My LCD TV was purchased last year in the month of January, after about 8 months, the LCD started giving problems, it used to get hanged in between and not start immediately, then we used to swtich off the TV and start after few minutes, then it used to get started. After few days the problem became so worst that the TV used to get hanged for several hours. I logged a complaint online but got no proper feedback from the company. Asked the dealer to send someone for repairing, bcoz it was in warranty period. Then the person came after 3 to 4 days, he temporarily did the work and went away. But again after few days the problem started, but this time more worser. The TV doesnt starts for several hours and if it starts then the colour of the picture turns blue, everything appears blue on screen.
The remote is not working since last 10 months. Can you send someone for the repairing immediately on urgent basis.My details are as below

    I purchased the SANSUI TV in Oct 2010. It now do not catch cable signal, may be Tunner Problem. I registered the complaint for it on 13th Feb 2011. Comp No. was HYD[protected]. More than 40 times I called the Customer Care in 5 days thereafter. No body Came At my place. Today is the 8th day. I called again customer care they said My earlier complaint has been closed as no body found at the home. Wow!!..this is rediculous. I called the person that was assigned to my complaint 4 times and he straightly denied to come at my place. The person name was Madhu with no. [protected]. And he reported as I was not available.

    Now Customer care people re-registered my complaint, even I dont know about this. When I call them they say..you registered on 18th only please wait. How pathetic it is.

    1. Firstly their engineers are not interested in solving customer problem. The deny to come at places and report as the owner was not available.

    2. Secondly to hide the inablity to serve the customer complaint in time they re-registered the complaint, and customer even dont know it.

    3. Thirdly when I called the person associated with the new registered complaint, Nagesh ([protected]), He says he only take care of Freeze and washing Machine so cant come. This is truley amazing.

    They pretend to serve the req in 24 working hours and this is the reality. My complaint is still open no body came.

    Finally they left on me giving the no. of a centre in hyderabad. Sai Nath Enterprize. [protected]. And these people are not picking the phone or they simply disconnet the call.

    Now What to do.???
    This is rediculous.

      Dear Sir,

      I purchased a SANSUI ultra slim TV (Model No: SDS21SBR; Serial No:[protected] on 27/Feb/2010 at Chennai (Bill enclosed). After few months my new SANSUI TV set got problem that it showing color patches in screens from 03-oct-2010.

      First Time, I lodged a complaint on that day itself (Complaint ID : CHE-[protected], Dated 03-Oct-2010). TV Problem was not solved for the next 17 days as on 20-Oct-2010.

      Again, I lodged a complaint (Complaint ID : [protected], Dated 20-Oct-2010). After two week I was instructed to bring the SANSUI TV set to the SANSUI Service Centre, Chennai Branch (TECH VIDEOCARE, 568, P.H.Road, Chennai-600106 Phone :[protected]. I gave the TV to the service centre on 10-Nov-2010. They returned the TV after 20 days on 01-Dec-2010. Again my SANSUI TV set had the same COLOR PATCHES problem, and also AV mode is not working (I cannot see movie through DVD connection) & Movie objects skewing in Left/Right side of the screen.

      Once Again, I lodged a complaint (Complaint ID: [protected], dated: 08-Jan-2011). Again I was instructed to bring the SANSUI TV set to the SANSUI Service Centre, Chennai Branch. Again, I gave the TV to the service centre on 10-Jan-201. Till date 17-Jan-2011 my SANSUI TV set is lying on SANSUI Service centre, Chennai Branch for past 8 days.

      From October 2010 (4 months) the New SANSUI TV set which I purchased just Feb 2010 is making repeatedly problem; and the SANSUI company is unable to solve the problem till date 18-jan-2010.

      Sansui Color TV — Poor Service,False Commitment,Extra money

      Sir/Madam,

      This complain is against the SANSUI service personal at Tamilnadu Chennai.In my TV there was a Picture problem and i have logged the complaint in December month,i had keep on calling them so many times but they had not responded properly,atlast one person has come and he has taken my TV's circuit board for repair and more over they have charged me extra money and also they are not fullfilled our problem yet.
      As per the warranty card they are suppose to make the replacement of the damaged part @ free of cost but they had charged me Extra cost too.

      This mean that the company is making false commitment this should be immediately stopped at any cost ,pls look into this matter and try to solve it out.......

      Sansui Color TV — Not working/displaying any at all

      I have purchased a colour TV 21" in April 2006 with 3-Year Warrenty.
      Since last one month it is not working at all.
      2-times customer engineer visit us but they did not identified the problem and no response commited till the date.

      more than 4-times daily we complained but no result till the time.

          Today is 28.12.2010 when i am writing this. I bought a Sansui 32"LCD in the year 2007 April month. After using it for a period of 3.5 yrs, in the month of Nov'10, suddenly, the TV was not getting started even though, there was a power getting supplied into the TV (I could see the led light on).
          On 3rd Dec, i called up the toll free customer care no. and they took my complaint. very next day, i got a call from a person saying that he is come from Sansui and will check our TV. He said, there is a problem with SMPS which would cost us Rs:4500 with a warranty of 30 days only. As we needed some time to discuss, we asked him to give us 2 days time. He charged us Rs:700 only for the visit and said can give the receipt next day. I somehow was not convinced with this.
          And on 6th Dec, one more person calls and tells that he is calling from the same company.Finally, i came to know that the person who attended my complaint was an unauthorized person.I kept calling the customer care for 10 more days. They said that my complaint was closed as "the customer is not lifting the calls". I got frustrated and given a complaint again on 24th Dec.This time, i have all the proofs to store...My complaint # HYD[protected]. I kept calling the customer care. They didn't send the technician. Today, i called them and said, i don't want your service, please return my money back.The nos i was given are [protected], [protected], [protected] (Hyd)....

          Sansui 32" LCD TV — part is not available

          MY SANSUI 32"LCD FROM 3MONTHS NOT WORKING. COMPANY SAYS PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. THEN WHY COMPANY SELLS. CONSTANTLY TOTALLY UNEXPECTED REPLY FROM THE STORE. ( MAYUR ELECRONICS, KOTHI CHAAR RASTA, VADODARA. )
          First thing do not buy these scrap (LCD TV) from SANSUI. They are selling these scrap for money. This is my own experience with SANSUI. No service, no custome care at all. I never buy SANSUI products in my life. I am also suggesting my friends to stay away from SANSUI products.
          PLEASE DO NOT BUY SANSUI LCD TV. IF YOU BUY, SURELY YOU WILL SUFFER. THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE.

            I have purchased an lCD 26 of sansui whose product code is S2630yV-L, at the time when i have been shown this LCD they told me that it supports video through USB and have shown me that even by the sales man and even they have pasted a slip on the top of the LCD that it supports all DIV x format and the price is 15500 . They tld me that its contrast ratio is 60000:1 .i paid 3700 +100(conveyence) to the owner and then they sent the lcd but now when i played it its not supporting the DIV X format and even in the site of sansui and in the site of the shpkeeper its contrast ration is 35000:1 after sakin about this the shopkeeper is saying we did it by mistake i happens in the M model and not in L model now if you want that you have to pay extra . bcoz its supporting video format while selling it was there in this thats why i purshased it . when i said that i will not pay anything extra they told me they will see me and will teach me a lesson so ia have to pay extra ,so i asked for my money back then they told me they will deduct 600 rupees as file charges of the loan . than i told them that i will not pay anything now and unless and untill they will not replace my television i will not allow them to take there TV . so do let me know about the consequenses and do register my complaint under immediate effect. After this i will register an FIR againt them as they tols me that they will see me

            from the site they showed me the m model and gave the L model ,, 60000:1 contrast ratio told in the site its clearly showing 35000:1

              I have purchased 32" lcd tv of sansui make in october 2009 and it has failed (not showing picture on screen).Immediately after i have launched a complaint to the service station ,they sent one mechanic to my house for repair who was not able to understand the defect hence he called back to the office to understand the failure (technical help).After half and hour of discussion ,he concluded that the tuner pcb is failed. He immediately told that you have to pay 9000 as the warranty had expired.Till date, no efforts have been taken regarding the repair of the television.Last fiftee ndays ,my television has been lying as an idle box.I hereby request ,that people should twice before buying such products.

              Sansui — poor customer complaint

              after buying Sansui Hard Rock-29-Wt television in oct-05 it got repaired for three times.last it was repaired dated-05-jan-08.vide complaint job no-100SA08A04004. Again by the grace of the company the product is now turned blank.
              on dated-15th may 2008 i called at jaipur customer care centre no[protected] and got complaint no--5k[protected].Executive promised me that my T.V will be repaired within two days.
              Technician came on dtd-16th may08 but left as it is because he doesn't have adequate parts and promised to come back same evening.
              As he didn't come i called 5 times to get the status but customer care executive gave me another no for follow ups[protected]Mr.Bhuvnesh).
              I kept waiting for him to come and left all my important jobs.
              This is a sheer example of BAD QUALITY PRODUCT & poor service and false committment specially from customer care the dept. assigned for this job only.
              I am also facing the same issue with Sansui. (Slim X model)
              with in 2 yrs, three times my TV became blank and its still in the repair stage for the past three and a half weeks. I dont know what to do and what hel these customer care people are doing.

                its the worst tv i have ever seen , wit in one year 4 times it has given problem , and people who attending the problem using abuse words . if any one could get me sansui general managers e mailid or telephone number it would be useful .i suggest people to not get sansui hard rock tv .sound clarity is very good but picture quality is very worst . . i suggest u people to check the tv properly before buying it , and in case of any problem with in a year please return it . please suggest me a solution for this again my tv is under repair , i dont know how long it wil be like this .

                  Hi,
                  When I am writing this complaint today's date is 16thNov2010, place - Shankaraghatta 577451 (Shimoga)

                  I have purchased a 29' SANSUI TV in the year 2007 which came with a warranty of 1 year.

                  I have already complaint to the Customer Care centre and they have assign a Complaint number also. But workers from the SANSUI service centre SHIMOGA are neglecting and they are not working in favour of the customers. I have already telephoned them for 3-4 times. But still they are not responding for my complaint. This type of activities will bring the bad name for your esteemred company. Hence I request you to make a good streamline in giving the good and timely srvice to the customers. Thanking you.

                    I purchased SANSUI SFL32HBM LCD TV from Reliance hypermart, Bangalore in November 2010. Ofter recieving, i checked this TV. MY GOD! THIS IS WORST WORST ELECTRONIC ITEM I EVER PURCHASED. VERY POOR POOR PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY. My 15 years old TV is 200% better than this TV. Please never buy these scrap (LCD TV) from SANSUI.                     kaon — Poor Picture

                    HI,

                    I am a dish TV customee and my VC number is [protected].
                    I have signed annual maintainance contarct of Dish TV and AMC number is [protected][protected], DCC code is 12352 and STB number is [protected]F75009158.

                    I have registered my compain with Meltek Infsystems Pvt ltd, Kharadi, Pune yesterday i.e 28th July 2009 in the morning at 10am on number[protected] and was promised that a technician will visit and resolve the problem, but no one visited.
                    I have been calling on the given number since afternoon but their os no one to answer my call, i also tries several times on [protected] as mentioned on reciept but this number is contnuously ringing and no one is answering the calls.

                    I have paid Rs.400 for this maintainance and i want this issue to resolved by tomorrow else i will be biund to go to cunsumer court.

                      i am new to the company, i stictly regret trusting the company as customer handling is very poor from your front as i complaint on 24.10.2010 with customer complain no. [protected]

                      Sansui LCD — SANSUI Technical person not knowing the job.

                      Hi,
                      I had bought sansui lcd 1 yr back suddendly after 1 yr the backlight of the screen started flashing and the the voice use to go off after a few seconds so I raised a complaint at your service center and I was allocatted a complaint no: 7A[protected] after 2 days of chasing the one technical person Mr.Nandkumar visited my premises and checked the tv after one hour he told me that my Buffer PCB has to be replaced so will come back after 2 days. When he didn't come in after the 2nd day also by saying that the parts was not available in the company I called a outside technician and to my utter surprise he told me that my power supply of the tv has problem and I asked him to replace it and now it is working fine. The question I have is if your technical person cannot understand the actual problem then what is to be done. Please look into it and see to it that your technical person is trained fully so that he cannot misguide people.

                      I had recieved a sms about wining sansui lcd free on my reliance number,i was asked to submit my id proof through fax and then asked to submit Rs1900 before delivery as transportation tax,warranty tax and so on.They had cheated me.The person name is avinash and his number is [protected]

                      This is your kind notice still my LCD problem not resolved even after rectification now LCD going MUTE mode without any command. Please see the video in attachment for your kind information.

                      I was called to your cal center they given me Complaint no. is KAR[protected] but all in vain. I was received only calls from your represntive but no one bother to visit at customer place or replace the defective peace.

                      Now you need to change my LCD because I will not want to repair this anymore.

                        We bought sansui tv in 2004. It got to it first circuit repair in 2007. At the same time we got a plan namely A.M.C whose duration was to be 3+1 years for no cost of any repair. ln the last one year our tv got to go for repair seven times out of which two times the technician bursted the circuit himself. and for the last time in the previous month our tv was kept in the office of sansui in bharuch for 48 days without any kind of repair. we were answere that its circuit is to be changed again which we are not getting anywere. after such long delay the technicians put an another circuit of some unknown company in our woofer system tv and returned to us.we had lost now all the functions of our tv which is not fine in compare to our woofer system. also with respect to the A.M.C. plan now the techmicians are neglecting to accept the 3+1 year plan.

                        so now we want a fair decision from your side for our tv.

                        I am a cosumer named as Kailash Prasad want to complain today's date is 23th july2008, place – Howrah . I have purchased a 20'' SANSUI TV Model No.- SV2010 and Sl . No .[protected] in the year 2001 on 1.10.2001 which came with a warranty of 7 years & it is still valid upto oct, 2008.

                          SANSUI/ TELEVISION — Complaint for SANSUI TELEVISION

                          I been regular complaining about pitcure tube or its circut plate since last 2 years but action taken by Sansui complaint centre were almost like favor done by them on consumer. at least after been making them know about my proceed for consumer court they replaced pitcure tube Plate last year. But it is just not more than year that this problem aroused again and this time it is more than it occured last time some time pitcure is reduced to 20% of its actual size with black and white pitcure with black strips around.

                          It is causing mess for me as my childrens are on summer holidays and there is nothing to enjoy in house due to which they are Playing outside which may cause heat strok etc.

                          It is here by requested to take on complaint immediately without any further delays or this time i won't spare this company breaching trust of peoples by taking legal action in consumer court.

                          A spark like sound appears when the TV is switched on and the same is reflected on the screen.
                          Despite calling on the service/complaint Nos. provided by the Co., the reply is
                          "Please check the No. you have dialed". Contacting on the site provided by them also indicated " This site cannot be opened".
                          This is really disgusting.
                          there is no display on the tv . thee screen remains white in colour when switched on.

                            I got a message on my mobile that your resume has been shortlisted for the post of asst. manager for the Sansui pune plant. they were demanding money in some un heared bank account and the contact email address domain name also not sansui.

                            I dont know why these prestegiuos company are not takingh any actions against these frauds people which are using their name to make money from innocent people.

                            I have got an interview letter . They want me to deposit Rs.2350.promising me air tickets and confirmed job.

                            i see from this site that other people have also got the same letter.

                              I had taken 21" colour TV on 30/10/2009 from M/S Bhavani Electronics: -address: Kant Plaza , Amber Cinema Road, Jamnagar-361001 Contact no:- [protected](Yogesh bhai)
                              One day my remote was not working-so i tried to start the TV by the local push button(switch), but the switch got stuck. It came out after pushing it tight
                              For the same problem i registered complaint on 15/09/2010 at Customer care center [protected],
                              Complaint no: Raj[protected].
                              But still date there was no response, so i again tried on 01/10/2010 - to know the status of complaint, but as per their record- some one visited my home and problem had been solved by some other person.
                              In actual - still there is problem in my TV and no one has visited -right now even the display is very poor - even after number of follow ups - there is no response from the sansui customer care.
                              I even tried to call the person from the service station- but still date there is no response.
                              Also i tried to contact Bhavani electronics, but they (yogesh bhai) just told me to directly contact to the customer care.
                              Is there no responsibility of the dealer - to deal the customer satisfactorily.?
                              I would suggest everyone not to go for any sansui products.

                              Sansui Television — Color problem

                              This is to inform you that we had purchased a Sansui tv set in 2003 . Since the last month the color is making it a mess! The green color has completely vanished and the pictures are dull. I hope the problem is fixed as soon as possible.

                                I had launched a complaint (#ban[protected]) on 18th sep regrading my tv and i was assured that someone will visit my place within 24 hrs.
                                Till today (22nd sep) noone contacted me meanwhile i tried contacting the customer care again but they did not have any idea about the progress of this complaint. i finally asked the local manager's (Harish) number and contacted him but someone else with name sridhar picked up phone.. he again assured that technician has been assigned and he will contact me in few minutes and gave me his number as well.... when i did not receive any call from technician ( mahesh ) .. i called him and he refused to come and said that he has work in other area and will not be visiting today and i can atlk abt it with sridhar again ...
                                Sansui has failed to meet after sales service miserably and they have fallen flat on their commitments which they give on one full page ads in newspaper ... it was worst experience i have ever had with any electronics company ..
                                First thing do not buy these scrap (LCD TV) from SANSUI. They are selling these scrap for money. This is my own experience with SANSUI. No service, no custome care at all. I never buy SANSUI products in my life. I am also suggesting my friends to stay away from SANSUI products.
                                PLEASE DO NOT BUY SANSUI LCD TV. IF YOU BUY, SURELY YOU WILL SUFFER. THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE.

                                    Here I am going to narrate nightmarish experience. I purchased Sansui CTV...Model..Viva 14..in December 2009. Everybody advised me not to opt for Sansui
                                    saying that they were selling substandard "Dabba" TVs in India. They had worst reputation in TV market. But I thought many-times Rivals defame some good
                                    companies. But I am repenting for that
                                    any. Had I heeded their advise, I wouldnt have undergone tremendous Mental Agony & pain which I had to undergo during last 7 months.
                                    This is a Classic Case of "Cheat & Loot". My TV immediately after buying gone blank, but since I had gone out of station & my family members didnt know
                                    where to lodge the complaint, they kept on using that TV for next 2 months. If it was Switched on & kept On for say 15 minutes to 2 hours, It would start
                                    displaying picture. Since I had already 2 Big TVs in my home, my family members too didnt bothered to lodge the complaint. While buying Sansui Viva14 I had
                                    decided to replace my other 2 old TVs with Sansui only, since they are cheaper(than other companies), its Japanese company etc. But soon I realised why
                                    they are selling TVs at cheaper rates.
                                    When I returned home, & came to know about the matter,I contacted shopkeeper, since Receipt given by Shopkeeper itself was Guarantee card, & there was
                                    nowhere Sansui no. Shopkeeper gave me mobile no. of somebody called Nilesh Gada. He experiemented, did "Trial & error"method for 2 months & when got tired,
                                    gave me Phone no. of sansui Call Centre. Now let me mention here that these Call/Contact/Customer Centres are no more than Harrassment/torture Centres
                                    opened by Companies in modern world. Because my experience is that nobody gets satisfactory answers; on the other one is subjected to torture with standard
                                    replies like "We are sorry", "We are doing our best","Our technician will reach your house today", "Sorry we are not authorised to connect your call to any
                                    higher authorities or supervisor or we cant give company's postal address as ours is only Customer care Centre", even if you keep calling daily for months
                                    or years.
                                    Later I came to know that Mr. Nilesh Gada was employee of some company called "Take Care". And soon I understood that Sansui people are so clever that
                                    they have entrusted Service work to third party Company like "Take Care" so that they dont have to face wrath of cunstomers' anger. After spending my precious
                                    time & money on calling Call centre daily for 1 and half months, they felt sorry for my condition & at last gave me No. of "Take Care". Again I started
                                    calling, I was promised to get my TV repair wihin 1 or 2 days everytime I called & after few days, they started cutting my calls.
                                    So Sansui people gave me no. of their(Take care) incharge called Mr. Dhananjay Chachad. For first
                                    few days he too promised to repair my TV within 1 or 2 days. But when 15 days passed, he also saved my no.s in his mobile & started rejecting/disconnecting
                                    my calls. So again I called Sansui Call Centre, they gave me mobile no. of Shekhar, who was boss of Chachad, I was told. But by that time all phone no.s of
                                    "Take Care" had stored/saved all my Cell no.s & landline no. So Shekhar didnt take my call even once till date. For few days, I kept calling all no.s of
                                    Take Care, but when I was convinced that they were not taking my calls deliberately, I got angry(I cant express my anger in words).
                                    So I called Call Centre & told them about their behaviour. I was shocked to know that my complaint was "resolved", when I asked how could they resolve
                                    my complaint without attending it? Adn whether they had received any written form with my signature that my complaint was resolved Call centre executive
                                    couldnt answer my query!
                                    On that one Mr. Rakesh gave me no. 56060 & asked me to SMS that no. & said that I would receive
                                    a call from sansui within 2 hours. What I received immediately was one "Thank you" message & I am still waiting for their call.
                                    So from next day, again I started calling Take care no.s day & Night, one fine early morning Chachad mistakenly took my call & I narrated the matter. On
                                    that he said he would send a person immediately at any cost. Since I had urgent work, I told this matter to my wife before leaving home. One Mr. Rajendra
                                    Mondkar visited my house & removed entire circuit & left. When my wife objected, he told her that his boss had spoken with her husband. Now the feeling I
                                    have is similar to some lady who has been ***** by somebody & she is holding his baby in her hands.
                                    When I told this matter to shopkeeper & asked him to replace this "Dabba" with some other company's TV, I was ready to pay even more. He told me that it
                                    was matter I had to sort out with sansui, he couldnt hlep me & couldnt exchange any goods once sold.
                                    Just now when I visited Sansui Website, I found their slogan "Born in Japan, entertaining India". How I wish I could change that to "Born in Japan, cheating
                                    India" or "Born in Japan, successfully cheating & looting Indians for many years". Now I sincerely appeal to all Indians not to go for Sansui TV even if
                                    it is available at free of cost. Since I spent 3000 for TV & more than 2000 for phone calls in addition to Mental agony & pain which cant be described in
                                    words.
                                    I dont remember whether I was given any complaint no. Because in all this agony, I completely forgotten. Moreover everytime Call centre Executives used
                                    to aks for my cell no. to retrieve my name, address, complaint details etc. If there was any complaint no. it should be [protected].

                                    I just came to know that Service Franchisee of Sansui are not "Take Care", I was given wrong information by its employees/Technicians. Just now when I visited site of sansui, I came to know that their service Agesnts are "Servicedelight.com". But the link to customer feedback/complaint is not working.

                                      I had bought Sansui LCD 32in TV two months back.

                                      No one came for installation. Now, I can see that TV tuner card is bad. Had logged multiple calls and no response at all. Even remote controller is bad.

                                      i purchased a sansui color tv 4 yrs back with a warranty of 7 yrs.but now the picture disappears suddenly with the sound still on..it requires the tv to switch off and on again to get the picture again.but local dealer did not give any favourable response.
