[Resolved] Sbi Card Megamall — Freebies with order no. 358246 not received | |||
I purchased one camera canon sx 150 vide order no 358246 from WWW.sbicardmegamall.com. I received my camera on 23.04.2012. But as offer shown on website i had not received my freebies such as "1. screen guard 2. table tripod and 3. 4gb sandisk pendrive. I have purchased this camera through website only due to this offer but when i received my order i shocked that these freebies are not in my packet.I tried to contect the Sbi Card Megamall over phone but no one is picking it. I also mailed to [protected]@sbicardmegamall.com on 24.08.2012 but still i have not received any answer. Please solve my problem asap. I have ordered an Apple I-Pod Shuffle 2 GB from SBI Card Mega Mall. Please find the details below :
Order Date : 4th Jan 2013
Order Number : 669620
Product : Apple I-Pod 2GB Shuffle
Status : Ready For Shipping.
The Status is being shown from 4th Of Jan and today is 14th Jan. No Response from you guys.
Please it have been a very long time. Can you please respond as soon as possible.
I have mailed to your above mentioned ID([protected]@sbicardmegamall.com, [protected]@ge.com) as well but the response is still the same(No Response).
Tried calling your Customer Care Mentioned Number. But, Nobody is picking it up.
All I am asking is to please deliver the product ASAP.
