Though I have neither applied for the SBI'S Credit Card nor SBI has sent me any Credit Card . But suddenly they have started sending me Monthly statement for last few months. The latest email received from SBI Credit Cards is as follows. You are requested to pl inform them to stop sending such false statements and do not trouble me.

    On 1-4-2010 I wrote Email and Fax for physical copy of statement to SBI Card but till date I do not receive any response. SBI card also sent me sms that your E statement sent to my mail ID. But same also not done by SBI Card. Further I did not instructed any of SBI Card officer for E statement, Why SBI Card people not sending Paper statement, just to reduce cost on Paper and courier charge or any thing else. I need Hard Copy / Paper Statement for record and reference purpose. Can anybody help me how to get Paper statement from SBI Card with any charges, as every bank issuing monthly statement free of cost. Thanks. Vinod Vishwakarma

      Dear Sir,

      I have 2 account in State Bank of India, Air Cargo Branch,Bangalore( Savings & PPF A/C).From last one week i have not getting my pass book update as the person who is sitting on counter no:4 is everytime denies to update passbook entry like the printer is not working & today just before me he has updated pass book of someone else.
      Kindly help us to not face these type of problems in future.

      hi, my mother have an account in SBI Greaternoida branch, she has take home loan from their.
      now the problem is that bank people did not update their records, due to this reason...we don't know what is going in to the passbok...why SBI does not train their peopl
      my saving bank account passbook not updated by Bank.
      मुझे passbook entry के लिए बार- बार बैंक के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते है! जब कभी भी मैं passbook entry के लिए bank की home ब्रांच जाता हूँ तो मुझे बोला जाता है की printer और computer दोनों ख़राब है passbook में entry नहीं होगी आप बैंक की दूसरी branch से entry करवा ले! बैंक की दूसरी branch में भी विजिट करने पर मुझे ये ही बोला जाता है की printer ख़राब है ! क्या मैं जान सकता क्यों bank अपने customers को बिन वजह harassment कर रहा है?

        I, Debasish Bhattacharjee a customer of
        your bank branch : Paikpara (Kolkata,West Bengal).
        I had a credit card no.[protected]
        which I have surrendered on December 2008. I had no other credit card
        apart from card no.[protected]. Now my bank branch informing me
        that I had two cards and which shows some amount due.
        I called today at [protected] around
        00:15 hrs. and credit card department informs me that I had only one
        card and shows no payment due. She (Madam) also informed me to get an
        NOC I should send a mail.
        Please do the needful as soon as possible.
        As well as inform me any contact address
        in Kolkata.

          I am employees of BSNL and salary getting through my SBI Saving A/c No.[protected]. The commercial Branch of SBI, Main Road Ranchi has been willful delayed to credit my account beacause my aforesaid account exist to the Upper Bazar, Ranchi Branch of SBI.

          This month salary not credited till time.

          Kindly look into the matter and order is solicited to credit salary within time, please

            Card Num [protected]
            Silver Card/Cr Limit 10,000/-
            Cash with drawl 1000/- on 16th Oct 09
            Interst charges :- 314. has been leviled in month of Nov. The moment I receive the statement I have send a mail to SBI Cr Card reason for leveiling 31% of interst charges per month. I didn,t receive any reply till now I didn't pay the bill in month of March onward everyday they were calling form the following number
            [protected] & [protected], [protected], [protected] after explaing the issue one executive say we will reverse the charges and we will come back to you the exact payment and the other executive use to say you have to make the total payment now the payment was around 3500/-.

            I will abide by the law but leveing this too much interst rate will pinches me.

              Yesterday dated[protected] I used SBI ATM located at Holta Camp Palampur. ATM showed processing for a long time and after that it gave a slip showing withdrawl of Rs. 5000. but i did not get the cash from it. as there was no security person to whom i could complaint. therefore i am complaining through this forum.

              Respected manager SBI Palampur please look into the matter and settle the issue as soon as possible. i want to deposit back my amount of worth rs. 5000 in my account.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I withdrawn Rs. 22000 from SBI ATM (ID = S1AC[protected] in two installments (1st => Rs. 12000, TXN No. 1073, date: 04/07/10, Time: 19:46, 2nd => Rs. 10000, TXN No. 1074, date: 04/07/10, Time: 19:48).

                In the 2nd transaction i received Rs.500 note badly torn & was having cello-tape applied on it.

                I immediately shown this defective note to the SBI branch manager, who was sitting in the bank in late hrs. But, he asked me to come in the morning, saying that he'll ask the cashier about this torn note. He neither made any committment to replace this defective note, nor he gone to the details of the problem.

                Here, it's a very serious concern that how the bank will accept that the defective note is due to their fault, and will commit the replacement. What the user should furnish to the bank to prove that whatever he / she is complaining is justified & should the bank should immediately replace the defective note.

                  My mother has opened a S/a account at Industrial estate, Tansen nagar branch of SBI & received a ATM with PIN but my mother was unable to use this card but messages flashed as wrong PIN. And she had complained against same to said branch. And bank employee of concerned deptt. had suggested to fill the up the form for another PIN request & again my mother had failed to transaction on her account & the problem was same as earlier one. And then bank suggested for request of new ATM cum PIN but again this problem had repeated & suitable deductions had been made against her request of ATM cum PIN from the saving account, And my mother had complain about same to concern deptt. in written but action had been taken till time.
                  Request you to help or shall I go to consumer forum.

                    ONE MONTH BEFORE, I HAVE LOST MY SBI ATM CARD 7 GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO MY SBI BRANCH OFFICE MALANJKHAND, DIST BALAGHAT (MP) ON 5/3/2010.

                    I HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED TO MY BRANCH MANAGER FOR ANOTHER ATM CARD, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY RESPONCE TILL DATE.

                    AT PRESENT I HAVE NOT ANY SBI ATM CARD, SO PLEASE MENTION YOUR RECORD AS NIL.

                    FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10, SBI DEDUCTED RS 50+50 = 100/- FROM MY SAVING A/C[protected] FOR TWO ATM CARDS. THIS IS NOT CORRECT AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE.

                      My self op ojha from Noida . Iwas trying to do the transation of Rs 5000 from my SBI ATM card on 5th of April from HDFC Banks ATM Machine in Noida sector 51. Itryid Idid all the process and there was a display on screen Pl. wait your Transation is in proceess,meanwhile a massage can on display your time is out.I thought that might be there will be some proble in Machine. When I saw my mini statement on 6th april there was a 5000's tras.I am very sorry I did not recived any single coinfrom ATM ,but how it happened . There are no.customer care nosare not responding at all there is no body to listen the problem.

                            I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bnk of India, Jangipur Branch, West Bengal in SBI Bank ATM situated at ITI Rampur Korba, Chattisgarh (ID S1AC[protected] first time and at BALCO TOWNSHIP, Korba, Chattishgarh (ID S10G[protected] second time on 01.10.2010 for withdrawal of Rs.6000/- each time (i.e. Total Rs. 12000/-)
                            unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, but my A/c. No. [protected] was debited by same amount.
                            (i.e. Rs. 6000/- X 2 = Rs. 12000/-) Kindly credit my above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.

                              I am Mehul Ramniklal Parekh have applied for SBI credit card against my F.D. long back..

                              I have given my office address as communication address & still my credit card delivered to my home address from where it’s return back as I was not in home cause its normal working day & I am in office….this thing was happen 15 or 20 days back..

                              I have made a complaint of the same on 27-Mar-2010 but till date I have not received the card….


                              Also I have received the payment statement without receiving card with due date of 14-Apr-2010, more over there are charges of annual fees for credit card & service tax on same total amount is 225.75


                              As call centre people are not in position to solve my query..

                              I had call at call centre & register the complaint also on 27-Mar-2010

                              1st Ms Pinky Sharma has attend my call at 10.00 AM from Gurgaon call centre after conversation about 5 to 7 minute she told me that she can’t be help me in this matter & then she transfer call to Mr Anil Kumar after 8 to 10 minute Mr Anil Kumar Came on line & register my complaint & give me reference no –[protected], he also assured me that there will be no charges will be charge to me till I am not receiving my card and all charges will waive off..

                              but no one is willing to help me from SBI Credit Card

                              Really a very bad service in first month is self….

                              I am sunil & i have applied for SBI credit card 2 months before.

                              I have given my office address as communication address & still my credit card delivered to my home address from where it’s return back as I was not in home cause its normal working day & I am in office…

                              I have made a complaint to feedback.[protected]@ge.com on 27th march but no solution received.

                              Also I have received the payment statement without receiving card with due date of 4-Apr-2010, more over there are charges of annual fees for credit card & service tax on same.

                                Myself Ravindra Jain having an SBI Account (Acc No [protected]) in Sector-15, Part-2 Gurgaon branch (branch code 11568).
                                As you are not having any ATM in Sector-15, part-2, I tried to withdraw RS 10000 (ten thousand only) on 05-Apr-10 in evening (around 6:30 PM) from two of the HDFC bank ATMs which are located in same premises.
                                Each ATM took around 3 mins, and after that my transaction was timed out, so no money came out, and no slip was given to me from any ATM.
                                However when I went to SBI ATM and checked my account via mini statement, I was surprise to see that money was debited from my account for both failed transactions.

                                I tried to reach your customer care, and they said that, they can't help me as they don’t have any information and asked me to call after 24 hrs. I did it and still same answer from them that they don’t have any information as it’s not reflecting in their system.

                                Please look into it ASAP as i am loosing my daily interest also on my 10000 RS.

                                When i checked my account online, i found following details.

                                I feel it is a criminal waste of time to send any complaint to consumercomplaints.in because just lodging complaints is a sheer waste when there is no remedy or follow up of our complaints. We send in our complaints only with an expectation to get a remedy, Are we sending or airing our complaints for publicity? All these consumer fora are a sheer waste of time and energy. Please try to do something to help the consumers. It is the same case with the RTI also the highest forum gives some instruction to be obeyed but no body does that and after wasting time and energy also money one is left with frustration.

                                  I had submitted my new mobile number (on 23 March 2010) for my savings account in Parliament Street branch (New Delhi) of State Bank of India. I was unable to do e transaction (internet) from my account as the high security password was not coming.

                                  Even after submitting the prescribed form with my new mobile number more than 10 days ago, the high security password s are not coming in my mobile, and hence I am unable to do internet transactions.

                                  I am still unable to do internet transactions which is a very significant problem.

                                    I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs.5000/- (Five thousand)from my ICICIbank account, from a SBI ATM, near Triangular Park, Kolkata. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I never received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Unable to Process” written on it. But I received a SMS saying that an amount of Rs.5000/- is debited from my ICICI bank account. I don’t know why.

                                    But anyhow, I have the Transaction slip with me. The details are:

                                    I have heard many people faced the same problem while trying to withdraw amounts from SBI ATMs. It is going beyond of tollerance and now its a question of sheer negligence from SBI management. Just like other Govt office SBI also thinks they are beyond any work culture and they just can do whatever they think. SBI is a CURSE to our nation. They are a threat to the safety of our hard earned money. Government should take serious and noticeable action agains SBI.

                                    And I am going to take all kind of legal steps necessary to regain my Hard earned money.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have applied for SBI credit card in 2006.
                                      SBI has issued me a credit card on behalf of this application.

                                      SBI is providing facility to activate the card once you get the card delivery.
                                      If you have not activated the card you are not allowed to use the card.

                                      Also all the bank have one rule that they will issue a first statement if and only if you use the credit card once.

                                      I have one credit card from SBI bank
                                      Details are as below.

                                      I have never activated this card yet. so i can not use this card as credit card.
                                      Bank has never sent me any credit card statement before and suddenly bank has sent me a mail that i have Rs.32069.94 outstanding on this credit card.
                                      I was very much shocked.

                                      I dont understand without activating this card how can i get this much outstating on this credit card. Also they haven't send me any credit card statement.

                                      If bank have any proof that i have activated this card please provide me the proof.
                                      Also bank have any proof that they have send me hand to hand delivery of bank statement then please let me know.

                                      After that i have mailed to bank's customer care center many times.
                                      I have also called to customer call center many times.
                                      But i have not find any solution.

                                      Few days back i had a talk with one executive from the bank. they have told me that they have transfered Rs.10000 into my ICICI credit card.
                                      Now here comes the banks fraud.
                                      I have applied for SBI credit card and they have transfered Rs. 10000 to my ICICI credit card and that is also not from SBI bank it is from Another state bank.

                                      Now they have transfered Rs. 10000 to my ICICI credit card from another bank
                                      how come i know that this was for the credit from the SBI credit card which i have applied and i have to repay it to SBI credit card.

                                      One more thing they have never deliverd any credit card statement to me so i was not aware of the same due for SBI which is not transfered from SBI but another bank. I have never activated this credit card so i was not worried about any due on this credit card.

                                      Now suddenly they have send me the sms on my mobile that i have Rs.32069.94
                                      out standing on this credit card. So they have given Rs. 22069.94 panelty on just Rs. 10000. Which actully i am not aware of due to bank's fault.

                                      I want to file a charge of fraud on State Bank of INDIA for the same.
                                      Also being a Proud of INDIA as national bank having good reputation in aam aadmi of india, no one can think of being cheted by such a bank. But still it is true and i have all the proofs with me.

                                      If any banks authorised officer is looking into this complain please reverse all the extra charges as that is not my fault and i am not liable to pay extra charges on bank's mis management. I was ready to Pay Rs. 10000 if the bank will show me the proof with in 1 month from today that they have transfered Rs. 10000 into my account. If any one want more clarification you can contact me on below number.

                                      SBI Credit Card — fraud in statements of sbi credit card

                                      Dear sir

                                      I have received a credit card statement where i ahve been asked to pay for websites that i have not vistied, the only transaction made by me was for reders digest and i have received a credit card statement where in i have been asked to pay 12, 000 for websites i have never even herad of.how to get this resolved
                                      SBI card is . They are the worst credit card service to deal with... contact a civil legal lawyer to help you in this matter.
