Sub.: Complaint for the poor service from Samsung India.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchased a Samsung Monitor (“SyncMaster 920nw”.) at Nashik, Maharashtra. From the very beginning, I have a problem of picture quality with my Samsung monitor. I complained so many times to local service center. But they were unable to solve the problem.

I had purchased a Samsung SGH-D840 metal series phone in November 2007.Within a month it started giving display problems. Initially when the slide was pushed up or down, the entire screen would become hazy and all the colors used to spread all around the screen.. after a few days the entire screen became white and no amount of restarting would make it come back to the normal state.

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

I have purchased new samsung mobile SGH-E840 on 28th November 2007. Since then I was facing a lot of problem in the handset. It gets auto start when an incoming call comes. I went to the service station at district center,janakpuri, new delhi, and asked for the replacement of my cell. Instead they said that the entire circuit has to be changed and deposited my cell. Its been more than 15 days after they deposited my cell and not repaired...

A brand new Samsung M-600 mobile phone on 06-8-07 from a Lucknow shop which developed major defcts within 15-days of its purchase making it totlly unserviceable. The set has been handed over to the shop owner has done nothing either to repair the set nor to make replacement against the same.
The set bears the guarantee for 1-yr upto 05-8-08.
I feel being cheated by a reputeed company and think of moving to the court.

Purchased samsung refrigerator 315ltr from Reliance Digital - Bangalore on 1st Jan 2008. The delivery was done after 3 days and after 2 days engineer came to install and found it was damage and said will be replace in 2 days.
Its 10 days now after paying full Iam forced just waiting.
Today I got a call from Reliance stating that they do not have that model and once they receive they will contact me and the date is unknown....

We bought our refrigerator 7 years back, thereafter withing 1.5 years it started giving problem with insufficient cooling... The engineer visited and said the coil needs to be changes as it is not functioning, the same was done and we were charged apprx. 3000 Rs. My BRAND NEW EASYVIEW series Samsung Colour TV CS21M50ME has the following defects:
1) Picture gets CUT FROM ALL 4 SIDES. No way to adjust.
2) Picture is STRETCHED on TOP & BOTTOM corners of left side.
3) MAJOR GEOMETRY PROBLEM IN VISIBILITY. Waves appear in letters in tickers of News / and Business Channels.

I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model SGH-X210 (Sl.RW3PA21688H, IMEI No.[protected] on 26.11.07 from Sai Electronics located at Dilshad Garden DDA Market., vide their invoice number.1955.

I used the phone for one day and the next day it stopped functioning completely - giving indication of NO SERVICE. I then took it to the Shop I purchased and asked for a replacement and he refused and asked me to go to the Service...
