Hi,

I have very pathetic experience with Sansui CTV. I have purchased Sansui TV [(Model - CTV Hardrock 29WTG) & (Sl no - 79020 [protected]] in Oct-08.
And the day i purchased TV remote sensor is not working properly even it got serviced 2 times by Sansui Authorized Service person.

TV Remote sensor hardly sense any command beyond 1 ft even only in straight direction from TV Remote Sensor.

my tv is out of order from last week,no display of any customer care unit here at Amritsar .this is very shameful for sansui.a JAPAN BASED company,'u tag my no on internet ,often i reaceivecall behalf of sansui

Problem: Not able to hear Audio, but if i connect Audio / Video cable's (R/L (rear paner)) with my AMP i can able to hear audio. one day when my kid was operating the remote "there was a service menu" apearing i thing afterword we are not getting audio. how to get the service menu again , is there any setting to get back the audio. or is it Hardware failer. kindly provide...

no display mechanic says some spare part need replacement cost Rs1000_ but he is not ready to provide bill we are ready to pay for spare part pl help...

I(Alok Sharma) bought a 26" (kyuuten lcd 264)sansui lcd tv from kant tv centre narora bulandshahr two years ago. 3 months before my tv started troubles to me no picture was there. i went to kant tv centre and noted a complaint in their loacl register and i was assured that compeny person will come and rectify the problem. after lots of follow up i found the service persons phone no and i start to call him....

DEFECTIVE SANUI TV THUNDERMASTER 29


I purchased a Sansui TV Thunder Master 29 in 2004 with a 7 year warranty for Rs. 16000/-. The TV has developed fault 5 times till now but at least the complaints were being attended to and the TV was being repaired after I incurred some expenditure. The TV developed fault once again in Mar 10. I reported this to their customer service on 26 Mar 2010 complaint number HYD [protected]....

I bought a 21" flat sansui tv set in 2005. it has comprehensive warranty for 7 year. on dt.16.04.2010 sansui authorized technician repair my tv set. He replaced two component. one is 220 mf 450 capacitor. He charged Rs. 450 for the capacitor, my price for same capacitor is only Rs. 35. Other part he replaced is PTC, it's market price is only Rs. 10 but he charged me Rs. 150 for same PTC....

Thanks for response ,i have deposited the LCD in service center.they are expressing their inability to repair due to lack of spare picture tube as well as motherboard .If really you all want to help me then replace the LCD .YOU can forward my request to the top brass of your business owner ,i got fed up in approaching post to pillar and justifying the faults.
