[Resolved]  Samsung Washing Machine — Linkage Problem

I had purchase Samsung washing machine model 85TPL Sr. No 0236 fully automatic on 6th Feb 2008. They told me next day installation and Demo will be done by company engg. After 4 reminders engg came on 11th Feb He instructed us how to use the machine no live demo. then nex day we use the machine and surprise to see the machine is likage from bottom then immidatly i complaint with dealer service centre and till date no one has come to see the machine. i daily make the complaint with dealer serivce centre but there is no response from the dealer. I request you to help me in getting this machine replaced. we had used this machine only once. Details of Dealer & Invoice No are as follows.

THE LIGHT COMES ON BUT THE MACHINE DOEN NOT WORK.
I HAD MADE THE FIRST COMPLAINT ON 16.06.2010
ONE ENGINEER CAME AND SAID THAT THE PANEL IS OUT OF STOCK, AND SHALL COME AFTER TWO DAYS.
AFTER A WEEK, TEAM LEADER SAYS THE STOCK HAS NOT COME.
NOBODY SEEMS INTERESTED.
SAMSUNG I ELECTRICAL P LTD GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO [protected]
IT IS ALREADY 15 DAYS NOW, AND I AM JUST FED UP.

Looking at the long list of complaints above, I'm doubtful if anyone in Samsung is attending to them. This is aggravated more by the fact that my complaint no. [protected] lodged on Saturday 10.07.2010 with the call centre is yet to be attended on 12.07.10 late afternoon.

The machine is Samsung front loading machine Wf-f861ew/xtl purchased on 27.10.09 from Reliance Digital and still under warranty. It stasrted to leak water under the switch panel when the machine was put on. So machine was stopped with all soap soaked dresses inside and the complaint as above was registered. No one turned up inspite of promises to turn up.

The person who assured this is Mr. Vinod - [protected]. Today morning a guy called Rajan called up from[protected] confirming the address of the residence and promising to turn up between 9 am to 3 pm. At the moment it is 10 minutes to 4 pm...on 12.07.2010 and non one's turned up.

If the company cannot give service as promised then it is doing a diservice by maintaining this ineffiecient service setup.. Would someone responsible and senior in the company care to own up and come forward and explain please? Could I have an immediate revert please from someone???

We have purchased a Samsung front open fully automatic washing machine 2.5 years ago.We have logged 4 complaints since Apr 22nd 2010 and the machine has not been repaired as yet. The excuse is that the 'Door switch' is not available since 3 months.
Here are the complaint numbers:

The guy who looked at our machine from Samsung is Jerald [protected]. After taking a look once he consistently says that the part is not available and he will get back which never does.

Please look into the matter and intimate me or we will treat it seriously as it has been 3 months already with a broken down washing machine. If you don't have the part available, please take it out of a new washing machine and replace it. It is the responsibility of a reputed company to make parts available of the products that they sell.

Samsung — Washing machine not installed ( Person not giving DEMO )

I bought SAMSUNG Washing Machine from ezone, Chinchwad Pune & get called from Samsung for installation but till date i am not getting DEMO of Machine below are the order details Order Placed on: 31.07.2010, Ref no 30308282/[protected] registered BP no [protected]
Since then I am following constantly with Samsung and eZone to get the washing machine installed

I have Samsung washing machine model no:P1053 6.5 kg. which i purchased 31-08-05. from last two month we have face water leaking problem and so many time we place complain regarding that problem to customer care and next day service Eng. came check and than they clean inlet box but the problem was not solved and now they suggest that you change inlet box. when i ask about if i change inlet box it will solve my problem than he was not sure about that.

above problem is still not solve i face other problem of abnormal sound in m/c. when i call service Eng. they told me that you have to shift m/c in work shop. when m/c is open in work shop they found ope bolt corroded instead of replace that particular bolt they suggest me that you replace complete tub this is ridiculous to change bolt they advice me to change tub.
when i refuse to change tub they give me alternate solution and repair m/c. when service center deliver my m/c that time they told me that there is sound in spine time due to bearing damage which previous their is no sound due to bearing now they show me other problem.
i mention previous sound problem due to bolt loosing.

Please clarity and suggest me to solve my problem .

I have paid for purchasing your auto washing machine Rs. 21, 300/- on13.10.2010 to your dealer Great Eastern Appliances, but they have delivered a major damaged product which has been checked and declared by your Agent on 27-10-10. I complained about leakage problem of my washing machine. one service engr. Mr. Sanjay having mobile no.[protected] attended the complain and after doing something with the machine said the machine is ok. I signed on his papers. From very next day the machine started leaking again and immediately I brought into the notice of Mr. Sanjay.That is about 15 days back and since then that engr.is taking dates after dates and not attending the machine. Theis Mr. Sanjay must befired immediately.

I purchased a Samsung washing machine front loading fully automatic and i have a 4-e error.
i have complained to the call center and they have send engineer through the authorized service center in Villivakam and they reported that there is a motor problem and a dryer drum problem.they told that they have to replace another one.i have complained before 2 months and till today(10 march 2011) there is no response.they told that they dont have spares and told that it should come from Noida..they dont even have a motor which is just a cost of Rs.3000 then why do they run a service center???call center people are not giving proper answer and they building up some stories that they lost the motor while bringing in the bike and have missed it........what the hell are the thinking in their mind ???the Villivakam Samsung authorized service center are not giving the correct information and they are diverting the calls at least to 5 people.there is no solution for the complaint. I am damn frustrated!!!i advice everyone not to buy Samsung machines. they dont give proper response to the customers.

Samsung Washing Machine — POOR SERVICE SUPPORT

I have purchased a washing machine from Veenus Electronics on[protected]. I have complained that the machine is not working showing that DE error on[protected]. Machanic arrived and reported that some physical damage is there.Then there is no response at all. Whenever I call they say that tomorrow we will attend. But NO REMEDY YET.

Samsung Washing Machine — Lack of after sales service

Hi

I had purchased samsung top loading washing machine in Feb 2011. On 17th May 2011, the machine stopped functioning. From 18th May we have made numerous calls to Samsung service center in Delhi and their local service center in Bangalore. Till to-date 21st May 2011 nobody has even cared to come and look at the problem.

The service representatives are absolutely pathetic. They either put you on hold for 10 mins telling they will connect you to their supervisor or they will give you commitment that by evening someone will turn up. Finally i got hold of a service engineer in Bangalore. He exemplifies the attitude of Samsung, which is being extremely discourteous and insensitive to customer needs. He twice committed on a time and failed to show up. After that on calling him he just cuts the call.

If this is the level of service a brand like Samsung provides, we need to avoid buying their products. Please never buy Samsung products. Having been in US, i got carried away because Samsung was known there for innovation and service. In India they are pathetic.

Please advice me on how to file a formal complaint in consumer court.

Samsung Washing Machine — vibrate like hell

Dear Sir.

We have brought the washing Machine last four years but we have used only 2 to 3 month because when washing machine start spine iy's move like anything (shake OR Vibrate like hell) I have mail at sumsung customer care 3 to 4 time regarding this compline but no one come for that now one more problem has been arise from washing machine no power is taken by machine I need BP number of my complaine. If you are less intrested for makig a repaire for my wasing machine than I have to move to consumer Forum to make a case.
