service not good. Respected Sir, Your sansui 21' K2K 21 FLAT has got some problem with power supply in the first day itself ( i bought it on[protected]and he a warranty on the product. We have informed to the local service center of your company at ONgole in prakasam DT, AP their phone no is:[protected] . But there is no response from them and there is no response from the HEAD OFFICE also. The way of dealing the customer in our head office is not good it is too worst experience to the customer. Please take necessary actions to get My product be repaired.The service center is in ONGOLE near to vijayawada, AP service center. If you dont take necessary action we wil go to the CONSUMER COURT.
