a meeting and disconnected the phone.
                                    Should I go to the consumer forum?

                                    On 30/07/2009, I purchased samsung split ac 1.5 ton, model no. AS18ETA for Rs. 26, 000 from universal sales, near city kotwali, Raipur-492001, Chhattisgarh, India .
                                    Within three month of period it was repaired two times and finally it stopped working and i have claimed for replacement but after two three weeks im still geting same response that within 2-3 days it will be replaced, but no action has being taken yet . I am very disappointed with service of samsung . And i also thing thats it is the company which provides WORST PRODUCT & MOST WORST SERVICE.

Despite of rectifing 3 times , the problem remains there & ultimately they asked to take refund.                                       dear sir,
                                      I had purchased a samsung ac 1.5 ton model num AWT18QKAXTL last year in the month of May 07.eversince i have purchased this particular model i have only been facing problems with the model.within a month of my purchase of the ac i had to approach the service centre with performance problems and my compressor was changed.subsequently they changed my circuit board and then the thermostat.somehow i managed to pull through the summer season which are very severe in saharanpur and surrounding areas, with minor problems.on completion of the winter season which are also very severe i decided to start using my ac in the month of apr 08.however immdiately the ac started giving me problems.this time the service centre from saharanpur would not address my probs stating that they did not have service engineers available to address my problems forthwith.one person from the saharanpur service centre even went on to pass a lewd comment stating that if you buy things they are bound to break down.subsequently after speaking to the regional service centre head at ghaziabad, the saharanpur service centre sent an engineer to address my complaint almost after 2 weeks of time. this time i was told that the fan motor of the ac has stopped functioning and hence they require to replace that particular part. replacement of the ibid part took almost a weeks time and the day it was replaced within 2 hrs the ac again started emanciating a foul odour which was my complaint at the very beginning of the summer season.now this time inspite of calling the shaharanpur service centre i gave a complaint call to samsung customer care centre and have lodged a complaint. my complaint number is [protected]. i have my doubts if this issue is going to be resolved soon as i found the response from the representative attending the call not very hopeful.in a ac which is hardly a year old, change of all major parts only means that the ac is a defective piece manufactured by samsung.i have been harping on replacement to the service centres due to the change in all its major assembly parts less the gas pipes and the outer cover, and feel fully justified in doing so. i have been mentally harassed for the entire month of april and now it is almost mid may. the summer season here is a prolonged summer season of almost 06 months and i feel that samsung service centres are not taking adequate steps to resolve my problems and because of which i am being mentally harrassed due to lack of sleep and my performance at my work place as an Army Officer has visibily reduced. i strongly feel justified in saying that i should be given a ac replacement at the earliest by the samsung company.may i request the consumer forum to please address the issue and help me to this effect.

                                      The unit supplied to us was with poor packing, out door unit was with big dents, without remote, cables & fitting was missing in this unit. This message was informed to customer care & ponnmoney on 16th July 2008 itself they assured that unit will be replaced shortly vide the compliant No.[protected] and some body from concerned department will call you shortly.



                                      In view to above no one from neither Samsung nor ponnmoney turned up. I get a feeling of that I have selected a bad product through useless dealer.



                                      I would like to inform you that your dealers M/s.Ponnmoney marketing Private Limited, Chennai – 600 029 not responding to the customer complaints. I little bit annoyed how Samsung making a big blunder in selecting a distributors. No one is picking the phone in ponnmoney or they ask me to call after an hour for the status. This is the reply I get from Samsung. They gave their MD Mr.Ramesh Phone No.[protected]/[protected] Land Line No.[protected]/ 23742885 but he not ready to pick my call after sending SMS. If a MD is like this you can think how their workers will be. I also want to share few words about his employee Mr.Balasubramanium. He doesn’t give respect to any customers. This true you can just search about Ponnmoney Marking Company in google site you can get many details what I mean to say.

                                      I totally agree with the complaints that have been made about Samsung.
                                      My boyfriend and I purchased a 52 inch 1080 DLP TV from Best Buy and even
                                      bought extended warranty.
                                      We start to notice that we are getting a dip in out TV that is getting really noticable. We call Best Buy and they advise us in the first year we need to deal directly with Samsung. We call Samsung and they tell us a technician is going to be out as soon as possible. It takes a week for a Technician to come to the house, and he can't seem to fix the issue. He let's us know that he will come back a second time and try something new. ( of course these are during working hours, so we are taking time off from work) and the second time he comes, he replaces a few parts and it seems like it almost made it worse, almost unwatchable. He leaves, and calls us to tell us that he needs to take PICTURES for samsung to see and come back and measure the DIP because it has to be a big dip for samsung to replace it. Unbelievable! We have a dip in the TV that a Customer is complaining about, fix the damn issue, or replace it.
                                      He comes back again! and then 3 weeks later, after us constantly emailing him with no responce. He writes us to tell us our replacement TV is in. No appologize on the delay, not getting back to us, nothing.

                                      There is no where on the site to post complaints, that is another complaint I have.. The company should have somewhere that people can stress their concerns in order to make a better company. I am honestly thinking of selling my TV just to have Samsung out of my life incase something happens to the replacement and I have to watch a dipped TV for another month.

                                      Samsung — Non performance of A/C

                                      I have purchased one Samsung make split a/c 1.5 T from Vijay sales , Abhishek, S.V.Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai on 25/04/2010 vide Sales Invoice no;- 03-AN04-10SIAOUF 60, INVOICE DATE 26/04/2010,ORDER NO - 03-AN04-10S0900. (Sales Invoice copy attached herewith)

                                      The above machine was delivered to me on 27/04/2010.

                                      The above machine as per Samsung executive who visited our residence on 28/04/2010 was to be installed on 29/04/2010. I waited for their person to come and install till 15.30 Hrs. Since they did not turn up I called Viay sales who asked me to wait (leaving my work) and said that their mechanic will come at about 18:00 Hrs

                                      The mechanics / engineers Name :- Rahul & Sahid contracters of Samsung came to my residence after many phone calls to install the same on 29/04/2010 at approx 18.00 Hrs. They tried to install the same till 23.00 Hrs but to no avail, due to some leakage problem. They promised to come back the next day and solve the problem at 10.00 (i.e :- on 30/04/2010).but did not turn up. Again after many phone calls to Vijay sales and after many heated arguments with their executive Mr Nitin who was very rude who again asked me to wait at home for their mechanics to come at their own will. When I refused It was decided that the mechanics will visit my residence at approx 10.30 Hrs on 03/05/2010 complete the job and start the machine latest by 12.00 Hrs on 03/05/2010 fully functional.

                                      However on 03/0/2010 their mechanic inspite of their efforts were unable to start the machine as there was no cooling as it was found that the machine`s Outdoor unit was faulty due to some major problem. After many arguments again it was decided the outdoor unit will be replaced by a new on which was done on 10/05/2010 but as there was some leakage in the indoor unit the machine could not be put on. Again their Engineer visited our residence on 11/05/2010 and stopped the leakage and the machine was put on. But to my horror and bad luck again there is some problem and there is no cooling from the machine as on 12/05/2010.
                                      The personal in Vijay Sales Ms Deepika is not ready to take my complaint and the Samsung Service centre person are not ready to give me writing about the problem.

                                      After making so many call at your service center regarding service of my AC on 7/03/2011 a service person arrived to my house He opened the indoor unit while there was no reason to open it instead of repeating request by my family member for not opened the AC indoor unit.But he could not listen and opened the indoor unit of AC and after wards he could not able to fixed it and he opened it 4 to 5 times repeatedly to refixed it properly and while doing this he broke one of the part of my AC unit and also he has not fixed the fan properly nad also swing is also not working .This was my first service
                                      Now the indoor unit of AC seem to be “0” value.it seems that the AC is as old as five year back.
                                      I had requested to replace the Indoor unit of my AC with new sealed packed AC at the earliest.
                                      but they are not bodered even the manager of the branch is saying that warranty period is for that purpose so we wil do the repair work for that ac.why i should do the repair work the fault is from the there side
