We bought our refrigerator 7 years back, thereafter withing 1.5 years it started giving problem with insufficient cooling... The engineer visited and said the coil needs to be changes as it is not functioning, the same was done and we were charged apprx. 3000 Rs. Thereafter again the same problem reoccured in Jan 2006 and again the coil was changed with the same amount.. The same problem has occured for the third time now in Jan 2008. We have requested the servicing department for a reason for this and a permanent fix.. but there is no response

    i have booked one washing machine WA82tal on 30.12.2007 during festival offer - the dealer informed that machine will be delivered in 2 days time (dealer ASHA VISION, Kodambakkam, Chennai) We have sentiments to buy new things in a new year. But till date i.e. 09.01.2008 washing machine not delivered - on enquiry with your company it will take still more time - duration not known - because it is in the manufacturing process. My question whether company wont keep sufficient stocks to meet demand - dont you pre plan demand - our purpose is defeated by SAMSUNG - Four years back I had a similar experience with Whirlpoor (referigerator) - I stopped buying / recommending Whirlpool to my friends / relatives.
    Now if i go for changing the model / brand - festival offer is over - i am deprived of discounts - my sentiment was defeated.
    Kindly let me know when I will get my washing machine - exact date please.

    Hi am aravind from chennai. we bought a 1.5 ton Split A/C from mookambigai stores, poonamallie, Chennai last Thursday(17-Apr-08).
    We have been waiting for the installaion for more than a week. finally the seller has arranged us the samsung installation dealer MR.Gopi (Phone No:[protected]). he made us wait 4 four days and rotate us here and there for one simple installation. We kept on looking, finally fed up and he arranged a mechanic. the A/c installation mechanic (name unknown and ph no:[protected]) on thursday(24-Apr-08). we actually asked him not to cheat us and if he cannot able to make it up by the time he said then to please inform us. but the mechanic scold us that if we urge him he will delay it further and will not work on our A/C. i got fed up and called back the installation dealer gopi(Phone No:[protected]).
    But the response is further idiotic. Gopi replied us that if that if the mechanic is not interested then he asked us to arrange our own installer.

    We shocked and called back our seller. But the Seller has no idea about what to do. finally we came to a conclusion not to use Samsung A/c and we have now asked our seller to replace it with some other Company A/c.

    Due to poor customer handling we regret to use Samsung products anymore and we fed up with the service rendered.

    Samsung Washing Machine — non adherence of warranty

    I have purcahse a washing machine in April 204 with 2+3 years warranty. Now after some complaints, I contracted the service station, they asked service charges of Rs.225.00. As per procedure, during warranty no service charges should be charged from the customers.
    My semi automatic SAMSUNG Washing Machine's drier is not working. send a authorised mechanic to the following address.

    i have purchased a new model of samsung from vasanth & co -purasaiwakkam branch. I asked him to deliver on amavasi day as it was asupicious day. The van came exactly at raghu kalam inauspcious time .One single person from vasanth & co came he carried a ac machine when we said it is not machime he dropped it down arrogantly. he is suppose to carry the machine with two persons as the machine cover mentions .Your are not suppose to uplift and carry on shoulders .Vasant & co person did the same way which he is not supposed to do. we did not open the cover.Next day demo person came and when he opened he found the inside lid has come out which is supposed to be inside and said taht he will repair it it is not a problem, but we strongly refused .IT is a delviery mistake. We called Vasanth & co -puraisaiswakkam who intilaly told us any problem we can contact us refused to speak properly and told us we have contact only samsung office.Arrogant behaviour on the part of dealer.But the samsung office person were kind enough told us replacement will take us some days . We told them we will wait and get a new one .But many phone calls on our side. in the meantime lot of tension at home.And then we got a new one.
    I request the office people that please have a control over the dealers we bought form vasanth & co because of good price no doubt it but delivery is very poor we had a delviery charges also, if they told us we would have arranged for delivery. Please have control over the dealers because they spoil the company name brand as lots of money is spent on advertising . The product looks good with features but if such delivery and service is poor it will not serve the purpose.
    Service centre Of samsung at Gorakhpur is terrible with totally noncompetent staff and service engineers.The company should look into the matter at the earliest.Also the people at the toll free number provided do not respond to the complaint --no.[protected].Totally disappointing experience.

    Samsung Washing Machine — non delivery of washing machine

    This is regarding my Sumsung Wasshing Mashine.We had delivered our samsung washing machine model no WA80TGGEC/XTL on 23.08.2011 for service repairs to MOndal Electronics,Kolkata.but till this date ( 27.10.11) we have not received that it.Reapeted calls to the service centre fell in deaf ears stating that non availability of rickshaw for transport of washing machine.It is ridiculous that such a lame excuse is beinh given everytime that we call up .pls note this excuse is being given by mr Rajeev,MR Kishalay manna and MS Pinki all employes of the same store.
    Sir it is really ridiculous that customers are been harassed in these ways my samsung service centres.
    it tells a lot about the way a company like samsung works.

      I have a samsung mobile model no.SGH C200 IMEI No- 354715/00/281843/8 at the cost of 3450 Rs. as the guarantee of one year ended the mobile started working as slow as no other mobile work .       I have SGH - i300 windows mobile, the phone is unable to synchronise with the PC... this is making me frustrating..
      as I am unable to transfer any application to the phone...
      The version of the windows is windows 5.0. The phone is provided with a CD to install the software (Microsoft Activesync 3.8... Could you please let me the solution to this issue?

      I purchased SAMSUNG 810 one and half year before. As one year about to complete, it started giving problem. It was under warranty, thats why i given to shop for repair. After repairing, it was working properly. but again after 6 months it started with problem. Again i repaired it but again giving problem. I am really facing problem due to SAMSUNG. Now please let me know ur service center where i can give it.

        My BRAND NEW EASYVIEW series Samsung Colour TV CS21M50ME has the following defects:
        1) Picture gets CUT FROM ALL 4 SIDES. No way to adjust.
        2) Picture is STRETCHED on TOP & BOTTOM corners of left side.
        3) MAJOR GEOMETRY PROBLEM IN VISIBILITY. Waves appear in letters in tickers of News / and Business Channels.
        4) Colour Patches in corner of the TV.
        When complained to Samsung India, they informed me:
        This is what we have in all CRT TV sets.
        But the 21 inch CRT TVs sold in UK and USA - DO NOT have the above problems.
        It is only because of LENIENT CONSUMER LAWS IN INDIA - that this multinational is providing this SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT to LAKHS OF INDIANS - most of who are told "what do you expect in a TV set which is sold for just 8000 or 9000 - haathi ghoda???

        samsung/21'' colour TV — No proper responce

        Dear Team,

        I was purchasd samsung21''colour tv model no:csA530FLALXL Ultra slim on 16/05/09 but very soon from 05/06/09 its not working(even its not getting power on) so i have given complent on 06/06/09 by caling no 30308282 they registerd my complent with Registerd No:[protected], and once i got call from Kukatpally service center that they are going to visit my mechine but nobody came.at last iam facing the same problem.
        customers shoud not face thise much problem if like this nobody prefer for your product,
        i lost your company googwell which i have befor purchase your product.

        Note: there is no responce when i calls on 30308282,

            I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model SGH-X210 (Sl.RW3PA21688H, IMEI No.[protected] on 26.11.07 from Sai Electronics located at Dilshad Garden DDA Market., vide their invoice number.1955.

            I used the phone for one day and the next day it stopped functioning completely - giving indication of NO SERVICE. I then took it to the Shop I purchased and asked for a replacement and he refused and asked me to go to the Service Centre of Sansung located at 513, FIE Patparganj Indl. Area, Ground Floor, New Delhi - 110 092 (Phone No.[protected]. The Service Centre told me that it would take 10 days for repairs or finding the fault.

            I am wondering why cannot Sansung replace the handset ... it is only 1 day old ...what is the guarantee and warranty ?

            Please help me as to how I can get a replacement as it is a new mobile.

            Dear Sir,
            Following are brief summery of erratic signal with the hand set C-170

            Pls note I bought a hand set model C-170 from m/s NU-YORK Tele world Kolkata on 20/08/2007.I got a connexion with BSNL.Since time it is found the signal tower strength is very irregular specially when same is used while moving or inside most of the premises causing disconnexion or one way traffic.Same sim is used with SIEMENS, NOKIA, MOTOROLA and presently with SAMSUNG 210 (stand by set) found satisfactory.
            Above was reported to our local Samsung service center (New alipore) following which the software was updated without any result.
            Upon putting the matter on line with Customer care a phone call was received from Mr Rajeev Banerjee (Lee rd Kolkata) and same was asked physically in Lee Rd office.Set was investigated & the mother board was replaced with a new one (As told by Mr Banerjee)which also did not produce any improvement.
            After 03 days one technician (Mr Das) was sent to my place (New Alipore South Kolkata) who bought at least 05 nos sets of different makes/models.On comparing it is verbally agreed by both(Mr Banerjee & Das) that the signal strength is really erratic with the particular model C-170.As I was out of station from 23rd March ’08 till 7th Apr ‘08 the set was kept for repair/observation with LEE rd office in exchange with a stand by set C-210 since 20th March ’08.
            On return (07th Apr ’08) self visited office (Lee Rd) to hand over a copy of the purchase bill (which was asked over Tel).In office on front desk it was offered, that your company has decided to replace the set with other model since same C-170 have network conflict with BSNL, on payment of excess amount if any(for higher end models).Same matter was discussed (on 07/04/2008) with Mr Rajeev Banerjee over tel and advised him for a total refund instead of replacement, which he told will confirm on saturday 12th Apr ’08.As no call was received, around 1630 hrs self phoned & understood nothing is materialized so far and same awaited till 15th Apr ‘08(Tuesday).

            Below are few for your kind information:
            Since it was not mentioned by you(Samsung) at the time of purchase that the particular instrument is not in alignment with BSNL network I am not at all standing responsible and hence not agreeing for replacement with any other model except cash refund.For further information the set C-170 was handed over to your office on 20th March 2008 & till date I think enough time (24 DAYS) is passed to produce any positive outcome.
            As shortly I will be moving out of station for 3 – 4 months I will have no option rather than to carry your stand by hand set if no action is taken .

            N.B. Last option, if at all the set to be exchanged with other model (of my choice) the reason for replacement CONFLICT WITH BSNL NETWORK WITH MODEL C-170 has to be stated on SAMSUNG letter head so that can keep same for further reference.
            Above option is stated in advance, as not to waste more time for processing any final conclusion.

            Samsung Mobile Model no.X-210 — Repair

            I had given my mobile model no.X-210 for repair on 31.07.08 sl no.1 vide repair receipt no.3813 to SUVITECH (samsung prestige service centre) 112/08(16), Benajhabar Road, Kanpur (U.P). But till date I have not received my set back nor any feedback on the complaint made on your tollfree no.on 28.08.08 whose BP No.[protected].This is really sad on the part of a co. like Samsung who claims to be so good and on the other hand an ordinary customer has to suffer the embarrasments for more than 2 months.

            Samsung Mobile — Not functioning properly.

            I had purchased samsung multi media mobile Model no.M569 on 13.05.09. Mobile was not functioning properly so I had complaint couple of times on 30308282 they had suggested me to contact service centre.I had given mobile to repair at Dombivli west Samsung Service centre contact no.[protected]/[protected].Service engineer told me that issue has been sorted out but actually mobile is still not functioning properly. I had requested service engineer give me the replacement of mobile if its not getting repair but he denied to replace after saying mobile is not having any problem.

            I had purchased a mobile SGH-J210 on 27 May 2009 from M/S Shiv Digital Photo Flash, Gole Market, Udhampur (J&K). The mobile is not functioning properly. Any play list created in the music player gets invisible and six different types of files are automatically opened in Memory Card. Also Contents of the memory card disappear/erased.

            Samsung Mobile Phone — joystick problem not functioning properly

            I have taken new Samsung J-210, their was a joystick problem. They told me that they will give me in 2 days, but till now i have not received any response from their side, i had gone yesterday. They again said 2 more days. They are not telling the exact problem. And im not satisfied with the services. So please help me get my mobile back as soon as possible.

            Samsung Mobile Phone — Non-functioning

            I have purchased a Samsung make mobile instrument model SGH J150 in March, 2009 at a basic price of Rs. 4100/-. Unfortunately the mobile started working 15 days back and the same was taken to an authorised service centre at Baroda. The mobile was repaired and given back. However, it was observed that its battery was getting discharged in 4-5 hours. Again the instrument was deposited with the service centre. Now they say the circuit of the card is burnt and the repairing / replacement will cost Rs. 3000/- being only the part cost. The mobile is under the warranty period of one year. The so called part costing Rs. 3000 coveres 3/4 of the total mobile cost. According to the service centre this part is not covered under the warranty and even the battery is guaranteed only for 6 month which against costs around 500 rupees. One really wonders which part then comes under warranty of one year that too costing about 600 rupees (only approx. 15% of the mobile cost). Parts costing almost 85% of the cost are not covered under the warranty. Is this not cheating a consumer?
            I seek an assistance from the Forum.

            Hi Samsung team,

            I purchased Samsung Pixon 12 M8910 phone from mumbai on 30th Nov 09 just because I was going overseas and wanted to have a good 3G phone. But Samsung Pixon 12 (M8910) disappointed me. There are lots of problems with this phone.

            1. I cant copy contacts from SIM to PHONE. The copied contacts are shown with name as "Nn Name" and are without phone numbers. :(
            2. Problem with Music player (Cant set sound effect) After saving the sound effect e.g. Jazz, Rock, Mega Bass it has no effect on the music.
            3. Speaker volume is not good.
            4. While playing songs on media player, if the handsfree is disconnected, the songs are played through speakers which is really frustating because the phone does not ask whether it should continue playing through speakers.
            5. The battery is not good. Even if the phone is kept idle for around 8 hours, it needs to be charged everyday.

            Being in another country it is very difficult to go to service centre and get the problems solved. Also even after sending it to service center we cant be sure whether above problems will have any solution.

            I want to return the phone to Samsung (This is the end user opinion after using the phone for 2 days) and want money back. This phone has price 25100 Indian Rupees. We cant tollerate so many problems when we invest such a big amount for a phone.

            Samsung Mobile Phone — Pathetic response from repair cerntre because the phone is still under warranty and they don't want to repair it under warranty

            dear sir/ma'am,

            i had bought a smasung mobile, so called "SAMSUNG CORBY" on 26 Jan 2010 from Planet M sinhgadh road. Its incoming call alert stopped functioning on 02 Feb 2010 and deposited my mobile at their repair centre on 13 Feb 2010. After 2 to 3 days the mobile was returned duly repaired. but after 3 days i came to know that its vibrating alert is not working. i again deposited the mobile repair centre on 23 Feb 2010. I spoke to and e-mailed samsung and they confirmed through e-mail that my querry has been resolved and phone repaired. now on 12 Mar 2010 their authorised repair dealer returns the phone saying that it has yet not been repaired because he has not received the ringer. when i use to call the dealer he stopped picking up my phone. when i visited his shop it used to be closed. when he used to be avail he spoke so rudely. his approach was that why do i need vibrating alert, use it without it and don't submit the phone because it was his fault. now, i want my money back otherwise i'll file a case in consumer court. and moreover that dealer refused to give any paper or bill stating that i got the repair done and that he handed over the phone to me on 12 Mar 2010. He said that record is maintained online. it is just to avoid legal suites. this kind of pathetic services the samsung brand gives. their customer care do not respond. half of the times their site is not working. after their confirmation that my querry has been resolved my mobile was returned unrepaired. please refund my money and take back your mobile. i'll never purchase a samsung product is future. and tell the same to all my near and dear ones. i'll post my experience on all possible blogs. my phone no is [protected]

My Cell is in warranty nd On 28July 2010 I visited u r service Centre They charge me of rs 338 nd saying Tat u r upper key has been damaged. I already Had paid the amt. They repair my set but after 2 days my corby set touch is not worked properly. again I visited U r Service centre But They used a foul language with us. nd donot gave a proper time.

            I am wondering why cannot Sansung replace the handset ... it is only 4 months old ...what is the guarantee and warranty ?

            Please help me as to how I can get a replacement as it is a new mobile.

I went to M/S Micro Services authorised service center of Samsung Mobiles, Thane (W). They updated my software. My mobile became properly working state. Then within 3 months again I was facing same problem. Again above mentioned service center resolve my problem by updating software in my Mobile. Above problem I m facing again 4 times till date. Everytime these people said that software were currepted due to virus.
            This is unexpected tragedy that u r reputed companie's (SAMSUNG) mobile getting affected 6/8 times within 1 year. Stll today I m facing same mentioned problem.

              we purchased a refrigerator model no. rt 31 from ezone rohini metro walk..model no:RT31RVMS1 on 22nd of september. we openeed it after few days and found it with a major dent on door and side panel...we requested the dealer to note the complaint for the same.he sent company people but they refused to change as it was a fault during transportation which was done by dealer and not the company. we reminded him thrice...but no response since then.

                In this connection , i have made several communication with Samsung india company to get my problem get resolved ,

                I have bought an Samsung D820 Model mobile on 12/06/2006 , Cost Rs 14,600 and in that same year itself i have given one time for service for fault in Sliding with Madurai Sevice center , Second time also the same fault Happened and given for service on 07/05/2007 , from that day they have been keeping my cell for 2 months then they returned me , saying fault has been corrected New board has been replaced with old board .

                Then Again after Two Months it get switched off , not able to switch on , so i went for service center at Chennai Mylapore NAC complex on 06/10/07 from this day the cell is with the service center till date , there they told as the cell has not been fixed correctly by previous service centre and then they told again want to change new board and also due to warranty gone i have to pay by self Rs.6500 , they told this answer .

                I told as i have given it for service previously with your service center and they told they have changed the Board , but again i need to change the board means , so Samsung company cheat by replacing failure board for setted two months functioning and on fault customer again need to replavce that board by putting new board For Rs. 6500 for service .

                In service period itself the phone was with the service center for two months . now again at chennai mylapore my mobile is being two months .

                First time from service center called me and told we have corrected the cell come and get it back . i went and saw volume key not working . then i gave back to them , they now say full of dead we cant do any thing please get it back . .

                Service Engineer Mr.Gopi received the cell and no response of my cell . my cell is at chennai mylapore , Mr.Uvaraj looking after this case , Every time i call they give reply as they have sent mail to Bangalore , waiting for reply .

                Poor response from customer care .

                I was waiting for long day for this solution .

                pl help me in this issue
