Tata SBI per will charged hidden charges. When I am talk to Help line number they will harras me that pay the hidden charges other I am black list your name in Bank Account.

Ultimate harrassment from collections.

My new card was never delivered and i had already blocked my card one year back but i was receiving calls from them past three months back.. Absolutley baseless.. I stand by on prestige and Dignity of Mr Tata as i also work for him. I feel the grievences are been just put under cover for this segment and no actions taken. I think customers are harrassed and i am also been the one of those victim.
i am sbicard holder. my 50000 amount is due. if i dosettellment.can i will eligible for again for new credit card or any other loans please guide me my contact no. [protected] or on my mail please. thank you.

    I have SBI credit card ([protected]).They had wrongly chrged Yearly & add on credit card charges, which they had agreed to not charge it before renuing my card. After informing them they had reversed the charges, but they had started charging interest & late charges against the charges which was being char4ged because of there mistake. After calling them they are asking as to pay interest, however they are ready to give as credit for the same, but why will i pay interest on charges which was not correct.

    Respected Sir,

    I am Mr Ramar S, I have taken SBI credit card about one and half year back. My SBI Credit card Number is [protected]. I have never used the card from my side to purchase any items. One year back, I was forced to take Royal Sundaram Insurance by the SBI Credit card section at a monthly payment of Rs.99 for a period of one Year. I was not able to pay the 99 rupees in time and requested the SBI credit card section that I don’t want any insurance and revert all the charges and close my Credit card account permanently. The SBI credit card section reverted partial amount and they did not close my account. They kept my account alive even after my repeated request by e-mail to cancel my account. They keep on adding additional charges, late fee and other charges and in December 2008, one person called me from SBI credit card and he told that if I pay Rs.600, he will close my account. I paid the amount by cheque. But they have not closed the account till today. I received a call from SBI credit card section: phone: [protected] on[protected] at 2.39 PM. He has threatened me that if I don’t pay the amount, he will take the amount from my Savings Bank account. Due to this unwanted threatening, I am getting disturbed a lot and I am not able to sleep properly and not able to pay proper attention on my work. Could you please kindly help me to close this issue permanently?.

      I used to regularly get the monthly statements by email. But recently there have been disruptions in the flow. This month I got an SMS on my mobile phone giving me the total outstanding amount due. Then when I checked my statement through the website all the totals columns were blank and the items listed in the statement did not match the figure mentioned in the SMS. I also spoke to the customer care executive who registered my complaint (# MQ[protected] and said that I would get my statement by email within 48 hours. It's more than that time now and I haven't got my statement yet. Kindly do the needful to avoid any further inconveniences. Thank you.

        I am not receiving my statements or e-statements or any of the the intimation of my bill from sbi card department from past 4-5months. I have called many times on phone banking for e- statements also. Also i had deposited bill for the month of July but a fine has been imposed, but since i have not received bills, i am helpless.

        SBI Credit Card — NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT

        LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY STATEMENT
        PLEASE SEND LAST ONE YEAR SOA THROUGH MY MAIL ID AS MENTIONED ABOVE
        I am holding SBI Credit card from last 02 years . I am not getting proper information about the bills on time and messages from sbi card. and without my permission they have start insurance and other.
        Presently they have also incquded yearly fees during discusstion with call center they have no responce. and says that you have pay full ammout.

        SBI Credit Card — Non-Receipt of my SBI Credit Card

        SBI Credit Card — Non-receipt of Credit Card statement

        It has been over two months now that I have stopped getting my credit card statement. It is out of curiousity that I log in to their site to check my account and pay the bill thereafer. However it is not possible for me to check it every month and hence I expect to get the bill statement either hardcopy or soft from the company.

        Bill Pay — Excess Charges

        On my credit card number [protected], I am being charged Rs. 100 towards Annual Bill Pay Charges. This is probably towards Tata Indicom mobile phone number [protected]. Since i am nolonger using this number, kindly discontinue the Bill Pay services.

        I applied for SBI Credit card through their Sales rep at Jaipur Cantt SBI in the month of Feb 10. Card application number is[protected]. I am in receipt of pin No also. But I have not yet received the credit card yet.

        Express IT Courier — Non receipt SBI Credit Card

        Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, My credit card was sent to me by SBI bank on 29th August 10 vide . The courier man never came to my residence and made comment that absence of receipent ,its happen two times ,when I checked status of airway no. its showing courier is still in express it courier office

        I tried to contact customer service centre at least 10 times but no luck I have send the mail also..but still no response .

        Such irresponsible job,and still big corporate giants asking for there services.

        SBI Credit Card — Not received SBI credit card but got excess bill

        I have not yet received SBI credit card from last 2 months.
        SBI credit card fee charges are Rs 500, But I am getting SMS to pay Rs 662.
        Without getting Credit card and account details how can I pay bills with interest.
        SBI customer care response is very poor.

        I have applied for SBI Shubh Yatra Card which was dispatched through Express IT with ref No SB[protected]on 14 Feb 2011 stating that the same will be received within one week ie 21 Feb 2011 but till 26 Feb 2011 courier containing SBI Shubh Yatra Card not received. I try to contact Customer Care and Mahipalpur but no one attend the phone. Kindly help to get it delivered to me at my home address :-

        They called me on 2nd march for my address to deliver and ask for the location / land mark... today 6th march and they have not deliver my document.

        I am not sure how SBI too want to use the service of this hopeless Express IT courier!

        Your officials keep calling and tell them the same thing of non receipt of any soft copy to my email ID and unecessarily I have to suffer by paying the late fees charged.


        Kindly reverse my last 4-5months late payments as it is no my fault and also send me the latest updated statement deducting the late charges to my other email id [protected]@yahoo.com.

          I am having SBI credit card with outstanding due 95000 Rs and am paying money on every alternate month hence payment comes under late mark and this i have communicate to SBI card person till date may be more than 10 executive that right now i am not in position to pay the money hence i will pay on alternate month and i am paying alos all cheque record is having with me still daily i am getting call on every day from morning 8.0 clock from following number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], every time i have to give same explanation to every executive this is sort of harassment is doing by SBI credit card people for this pl.suggest what to do

            I lost my ATM PIN. When i enquired in SBI HAL Branch. They asked me to raise for new ATM Card request and it will charge 200/- for me. They deducted amount from my account 0n 13-jan-2009. but i have not yet received my card. I contacted the branch but of no use. can you help me how to track my card delivery status.

                I AM HOLDING A SBI CREDIT CARD. AS OF DEC' 2006 MY OUTSTANDING WAS RS.9900. IN A VERBAL CONVERSATION WITH THE LADY EXECUTIVE MISS. SHIVANI SHARMA SHO HAD CALLED ME FROM DELHI LAND LINE NO. [protected] SHE HAD COMMITED A SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT THAT IF YOU PAY RS.6800/- APROX THEN SHE WILL CLEAR REST OF THE DUES ON MY ACCOUNT. BUT EVEN AFTER MAKING THIS PAYMENT OF RS.6800/- BY CHEQUE IN DEC'2006 TILL DATE I AM RECEIVING MY OUTSTANDING STATEMENTS FROM SBI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. AFTER THAT SETTLEMENT I HAVE NOT USED MY CARD TILL DATE FOR ANY TRANSACTION. SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT FOR THIS CONFLICT AS THE BANK PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME EVERY NOW AND THEN AND I AM MENTALLY HARASED.

                SBI Credit Card — WRONG COMMITMENT!

                I had taken a SBI CARD, and when i had taken the card i was given two offers 1) CASH BACK and 2) Reward Points. After i started using the card since last 5 months i have not received even a single cash back and neither i am been given reward points.

                Please help.

                SBI Credit Card — WRONG COMMITMENT

                I have been given the Demand Draft of RS.15900/- INR via courier on 10 jul 08 from delhi and i recieved on 15 jul 08 in mumbai. and after 2 weaks i am getting repeatitive calls to make the payment of INR 16475/- . Whereby an Executive who made me to use the facility o[censored]sing Bank Demand Draft for 30 Days without any interest on it has promised me that i wont have to pay anything if i pay the amont of 15900 INR within 30 Days from date of issue. Now they are asking me to pay an interst of 500+ INR for this facility.now i had decided to pay only 15900- INR which i actually received.

                If there is anyone who could assist me in getting rid from this without damaging my interest.

                SBI Credit Card — WRONG COMITMENT

                There is an call from SBI regarding my outstanding, last May 2008, they are redy to setel a/c on 8, 000/-,
                They given me recipt of full n final setelment and promis me to issue Letter with in week and so bus till now they not provide me Letter and now there was again call coming to me for out standing and theyare saying they not accepting this unless and untill i will not show them Letter, and they are saying, that whom i given the money for final setelment was a lier, if it is correct how can i trust to other then, and what about my amount and My Letter, please let me know, because i trust earlier and paid full and final settelment amout of Rs. 8, 000/- now i will not pay anything and want My Letter as well

                SBI — applied for credit card on wrong commitment

                This is to intimate u that I'm Sanjay Banik was called up by one o[censored]r DSA few days back & anyway they try to convince me to sell ur bank's credit card. Initially I was not agreeing to apply for the card but they created such a situation that I was hypnotized & applied for the SBI Credit Card.They assure me that I will be getting Platinum Card with very high credit limit & there will be no charges(for insurance or any type) at all for life time. They get all the documents from me & they get me signed the application form. I was asked to submit my PAN Card ( PAN No.: AIRPB7477K), my Passport ( number F2698495) and my HDFC Credit card photocopy & its statement & my StanC Credit Card photocopy & its statement.I've given all my vital documents to them in good faith.When I asked for the application number they said me that its not required & they will intimate me over phone after getting application passed by their superior authority.

                1/2days after they called me up & said that I'll be issued Gold card & Rs.500/= will be charged in my a/c. I denied to pay it & said that they are differing their commitment. I asked all my documents back. But today again I got another call from ur office & they confirm me today that I'll be getting Platinum card & there will be no charge of any type. But they told me to say that I will pay the necessary charges when the verification call comes & latter on they will waive it. That time it looks me fishy.

                I tried to get in touch with u to confirm the matter thrugh ur call center but I'm undone coz I dont have the application number & the branch code. I tried to call at the same number where from I got the call but no one was picking up the phone. I tried to call the girl( She said her name is Ruby, but it seems fictitious to me) who came to my office to collect all the documents at her cell number but she switched off her phone.

                Plz explain me the real fact what is happening on an urgent basis otherwise I will be bound to complain to the appropriate authority for taking necessary action coz the total matter seems fradulent to me& there is some wrong thing going on.

                Hope you will sort the matter at earliest & revert back to me with appropriate reply to satisfy me.

                  my card no.[protected].On[protected] a collection boy has come to my office and collectef the ouststanding of Rs. 766.00 . he has been directed by the local collection office at cochin. they have given me collection slip on which they have written that the closing letter will be given on or before 13th july 2007. since then nobdy is picking my phone and no closing letter is issued to me. after that recently i ahve been getting call from telling that they are from legal serive department of sbi cards and they are thretening me. infact i have cleared all my outstandings in my card.
                  Please issue the closing letter . Now am receiving an online statement that my card is having an outstanding amount of rs. 5500.00.I have no idea about the amount and and they are illegally charbging me the interst and late payment fees. I am affarid of whether it comes to CIBIL . so kindly solve the issue.

                      I am hereby lodging my complaints against SBI CARD - as on 18th August 2008 I was deposited a cheque no: 508036 drawn on Canara Bank, H.B.Market Branch, Kolkata-5 for Rs.1967.38 against the SBI CARD statement 3/8/2008. As on 26th morning I received a call from [protected] that SBI Credit Card dept. not received my cheque and ask me to issue a fresh cheque, whereas I was already submitted the same to their brach at AE Market, Salt Lake before the due date(18/8/08). Please tell me why should I bear the hidden and late fees? I am also requesting to you to please check the person or collecting centre who will take the cheques from AE Market, Salt lake Brach and informed me immediately about your process.

I have applied for education loan in SBI Chilcana road, Saharanpur (UP) for Rs 400000/- in total. The said brach forwaded the case to main branch (branch code 710) after having satisfy with all the required document, the conserning officer have told us that they can not sanction the loan for studing in Amity univercity jaipur as this univercity is not in their list. Where as the said univercity have been formed by State Govt Notification. and is one among the best univercitirs,

                          Hi,

                          I had SBI credit card 2 years back and i have close the card and received the SBI Manager official letter regarding the clearance of all the dues. But from that day on wards every month I receive phone calls from the recovery team from (Phone No.[protected] and asks me to make the due payment. I am really getting harrased by this team, even after my communication that I have letter - they dont hear and asks me to make the payment.

                          Will some one or some forum can help me on this?

                          As I had been using the SBI credit card no [protected] during my posting in Delhi. I left Delhi on 6th Jul'06 by joining another company in Madhya Pradesh. During the Jul'06 month I got a call from SBI customer care for outstanding so I told them that I am out of station and won't be able to go to bank and requested him / her to send someone to my residence to collect the money, at the same time asked my wife to pay the outstanding balance to collection executive. And finally we left Delhi on 13 Aug'06 by shifting my family to M.P. For another more than 18 months I have not received any reminder from SBI Credit card division neither on my address nor on my mail id except some e-statements infact we have not used the card and discard the cards.

                          Suddenly someone called up on my land-line (Gwalior one) and asked for outstanding and we were shocked to listen that and discussed the matter and informed about the same.

                          Again there was no communication made by them and kept sending the e-statements which we were not able to see because we did not have the card to see.


                          Then I have sent a mail to head SBI cards and made many communications with AVP to clear my part. The details of mails are hereby given below.

                          The same matter has been sent to Ombudsman on 25 Dec'09 for help. The other details are hereby given below.

                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for me.

                          Refer to my below mentioned mail I would like to draw your kind attention that since last two days I have been getting calls from Karan (Delhi) and literally he has pressurized me to settle the account by paying 19000/- Rs in his words either have to pay 19000/- Rs or he will send someone and the fellow will collect 1.0 Lac from me by all means. When I asked him that give me two – three days to see the reply of Authority’s he says that I have to pay it by tomorrow only either by money transfer to Cheque as he is having closing on 31st Dec’09 so he need money prior to that, we have a doubt that whether he is a Bank employee or some DSA? During interaction when I told him that I have already sent the issue to Ombudsman (RBI) he straight away said it that no one can help me on this or no can settle the account, the better way is I have to pay the money.

                          Me and my family is in tremendous pressure and ready to pay the said money and as per our version there was no outstanding on our side. Kindly look into the matter and help us from harassments.

                          Now since last two days I have been receiving calls from Delhi some SBI Card manager Mr Karan is calling as he discussed the matter well on 24 Dec’09 and ask me to settle the account on 23900 Rs when I asked him to see the earlier mails and told him that I am fed up now by getting calls from different guys as I am interested to know the details and under pressure ready to settle the account but only will pay the rationalized money.

                                I have paid in full my last purchase amount of Rs. 860 by cheque on 3.1.2008. I have cancelled my subscription order for Readers Digest within two days on 27.2.2008 and as an abundant caution cut the SBI card and sent with a letter on the same day, 27.2.2008 for cancelling my card account. I had 279 Reward points and when opted for E Staements, gained another 250 points which was confirmed over SMS message from SBI cards totalling 529 points. My request for redeeming all these points earned for a Travel bag was not responded. My last letter to Head, SBI cards was acknowledged by ID No.[protected] promissing action within 3 days from 28 July 2008 is still pending

                                In reference to my SBI credit card no [protected], a mediclaim policy was issued in feb-08 on behalf of my card without my permission, after 03 month when I got statement ( not getting regularly ) I was surprissed to see the total outstanding it was around Rs.12000/. I have contact to customer care but not get any satisfactory reply.then send a e-mail to gesbi.after 02 month I got another statement in Sep-08 & it was reflecting the total outstanding around Rs.7000/.
                                I again contact to customer care but till date but till date I have not get any reply from their end while daily receiving call from their recovery department regarding payment.

                                  i have opened my ACCOUNT IN SBI on NOVEMBER28th 2008 and after one month 5days i got my ATM CARD finally..now from the2nd of this month am going to SBI GOVERNMNET GENERAL HOSPITAL everyday for the PINNUMBER they are saying it may take a month to get my PIN NUMBER...the most hilarious thing is there is another branch here in LAKSHMIPURAM in same GUNTUR..on the day of ACCOUNT opening itself they are giving DEBITCARD and PINNUMBER too..when i asked the GENERAL HOSPITAL BRANCH MANAGER about this..his expresiions said who the hell are u?cant i know whats happening around me?can i make call and prove you are wrong?i expressed ya u make a call..then he called and got reply saying that they have been doing it from 20 days...he ended the call and said..YOU WAIT FOR 1WEEK THEN I WILL TELL WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING...this is the pathetic situation in SBI branch GUNTUR GENERAL HOSPITAL...THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH IS NOT AT ALL AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE NERABY BRANCH 1KM.AWAY HOW SILLY...and i dont know how many more days they will take to give a PIN NUMBER to my card..am deeply in trouble as am a HouseSurgeon and i dont have time to stand in long queues with the PassBook in my hand...IS THIS what the so called SBI says BANKING AT ITS BEST AND CONSUMER FIRST ????plz think about it and tell me what to do?if i need to again open an account it costs me more than 600Rs.and again conflict in the branches saying this applicant already applied by that name...plz think about it and tell me what to do?

                                  iam AVINASH RAVIPATI i have opened my ACCOUNT IN SBI on NOVEMBER28th 2008 and after one month 5days i got my ATM CARD finally..now from the2nd of this month am going to SBI GOVERNMNET GENERAL HOSPITAL everyday for the PINNUMBER they are saying it may take a month to get my PIN NUMBER...the most hilarious thing is there is another branch here in LAKSHMIPURAM in same GUNTUR..on the day of ACCOUNT opening itself they are giving DEBITCARD and PINNUMBER too..when i asked the GENERAL HOSPITAL BRANCH MANAGER about this..his expresiions said who the hell are u?cant i know whats happening around me?can i make call and prove you are wrong?i expressed ya u make a call..then he called and got reply saying that they have been doing it from 20 days...he ended the call and said..YOU WAIT FOR 1WEEK THEN I WILL TELL WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING...this is the pathetic situation in SBI branch GUNTUR GENERAL HOSPITAL...THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH IS NOT AT ALL AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE NERABY BRANCH 1KM.AWAY HOW SILLY...and i dont know how many more days they will take to give a PIN NUMBER to my card..am deeply in trouble as am a HouseSurgeon and i dont have time to stand in long queues with the PassBook in my hand...IS THIS what the so called SBI says BANKING AT ITS BEST AND CONSUMER FIRST ????plz think about it and tell me what to do?if i need to again open an account it costs me more than 600Rs.and again conflict in the branches saying this applicant already applied by that name...plz think about it and tell me what to do?

                                    Dear All,

                                    I want to bring to you notice the highly unprofessional operation of ElBE courier company.
                                    I am having a SBI credit card since about two years now and I had requested a replacement card about a month back, which I was informed was dispatched within the next 3 business days with ELBE, though it never reached me as the courier comapny said I was not at home.
                                    Now how can a working man living alone be at home waiting for a courier delivery which doesn't leave a notice slip behind so that they can be contacted for retrieval of the item in question.
                                    I re-requested the replacement card and changed my postal address to my official address, again to no avial and the card is not yet delivered after two weeks.
                                    When I called the ELBE office in delhi[protected] I was told that the reference number I have regarding my card is not showing anything, when I asked for the address of the website so that I can check myself I was told it is ELBE.IN which, my friends, is not a courier compnay's website at all.No wonder the reference number is not traceable.

                                    Now SBI cards should learn something from these episodes, and switch from ELBE to trusted speedpost, if they can't deliver and make no efforts to make the delivery possible they are not the one to be given the task of importance such as Credit card delivery, they can do promotion mails which are better not received :-).

                                    My sbi card's validity is over but I have not get the new card as yet.

                                    I am receiving lot of courier letters with the same address furnished to sbi card, but my renewed card was returned by these courier people two times commenting address unable to locate ( I am staying in the famous central government public sector company Quarters) and they not interested to contact me over my land or mobile numbers (both numbers given to sbi customer care while lodging complaint). I came through sbi sms they sent the card third time and now i started to search their ernakulam address to receive the card in their office but god only knows when i will get the card.                                     I am trying to track my SBI credit card courier for past 4 days and after calling the bank I came to knoe that it has been delivered by ELBE courier company. I ma not able to track my courier because there is no tracking site for this courier company plus the phone no.s given to me for the ELBE courier office in Delhi are not working. This is bad on their part that we are not able to get a status of our card.
                                    I AM A CUSTOMER OF SBI BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU CAN'T UNDERSTND PROBLEM OF CUSTOMER AFTER THE SETTELEMENT YOU HARRESMENT TO CUSTOMER WHEN THE SETTLEMENT IS FULLFILL AFTER THEN SETTELEMENT WHY NOT CLEAR THE AC AGAIN & AGAIN CALL AFTER THREE MONTHS AGAIN AFTER TWO THREE MONTHS HARRESE THEN THEY WILL SAY YOUR SETTELEMENT LETTER IS NOT VALID YOU WE ARE GIVING YOU A NEW SETLEMENT LETTERYOU PAY MORE AMOUNT THEN YOUR AC WILL CLEAR AND SAY YOU WILL BE BLACK LIST FROM BANK.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      I had a credit card of SBI havig A/c No.[protected] and there were a settlement and even no due certificate was issue by you in advance on 29.03.2008 saying that total of 18000Rs. will be paid by you in March, April, May June ( 6000 Rs/Month) so there will be no due balance. Likewise I made a payment of 6000Rs. on 29.03.2008, 6000Rs. on 30.04.2008 and 6000Rs. on 05.06.2008. Eventhough I received a letter from your bank for payment of Rs. 19000 is due.

                                      This is simply a harrasment. Kindly update your system and stop doing this activity of giving unnecessary phone calls and unnecessary reminders to me othewise I have go for legel acitivity against you.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        By way of introduction, my name is Shalu and I am holding a savings account (A/c# [protected]-5) with one of your branch located at (Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, Haryana.; Branch code# 4449).

                                        I would like to inform you vide this letter that I had tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 on March 8, 2008 from one of your ATM counter located at (Near Mianwali Colony, Saraswati complex, Gurgaon) but while doing the transaction, your server faced some technical problem and it came under break-down. Due to this technical failure, I could not receive the cash but it was debited from my account.

                                        I have made several complaints to SBI but till date I have not received my money back. I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and to take necessary actions to settle my account ASAP.

                                        SBI — Money not credited in acct

                                        SIR, I m the acct holder of your bank in SBI INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (DEHRADUN) UTTRAKHAND. My acct no is [protected]. sir problem is this, that on 06 april 09 i desosited a draft of Rs 44, 364 dt 26/03/09 .Draft no is 794741.
                                        The draft was of syndicate bank AGI bhawan, Roa tula marg New Delhi.
                                        So Sir after a gap of one month money has not been credited in my acct.After a long gap i have spoken to my bank owner in dehradun, but he told me that money will come in that branch where i have deposited the draft that is SBI Sadar bazar, lucknow.
                                        So sir its my humble request pls take some necessary action.
