A COMPLAINT REGARDING ATM TRANSACTION

Sir, I Amit kumar Singh pursuing Phd(Electrical) at IIT roorkee.I am a SBI card holder card no:[protected] A/c no:-[protected] SBI,IIT Roorkee,Distt.-Haridwar(Uttrakhand).I made a withdrawl of Rs 1000 from Union bank of India ATM with description(ATM WDL-62201801069001808572825DHAR[protected]-) located at civil lines roorkee on 6 april 2010.But the widthwral amount was not recived and the amount was debited from my account.

So, i request you to look in this problem and help me in this matter as soon as possible.

    i din't get any cash and the slip o[censored]BI ATM boot at the puri branch of orissa on[protected] due to technical problems. But the processed amount of 10000Rs. has been deducted from my SBI acount bearing A/C no. [protected] , SBI ATM card no.[protected] . So u r kindly requested to make the debited amount to recredit to my SBI acount.

    Sir,
    I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bnk of India, Jangipur Branch, West Bengal in SBI Bank ATM situated at ITI Rampur Korba, Chattisgarh (ID S1AC[protected] first time and at BALCO TOWNSHIP, Korba, Chattishgarh (ID S10G[protected] second time on 01.10.2010 for withdrawal of Rs.6000/- each time (i.e. Total Rs. 12000/-)
    unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, but my A/c. No. [protected] was debited by same amount.
    (i.e. Rs. 6000/- X 2 = Rs. 12000/-) Kindly credit my above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.

      I am Mehul Ramniklal Parekh have applied for SBI credit card against my F.D. long back..

      I have given my office address as communication address & still my credit card delivered to my home address from where it’s return back as I was not in home cause its normal working day & I am in office….this thing was happen 15 or 20 days back..

      I have made a complaint of the same on 27-Mar-2010 but till date I have not received the card….


      Also I have received the payment statement without receiving card with due date of 14-Apr-2010, more over there are charges of annual fees for credit card & service tax on same total amount is 225.75


      As call centre people are not in position to solve my query..

      I had call at call centre & register the complaint also on 27-Mar-2010

      1st Ms Pinky Sharma has attend my call at 10.00 AM from Gurgaon call centre after conversation about 5 to 7 minute she told me that she can’t be help me in this matter & then she transfer call to Mr Anil Kumar after 8 to 10 minute Mr Anil Kumar Came on line & register my complaint & give me reference no –[protected], he also assured me that there will be no charges will be charge to me till I am not receiving my card and all charges will waive off..

      but no one is willing to help me from SBI Credit Card

      Really a very bad service in first month is self….

      SBI Credit Card — Credit Card Statements received without receiving Credit Card

      Credit Card Statement received without receiving Credit Card

      I am sunil & i have applied for SBI credit card 2 months before.

      I have given my office address as communication address & still my credit card delivered to my home address from where it’s return back as I was not in home cause its normal working day & I am in office…

      I have made a complaint to feedback.[protected]@ge.com on 27th march but no solution received.

      Also I have received the payment statement without receiving card with due date of 4-Apr-2010, more over there are charges of annual fees for credit card & service tax on same.

      today i have received the next statement with dues of no payment on time.


      Really a very bad service in first month it self….


      Kindly request you to take a serious action of the same

        Myself Ravindra Jain having an SBI Account (Acc No [protected]) in Sector-15, Part-2 Gurgaon branch (branch code 11568).
        As you are not having any ATM in Sector-15, part-2, I tried to withdraw RS 10000 (ten thousand only) on 05-Apr-10 in evening (around 6:30 PM) from two of the HDFC bank ATMs which are located in same premises.
        Each ATM took around 3 mins, and after that my transaction was timed out, so no money came out, and no slip was given to me from any ATM.
        However when I went to SBI ATM and checked my account via mini statement, I was surprise to see that money was debited from my account for both failed transactions.

        I tried to reach your customer care, and they said that, they can't help me as they don’t have any information and asked me to call after 24 hrs. I did it and still same answer from them that they don’t have any information as it’s not reflecting in their system.

        Please look into it ASAP as i am loosing my daily interest also on my 10000 RS.

        When i checked my account online, i found following details.

        I feel it is a criminal waste of time to send any complaint to consumercomplaints.in because just lodging complaints is a sheer waste when there is no remedy or follow up of our complaints. We send in our complaints only with an expectation to get a remedy, Are we sending or airing our complaints for publicity? All these consumer fora are a sheer waste of time and energy. Please try to do something to help the consumers. It is the same case with the RTI also the highest forum gives some instruction to be obeyed but no body does that and after wasting time and energy also money one is left with frustration.

          I had submitted my new mobile number (on 23 March 2010) for my savings account in Parliament Street branch (New Delhi) of State Bank of India. I was unable to do e transaction (internet) from my account as the high security password was not coming.

          Even after submitting the prescribed form with my new mobile number more than 10 days ago, the high security password s are not coming in my mobile, and hence I am unable to do internet transactions.

          I am still unable to do internet transactions which is a very significant problem.

            I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs.5000/- (Five thousand)from my ICICIbank account, from a SBI ATM, near Triangular Park, Kolkata. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I never received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Unable to Process” written on it. But I received a SMS saying that an amount of Rs.5000/- is debited from my ICICI bank account. I don’t know why.

            But anyhow, I have the Transaction slip with me. The details are:

            I have heard many people faced the same problem while trying to withdraw amounts from SBI ATMs. It is going beyond of tollerance and now its a question of sheer negligence from SBI management. Just like other Govt office SBI also thinks they are beyond any work culture and they just can do whatever they think. SBI is a CURSE to our nation. They are a threat to the safety of our hard earned money. Government should take serious and noticeable action agains SBI.

            And I am going to take all kind of legal steps necessary to regain my Hard earned money.

              Hi,
              I have applied for SBI credit card in 2006.
              SBI has issued me a credit card on behalf of this application.

              SBI is providing facility to activate the card once you get the card delivery.
              If you have not activated the card you are not allowed to use the card.

              Also all the bank have one rule that they will issue a first statement if and only if you use the credit card once.

              I have one credit card from SBI bank
              Details are as below.

              I have never activated this card yet. so i can not use this card as credit card.
              Bank has never sent me any credit card statement before and suddenly bank has sent me a mail that i have Rs.32069.94 outstanding on this credit card.
              I was very much shocked.

              I dont understand without activating this card how can i get this much outstating on this credit card. Also they haven't send me any credit card statement.

              If bank have any proof that i have activated this card please provide me the proof.
              Also bank have any proof that they have send me hand to hand delivery of bank statement then please let me know.

              After that i have mailed to bank's customer care center many times.
              I have also called to customer call center many times.
              But i have not find any solution.

              Few days back i had a talk with one executive from the bank. they have told me that they have transfered Rs.10000 into my ICICI credit card.
              Now here comes the banks fraud.
              I have applied for SBI credit card and they have transfered Rs. 10000 to my ICICI credit card and that is also not from SBI bank it is from Another state bank.

              Now they have transfered Rs. 10000 to my ICICI credit card from another bank
              how come i know that this was for the credit from the SBI credit card which i have applied and i have to repay it to SBI credit card.

              One more thing they have never deliverd any credit card statement to me so i was not aware of the same due for SBI which is not transfered from SBI but another bank. I have never activated this credit card so i was not worried about any due on this credit card.

              Now suddenly they have send me the sms on my mobile that i have Rs.32069.94
              out standing on this credit card. So they have given Rs. 22069.94 panelty on just Rs. 10000. Which actully i am not aware of due to bank's fault.

              I want to file a charge of fraud on State Bank of INDIA for the same.
              Also being a Proud of INDIA as national bank having good reputation in aam aadmi of india, no one can think of being cheted by such a bank. But still it is true and i have all the proofs with me.

              If any banks authorised officer is looking into this complain please reverse all the extra charges as that is not my fault and i am not liable to pay extra charges on bank's mis management. I was ready to Pay Rs. 10000 if the bank will show me the proof with in 1 month from today that they have transfered Rs. 10000 into my account. If any one want more clarification you can contact me on below number.

              SBI Credit Card — fraud in statements of sbi credit card

              Dear sir

              I have received a credit card statement where i ahve been asked to pay for websites that i have not vistied, the only transaction made by me was for reders digest and i have received a credit card statement where in i have been asked to pay 12, 000 for websites i have never even herad of.how to get this resolved
              SBI card is . They are the worst credit card service to deal with... contact a civil legal lawyer to help you in this matter.

                  SBI ATM RESPONSE CODE 094

                  I made a with drawl of Rs 5000/ from ATM ID-S1AN[protected]SBI ATM Veer Sawankar, Dadar, Mumbai) on date 05April2010. I received a transaction slip stating TXN No-444, Response code 094 with message "unable to process"; but no cash came out.
                  To my shock when i checked my a/c on "www.onlinesbi.com" it is reflecting a debit of Rs 5000/- for the same transaction. I am unable to get through the 24 hrs customer care neither...

                  I deposited the cheque of Rs 83700 with two other cheque on 31st march in single slip i recieved the other two cheque amount but did not recieved the third cheque amount of Rs 83700 i chequed with the party who gave me the cheque the same amount has been withdrawn from his account to mine but still i have not recieved it on my account i shown the proof to the manager Anil

                  but he said i cant help you with this and his attitude was so rude This the worst service i have experienced from SBI Bank since i opened the account

                  this is to make a complain against the manager Anil and not recieved the deposited amount by cheque
                  i deposited the cheque of Rs 83700 on 31 st of march with two other cheques in one slip i recieved the other two cheque amount on saturday 3rd of april but did not recieved the third cheque amount of Rs 83700 although the amount has been withdrawn from the party account who gave me the cheque i have the proof and i also showed it to the manager Anil

                  so i asked the manager of drive in branch Anil to help me but he said i cant help you with this and his attitude is so rude This is the worst service i have recieved from SBI BANK since i have opened the account

                  now i am helpless and i dont know what to do and how to recieve my Rs 83700 amount and the way the manager Anil is helping i think i will never recieve my amount i dont know what to do please help me

                    I M.L.Malik A/C no. [protected] ,PPO C/AF/10150/90 was refused by manager G.J.Patil of SBI (CPPC) Belapur, Navi mumbai to forward Live certificate to Delhi. He misguided me to personally there for the purpose. I reported to Manager SBI Dr.Ambedkar Nagar-III (1542) Delhi and signed Live Certificate there on 10-11-09.
                    2. I applied there to transfer A/C to SBI Dombivli (E)(7124) Which was carried out.
                    3. I requested to SBI (CPPC) Chandani Chowk Delhi to transfer pension documents to SBI (CPPC) Belapur, New mumbai in all respect after crediting correct amount of arrears of 60% pension Fixation of Pay comission 2006. SBI (CPPC) Chandani Chowk,Delhi, calculated amount vide CPPC/734 dated.[protected] as under:-
                    Monthly Pension 5502+1486 D.A.=6998/-

                    Arrears:[protected] Rs.14486
                    [protected] +Rs.17156
                    =Rs.31642
                    4. SBI chandani Chowk Despatched pension documents to SBI (Pension Link) TIS Hazari Court, Delhi for further action.
                    5. SBI (Pension Link) TIS Hazari Court, Delhi forwarded incomplete pension Documents to SBI (CPPC)Belapur, New Mumbai vide Pen /Link/2009/1209 Dated,[protected] without discontinuing the pension A/C, As such SBI TIS Hazari is still continuing pension from Delhi.
                    6.Though SBI (CPPC)Belapur making efforts to contact bank, SBI Chandani Chowk and TIS Hazari to discontinue and stop the pension from Delhi, But they give no response.

                    COMPLAINT

                    1.As stated in paragraph no. 3 above , 60% arrears , an amount of Rs. 4573/- has been paid less , which is injustice , when 40% arrears amounts to Rs.14486/-, the amount of 60% arrears will amount to Rs.21729/-, why Rs.17156/- why difference of Rs.4573/-

                    2. 8% D.A announced in March 2010 to be credited.
                    3.Pension should be discontinued from Delhi to enable SBI (CPPC) Belapur to continue and operate it from mumbai.
                    4. Your Employee Manager G.J.Patil should be dismissed from service being inefficiant harrassing Old -Aged Pensioners, Who has passed 20 years after retirement ,who created a financial loss for up & down Journey from mumbai to Delhi of Rs.2000/-

                      I am living in vadodara city my place of residence is Tarsali near Makarpura. Recently State Bank of india open a Branch here in our area. For opening of locker account they want Fixed Deposit of 50,000 Rs. I want to ask u is there any rule for opening a locker account. And bank manager can demand for that 50,000 Rs. for fix deposit.

                      You are lucky Rakesh as your SBI branch manager is asking only Rs50000. I stay in Bangalore and SBI has openen a new branch. Its manager is asking INR 500000 as fixed deposit to provide a locker facility.

                      Its shame for SBI.

I have transaction problem.i was transaction in mine atm card (atm card no [protected])in 18july 2009 through the carporation atm. I want to take the 500rs but some problem was there dnt cm 500rs and no any recipet came.when i update mine passbook its shows cut 4000/-rs.and information is showing pay to double.                         Sir, I have gone to ICICI bank ATM at Vasco, Goa on 05 Apr 10 in the evening time to withdrawal Rs 5000.00, but unfortunately the ATM machine denied to eject the money stating some "code error". My account number is [protected] with branch IOC Haldia township of East Midnapur (Distt) of West Bengal state.
                        It is further intimated that I have withdrawn Rs 20000.00 on that day from SBI ATM at Vasco, Goa.
                        On 06 Apr 10 I found that the Rs 5000.00 has been erroneously deducted from my account. Kindly do the needfull to me and Rs 5000.00 may be credited to my above account.

                          My account is in SBI.MG Road,Ernakulam,Kerala

                          I called them, but they told to contact the Branch which I am try to take money.

                          So I contact SBI,Sreekariyum but they are telling to submit request to SBI,MG Road.

                          Now I am in Quilon,
                          Sir May I know where I want to submit request.
                          For Rs 500/- I want to go both Ernakulam Office and Sreekariyum(Trivadrum) office.

                          Before 6 months Rs 4500/- debited from my account by same error of ATM counter.At that time I went to SBI Ernakulam branch,and they credit the amount after three days

                          Sir may I know how we believe SBI ATM .Also please do needful for these case
                          I try to contact toll free number[protected] but nobody picking the phone.

                            I have a SBI joint SB a/c vide No [protected] with e-banking facility at SBI, Chandipur(Code-11387), PO-Math Chandipur-721659, Dist-East Medinipur (W.B.). The user name / password given to me by my branch have been changed by me later and used by me. After few days, when I want to see the a/c statement position then it shown that the"invalid user name / password'. For this, I met with Branch Manager of my branch, he says nothing can do by me. Do the correspondence through email. Hence, I request your kind honour to open the lock and sent to me new user name / password to my email address / home address as applicable.

                              AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES OF STATE BANK OF INDIA ARE ALWAYS UNGUARDED AND HENCE ACT AS ACTING GROUNDS FOR MISCREANTS. IN THE SAME WAY DURING THE LAST FEW MONTHS SBI CUSTOMERS HAVE UNDERGONE MANY MISHAPS AS THE MISCREANTS TAMPER WITH THE MACHINES AND ROB THE INNOCENTS ONE WAY OR THE
                              OTHER.

                              I AM ONE SUCH VICTIM(AN SBI CUSTOMER SB A/C NO
                              [protected],CRD NO.[protected] . ON[protected] I WENT TO THE
                              CHHEND(ROURKELA ORISSA) S.B.I ATM WHICH HAS TWO MACHINES TO DISPENSE CASH.I TRIED TO WITHDRAW Rs 1000/- FROM THE FIRST MACHINE BUT IT FAILED TO WORK. THE MACHINE STRUCK THE VERY MOMENT I ENTERED MY PIN AND THE CANCEL BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING.HENCE I WAS STILL LOGGED ON TO THE FIRST MACHINE WHEN I SHIFTED TO
                              THE SECOND MACHINE. UNAWARE OF THE ABOVE FACT I WITHDREW Rs 1000/- FROM THE SECOND MACHINE .HOWEVER, IN THE TRANSACTION SLIP I WAS AMAZED TO FIND Rs 21000/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.IT WAS THEN I REALIZED THAT WHILE I WAS WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM THE SECOND MACHINE THE PERSONS USING THE FIRST MACHINE WITHDREW RS 20000/- FROM MY ACCOUNT AS I WAS STILL LOGGED ON TO THAT MACHINE. THE VIDEO FOOTAGE COLLECTED BY THE INSPECTING BODY SHOWS THAT THEY WERE THE MISCREANTS AND HAD TAMPERED THE MACHINE EVEN BEFORE I HAD ENTERED THE ATM.THE POLICE HAS SAID THAT THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF NEGLIGENCE ON PART OF BANK. HAD THE A.T.M BEEN GUARDED THE MISCREANTS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAMPER WITH THE MACHINE AND THESE CASES WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED.

                              THE FOLLOWING STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY ME ON THE ABOVE

                              I am babaji kumar dhir, i have sbi account no of [protected] at bargrh(orissa). i had 32, 000 balance up to 29 Dec 2010. Next day 30th Dec one transaction show of rs. 30, 000(to transfer show in mini statement) which wasn't done by me. i have no net banking or mobile banking facility & atm to atm transfer facility. then how it would be possible, i thought it's bank fault. please short out this issue as soon as possible.

                                this is with regards to the money deducted from my Account No.[protected], Panjab University Chandigarh Branch of State Bank of India for which i have not received money from your ATM at Sector-23 Market, Chandigarh.

                                At around 8 P.M. (03/04/2010) i used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs. 8000 from your Bank ATM located in the Sector-23, Chandigarh but received the comment'TRANSACTION DECLINED". however, today when i used my ATM at Panjab University Campus i found the money deducted from my account on 03.04,2010 for which i had not received any money from the ATM.

                                It is my humble request to you to please check the above complaint and return the money back to my account at the earliest.

                                  this was a insurance claim check , but the money is not yet credited to the account ,
                                  the check is issued from Chennai

                                    i have a savings account in SBI . i am supposed to maintain Rs.1000 as minimum balance.I do maintailn but still I was fined twice within a short span of time I have given a formal complaint too. no action was taken on my complaint . what should I do now?

Totally they have deducted Rs.600 from my account. I would like you to enquire this and take necessary steps to get my money back. I would request SBI to return my money. Otherwise i might have to close the account with SBI.

                                    State Bank of India — Frequently deducting Rs.200/- unnecessarily from my account

                                    Respected sir, i have an account in State Bank of India. The minimum balance which i should maintain is 1000/-. Even though there is more than 1000/- in my account, bank is unnecessarily deducting Rs. 200/- from my balance with the reason of Not maintaining minimum balance. This is happened 6 times since last year. I am doing regular transaction. If i ask the branch manager he is not giving the reasonable answer and not taking care at all...please consider this complaint. I hope this problem is common to all sbi account holders as bank transaction are online....

                                    SBI — Non Returning Money after closing of account

                                    Due, to my old age i have shutdown my company M/s Friends Saw Mill, Situated at Kolkata, My company's A/c is in SBI Asansol Branch. I requested to my Bank to close my Company's A/c and transfer the money to my SBI Sealdah branch A/c and for that i have made all the formalities as per prescribed by the bank, but till today the amount is not transferred, after repeated reminder over phone and by letter they are not responding.
                                    I have a savings account with State Bank of India, Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt. My account number is [protected]. I had Internet banking serving for the same account. Internet banking means, to speed up the transactions inorder to avoid rush in the banks. My account has been debited with Rs.225 as Min Bal charges. Inspite of maintaining Rs 1000/- as on 22 Sep 2010, after that another Rs. 225 has been debited as Min balance charges on 30 Sep 2010. This is not a customer satisfaction towards the customer. Totally they have deducted Rs.450 from my account. I would like you to enquire this and take necessary steps to get my money back. I would request SBI to return my money. Otherwise, I will initiate legal enquiry for resorting the facts.

                                    hello,my a/c/no is [protected].i m facing a problem from last so many days.sbi is holding my Rs.15000 unneccesary.my bank statement is showing a correct balance of Rs.23142.66 but ATM statement is showing a balance of Rs 8142.66 which isRs.15000 less than my original balance.it is my salary a/c.it is my humble request to you take corrective actions in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    excess money charged — minimum balance maintained

                                    I have opened my sb account no [protected] in the name of akshay mahajan agnst car loan account on the condition of zero balance account.
                                    but after completion of first year the bank has charged Rs 800/= twice thr my bank balance for which i have no option either to close my account or return back the amount deducted to my sb account with information given to me.
