Faulty Mobile

I am shocked up with the recent experience of mine with Samsung Electricals Authorised Repair Centre/Branch office at Nirala Nagar Lucknow.

Recipe booklet and warranty not receive

I have purchased the samsung microwave ce183 model from vasanth and co on 23-03-08 and the delivery of the same was made on 26-03-08 where in the receipe booklet cum warranty card was not avaialbel with the kit provided to us.
I have made the complaint to both customer care and dealer where in there is no response.
HOw can a new user of the product can use it with out having the manual of the product.when it was clearly specified...

airtel postpaid sim not work

i have taken new airtel postpaid connection 15 days before but with in three days it was showing insert sim, when i went to airtel outlook they said i have to pay 225 rp...this is not good i am already paying monthly rent ...then also they said u have to purchased again and again every time whenever sim card spoiled......

Sliding and battery

Just after 3 months of purchase suddenly I find the problem coupled with sliding system. despite the phone in "on mode", it turned inactive as far as making calls/ receiving was concerned. Horrible experience at Moti nagar service centre. After they changed one plastic part inside the instrument, now the battery problem started. Despite charging for hours, the battery back up with the least usage ( say with 2-3 calls of total 10...

very bad service

We have bought a samsung biosleep compress 1.5ton ac on 20/03/2008, from bajaj electronics, lakdi ka pool, hyderabad. and they have promised us that the ac will be installed the next day i.e on 21/03/2008 by mr.md.naser ahmed([protected]) executive from bajaj electronics. when calling up repeteadly to mr naser he has informed that the person has already started to our place but till evening 4:00 pm nobody turned up. Issue of Faulty AC

Hi I m Pradeep
I bought Samsung AC Model AWT-180QKA (1.5 Ton) on 15.03.08 from Vishal Mega Mart Vaisahli Store Which was installed to my place on 16.03.08, when i started my AC it did'nt give me cooling effect. when i consulted technician from samsung who came to my house on 18.03.08 he told me that the compressor is out of order.

Manufacturing defect

The above mentioned product was bought on the 15th of February 2008 and installed on the 23rd of February.On the very day of installation, it was found that the internal unit was making a sound....and a verbal complaint was registered with the dealer-K Electronics,Samsung Plaza, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune. The AC Mechanic of the Company told us that the AC blower is defective...A request was made to replace the entire unit as it was defective...

Unbelievably bad customer service!
