Lost Money in ATM

I tried to withdraw Rs 5,020 from Syndicate Bank ATM located at Basaweshwara Nagar, Bangalore with my SBI ATM card on 20th Dec 2008. I got "Unable to perform the transaction" message, but I got the SMS from SBI that the amount 5020 has been detected from my account.

ATM paid less then what is debited from account

i made a transaction of 500/Rs. at SBI ATM sec 16 Vasundhara Branch but i got only 100/- and 500/Rs. debited from my account. I Met manager but he is showing helpless. I have slip and transaction number and a person contact number as eye witness.
They can easily verfiy it as from the time of transaction.

Please suggest how can i get my cash back....

unable to draw amount from my savings account

i am a exixting costumer of SBI. During 2006 i took car loan from SBI Main Branch, Rampur, U.P. for which a sum of Rs. 5000/- per month was being deducted from my saving account No. [protected] , bank code 0702. During 2007 i repaid the whole loan amount but till date Rs. 5000/- per month being kept pending showing against me due to which i am unable to draw amount already available in my said account. please do the needful as soon as possible...
