SBI Mandaveli/RACPC has excecuted EMI Twice Rs. 20,000 from my Savings Account([protected]) through ECS during February10th and 11th 2010 and during March 10th 2010-twice (Home Loan Account No. [protected]). The double execution of February was rectified by the Branch Manager when informed over Phone. But the Double execution of on 10th March 2010 of Rs. 20000 has not been reversed even after my consecutive Phone calls from 13th to 18th March 2010. Moreover, due to this above Bank's mistake, the Cheque issued by me to the TATA-AIG Insurance (Cheque No. 767536) for Rs. 11,478/= has been dishonoured by the SBI-Adyar and charged Rs 75/- as Cheque return charges.
Expecting immediate remedy of reversing Rs. 20000 in to my account with a proper penalty and with the interest as equalant to F.D. till the time of reversing; and reversing the Rs. 75/= deducted as Cheaque Returning Charges for no fault of mine.
Very important anticipation is that the concerned authorities should feel the value of the Customer's value, rights as well as the Consumer value and rights as responsible Social Workers in the responsible position.

    On 25/07/2008 visited at SBI ATM outlet, Exhibition Road (SIAN[protected], When I inserted my ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs.4000/- I ditn't receive the Cash but my saving account No.:[protected] was debited for the same amount.
    and transaction No.: 160, My account is at SBI, Arrah Branch.
    I lodged my complain at SBI, Arrah but my complain was not attented.
    Please reimburse the amount debited of Rs.4000/- so on.

    hello my atm card not transfer please my atm card transfer
    On 11/08/2010 visited at canara bank ATM outlet, Budh Marg(Station id[protected], When I inserted my ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs.2000/- I ditn't receive the Cash but my saving account No.:[protected] was debited for the same amount.
    and Record No.: 6464, My account is at SBI, saharsa main Branch.
    Please Refund the amount debited of Rs.2000/- As soon As possible.

    On 30/07/2011 visited at SBI bank ATM chiplun, Pushpa Raj Building, When I inserted my ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs.4000/- I ditn't receive the Cash but my saving account No.:[protected] of Bank of Maharashtra, Koynanagar Branch was debited for the same amount.

      Two separate cheques were dropped at about the same time on 12 March,2010.
      1. One cheque # 231564 drawn on ICICI Bank Kaushambi Ghaziabad-201010 was dropped in PNB dropbox. This cheque payment was collected and credited to the concerned account #[protected] by PNB on 16 March,2010. I have no complaint in this regard at all.
      2. 2nd cheque # 316314 drawn on ICICI Bank Preet Vihar Delhi-110092was also dropped at about the same time, rather 5 minutnes earlier than the cheque mentioned at # 1 above, in dropbox of State Bank Of India,Kaushambi,Ghaziabad-201010 on 12 March,2010.Payment for this cheque dropped in SBI dropbox has not been collected/credited to the concerned account #[protected] so far until 3.50pm on 19 March,2010. SBI branch Manager says delay is due to holidays falling in this period.
      PNB collected/credited the payment on 16th March, 2010
      Where as the SBI is still making excuses and has not collected/credited the payment until 3.50pm19th March, 2010
      Why this abnormal delay on the part of SBI Kaushambi,Ghaziabad-201010 (Branch # 11946) ?

        Dear Sir,

        My father Shri Anand Prakash Sharma (A/c no.[protected]) expired on 13/02/2009 and Death certificate was also handed over to State Bank of India, Hapur Branch.
        It is brought to your kind notice that his arears of pension of 6th pay commision are still awaited.
        I have informed SBI,Hapur in written about the matter on 24-Feb-2009 , 17-Nov-2009 & 8-Feb-2010 along with the copy of death certificate.
        Bank has also sent the same application to CPPC, Delhi on 8-Feb-2010 (post no.-47).
        But still no action has been taken.
        Kindly take a quick and appropriate action.

        It has been a trauma for pensioners not getting arrears of pension after VI pay commision revision.

        Subject: Non receipt of Pension since November 2007 reg.-PPO No.SC/5904/82SB, A/C No.[protected].

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007.

        2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. Again I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- from my account.

        3. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk on 10.11.2010 and 15.12.2010 in this regard but no information received so far.

        4. Further I wrote to PGO, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad on 29.12.2010 but their action is still awaited.

        5. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease. In April 2010, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my elder son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089. I have no other source of income except the pension and now I am facing the financial hardship.

        6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorites to release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) . It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

          I am the joint secretary of the coimbatore branch of all india central govt.pensioners association. Members of our assocaition(coimbatore branch)
          particularly BSNL retireeswho are receiving pension on IDA pattern are facing
          lot of problems. For instance, One. MR. S.R> Palaniswamy is receiving pension
          through State Bank of India, Coimbatore Main Branch. He had not received increased IDA from 1.10.2009. In this connection the pensioner gave a representation and since there was no response for the past 4 mths. I went along
          with the pensioner to SBI, Main Branch, Coimbatore and the officer in charge of
          payment of pension said he had not received any letter given by the pensioner
          and directed to meet the officer at the counter to whom the pensioner had given
          the letter. When enquired the officer said he had gone on leave and he had handed over all the letters recd. by him to his reliever. Again i asked the pensioner to give another representation.Even though it was given fourth time on 15th no action had been taken so far. In addition I had sent a email to SBI Chairman for which so far no action had been seems to have been taken to redress the grievance of the pensioner. Further when I contacted customer care
          centre, Chennai, one officer by name Sri Sitaraman answered and he wants me to enquire and tell the name of the officer who had dealt the above grienvance so
          that he can take action against him. When I told I will enquire and inform him and asked him to note down the PPO number and sb account number of the pensioner he wants to me to send the details by fax. This how State Bank of
          INdia is running customer care. This one instance I had given. The officers in many of the branches situated in Coimbatore zone does not .even hand over the
          pensioners copy of the PPO to the concerned pensioners under acquittance and get agreement from the pensioner agreeing to banks recovering any excess amount paid and simply forward both halves of the PPO to the Central Pension
          Processing Centre, Chennai. The worst part of all this is from the CPPC, Chennai. When I contacted them over phone they say I am not expoected to
          inform the grievance to them and I should represent it to the local branch from
          pension is paid and that branch manager should contact them, but if we request
          the concerned branch manager to contact PPC they say it is not their job.

          I will be very thankful if you take up the BSNL pensioners case like this and arrange for permanent remedy and oblige

          I retired from BSNL Aurangabad on 30 June 2009.AS Asst Genral Mananger.
          The PPO was recived to Aurangabad Kranti Chowk branch on[protected].
          The copy of PPO is also recived to me from Kranti Chowk branch on[protected].
          The pension clark told me it wiil take a monts time to get your pension.
          The detils are send to Mumbai office on[protected] by branch office.
          But till date my pension is not cridit to my account.
          Please look in to the matter .

          Sir,
          I am retired as Asst genral manager from BSNL on[protected].
          My PPO was issued by BSNL to SBI Krantichowk branch on 11-08-09.
          The copy of PPO is issued to me by Krant Chok SBI branch on[protected].
          SBI krantichowk send all details to Mumbai SBI head office on[protected].
          But till date my pension is not cridited to my account.
          You are reqested to look in to the matter and settle my pension in earlist.

          SBI branch krantichowk is in Aurangabad Maharashtra.
          I am P.K. Ravikumar a BSNL Pensioner holding a SBI SB A/c No.[protected] in Jafferkhanpet Branch at Chennai. In spite of my repeated visits to the Branch, I am unable to get my pension credited to my SB A/c for the past 3 Months. None of the officials including the Branch Manager is aware how the BSNL Pension is handled in Chennai and the Officer who is responsible in Chennai who can issue directions for payment of Pension. My request to SBI authorities will be to display the Names and Telephone Nos.of officers handling Pension cases in Each Branch so that the Pensioners themselves can approach the concerned authorities for the grievances to be settled. Can anybody in SBI Chennai can act?

            I am Samarjit Jana , a customer of State bank of India, Daltonganj; with consumer A/c no - [protected] ; in Daltonganj bazar branch, in Jharkhand; deposited a cheque on[protected] ; the money is already credited form vananchal Gramin Bank, Hamidganj branch in Daltonganj on[protected], but still now not credited in my account.
            they are telling due to a fire outbreak in SBI Main branch in daltonganj they are not able to credit my money in my account. Please help.

              I Applied For a Credit Card in SBI which is linked to FD. WIthin 24 hours of submitting the application i realised the urgency of my FD money and cancelled the credit card application before processing the same. But its been 40 days i cancelled the credit card application and not able to cancel the FD with the bank as they have not received information on my cancellation till date. They are straight away rejecting my application for FD cancellation saying they dont have information on cancellation of Credit Card.
              Its really pathetic that due to some credit card relationship manager negligence i am not in a position to receive my money back on my urgent need.

                  To Whomsoever it may Concern


                  To start with, am unsure if this mail will be read and responsed upon. But, I would want stringent action taken against V Prasad, Manager - PBD of SBI, who was not only rude and arrogant, but also does not know how to speak to a customer.

                  I have initiated a Car Loan since February 2010, for which I have cleared ECS Mandate for a deduction of Rs 9962/00 per month from my Savings Bank Salary Account with you in your Samriddhi Bhawan Branch, Kolkata. Such clearance is to be effected on the 5th of every month. The first EMI was given thru a PDC which was promptly cleared. Therefore, technically, my 2nd EMI and 1st thru ECS was to be effected on 5th March 2010. The available funds on 5th March 2010 was a credit of Rs 26076/00

                  To our horror, HDFC Bank, thru which the Car Loan was availed, called on 8th March to tell that the EMI payment could not be effected and the reason given was "Refer to Drawer"

                  I clearly remember of not giving any special instruction to stop such a payment. When I went to SBI Bank alongwith my husband on 9th March, we were told to meet one, Mr Milon Sen. On updating the happenings and checking thru my bank account, Mr Sen confirmed the error and referred us to Mr V Prasad, Manager - PBD. This gentleman paid no attention to what was being said, was completely disinterested and kept on fiddling with his papers and computer and had the audacity to say that such practice was normal in SBI and the next EMI from April 2010 would be honored. He then asked Mr Sen to give us a certificate confirming the available balance of Rs 26076/00 on 5th March 2010. Within a minute of saying this,he asked Mr Sen to not give us any confirmation and told us to speak to HDFC Bank. This hassled us and we demanded the certificate. At this point of time, V Prasad became extremely rude, loud and also forgot how to speak to a customer, and that too a lady customer. This angered my husband and he too had to caution V Prasad to know how to speak to a lady.

                  Then an elderly gentleman came and wanted to know our challenge. He apparently reported to V Prasad and admitted that though the mistake was from the end of SBI Bank ( the ECS Mandate was updated from 5/4/2010 instead of 5/3/2010 - and he showed us that on his computer), he could do little as V Prasad is his Boss and he cannot do anything which the Boss did not like or allow. He said, as a"mediatory" gesture, he could stamp the Pass Book as "updated on 8th March 2010". He also said that since they were low on manpower, they had to multitask. I was amazed at the excuses being made for the screw ups of SBI Bank

                  Now, my questions to SBI Bank are:

                  1. When I had clearly allowed ECS Mandate, how did the Bank committ the mistake of logging in 5/4/2010 instead of 5/3/2010
                  2. HDFC Bank has charged Cheque dishonor charges + there was a lot of embarassment for such incompetency of SBI Bank. Who will pay for that?
                  3. How does V Prasad have the audacity to be rude and arrogant to a Customer? Is this the culture of SBI Bank? Is this your recruiting and training standards.

                  I seek immediate redressal to my challenge alongwith a apology letter for the error and rude behaviour of V Prasad.

                  Hi Sucharita, this is gross deficiency in service on part of the Bank. You have several recourse to such problems.

                  You can either try to approach the Banking Ombudsman i.e. RBI and narrate your problem there. In case they fail to give you satisfactory answer, you can send them a Legal Notice demanding extra charge you had to incur due to dishonour of your first ECS. If still they do not approach you, I would suggest you to collect all the possible details such as you mentioned the stamping of your pass book and approach Consumer Forum for redressal of your grievances.

                  Am sure they will not be able to avoid your problem then. All the best.

                    I have taken a staff individual hsg.loan from SBI, West Mambalam (code 1683) branch. After closing the account, when i went to collect the original documents, it is observed by the branch, that they have misplaced the original file submitted by me.

                    I am very very sorry to say and complaint against my own bank. But think of my situation, and kindly do something and advise me further in this matter. My telephone no. is [protected].

                      Hi, My name JAMES and i just want to share my experience with everyone. I have being hearing about this blank ATM card for a while and i never really paid any interest to it because of my doubts. Until one day i discovered a hacking guy called MARTINS. He is really good at what he is doing. Back to the point, I inquired about The Blank ATM Card. If it works or even Exist. They told me Yes and that its a card programmed for random money withdraws without being noticed and can also be used for free online purchases of any kind. This was shocking and i still had my doubts. Then i gave it a try and asked for the card and agreed to their terms and conditions. Hoping and praying it was not a scam. One week later i received my card and tried with the closest ATM machine close to me, It worked like magic. I was able to withdraw up to $6000. This was unbelievable and the happiest day of my life.                           On the date 6-june 2009 I have withdrawn Rs.1000/- from SBI ATM with my SBI debit card.The money debited wice from the account.I have called the customer care on the next day.They said that I need to contact branch then I have called branch many times.Most of the times they didn't pick the call.Once they picked the call and they have cut the call without speaking with me.I have sent a written complaint to the bank.But upto now I didn't get any response from the bank.And in the last month I have raised a request for a cheque book.But still I didnot got any chequebook from the bank.And the status in the onlinesbi site for the request is showing as success and if I call the bank no one will pick the call.

                          Its been stated that first five withdrawals from other banks' ATM with an SBI ATM card is free of charge.
                          I came to know that I have been charged when i took a mini statement.
                          SBI is very sluggish in response for me and have not done anything still.

Its a lot of money if they had done it from all the accounts! Many of the customers will not even have noticed it. This looks like a huge scam to me.                           Regarding ATM-cum-Debit Card fees by SBI. Well, they charged Rs 50 annually upto 2011, then in 2012 they charged Rs 100 annual, and this year they have charged Rs 102.

                          Any idea why this is so? And no, nowhere did it mention that there is an annual charge for providing an ATM card. Shouldn't we users make SBI understand that using an ATM card HELPS their own bank and staff in being more efficient and employees freer than if everyone queued up to withdraw cash every single time?

                          Come on folks ... why should WE pay SBI to relieve them of their services ... in fact, it's THEY who should pay US for using an ATM card and reducing load on their bank staffers and carrying cash security! And for the argument that that this fee goes to pay for the ATM machines and kiosks, really? Let them not have ATM kiosks and see how many urban customers they retain!

                          At this rate, we'll have to pay for their bank rentals and staff salaries too ... as some bleeding heart will say how else can "poor SBI" function!

                          The Bank has reduced its cost os manpower by installing ATMs and is not required to disburse cash and appoint cashiers in branches and deal with chaos of customers queued up for cash withdrawals.

                          Now, the private mentality has crept in, even SBI first making people habitual of cards, has now decided to charge for cards.

                          I don't want a card now, and I ask all of the friends here that throng the SBI branches and seek petty cash from the counter only. Surrender your cards. Teach a lesson to SBI which is going the privatisation route.

                          Hi, My account has been debited for ECH/ACS charges Rs.44 and 56 and ATM &amp; SMS charges Rs.84 and 141. I called to SBI customer service and that [censored]ing guys are asking me to generate TPIN to tell the reason for the debits. The call has been forwarded to generate TPIN and the system is not even waiting to enter my ATM card number and i lost Rs.20 as call charge.

                          I really disappointed and angered with SBI customer support staff and system. The customer support guys are not even having patience to listen our problem and the TPIN generate system is obsolete and very painful.

                          Its a pity to see government banks like SBI is charging too much fee for transactions annually. No wonder people are more attracted to private banks than government banks. Talking about make in INDIA, if the root problems are not solved about on government companies how do you expect us to trust government banks anymore? I kindly request you to look into this matter because as a adamant SBI customer I am very disappointed by the annual transaction fee charged.
                          I have been charged rs 117 for the annual ATM fee, being a government bank if they start charging people like this it is not fair. It is a government based bank and so people feel secure and comfortable with the service and think it is cheapest and best. but charges like this will not only take off their interest but also make them disappointed.

                          You guys need to come with the good and confirmation options which will help you and your customers.

                            Central Bank Of India, Chembur Branch — Non Receipt of arears 6th Pay Commission

                            I Major Kute retd in Nov 1989 and I am having my pension account inthe said branch for last 20 years
                            As per the Govt Of India instructions all the Retd Army officers have received their total arears in their respective Branches but I have only received only 40% of the entitlement in January 09 when I enquired about the same they say they dont know how to calculate the same or the old staff has gone we dont have knowledge etc. I just dont know what to do. It is not only me but many others are also waiting to get their arears. People like me who are dependant on pension only are badly suffering because of this lack of interest and incompetant staff.

                            I would earnestly request to take serious note of this complaint and resolve the matter on top priority since pensioners depend on Central Bank Of India, Chembur are only suffering and their balance of 60% are still not credited in the account all the other Banks have done the needfull longtime back.

                            An immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                            I would like to draw your kind attention that I am retired person from bihar government in the year of 1999.and I am getting my pension from state bank Of india, Rajbansi Nagar Branch, Patna { Bihar}

                            Since Bihar government had announced to give arrear of sixth pay commission as given below

                            I went to pension department, patna for quarry and details of arrear but your employee has misguide me and told me that I can’t give any details because all data is available only in Mumbai office.

                            So kindly request to you please provide me details of arrear of 15% and 40% so that

                            I can know that why I have not get proper arrear and I can take appropriate action.

                            The PF Department, if they are correct, should have asked me an option requesting to deduct in a phased manner instead of deducting total amount at a time.

                            Now I want clarification and work sheet to know how and why interest was paid in excess.

                              My mother Smt. Lajya Devi was expired on 02.07.2008. I have intimated to the State Bank of India, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad(Branch Code 0642) to stop the pension of my mother on 18.12.2008. SBI has confirmed that pension has been stopped and excess pension has been recovered. After that, Arrear of VI th Central Pay Commission (40%+60%) has not deposited in my mother's SBI Account till date.
                              I have visited several times in the Branch of Navyug Market, Ghaziabad. As per dealing officers of the Bank, the arrear of VI CPC will come from Centralized Pension Processing Cell, Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Further, I have visited CPP Cell, Chandni Chowk, Delhi and they replied once that the arrear will be sent to the Bank in the month of February 2010 and second time on 15/03/2010 Complaint Cell officer replied that a representative from the SBI Branch of Ghaziabad will come and make arrear of VI CPC then I will forward to the Branch Office for payment. Nothing is clear to how it will be materialized.Please help me.

For income tax calculation purpose our office need a certificate stating loan principal and interest deposited by me in this financial year-2009-10.                                   I deposited a Cheque amounting 3,000 INR in state bank of India, generally in ideal world the deposit mean credit to my account 3,000 INR... i don't know what logic state bank followed here ... they charged me 75 INR for Cheque Return ... lol ... when i deposited the Cheque of other bank why the cheque would be returned and charged to my account who is beneficiary ...

                                  The Funds been debited from my account and my account balance is 75 INR less.

                                    Today i had received a telephone call from one Mr.Kartik from Recovery team, Chennai (number is[protected]. He stated that i had taken SBI credit card and made some purchases in Kannur. In fact, i had never applied for the SBI credit card. Request you to pl investigate as it is a clear case of identity theft.

                                    With due respect I would like to seek your advice on the following issue.
                                    Complain: My mother is customer of State Bank of India,having a savings account there.My mother did a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 50,000 in June,2010 at 6% interest rate.In December 2010, she wanted to break FD and renew it to higher interest rate of 8% per annum.At that time she was told that there is a hold on her FD and due to his she may not renew her FD.Asking for reasons, she was told that there is a "SBI credit card" issued against her FD, due to which there is hold on her FD.But my mother says that she was not given full information about the scheme and was made to sign on the document which their agent claimed to be a free insurance policy given to valued customers of SBI but was eventually an application for the SBI card.


                                    I have following complains about the SBI procedure of handling this issue.


                                    1. My FD details and other such confidential details were given to the agent(Name: Roshan)who is not considered as Bank's employee but has a permanent table and chair in the branch office.
                                    2. This agent on the basis of FD information given to him by Bank, came to my home and claiming himself as bank's employee said that he has been sent by the bank and told that Bank has decided to give insurance policy to the valuable customers of the bank and he falsely took my mothers signature on the application form of SBI card.
                                    3.After bringing this issue in front of bank, they said it is not their responsibility and my mother should talk to agent (Roshan) for the complaint.
                                    4.He from the month of December is continuously saying that hold will be removed in 10 days and this is march end and still nothing has been done in this matter by him.
                                    5. In between a SBI card had been issued to my mother but no password and a bill is also issued in her name.
                                    6.Once again my mother asked bank to help as we were in urgent need of money, bank asked her to contact SBI card toll free number[protected],[protected],where when she tried to talk to operator and lodge a complain in Hindi, she was told by operator that she cant understand Hindi and there is no one available to talk in Hindi.


                                    Thus my mother is left with no options but to wait and watch this mental and physical harassments.I would like to take some legal actions but I am clueless where to go.I tried to register complain on www.ccccore.co.in, but it has no options for Jharkhand state.
                                    I recently got call from SBI collections saying that i have to clear the outstanding of my credit card Dues, but i don&#039;t have SBI credit card mentioning the number
