Hi,

I lost my ATM PIN. When i enquired in SBI HAL Branch. They asked me to raise for new ATM Card request and it will charge 200/- for me. They deducted amount from my account 0n 13-jan-2009. but i have not yet received my card. I contacted the branch but of no use. can you help me how to track my card delivery status.

on 13th Sep I was trying to withdraw some amount from ATM and after several ATM checking i could withdraw that amount but found that Rs. 1000 more has already been withdrawn from my account. for which i've given a written complain to SBBJ, Kaushalpuri kanpur. Even after more than a month I couldn't get my amount back.
