[Resolved] SBI Mutual Fund — SBI Magnum Global Fund - Cancellation request not being Honoured

Dear Sir, I have been investing through a SIP in SBI Magnum Global Fund for Rs 1000 per month (Folio No 8356052). The money is paid through ECS debit from my ICICI Bank account every month (Rs 1000 per month). However, I have requested for cancellation of the ECS in writing to SBI Mutual Fund twice, but evey month SBI keeps debiting the amount of Rs. 1000 from my account. I do not wish to continue with the service from SBI. I lodged a complaint through CAMS Online but nothing has happened. I also wrote to them but till now nobody has responded. SBI doesnt seem to care once they have the investor's money! Please help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had applied for SBI Mutual Fund TAX GAIN under option dividend and payout from Indore (MP). Appication no. is xxxx6165 dated 07 mar 2008. The payment was made by cheque no. 753582 for Rs. 20, 000/-. The money was withdrawn from my account on 12 mar 2008. I have not got the certificates and dividend amount. Pl advice line of action.
