[Resolved]  Samsung Washing Machine — Linkage Problem

Yes Smasung fully automatic W.machine has a lot of problems.I bought a machine 2 years ago, i got it repaired several times and now again it has another problem. This product is not good. I think we people should file a joint complaint against Samsung. This W.machine takes more time in washing clothes than one will take to wash clothes by hand. This product is wastage of time and money.

My washing machine drier has been out of order having 6 kg capacity.

It has earlier attended by your local service engineer on 25.01.11

Also he had replaced a moter vide model no. WT71001GIXTL.

But after same problem occour now.

The drier motor unable to spin to wet clothe.

So kindly look in to the matter.

Samsung Washing Machine — bad service

I had purchased a samsung top loading wahing machine(model no. WA85VPNEC/XTL) on october 2009,it was working fine till november 2010,but after that problems started arising,first the whole front board got spoilt,the repairman came and fixed it,after some days,some noise started coming from the drum,the repairman came again and fixed it temporarily,after about 15 days of this service,it stopped taking in water,we called up samsung and they came,fixed something and left,then soon it started showing loading problems,samsung people told that after servicing everything will be fine,but after servicing again the clutch got spoilt.By now we were frustrated,so we asked for a replacement instead,even though we had a long history of complaints,the samsung people are saying that it is inreplacable(even though it is in the warranty period),when we asked them as to why it cannot be replaced,they were blank and were not giving us the phone numbers of higher authorities also,they are saying that after servicing,it will be fine,but we just got it serviced a month back and there still is problem.My complaint number in samsung is [protected].we have our warranty till october this year and if this fails,then it is a total waste of 18000 rupees that we spent to buy the washing machine..please help us getting it replaced.

i had purchased a samsung washing mechine 3 Years back.Model no WF-F861EW/X7L/i paid 22000RS.
with in few weak its not working .its purchased frm a Kamal agencies from Kodungallor..Trichur district kerala .
same day i reported a complaint and i got a reference number also from service centre, as per service engineers they will change control pannels;but still 3 years over.stiil problem persisting.so many times
i complaint to KAMAL AGENCIES AND Service centers at trissur. but no proper response.i waste my money..time.i used this mechine one weak only..now a days the service waaranty expired..

I had purchased a Samsung 6.5 kg Top loading washing machine, it is not working properly all the dust remains their on the cloths, each time servicing guy comes nothing doing.
