I Had purchased Sansui colour Tv on[protected].Unfortunatly it stopped working on[protected]. And immidiatly I had logged a Complaint with your dealer M/s Vaman enterprices Hubli. In tourn they have forwarded to your service station M/s smart services hubli. Your service man took out the pannel of our tv. in spite of our several request he is not repairing nor settling our problems.

kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

    I purchased SANSUI DVD RECORDER DVR515R from NEXT store located at Panvel (near Navi Mumbai)in January 08. The intention of purchasing DVD Recorder was to record the good TV programs, matches etc. I was told that demo will be given on next day, but as I was not available at home I asked executive in the store to give demo after three days. But the demo fellow visited my home two days latter and as I was not at home, maid working at my called me and informed about him, I talked to demo fellow and asked him to come next day. That fellow never turned up again, though I kept calling to next store again and again.
    After lots of calling and arguments we fixed date and time for demo, but nobody came to give demo and I kept waiting throughout the evening. The same incident repeated thrice…..that date and time fixed but nobody from service centre bothered to keep it and again my time was wasted. In fact service centre fellow visited my home either before or after the fixed date.
    So now its Dec’08 i.e. one year is about to pass and till I am not able get demo from these SANSUI and NEXT people!!! I tried to do some recording following the instructions given in the “operating instruction” book. But I could not succeed as the instructions in the book r not clear.
    Now when I contact NEXT store or SANSUI service centre for guidance I am being asked to pay service charges!!! Even after one year I am not able to use the SANSUI DVD RECORDER for purpose it is intended to.
    I have very good experience of servicing from one of the small electronic shop in New Panvel from where I purchased fully automatic IFB washing m/c. They gave me free service/guidance even after warranty period without charging anything and the most important they keep the date and time fixed for visit.
    Now I want to buy one TV and two A.C.s…..for which I do not where to go but definitely I know where not go !!!

    SANSUI /DVD 515R — Demo of DVD 515R not done

    I had purchased a DVD 515 R, on 20 April 2008 at the recently concluded NEXT ICE exhibition SSPMS College Ground Pune, the sales man gave a receipt bearing order No 2156, and Contact No 39898910/15, and suggested to inform that I had purchased the above product and request for Demonstration on the given contact number, I have tried to contact The Sansui demo personal, for last three days, but every time I tried to contact the number, the message is call failed network busy, I had provided my Mobile No in the receipt they should have contacted me and performed the demonstration, If the Company/Dealer does not respond immediately, the matter will be taken up in the consumer court for deficiency of services.
    Can you send me email at [protected]@yahoo.com on how this works. My purpose apart from TV recording, is to record from A/V output of an older analogue video camera and convert into DVD. Is the quality ok?

    Refrigerator in not proper working

    I purchase a refrigerator in november 2013 by a scheme. this refrigerator in properly working in last month may 2014 but this refrigerator in not proper working in this time

      My TV which is Sansui Furatto 21eye was spoilt on 23/11/2008 and i called up the sunsui service center and lodge a complaint they had informed me that the technician will come to my place within 24hrs however no one turned up the next 2 days i continueously had to make calls and finally they picked my TV from my place on 27/11/32008 i was informed that it will be repaired and delivered back within 48hrs however i neither rcvd any calls nor any information about what went wrong with my TV. today it is 08/12/2008 and my TV is not yet repaired. I have been to the service center arround 3 to 4 times which was of no news. i have been making 10 to 15 calls to the service center and i have been receiving just one answer we are working... we are waiting for the sr. technician to come, we do not have the parts, no power in the service center... etc...Pls help

        and SR. NO. IS[protected] IS PURCHASED BY ME ON DATE 3/07/2005 FROM SURAJ ELECTRICALS & ELECTRONICS, BHALSWA DAIRY, DELHI-110042.
        THE TV IS NOT WORING PROPERLY AND MOST OF THE TIME IT IS OUT OF SERVICE MANY COMPLAINTS ARE GIVEN IN REGARDING OF THIS AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPAIR THE TV AND ALSO COLLECTED MONEY AGAINST REPAIRING.BUT THEN AFTER ONLY FEW DAYS AGAIN SAME PROBLEM OCCURS AND TV IS AGAIN OUT OF SERVICE .             Complain For Reparing
            Hi Sir,
            I am a cosumer named as RAJDHAN want to complain today's date is 22nd Nov2008, place – Delhi. I have purchased a 21'' SANSUI COLOUR TV Model - HARDROCK 21 EYE and Sl . No .[protected] in the year 2006 on 21.10.2006 which came with a warranty of 7 years.

            Sansui/ctv hard rock 21 — colour not proper

            We buy a sansui ctv Model Hard rock 21 may 2006 with warranty, that tv cour out with in 6 month no body give service of this deffect.

              I BOUGHT A TELEVISION FROM RELIANCE MEGA MART IN TOLICHOWKI HYDERABAD ANDHRA PRADESH AND I WUD LIKE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS RELIANCE AND THE SANSUI CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS BEEN MORE THAN 25 DAYS I HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT ITS UNDER WARRANTY I HAV PURCHASED ON 18 OCTOBER 2008 ITS BEEN SIX MONTHS AFTER DAT THE PROBLEM HAS STARTED I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT MY TV IN SANSUI CUSTOMER CARE FROM APRIL 2009 AND GETTING ASSURANCES FROM CUSTOMER CARE THAT SOME ONE WILL COME AND ATTEND THE COMPLAINT BUT ENGINEER CAME AND LEFT THE TV SET IN A MESS SAYING THAT HE WILL BRING HIS SENIOR AND INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS NO ONE IS COMING AND MY TV SET IS DEAD LYING IN MY HOME

              I keep trying to get service from your custom care for last 7 days.
              whenever i call they give me new request number and telling that your complilent was cancelled , They didn't justify what went wronge. it is only one year old TV.

              the most inferior product is SANSUI, when i read comments and complaints, its clear every body have the issue, TV is dead... no picture... same complaint, these people collect money for parts evenly, 850... if age old people deals..then 3500,
              usual reasons... lighting, thunder...over voltage..
              friends.. in the same cable... FREE TV OF GOVERNMENT, my 20year old ONIDA COLUR TV is also still working..
              i begged these cheating heroes more than 25days for service and given 850rs...
              now i am watchind LCD SANSUI with grains... weaker picture and sound quality...

                I BOOKED A COMPLAINT FOR MY TELEVISION MODEL NO. SV 2102 SL NO. G08042 VIDE COMPLAINT NO. [protected] ON 01 NOV 2008. BUT TILL 04 NOV 2008 NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED DESPITE MY DAILY REMINDERS TO CALL CENTRE AND THEIR SO CALLED FORWARDING OF COMPLAINT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE ON PRIORITY. THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER HAS NEITHER RESPONSED NOR ATTEMDED THE TELEVISION COMPLAINT DESPITE MY EXPECTATIONS OF PROMPT SERVICE. IT REFLECTS VERY BADLY ON SUCH AN ESTEEM ELECTRONIC GIANT.

                  1.1 One year is over from the date of the original complaint ie Oct 2007,
                  but the fault is still not rectified.

                  1.2 Sansui TV 29” purchased on 1/6/2006, with 3 years warranty.
                  Model CTV HR 29 GD
                  Serial[protected]

                  1.3 Fault : We hear crackers with in-between black-outs/ blue screens, intermittently many times every day causing irritation and nuisance.

                  1.4 Maintanence / Service Centre:
                  Millenium Business Park, Sector No 1, Mhape, Navi Mumbai.
                  In charge – Mr. Umesh Malekar, Mobile – [protected]

                  1.5 Your Maintenance/ Service centre people have not been able to rectify
                  The fault although one year period is over from Oct, 2007, till date.

                  2.1 I have contacted your Maintenance/ Service centre people ( Mr. Malekar
                  Mainly and some times, technicians under him) during this period almost 2/3 times a week (with gaps when fed up or when went out of station) i.e.
                  totally 30-35 times.

                  They all give dates but neither turned up on these dates (except on 2 dates)
                  nor informed us that they won’t be coming and kept us waiting whole day
                  and wasting our time. It seems that they do not keep proper follow up records nor do they value our time.

                  They turned up 5-6 times on different dates unannounced (came on 2 given dates – an exception). Two times the house was locked when they came unannounced and left the intimation card without date, time, telephone no and in one case no Name also.
                  (They are of course very courteous while talking on the telephone or in person.)

                  2.2 They attended the TV fault

                  a) 4 times at our place.
                  b) Once, the technician visited, saw the TV, asked questions and went back.
                  c) Once the TV was taken away for 3/4 weeks at their centre.
                  d) Once electronic cards/ board/ kit was taken out, repaired and brought back (after one week), in Oct 2008.

                  2.3 All these repairs had no effect and the fault still remains although its one
                  Year now since the problem originally surfaced in Oct. 2007.

                  2.4 In between, your people frequently advised me (after every repair and obtaining my signatures – they do not leave any records with me of dates/repairs, etc) to register again / afresh whenever I complained of no effect of earlier repairs.
                  I resisted majority of the times but I had to register the complaint 2 times in between:

                  a) SC7524019
                  b) 75A[protected]

                  This was being done. You know better why.

                  2.5 My dealer had informed us when 1st complaint was lodged through him (on 24/10/07) that just telephone them and they will attend within 24 hours). Nobody attended for a long time probably because no proper records are kept by the Service centre.

                  2.6 After the 1st time help in lodging the complaint, the dealer refused to help and said we should contact the Service centre directly as their role was over as soon as the TV was sold.

                  3.0 Now, one year of warranty ( out of 3 years) has already been wasted apart from the agony we have suffered due to inefficient and undependable quality of service from Videocon ( now MNC), who profess to give international standard of services and who are expanding globally, but lack of quality service is the ground reality which is not supportive, but rather disruptive of their plans.


                  4.1 These facts show that:
                  a) Either this TV is defective and unrepairable or
                  b) Your Service centres are not technically upto mark
                  atleast for this brand.

                  4.2 My new found loyalty to Videocon has been shattered.

                  5.0 a) Could I expect some positive solution of this problem or
                  b) I should get it repaired privately from any technician and forget the warranty? or
                  c) I should look for some other companies brand and forget this TV considering it a bad decision on my part to purchase a Videocon brand.

                  6.0 I know your legal experts can easily and adroitly refuse these facts but
                  our hopes in the changed management which is transparent and customer friendly.

                  7.0 An early response or a solution will be highly appreciated.

                  Sansui TV — TV not yet returned after rectifiation

                  I had given my 29" Sansui CTV for changing the picture tube on 04/09/2007. The same is within guarantee period. Till now, same is not returned. Upon calling the service centre (Kitchen Appliances India Ltd, Kochi) they are saying "Picture tube for replacement is not yet received". Pls do the needful
                  With reference to my PF A/c no:MH/43305/0057, I have made a claim in Feb'09.As per M/s Kitchen Appliances India Ltd Company's officials that they have forwarded my for form to Pf deptt.But till now I have no information.
                  I want to know regarding the status of the same.

                    Can You Help Me; I BOUGHT this Sansui 27"MTS Stereo Color TV in 2009 at Walmart. I love the TV it has worked great until today. Then the sound went out other then that the TV is great. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this TV. I am on SS and can afford to take it to a repair person. I am 66 disabled with MS and this is the only TV I have to watch. I have no car and live in Senior Housing in a small town called Pahrump, NV. It is about 2 hrs. South of Las Vegas, NV. which is the next biggest town near us. Can you help me please. I can not afford to buy another TV My SS check is very small.
                    The only big store in town is Walmart Which I Love.

                      I brought my Sansui TV from the Shop and its been 8 months my tv IS NOT WRKING...PLEASE LETME KNW WHAT TO DO.IM FORM NEW DELHI
                      I am also suffering from agony due to their indifferent attitude towards complain of customer.they are so careless insensitive that after lodging a complain on05/04/2012 vide complain no.-KOL-[protected] their technician attended on same day but was unable to rectify.So they took the mother panel with them for further repair, promising to made good with in 3-4 days.After this the technician not responding to my numerous calls for status.Then I lodged another complain
                      on 11/04/2012 vide complain no.-KOL-[protected] but nothing happened except empty promises.I inquire about it every day to call center but same nothing happens except empty promises and their technician refuse to receive my call.I'm still suffering...plz help ...what to do next?????

                        I purchase 2 T.V. 29 Inch from Raj Electronics. Purchase Date 11/11/2007. These T.V. have some problem. Like Channel Auto Start. Screen not very clear. & Remote also failed. I complanied many time but anybody not problem solve these problem.
                        When I say from Raj Electroncs Manager that we suffer Sansui T.V. Problem. I worried India's largest Electronic Company Sansui not responsible for this problem.

                          sansui- k2k21 — poor poor service and product quality

                          bought sansui k2k21 on 17-10-08 in kolkata.
                          facing problem from january 2008.
                          Problem:- no power in tv and once it was rectified but the same day it happened again then again after 5 days that technician came but was unable to rectified and figure out that what was the actual proble.

                          i brought a sansui ctv29" marcury model on the date of 15th August 2009 in Gujarat Kheda district Nadiad city dealer named Sunidhi sales Near Nagarpalika main gate, station road Nadiad pin code 3087 001. the tv sat is faulty on the date of purchase I complaints dealer on the next day dealer complained in service center 21 Aug.09 time pass about three & half month the company technicial first time come chage part not solve the fault, second time the next technician come he also try and change a part the head technician also visit he advised me to change the kit I also agree till my problem is not solved,

                          I bought a new SANSUI TV form Yash Electronic mohan shing market N. Delhi on the morrow I turn on the TV and I found out that I bought an amazing TV which has diffrent colour at every corner which seems to be permanent. I call up the dealer and ask for replacement for the TV he said he don't have any stock at that point of time He ask me 2 days so that he can send me a replacement, as he said I agree. But after two days no news was heard so might be he filed a compliant for me. SANSUI TV engineer agent came to me and PRETEND fixING the problem, THE FUNNIEST PART IS HE DOSEN'T ALLOWED ME TO TOUCH THE TV AFTER HE FIXED WE TURN ON THE TV AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. AND I ASKED HIM WHAT HAPPENED WHY NOTHING IS FIXED HE REPLIED ME MAGNET, YOU CAN'T MOVE THE TV IF IT MOVE OR SHAKE IT WILL REMAIN SAME, I said what the ****. Hi Sansui !! I believe Your company is legitimate and you guys have a licence and must tested your product before establishing it to be part commercial property I hope you guys dosen't attempt to mislead or sell defective products in the market. if it's so do somthing to cover up. else I will not hesitate to take any legal action against your company ALL THE BEST it not a warning but it's a request.

                            i have purchased a television which malfunctioned few months back and service engineer mended it but after few days it had the same problem and when we opened the site for contact we could see that the customer care page did not exist at all. such a company with this repute in market should atleast should take care of the after sales service seriously. please take note of the aspect and if possible it should be taken note of immediately.

                              I have purched one telivision set on 07/06/08.
                              After delivery i was trying to start to TV. But it dosent display with cable connection. i have launched complent with my dealer.
                              after that sansui's technition were come to my house on 11/06/2008 & found problem. problem was the track of PCB not available .
                              & he joined track with one wire.
                              As per story The problem was jenune & it was with packpiece.
                              the work done with TV set is totaly local.
                              & Tv set defoult came from company.
                              So Please company has to returne me another Telivision Set.
                              Authorwise i will has to showout how company is disturbing
                              D piece in market.

                                  Since the last one week, there is no picture except some buzzing noise from the TV.

                                    my tv serial no.[protected] chassis burnt off last month around 16th of april 2008 due to fluctuations in electricty.
                                    even though i have warrenty period of 3 years valied upto 14th december 2008 ( date of purchase 15th december 2005) i was refused by your servicing people to rectify my tv .

                                    they insist on paying the charges of Rs.2500/- and get it rectified..

                                    then what does warrenty mean to me.


                                    more over it is to be noted that two of my nieghbours tv went off on the same day due to same reasons . but they got off with a minor complaint and got it rectified. I srtrongly feel the defect with the TV is the the companny responsibility and i should not be charged with in the warrenty period

                                      I had purchased a SANSUI 21 INCHES TV - HARDROCK 2KWT + DVD PLAYER - DVD 512 SPK through shoppingrediff.com via order number: 4572305. The same was delivered to me on 26th May 08 through their dealer namely "Kitchen Appliances India Limited" and the address of the dealer was mentioned as "C 6 Ashok Steel Compound, 159 C.S.T Road, Kalina, Santacruz(East), Mumbai - 400098, Maharashtra, India".

                                      The DVD player is working well but there were issues with the TV from day one. It was an old repaired TV instead of a new one. The same was also confirmed by the service center people of the company who also advised me not to get it repaired since it was a defective one and instead get a replacement. The same was communicated to rediff in June and Sept. but have received no communication from the same in this regard.

                                      A communication was also sent to Sukesh Goyal, Nilesh S Kerkar who were mentioned as contact persons on the order bill at their E mail addresses as [protected]@sansuimail.com, [protected]@sansuimail.com
                                      but to no effect.
                                      Please get the replacement of the TV ASAP so that I get the desired product for which I have paid the price.

                                      The complaint should really go to consumer court and ask for compensation not only for TV, but for the trouble to go through this. Despite writing to the company officals, no response is given by them, shows company's irresponsibility to take ownership of their wrong doings. When at time of selling they r going all out to make sale, company should be able to take final outcome of the sale too.
                                      Have you tried caling the company headquarters in Mumbai with the concerned persons name.

                                        My SANSUI TV SET, purchased on Dt: 26/07/2005 with warranty of 7-years, is having a problem in picture tube. Picture tube is not getting started when we switch on the TV set and it is working like a radio only. I have purchased it from
