By way of introduction, my name is Shalu and I am holding a savings account (A/c# [protected]-5) with one of your branch located at (Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, Haryana.; Branch code# 4449).
I would like to inform you vide this letter that I had tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 on March 8, 2008 from one of your ATM counter located at (Near Mianwali Colony, Saraswati complex, Gurgaon) but while doing the transaction, your server faced some technical problem and it came under break-down. Due to this technical failure, I could not receive the cash but it was debited from my account.
I have made several complaints to SBI but till date I have not received my money back. I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and to take necessary actions to settle my account ASAP.

Ultimate harrassment from collections.
My new card was never delivered and i had already blocked my card one year back but i was receiving calls from them past three months back.. Absolutley baseless.. I stand by on prestige and Dignity of Mr Tata as i also work for him. I feel the grievences are been just put under cover for this segment and no actions taken. I think customers are harrassed and i am also been the one of those victim.
