Sir I've lost my SBI atm card on 20-1-09.Acc. No.([protected])
pls block the atm card & issu the new card.

i ahve an account in shopping centre branch BHU, varansi. i ahve lost my account somewhere in the market so i want to get one new ATM card. for this what i have to do.

    I Khan Mohammed Arif holding a saving account no [protected] in SBI kurla branch.
    I had withdraw Rs 100/- from the branch ATM (atm id-S1AN[protected] on 3rd feb 10 at 1.40pm. (receipt no 3940). Before withdrawing Rs 100 /- my balance was Rs 66308/- (receipt no 3939, time 1.40pm) but after withdrawing Rs100/- my balance is showing Rs 56208/- (receipt no 3946, time 1.46pm).Rs 10000/- is showing withdraw for the ATM .
    Request you sir to please look in to the matter and please help me getting my amount .

    Personnel — Withdraw Money By ATM

    I hava the ATM Card of HDFC bank I am Withdrawing 5000 rupees from the ATM of Punjab National bank (Etawaha (U.P.) but the rupees are not came out from the ATM also the recepit came out from the ATM Transaction error but the rupees are debit from my account the coustmoercair says you will get the rupees within seven days but i didnot get till now this is very bad bank. if i did get the rupees i will go in court.

    i did one transcation on 18th of june 2009 using OBC ATM machine ...but in that process my money is debit ..till now i didnt get my money back...i already gave in written to bank...and also 2 times in website ??????????when i will get my money back???????????

    My name is Muneesh Kumar. here i want to complaint against "State bank of India" Hamirpur Branch (H.P). Sir i hav an account in Hamirpur SBI Branch, My Account No. is [protected]. Sir i am working in Chandigarh. On 1st of October i had gone to IDBI bank ATM of SEC-22D CHANDIGARH, to withdraw 2500/- but the process was failed, and the same time i had gone to SBI bank ATM for withdrawl with is very next to IDBI ATM. From SBI i processed same ammount and this time i got it but from my balance 5000/- reduced. i complained to the BRANCH MANAGER of SBI, hamirpur branch two or three times, where i have my account. but still they don't take any action. and i haven't got my money. Please do the needful what You can do....

    I Romi Dua, with the A/c number in State Bank of India wih the A/c no. [protected], at SBI Alinagar Branch, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
    I tried withdrawing cash amounting Rs 5000 from the ATM o[censored]nion By queryank of India , Korba , Chattisgarh, on 24th August but cash rolled in machine but it didnt came out and my account is debited by 5000 rs.
    Now, on 6th september 2010 when i visited to meet the manager at the home branch of State Bank of India, the manager there is procastinating my query and he saod folllowing things:
    1- You should not try withdrawing cash from any other Bank's ATM
    2- It will take around months and that too not sure for cash to come back in your Account...

    So, its my Sincere request that kindly see to the matter....I would be grateful to you.

    tirora branch. unfortunately ATM machine was not dispensed the
    cash and trasaction slip, but money was debited from my account,
    immediately i visited near by sbi bank, tiroda branch and informed to one of staff. The
    staff guided me to lodge a complaint in my branch, i gone their they said call to the [protected] i do the same, but lines are busy. so please help me out

    I have tried to withdraw money from IDBI ATM. My account is in SBI. Two false transactions happened in the process. The money has been deducted but cash not dispensed from the machine. I complained to SBI help line.
    The money was credited back to my account in 3 days time.

    I Mr Ranjit Kumar Paul maintaining an account in state bank of india hojai bazar branch 13254 have the honour to inform you that while withdrawing an amount of Rs 9000.00 ( nine thousand only) from sbi atm no S10A[protected] at Anandapuri Barrackpore with transaction #6367 dated 26.01.2013 at 07.41pm has failed.
    I have received the confirmation message of the amount debited from my account but I did not receive the money from the atm machine.

    So you are requested to take necessary action.

      sir, on 01 APR 2010 I did an online transaction to purchase a E-ticket on 3201 PATNA LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS FROM PATNA TO LOKMANYA TILAK(LTT) BOARDING ON 16 APR 2010 AT PATNA. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI DEBIT CARD payment gateway AFTER A LONG PROCEESING the transaction timed out. However, the money was deducted from my debit card. AFTER VERIFYING THE STATUS SOON THE RESERVATION STATUS WAS SAME THAT IS RAC 6. AFTER SOME TIME I AGAIN SUBMITTED THE DETAILS FOR NEW TKT AND I RECEIVED IT. BUT THE PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED TWICE BY MY SBI PERSONAL BANKING BRANCH NEW DELHI PARLIAMENT STREET.

      I have checked from my bank that both times my money was deducted but ticket was not generated.This is really embarrassing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest

        I am a Saving A/c holder of Canara Bank, Bodla, Agra Branch (A/c No.- 67657, ATM Card No.- [protected]). I made a transaction for withdrawal of Rs. 8000/= through ATM of Punjab National Bank Amroha (J.P. Nagar) on 03.07.2009 the cash was duly received and transaction slip was generated presuming the transaction to be closed at did not verified further on return in back to Agra I got my Pass Book updated. I was shocked to see that my account was debited twice for the aforesaid transaction. I immediately reported the mistake to Canara Bank, Bodla Agra branch letter dated 06.07.2009 after waiting for a week there was no response from the branch. After seen the non willingness of the branch, I reported the matter to Canara bank Circle Office Agra to Credit card Incharge Canara Bank Circle office Agra on 13.07.2009. The consult department told me that they will rectify the error and asked to me waits for 1 month. Even after one month there was no response from Circle office and the matter was being rolled over from one officer to another.
        It was heartily disappointing to wait for such long for the mistake committed at the end of branch. Even though I further requested the branch and circle office on 11.08.2009 and 12.08.2009 respectively to look into the matter. I persually met GM and AGM of Canara Bank Circle office but all in waste.
        I further continue my persuasion wide letters dated 07.09.2009, 28.10.2009, 31.10.2009, 24.11.2009 to Branch and circle office the matter was also intimated to Canara bank Customer Grievances cell head office Bangalore by Email on 18.08.09. After being highly suffered on harassed from the above authorities and bringing the matter to your knowledge with a hope that you shall provide your general support at the earliest.
        Kindly do the needful and oblige.

          Till today my arrears has not been credited, neither revised pension i have recd. Is it your proccess of work ? Two months is being completed. My corrigendum PPO is moving within your branches why? All others banker has paid the 6CPC pension arrears as well service arrears, why not SBI ? Can you explain ! After giving earlier request and complaint neither you given me any responces or reply. So why you have open the complain channel, if you are not giving any responces or reply.

                When i was in 9th standard I won 4th prize in an essay competion conducted by Ministry of Surface Transport Government of India which was a cash prize of Rs 1000/-.(a/c payee dd) . Which forced me to open an account ([protected]-4) in VOC Nagar SBI branch Thanjavur (4899) on 22.5.2006. Now I am doing 2nd year MBBS in Thanjavur Medical College. I asked my parents to deposit my savings amount Rs 6020/- in my account on 24.3.2010.After receiving the money the person incharge of the 4th counter of the above branch said that the account has been closed and asked my parents to meet the manager.Though i was having Rs. 779/- on 31.12.08.I wonder how could my account be closed.I was told that when my parents approached the manager he illtreated them and said to my parents that," if your daughter wants to open a new account ask her to come at 9 tomorrow morning with all documents" . I dont want to go to that branch again. How can your bank expect a student to have a frequent transaction ? When so many banks are encouraging students to save money your bank is grabbing the student's money.I request you to make necessary step to pay back my money with interest by MO . Otherwise I will proceed further against your bank.

When tried complaining in their official website grievances, it throwing error. When tried contacting toll free no. it is always busy.                       We had sent the redemption request for 300 units of the above mentioned units on 26/07/2010, enclosing our identity proof, PAN card copies proof of bank account to their Sevice center at Ernakulam . Subsequently they have sent us a letter informing that they had already redeemed these units in 2005 and the redemption warrant is cleared through ING Vysya Bank Madurai. It is also found that they have also sanctioned for a change of address to some address in Madurai in 2004.
                      We are permanent natives of kerala and we have not applied for any change of address or redemption request not redemption request earlier.We have immediately informed this matter to their Branch at Enakulam and registered a complaint with SBICAMS . We have also submitted our bank account statement during the period[protected] to[protected] to prove that we have not received the redemption warrant but they have not taken any action to redress our complaint till date.
                      We feel that this incident have happened due to the careless attitude of the registrars in changing our address without our authorisation and identity proof.It is a clear instance of malpractice and we request you to take immediate necessary action to redeem our units.

                          I have a demat a/c no [protected] at SBI PB Branch Parliament Street New Delhi. On 26/10/2009 I submitted a share certificate of 80 shares of STATE BANK OF INDIA for dematerilisation as I wanted to sell the shares urgently. They issued me a receipt for the shares submitted to them and told me that my shares have been forwarded to SBI DPCPC Mumbai for the dematerilisation vide Indoce no 0910/166995 dt 26/10/2009 and that the shares will be credited to my demat a/c in a week. TO MY DISMAY THE SHARES HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY DEMAT A/C EVEN AFTER 5 MONTHS.
                          Due to delay on the part of the Bank Branch I have suffered not only mental agony but also already suffered financial loss of Rs16000 due to fall in the price of the share.
                          I request you to kindly instruct the SBI PB Branch New Delhi to dematerilise my shares without any further delay and also compensate me for the financial loss and mental agony suffered by me.

                              REF: Folio Number 10166262 Warrant number: 12585328 SBI Mutual Fund dividend 2009
                              This is in reference to the cheque issued on 10-Jun-2009 for SBI Mutual dividend in favour of Folio Number:10166262.
                              I have received a cheque Number 076122 as a dividend of SBI Mutual Fund.
                              The payable bank mentioned in the cheque is ‘HDFC’, however the A/c Number[protected] is that of ‘ICICI’ bank and not of HDFC..
                              The ICICI bank refuse the clearance for the same.

                              I still have not received the dividend .i will be thankful if you do teh needful.

                                  This is for your information Pintu Biswas credit card holder of your bank, card no- [protected]. few month ago i was deactivated my credit card and my mother credit card, but it was shown that some of nominal amount was due in this account, so I was talk to customer care to knew my actual amount which was due. as per customer version amount was Rs.640/ and I gave the same amount to SBI bank by cheque, Cheque no-504505 (Andhra bank).it is already cleared from my bank account.

                                  So, you please give me the closure letter and one N.O.C. letter to me.                                     I am holding card for last 2-3 months without making single use of it. I contacted thrice on customer helpline no for cancelling my card.I was told that i will get confirmation call and then my card will be cancelled . I am waiting for that call for last 40-45 days but in vain. Please help me to cancel tha card as I dont need the same Other wise i will be charged with heavy charges which I dont want to bare as I dont need the card at all

                                    tata sbi credit card — Harrsment of consumers

                                    For the repayment of the credit card I have issued cheque of the said amount. these son of lost my cheque and are asking to renew my cheque with late payment and intrest charges.
                                    My sincire advice to you out there is not to go for any of the TATA SBI Credit cards.
                                    I hope this will save lot of trouble you guys.

                                    tata sbi credit card — Poor Customer Focus

                                    To the Forum,

                                    I have been a holder of the Tata SBI Credit card. Till Date i have been dropping cheques in the SBI Outlets on a regular basis. All of a Sudden the system gets changed and the new process is that if i need to make a Payment for the card, I Need to phyically come and drop cheques into the Machine which is inside the Bank. SBI is open everyday between 10 am to 4:30 pm. My Work timings during weekdays is between 8 am to 9 am. There is no way i can even think of droppping the cheques during this time. For all other credit card companies there is any opetion to drop cheques as well as pay over the counter. Now both the fecilities are not available here,

                                    I am feeling very disgusted as the TATA name is also attached with the same. I work for a Tata IT company and our service is at the top most to our customers.

                                      I had deposited two local cheques no 080611 and 046319 of Vananchal gramin Bank of Hamidganj branch on 9th March 2010 of an amount Rs 19960 and Rs 8900 respectively in SBI Bazar Branch Daltonganj Palamau. The cheques have been debited from my Account of VGB Hamidganj branch on 10th March 2010 but till today 29th March 2010 not credited in my account [protected] in SBI bazar Branch Daltonganj.

                                      I want my money back what was whole salary of my and my wife . I am helpless. Please help do some needful

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am a retired Central Government Employee. My pension is disbursed by State Bank of India, Hawa Sarak Branch, Jaipur. My pension was revised according to Sixth Pay Commission reprt with effect from 1-1 2006 and the orders were issued in September 2008. I am receiving revised pension with effect from 1-1-2008 but my arrears from 1-1-2006 to 1-8-2008 have not been paid by the above bank so far. I have approached all the possible officers and also lodged the petition in Bank lokpal Karya laya (Ombudsman), RBI Building, Rambagh Circle, Jaipur, on 9-3-2009. So far I have not received payment of my arrears.
                                        Also my pension was again revised in November 2009, by my Department according to revised orders of Central Government. SBI has also not revised my pension in accordance of these orders, so far. Kindly use your good offices to redress my grievance.
