I bought lcd MODEL SKL26HMA-FLK 4 MONTS AGO IT HAS A PROBLEM OF MANY LINES AND BLACK SPOTS ON ITS SCREEN

I have booked a complain vide no.GHA[protected] from phone[protected] about 3 weeks back for repair of my LCD sansui make. But till now nobody approached me for repair my LCD. I have seen no of complain against this company and don't know they will be able to rectify the defect of this LCD. Sansui LCD TV — complaint given in month in july not yet responded

Switches on the lcd tv is not working.when a complaint was given earlier(viz[protected])the sansui people had come and had taken out the hardware from the tv on 17.7.2011 and was promised to be returned within a week time,but with regret this is to inform that the damaged hardware taken out has not yet been replaced. Inspite of repeated request at reliance digital vizag no fruitful result has come. The complaint redreasal system at vizag centre is very poor and needs lots of improvement.Kindly help us to get the problem redressed at the earliest.

I bought Sansui LCD TV 32 inches, display is not proper since 15 days, after logging complaint, service centre says panel not available, it has to come from Aurangabad, Is this a service they are giving to customers. Since this is under warranty they are playing like this, it seems.

That time I am launch my complaint to your Customer Care and that time your Engineer told me about manufacturing problem in TV, so I am refused for repairing.

Do not fall prey for any such fake mails.No genuine employer will ask for security deposit before your interviews.I wish to file suit for this case but there is not just one. There many like this. Me too got a letter from the same company but the sender this time was different. Its Sudhir Varshney this time.
Can somebody please take this thing seriously and take some action against it.

Sansui Flat TV (Fm Included) — Not attended. complaint made on 22.9.08

I had made complaint with Call Center as well as with Service Station on 22.9.08. Service Center Vashi assuring daily that the technician will reach in the evening. No body attended the complaint. Result - TV is in Idle condition.

I am Ravi Anantrao Mandlik, requesting you to pay the attention my complaint. I have the problem of my sansui TV model no ct20dp.
I had gone to the "Sharda electronics, AnandNagar, Nanded" for repairing. The appointed electrition named Bhinge, has breaked the kit so that it cant be reepaired but they were not co-operating me so that i went to "shiwani care centre, nanded", before 27 days, up to that my TV's warranty was not ended . There is person at care center named R.P.Gode ph.no. [protected] who has not co-operated me. they are avoiding me so i complained to zone officer "Ganesh Shinde". But he also has not taken any action on my complaint.
I am requesting you please pay attention towards my complaints . If you will also avoid me then I have to go to "Consumer Court " for my rights.

Sansui / 21"TV — problem in tv

I purchase T.V.21 Inch from snehanjali electronics & appliances pvt.ltd(1, city point kacheri road palghar (west), dist-thane, maharashtra). Purchase Date 13/09/2008. These T.V. have some problem. Like display not shows properly(black strip shown bottom side)& also Screen not very clear. I complanied many time but anybody not problem solve these problem.
When I say snehanjali electronics & tekcare india pvt. ltd Manager that we suffer Sansui T.V. Problem.and also they are visited 2 to 3 times but yet still problem. I worried India's largest Electronic Company Sansui not responsible for this problem.so you are requested to look into the matter.and reply me early as possible.and increase my warranty period.or otherwise replace tv.

I have purchased a 21" sansui television( model no. ctvs2s3000).There is a problem in the sound system. That is a continuous noise in the sound system. We have registered a complaint by two times in a nearest service centre. They have given a complaint numbers 9a24015, and 9b1043. But still there is no response for our complaint. It has the one year warranty. we have purchased it on[protected]. So we are very unhappy about sansui and its customer support activities.In this connection I would like to go for consumer court for justice. So it is good to avoid purchasing sansui product.s

I am scared to imagine what will happen to my TV problem. I bought it in New delhi in 2006 and the warranty is at the edge of expiry. Rcently it developed with a sound after 2 hrs o[censored]se. I made a complaint 10/15 days back -no action whatsoever has been taken.
I was advised not to go for this TV but still I went for this and now I suffer. Compared to your problem, mine is very little.

I have a sansui 29' hard rock tv but dose not work proparly last three month i have lodge complain to sansui service station complaint no. RAJ[protected], registered around three month ago, still the same problem pertains and there is no positive resuld inspite of visit by the service persons three times. there is continuous blinking while veiwing the television and colours combination does not work properly.

I bought SANSUI 14" ctv on 30th March 2009, its just about 3 months now.. in last ten days tv has picture problem(complete blue&pink color) and its been serviced more than 3times as of now and the problem is not solved whenever i request for service they will say within 24hrs they'll come but actually they are taking more than 3days... I have purchased a Sansui 29CTV Hard rock From Our nearest dealar Universal electronics. Since last 3 months we are complaing to our dealer to get my TV repair. My dealer forwarded the complaint to sansui. Five times service engineer visited to repair the defect. But he is not able to repair. As the dealer said, he is trying to get it repaired otherwise he will try to get it replaced. But till today neither the service enginner able to rectify the defect nor the dealer able to give us replacement. As the purchaser is my father & he is at age of 62 years. and he has problem of blood pressure. he is very up set. And Only due to thsi TV we are in great trouble. I purchased a Sansui LCD TV about 3 months ago and it has been the biggest mistake of my life...

The second day of operation there was disturbance/noise from the speakers. I asked the dealer and he said it must be the cable connection. My cable guy checked cable connections and found all ok. (I have 4 TVs in the house, all the other 3 were working fine).

Next week or so I raised a complaint on your 1-800 number. It took at least 3-5 days for someone to call and come to my house to check. I had to follow up 3 times. Despite my request to come on saturday NO ONE turned up and they called first thing on Monday morning requesting an appointment. The day the technician came (Tuesday I think)the TV worked fine. He did not open the set and check anything saying he needs to hear the problem and then take action. He went away.

2 weeks later, now the sound has VANISHED. NO SOUND from the TV.
I called on Thursday last (8th Aug) and requested again to send someone on saturday or sunday since I will be at home...no one came. On 10th Aug, Monday again the famous call at 9 am asking whether they can come in one hour...so I said we have to work too and requested that the person come at 7 pm. NO ONE CAME.

Again I called that person (Sridhar) and was told at 8 pm that he is in the vicinity and will come. NO ONE CAME AND NO ONE CALLED.

Again I called 1-800 last night and gave a complaint...again today morning someone called and said they will come. I said 7 pm, so I was told that they work only till 6.30 - I agreed. Returned from office at 6.15 pm - it is 10 PM now and I am still waiting.
I have again called 1-800 now and complained.

I am fed up of all these complaints and want a FULL REFUND of the amount (Rs 26, 000) since the product is NO GOOD. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS.

FIRST THEY SELL YOU A BAD PRODUCT AND FOLLOW IT UP WITH BAD OR NO SERVICE. SHAME ON THEM.

Even my friend has recieved a same mail, and we had spoken to that person - Vivek Mehta. He sounded confident, but still i feel this as fraud, becoz no HRD demands for the Interview security.

I don't know this is fraud or not...but at least I know no company asks for such security deposit before interview...companies may ask as a bond at the time of joining or at the time of offering you the letter...so please don't trust on anybody and never deposit the amount for such kind of mails
