Sir,I have received my bill for a value of Rs.1969 due date on 8.11.07. I have put my cheque of Bank of India,R.N.puram branch,Coimbatore dated 5.11.07. for the above value on 3.11.07 in drop box. I have received message from you that you have received the cheque and sent it for collection. after two days when I am out of station I have received message that my cheque is not collected hence sent new cheque,I talked with your customer service they told that my cheque was returned from bank stating there is no fund hence I have to issue new cheque and late fee will be added. I clearly told your customer service that I have a balance of Rs 40000 in my account hence there is no chance of cheque returning,also I have contacted the bank they told they have not received any cheque from SBI credit card and they have not returned,if they have returned they will enter in their system also they will put a fine of Rs 80,nothing is made in my case, this matter I have informed to your customer service,also I told if my cheque is returned sent me a copy of that,but they said they want account statement from the bank,and send it to you by fax, today I returned from out of station and met the Senior Manager, Bank of India,he clearly show all the records that my cheque is not received and hence not returned,he also gave me the account statement of my account from 1.11.07 to 15.11.07 duly signed by him,I have sent the same to your fax no[protected] nearly ten times till I have not received any reply.Hence I am not responsible for the delay.



Hence you can send the cheque for collection and I am not responsible for the delay,further if my cheque is misplaced sent me a letter stating the reason so I will issue a new cheque.



Your customer service is asking me to send a fresh check,how it is possible for me to issue a fresh cheque when i have allreaby issued a cheque,if you want a fresh cheque return me my cheque allredy issued.

Dear Sir, 22.11.07

Today I have received a message that I have to pay Rs2721/-.I talked to the customer service and inform the details .They told that they are looking after my quarry but it will take time, and I have to pay Rs400/- mimimum due , which I am not accepting since why should I pay extra for nothing fault on me and I requested to cancel the late fee until my quarry is over,for which your customer service is not accepting hence I informed to cancel my card.Hence solve my problem immediately.

I Agree that the SBI cards service is very filthy and they always work as government officials only, never bothered to respond to issues and all are irresponsible.

One of the greatest mistake is to become a customer of SBI Credit Cards. There are several instances where customers have been fooled in making xtra payments/unnecessary payments of their bills. One cannot understand their calculations and has to pay unnecessary amounts from their hard earned money. Once you pay regularly for consecutive 2-3 months or you pay more than the due amount for that month, they will stop sending Credit Card Statements and will never bother to call up regarding the payments. Again when the interest accumulates up they will call u day in/day out harrassing customers like us. When you ask for the payment details, they will abuse you on the phone itself from Delhi. Then they wll call from Gurgaon, and make you feel like a criminal. After few days they will send recover agents at your residence to make a chaos scene. I am one of the victims.

SO DONT GO FOR SBI CREDIT CARDS IN NEAR FUTURE...

am using SBI credit card last 1 year, when I have applied for this card SBI executive told me it is life time free card. But after one month I got bill from SBI card due Rs 1000 for using SBI Card. I called them and they told me it need not pay to you, because your card is life time free card. I have just completed one year for using SBI card and again I have seen I have due Rs842.70 for annual fee charged. Now SBI card company telling me it is not life time free card. I thing SBI card company cheating with card holders.
Those people using SBI card beware from SBI card company.

SBi credit cards division, GE & Life are hooligans of the first order. They behave like rouges & extremely unprofessional. It is very sad to note that these people are blacksheeps of the country. Disgusting GE & Life
Roudism of the country is SBI Credit cards, GE & life(Petty collection people who work for 50p for 100 rs. The best part of the rouism is that when ever you raise a complaint about there behaviour to them they have a standars reply that they dont have records of my credit cards. Also they give a mail id of the head.ge to which when you send a mail it returs back saying it is a spam.

They are again & again proving they are roudis & hooligans. I only can forsee they GEcapital, life are licking customer shoes in the near future.(I wonder they fit those jobs or not.

Dear All

In My SBI Credit Card, i made a Purchase of Rs. 7350/- in the month of November, i got the statement it was reflected as Rs. 7350/ debit to ur account, then i was called to Customer care center - Chennai, and i placed a request for Rs. 7350/- to convert into EMI ( Flexi Pay) they replied request is processed.

Then i got the statement next month again they made Rs. 7350/ as debit and Rs. 7350/- as Credit and also Debit intrest of Rs. 1740/- and Emi of Rs. 258/- ( 258*24emi) in this case i came to know they are puting Rs. 7350- two time debit
and Rs. 7350/-one time crdeit
Intrest Rs 1740/- debit and
EMI Rs.258/- ( including principle amount + intrest )

i asked to call center they telling eveytime ur request is in process!!! now a day they are not sending the statement also ... and i am not paying single paise to SBI for the Past 4 Months ? they are keep calling at 7.35 am, 9.30 am, 12.10Pm 3.40pm 4.30pm daily from chenni Parys collection center, they are using some unwanted languages.. but i never bother about that, i tell them i will not make any single paise to u, first u will issue a legal notice to me i will face thru court, they are telling we will not move to legal ...

and also i got the statement of Jan-2008 orginal and Duplicat statement issued by SBI Credit card, in that many transactions are differ from each statement..

so SBI customer beware of SBI Credit card, check ur statement every month, i noticed there is some total calculation problems in the statments,

so donot go for SBI Credit cards, this is my request ...

is this the way to earn money ?, is SBI is public ltd company ?, is RBI is controling Credit card Norms?

SBI account — Improper service

Hi

1)Opened Account KMBank last month, the executive came to my home, told me the fecilities and services of the bank. Even after one month i struggling to get the, my pin number of ATM debit card.

2) I gave two cheque's they dishonred it, without calling me for signeture varification.

3) If you call up customer care they say, it is not thre thing, just call branch, branch people pick phone, listen my complaint and say call back in 30 minutes, they never call back.

4) I thought of just closeing my account.

    For about 6 months now, I am getting frequent calls from SBI Credit Card Dept. in Chennai asking for one Mr.Thulasiraman in my residence landline telephone no. There is no one with that name in my family and I have explained this many a tmes to those people. It is very much frustrating since most of these calls comes during the peak office hours when all o[censored]s are extremely busy. At times we used to get continous calls on the same day asking for the same person from different people.

    I feel that the bank officials would have wrongly keyed in my telephone no. and it is a data entry issue. But the problem is that the executives who call us is not taking any steps to update their records and make a note of the change.

    I have informed them gently, shouted at them and at times even cut the line without talking, invain. I asked them to connect the line to their Boss to see atleast whether he takes any initiative but they are not connecting the line.

    Each time when I receive the call I used to them that there is no one with that name in my house and it may be some data entry mistake and that executive will hear the full story and assure me to correct the records but within few minutes I used to get another call from another executive of the same Organisation asking again for Mr.Thulasiraman.

    Can anyone help me out in sorting out this issue?

    SBI Cards — Wrong mobile number

    One of your customer has wrongly registered my mobile number on his card. The card holder name 'Mr. Iqbal Ahmad Ansari'.
    I have sent emails and told your associates at the call center to remove my mobile number from the sbi card database, but nothing is happened till now.
    I am getting calls frequently, I am getting harrassed my this.
    I am really unhappy with the SBI Cards team. Inspite of telling more than 15/20times still they have not acted.

    SBI Credit Card — Calls made for Payment already done

    Sir,

    Since past three months, I am getting calls from Chennai SBI card office reminding me to pay the amount which I have already paid. The call center people don't know what they are talking and even don't understand the terms Total amount due and minimum amount due. I have registered n number of complaints against it but they are useless. They still keep on calling. I want take this up to next level and sue these SBI card and the call center people.

    SBI Card — Wrong Calls

    Hi,
    I have my mobile number [protected] which was issued by Airtel to me approx. 3 years back which I think was with someone else before me.
    I am being harassed by SBI executives by making calls almost every second for the amount due on SBI card with the name of Mohammad Arif Khan which I am not.
    I have told every time to these guys that I am not Arif but these SBI teams are not removing my number from their databases, and I am fed up of these calls. Please help in getting rid of these calls.

    It is to bring into ur notice that i have deposited Demand Draft of Rs.10, 000/- against my November Bill of Rs.9, 800/-. The DD was deposited at Todapur Branch of SBI ( New Delhi-110012 ) on 19th of November, 2009 but to the surprise, it still has not been adjusted in my credit card account and i m receiving harassing calls from ur collection call center for no fault of mine.     Telephonic harassment inspite of payment to card no:[protected].

    you are requested to check once again the card [protected] not issued to me asking me to pay out standing towards this card which is highly impossible and irrlevent . As i am teliing again and again that which ever the amount is out standing is pending aganist my card [protected] i am ready to pay any time.

    better to google the office addrs of sbi credit card in your place and speak to higher authority if that gentlemen did not take any action in that matter then its better to file one police complaint against that calls.

      Card No : xxxx xxxx xxxx xx86

      On 17/Aug/07, I had taken an draft for easy money for an amount of Rs. 30000/=.

      On 20/Aug/07, I was given a balance transfer offer fro an amount of Rs. 30000/=.

      The amount that was taken for easy money was repaid back on 19/Sep/07 itself. (within the 1 month period). I called up SBI customer care and clearly informed that this 30000/= Rs payment is towards the easy money and not towards the balance transfer. But SBI has cleverly taken that re-payment amount towards balance transfer and put finance charges for not re-paying the easy money.

      Now in the statement dated 1-Nov-07, they have put finance charges as Rs. 951.31 Rs towards easy money which has already been paid in full on 19/Sep/07.

      I repaid the amount of 30,000/= on 19/Sep/07 towards easy money and not towards balance transfer. No foolish person will pay for the balance transfer on Sep-19-2007, when he has time till Nov-20-2007. Customers cannot be penalized for the whims and fancies though which SBI Credit card works.

      They keep calling the customers, lure them to take the offers to boost your credit card sales and finally put the interest burden on the customers.

      with reference statement dated 17/3/2010 the total amount due was Rs925 the due was paid by cheque on 12/4/2010 inspite of clearing the due my august statement states that my card is blocked wit immediate payment due for Rs 324.96 for not using the card is this the treatment for making prompt payments..??? plz do the needfull.

        dear sir,
        I have utilised the visa credit card for purchasing railway ticket but instead of once debit it has been debited twice same amount .I have lodged the complaint before 2 months but till now the case is pending from your side. If you can not resolve the case why not you are closing your department.Or else intimate us we will go for alternatives.

        Today, just I have received a bill from your side and I am really surprised that you have charged Rs.563.72 as fine.

        I have deposited a Cheque No.109238 dt.4.11.07 of Rs.1672.56 in your drop box at Esplanade Area "Chario". But after one week SBI people called me over my mobile that they have not recd. the payment. After that I enquired in your drop box centre and they confirmed that the cheque has already cleared from the drop box at the same day and again customer service called me over phone to deposit the minimum amount in cash or cheque and I have given cash amount of Rs.1672/- to your representative who had collected from me on 17.11.07. But till now, I have not received the cheque returned. I don't understand what is the reason behind this bill payment.

        Due to your negligency in sending statement of account, why I will pay the extra charge of Rs.563.72 ? Is it possible ? As a customer, if you got this type of statement what is the reaction on you, you will realize better. Tell me. It is very ridiculous,. where I was too much not aware about the billing date.

        You are requested to please reverse the amount of Rs.563.72, if not then I will compel to stop the use of Credit Card and will return the card.

        I am waiting your prompt reply on top priority basis. It is very urgent.

            I RECEIVED RS.16000.00 IN DD FORM AGAINST ATM CASH WITHDRAWL.THEY SAID ATM CHARGES ON THIS WILL NOT BE TAKEN.IN TOTAL I USED RS.16000.00 plus Rs.18094.00 equal to 34094.00.Additionally SBI Life SuperSuraksha,(Prem&Admn Fee)Rs.3583plus Rs.3583 i.e.,Rs.7166.00.
            till today i have deposited Rs.approx.18679.00.
            The amount due to pay must be Rs.22581.00 instead of approx. Rs.36,ooo.oo as the total out standing they say.
            In conversation they say,we have added Rs.10,000.oo additionally in your total outstanding.which we will transfer to u when u will submit total due promptly.
            sbi credit card no.[protected] DR SURESH CHOUHAN ,Addititional card no.[protected] MANISHA SINGH.
            PRESENTLY OUR BOTH CARDS R NOT IN ACTIVATION.
            MY QUERY IS THAT ALL THIS CRYSTAL CLEAR INFORMATION MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE WHICH IS NOT DONE BY AUTHORITIES,THENCE CONFUSION IS MADE AND THE CONSUMER IS MISLED AND HE OR SHE PRESUMES THAT CREDIT CARD AUTHORITIES R CHARGING INTEREST IN HIGH VOLUME w.r.t.,the amont used by comsumer in form of market purchase and the amount they gave in DD form against the ATM use cash taking.

              My SBIcard no. is [protected] and expiry 02/11.
              I would like to inform you that

              - I became a sbicardholder at the behest of AGM Mr. Chand Tikku,
              Ashok Marg Branch, Lucknow, UP. in feb-march 2007 - was it my
              blunder?

              - I was told to acivate it and i made a purchase of Rs. 299/- from
              Kouton, LKO on 2/3/2007.

              - the above said purchase was my one and ONLY purchase done on the
              card

              - I paid Rs.750/- as one time lifetime fee (?)

              - later i came to know that NO OTHER BANK charges any time of fee
              annual or lifetime! and i am getting offers from various banks for
              getting credit cards!

              Meanwhile i was NOT in the city for 6 months or so and i had asked one
              of my person to deposit the amount used for the purchasing 299/- but
              it seems by the time it could be done
              so your statements started coming showing huge amount as DUES!

              The latest statement that got for 10 SEPTEMBER 2007 SAYS TOTAL AMOUNT
              DUE Rs 2822.40 AND
              FEE PAYMENT NOT RECD 393.26D
              INTEREST CHARGES PURCHASES 76.24D

              can you please explain in detail the anomalies of the statements when
              only 299/- amount of purchase was made on the card!
              Please expedite so that i can deposit the amount (purchase + interest)
              and then close it.
              its been a most disappointing experience and i would NOT have gone on
              to become a member if the Mr Tikku had not recommended your services!

              looking forward to an early reply so the case could be sorted out at
              the earliest.

              I had been pursuaded by the sales agent to have this card.However during verification process, I categorically refused to have this SpiceJet SBI card, as I came to know from my friends that the services and committments made by DSA are not in line with the company's policies and intentions.
              Still I got my card[number [protected]], which I have not used till date.
              I am getting regular bills alongwith phone calls asking me to pay the outstanding money??

              From my side, this card is cancelled, as mentioned earlier over phone to the people asking to pay the bills.
              Hope, I will not get further communications from the company for the same.

                I HAVE TAKEN SBI CARD 3 MONTHS AGO. I DINT GET ANY STATEMENT TILL NOW. SBI CALL CENTRE EXEC'S SAY THT IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED ON 05.10.07 AND THEY HAVE SENT AN EXECUTIVE AFTER CALLING MANY TIMES AND HE COLLECTED RS.2400 THROUGH CHEQUE. IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS TILL NOW I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY BILL. HOW CAN I PAY THE BIL WITHOUT VIEWING MY STATMENT. SO PLZ SEND THE STATEMENT IN TIME. AND SAVE ME BY PAYING PENALITIES FOR WHICH SBI IS RESPONSIBLE.

                  This is regarding my credit card and the series of phone calls and e-mails that I have sent.

                  My Case ID with SBI Cards is :[protected].

                  For over several months I have been struggling with the Bank and people at GE who run their call centre.

                  This mail refers to my Credit Card No. [protected] in the name of Himadri Sinha.

                  The card was cancelled on[protected] alongwith any (I repeat, any) request for Balance Transfers. The transcript of my conversation with the Floor Manager of the particular shift (Avinash) can be referred to. I have my own audio recording that can be used by you if you so desire for purpose of cross verification.
                  Funnily enough, though definitely not surprisingly (as committing blunders and errors is second nature to SBI and is quickly rubbing off on GE as well) - I have been sent a letter by Manish Dewan, VP - Customer Services informing me of my card's renewal. This happens months after the card has been cancelled. Also informs me through the letter that MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS by YOUR COURIER AGENCY have been made to deliver the card, but no one has received it. Come on, I am sure a VP - Customer Care can cock up a better and more logical excuse.
                  I have not received ( NOT RECEIVED) any BT cheques at my residence for the requested amount of Rs. 69,000 or for ANY OTHER amount.
                  Your bank has however, without any authorisation from me or without any information/intimation to me has deposited 2 cheques in my ABN AMRO Credit Card account. The amounts are Rs. 51,000 and 13,500.
                  On numerous occassions I have been talking to your call centre associates at your facility. Details of conversation are as under:

                  Remarks : Says I (Himadri Sinha) have NOT informed about any cancellations of BT and the same has been sent to my ABN AMRO BANK directly. All my pleas and information that I gave of the previous communication with Neha are negated. Asks me to pay up.

                  Remarks - Hears me out. Says a time frame for me to clear the outstanding amount shall be fixed up. Also agrees that no interest will be charged as there has been a mistake on GE's part. But says that he needs approval to confirm this and shall revert by Monday (27 th Aug 2007). That MONDAY is yet to come.

                  Remarks - Hung Up after putting me on hold for 10 minutes

                  Remarks : Hears me out patiently. Says I will get a call within 2 or 3 days. I told that this has happened earlier as well, but I haven't received any call. Till today (23 rd Oct), 8 days after my call, I am still awaiting the much promised call.

                  I have requested, pleaded, shouted in sheer despair for a resolution of this issue.

                    I visited the SBI bannerghatta branch in which (i have a salary account ) 7 times in a span of 1 month for a duplicate ATM PIN for which as asked i had submitted a written letter also but the next time i went there it seems they lost it.Next time i went they said come after 7 days.I went after 9 days but still it dint come.And this continued a couple of more times.In my 5th visit the manager himself raised a request infront of me for an ATM PIN and asked me to come after 7 days.Next time i went but dint get the PIN and he himself was not there to speakToday when i went they said they will raise a request for a new card itself which again will take 7-10 working days.I cannot withdraw my own money.People seem to be least bothered there as they are government employees.Is this the kind of service SBI provides and claims to be the finest indian bank?

In this account i had deposit a cheque OF RS 10300 CHEQUE no. 000066, date 31/03/2009 and the bank name kotak mahindra bank Ltd. defence colony 110024. the kotak mahindra bank cleared that cheque 04/04/2009 to till date the amount was not credit in my saving account. pls solved that amount as soon as possible and credit my account.

                      I have an account in sbi and have internet banking facility for it. I also authorised my transaction rights, and according to the bank everything seems to be alright . But ive been trying to add a third party account for the past one month and nothing seems to happen. Everytime i choose add third party option, enable high security option through mobile comes up.. Even after registering the no. the site says not registered. Done the procedure 8 times in 4 weeks. Does sbi atleast have a Customer call no., if so where the hell can i get the no. ??? Ive tried talkin to branch people, nobody is helpful .

                      hello, i m namita kathat from moran assam, i have complaint regarding the sbi employees of our local branch... i m frm a remote place and so i have to ravel a long distance to the bank... but last three days the employee who delivers the passbook is being absent and it is creating a great problem for me as well as the others customers... and as per i know she is a temporary employee in the branch...
                      i also would like to menion if she has some problem then she should have other employee in the post who coul carry her job.
                      and many times it is found that she is misbehaving the customers.

                          I would like to bring to your notice the problem faced by me with the SBI ATM (Pune, CAC, Koregaon park, STC). I have withdrawn RS 10000 from my SBI ATM account on 30/11/2007 at 10.45 am. The ATM costumer advice dated 3rd December 2007 from the same ATM Rs. 10000/- debited twice on the same day. I could not report the same since I was out of station.
                          My A/c No. at SBI Khadki, (Pune) 1629 is [protected] and my ATM card no. is[protected].

                          Kindly look in to the matter and rectify.

                          I m really disappointed to see the performance of SBI customer services. I lost my ATM then i was trying to block my card and dialing the customer care number but no one was picking my phone. regularly I have dialed that till 2 hours or more than two hours then I was able to block my card.
                          after that I found my card from that time to till today I am trying for unblock my card but no one has attend my phone, I am working woman so I can not go to my branch office in the middle days. But I want to say only that SBI or other banks can not compare itself to the private banks. They are fast, active and so much caring for the customers not like the SBI.
                          Even SBI has not providing the facility to know the balance on phone, then how can they feel to grow. They can do never. Etc......... Etc.............
                          But let me know how can i unblock my SBI ATM card without going to SBI Bank?????

                          I am waiting for the response and also suggest to SBI heads please improve your staff and improve your services, if they want to grow in future.....
                          My name is Pankaj Mishra.I forgot my ATM password & unable to withdraws money kindy suggested me what can be done in order to get new password.
                          On 8th March, 2008 Rs.500/- has been wrongly debited from my savings account as an ATM withdrawal which I never really made.
                          this is probably due to malfunction of problem-prone Bonhooghly ATM where on that same day I have withdrawn Rs.500/-, which has been entered as a double withdrawal of Rs.5oo/- (debit), as shown in current mini statement. However the balance report after that withdrawal did not display that error.

                          I have complained to the Branch Manager of Bonhooghly Ind Estate where I have my savings a/c but yet to get my money restored back into my a/c.
                          i lost my atm card, pls let me know how to block atm debit card

                            I am having auto sweep A/C in State Bank of India in Berkhera branch Bhopal. I issued a cheque for Insurance of my vehicle and the same was presented to my bank but it was dishonor by bank with remark " IN SUFFICIENT FUNDS" were is there was sufficient funds in my A/C.

                            The same was happened in earlier days also with the cheque issued against the telephone bill & Insurance of my vehicle. At that time my phone was disconnected due to non-payment of bill in time. Same I reported to my bank manager and he has given in writing it shall not be repeated in future. but same has happened again.
                            In view of the above many people are not accepting my cheque due to fear of dishonor. Please do the needful at your end.

                            Need your help as I m being harassed by SBi people, they are not reverted on any of the mails of call.

                            I m trying Darganj Phone from last 10 days but no one is answering.



                            I have put a request for ATM debit card personally in Allahabad but have not received the same it is almost 25 days.

                            Got the cheque book just 8 days back and have issued a of 50000 which was dishonoured by SBI without informing me.

                            If they can credit amount of 82000 recently but cannot debit it.



                            I have not got any response since I have opened a account with SBI.

                            Now I am in Ahmedabad and cannot go to Allahabad I need money urgently but unable to withdraw as I don’t have ATM card, when I am trying through internet it is saying my mobile is not updated on system(mobile nos was provided at the time of opening the account).

                              I applied for GE SBI Credit Card...

                              It is almost a month and half my documents have not Reached to the bank. I gave the my documents to one of the DSA's of GE SBI ..the phone number of the DSA is[protected] and the name of the executive is Sugandhi. I have shared my problem in the mail ID feedback.[protected]@ge.com and head.[protected]@gesbi. but it was of no use.

                              In the revert of my mail my application has been declined but according to customer care they have not received my documents. I am worried that what will I do if my documents get misused. Someone suggest please.
                              I have an issue regarding an promotional offer of Insurance for which charges were levied against me without my proper consent and i am also being sent Legal notices and being threatened that i will be taken to the court without my dispute being resolved which is going on from past 1 year now.

                              Only request to SBI is please don't harm our characters and work as per the policies laid down by RBI.

                              I have opted for a platinum card had been on SBI agents' own approach/insistence and upon subsequent field verifications, the same had been approved by vide email and SMS alert. However to my sheer dismay, a gold card have been sent to me, which I already have from HDFC, without taking my prior consent or approval. Further this kind of act is a breach of trust /intent and an expression of your dishonor to customers' self esteem, which is very unbecoming from reputed venture like GE-SBI. In this era of consumerism, I cannot believe how come reputed ventures like GE-SBI cards can win over customers, if they resort to this kind o[censored]nethical attitude towards customers.
                              Dear Sir, I have applied for SBI card one month back, your representative Mr. Muttukumar.K(IBC Sales) collected all documents from our office and he gave a phone no [protected]. So for I enquired several times, yesterday he told that I have not got the card, when I asked further details he used all fithy words to express his views and me that he is no more working there?                               My credit card is not working since last 15 days, I have made the complaint and was told by customer care that i will get new card within 10 days but still i have not received any card. Now by sbi customer complaint i am told that i have to submit id proofs . Now i have decided to stop my credits with sbi credit card.

                              On May 14th I have sent a mail for increasing the credit limit for my Credit Card No. [protected]. My initial credit limit is Rs.24000/-. I am using the SBI Card for more than 2 years. I am regularly using the credit card and properly paying my due amount and EMI also. Many times i have requested to increase the credit limit. But they have not increased the credit limit. Then the customer care executives asked me to submit my other bank credit card statements. Based on the request I have sent latest two monthly statement for my citi bank card which is having Rs.89000/- credit limit.

                              On 19th May I got the call from SBI card to make a payment of Rs.500 for increasing the credit limit. Based on the request immediately i have paid the amount of Rs.500.
                              Already i have paid Rs.1500 on 18th May thru net payment. The amounts are posted in my accounts. But my request of credit limit increasing is not happened.
                              Today again I got a call from SBI Card (Ph No. [protected] - Telecaller Name: Sophia) to make a payment of Rs.200 for increasing the credit limit.

                              The telecaller who has made a call on 19th has not informed the same thing at the time of telecalling. Why telecallers are not giving the correct information?
                              Kindly take necessary action on the telecaller who has given the wrong information. Based on the wrong information again i am getting another one call for making a payment. It is not good. I asked the telecaller Sophia to raise the complaint against the previous telecaller, she has given a Ref. No.[protected]. Please confirm on the reference number.

                              I am SBI card holder since few months I am not getting monthly statement of Credit card, difficult to track my overdues.Thanks
                              More than two years ago I cancelled my SBI Credit Card (since I was not satisfied with that) and also received a reply from SBI stating that my card has been duly cancelled. But even till date, I receive phone calls from SBI customer care stating about offers and other facilities available for SBI cards. I have told SBI executives "N' number of times that I do not possess an SBI Credit Card any more and requested them to cancel my name and ph number from their database. It all turns into a deaf ear. SBI customer database is not at all updated. They retain old customers also in their existing customer data base and that is the confusion. I believe atleast this comment comes to the notice of SBI and they remove non-existant customers from their database and ensure they do not disturb old customers stating about this offer, that offer by way of customer care and tele marketing.

                              I have been blacklisted from your card company whereas i am even unaware of the outstandings as i was an employee of GE Capital about in 1999 and thats about it. May be you isuued a card in my name, the details of which i dont have. This is causing a problem in my hiring with new employers. They have written some other no. It must have been in some others name. how can they charge Rs.300/- for the fault of theirs. pl check up and reply me immediately.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Yesterday I received a letter ref no[protected] stating that payee name not correct and they stated my card account no as[protected] and they returned back a copy of my ch. no. 329591 dt 8.2.2010 for Rs.670/- and charged me Rs.300/- on account of this. I wonder how they stated a wrong credit card no.

                              My no.[protected] which is correctly written in my cheque with my name inscribed by SBI themselves. Then where is the wrong? why did not the card section doubly check the no and name and unnecessarily charging for no fault of mine and give mental tension. Hope this is corrected by card section and expecting a favourable reply. Phone no[protected] always seem to be busy and where can we go if they work like this.

                              Every month I used to pay some bills and a frequent user of this card.

                              Dear Sir,

                              In my cheque I have quoted my correct no. If it is wrongly searched, naturally name would differ. what is the problem? How this could have happened? My card account is [protected] I am a frequent user. How can they charge me for their wrong doing.
                              Hope they would correct their mistake and not charging me Rs.300/- for their wrong doing. What phone no they have given. Always it gives in tamil as busy.[protected]. Is this the good way of working.

                              while applying for the card, i was told there is no fee for the card. but in the first month statement 500rs as a processing charge has been charged. also my credit limit is only 36000rs promised credit limit was 1lakh. can you please help me out. i have other private bank credit card which has been provide without any fees.

                              I had a GE SBI credit card issued to me in the year[protected] on which i had done a settlement of Rs 7000 paid in 3 EMI's of Rs 2, 333 each ending on 29th April'03 .The card to my understanding was closed then basis the same .I was issued a settlement letter by GE SBI then .Now 7 years later I get a call from GE SBI stating that I have an outstanding of Rs 1 Lac on the card wherein when the card was issued to me, the credit limit on the card was Rs 17, 000 .my credit card no is [protected].I want to close this issue ASAP, pls help .

                              I have been using SBI credit card no. [protected]. I also mail to you regarding this on dated. 7th Aug 10 but there is no respone or call from SBI Cards. Now today on 25th August2010 I have receivd my card statement through email, statement show card is blocked due to non payment of July month statement, but nobody has contacted me from sbi card, I tried their help line but unfortunately they kept me on hold for atleast 20 to 40 minutes.

                              1. I issued the cheque 120004 and drop into to SBI Card Machine dt 26July10 vide Rc # 000001 Machin ID SBI015 at kalkaji branch amounting `15000/- agt statement dt. 23July10 amount of `19426.36. Through sms (TM-SBI Card) they confirm that they recievd the chq. on dt. 29July10.

                              2. On dt. 01Aug.10 I recvd a msg. from LM-SBI Card your chq. return unpaid due to other's letter. I saw the msg and contact customer care after a long hold (27minute) I connect with Miss Dipsy I telll her about the message and ask whats the reason of chq. return she told me that they recievd the chq. But what the reason is chq. not credit into the ac and they have no information on their system regarding chq return and you have to wait for 2-3days or our representative contact to you.

                              3. After 4-5 days later no budy contact to me from Sbi card then I call aging to customer care after 15 – 20 minutes line connect with Mr. TARUN I ask the same Qustion about why my cheq. not present yet to my bank and they said chq. Is return unpaid from my account how is possible without any reason bank is return the chq. I ask the reason to him and he told me that aging the same word of depsi they have no information regarding this and you have to wait for 1 – 2 days or contact to your bank why is chq return without any reason. I confirm my bank I am shocked my bank says there is no anyone chq. Present from SBI or any others chq present then how its return I can't understand why they cheat me or telling lye I am fedup all this and their services. (Bank statement enclose for clearfication of not presenting, return the chq)

                              4. On 10 Aug 10 after 3days later no budy contact me from Sbi card then I call again to customer care after waiting 15minutes line connect with a south Indian lady I ask the same what is the reason of chq return but she unable to understand and communicate in English or Hindi. I cannot communicate in their regional language. Then I told him to connect with your senior then she connect me with Mr Bala, I told him to whole the story regarding the chq. Not present in bank, they said chq return by yr bank he told no problem sir we have the chq. we present it again in 1 or 2 days. I told him that after 2 days is due date of the statement he said nothing to worry its clear and you issued another balance amount chq to clear the balance dues and have not charge any late fee or any other charges. I ask him aging he gave me any reference or complaint no regarding this he says we don’t have this you don’t worry its clear and we cannot charges extra. I issued Chq. # 120006 dt. 11 Aug 10 balance `4426.36 and drop at SBI New Friends Colony branch.

                              5. Now I have received regular call on words 15 Aug 10 from SBI collection department about Payment. I told them all story but the said your chq is return unpaid and contact customer care.

                              6. On 25Aug10 I recived my Aug statement through mail I am shocked, shaw the statement shows Late fee chrges `767.13 and Finance charges also `1022.56. I can't understand what happning, why they cheat me. I immediate call customer care to speak the bull , I tell him the story but I am shoked she said "Sir you are rude and you are pissing me off and I am trying to help you but you are not understanding anything you have to paid the amount other wise we know the way to collect the payment"... those were the exact words of the executive.

                              7. The customer service has been very harsh and has not been helpful. They are rude and often end up giving wrong information to the clients.

                              So, I request to you help me for the same as soon as possible.

                              received any statement or written documents from SBI cards side.
                              I already marked a mail to banking ombudsman and discussed with my legal
                              advisor to file a case in consumer court against you.

                                  i am mehul dudhela, i have applied to SBI mandvi baroda for education loan for abroad study with full guarantee and gurantor.property of gurantor was in baroda including one big bunglow and 10 lacs sbi fix deposits. manager has refused under reason that candidate is residing in bhavnagar distric at shihor, but as it is taluka place and there is no branch of sbi. eventhough sufficient gurantee manager refused for loan on the base that as candidate residing in sihor , he has to applied to nearest barnch. But my sponser is residing in baroda and their property and fd also in baroda it is easy to pass loan within time limit. i also contact bhavnaghar branch they first advise to go to baroda branch as gurantor and their property id in baroda then he agree that it will take lot of time but i have only 1 month to go to australia my application number in baroda is racpc/hl/pl/430 dated 5/11/2007

                                    I am a Medical practitioner working in one of the biggest hospitals in Chennai.I am very painful to say that people of SBI credit card,approached me several times before luring me in SBI credit card.Without knowing how Fraudulent it is I bought the card in January 2007 only to realise how they fooled few months later.They kept adding interest rates at higly un-acceptable levels and confused me by the system of reapayment.
                                    Ultimately I grew very impatient that I closed the SBI card in October 2007,but I cleared the high interest.
                                    I request you to kindly arrange for BANNING SBI CREDIT CARD.

                                    I was a SBI Credit Card Holder During The Period[protected]. At the time of Joining they offered a card without annual payment. But later asked me to pay the annual fee. I have paid the amount and informed through Helpline Number. They offered will return back the amount (RS. 961.55/-) as cheque. Now they are sending monthly statement with a unknown Card Number and deducting RS.49/- from each month. Presently i am not holding any SBI card after closing the previous card in 2008February. Please consider this matter.

                                      I have been registered for the health insurace though sbi credit card. At the time of registration they told me that i will receive the documents related with the health insurance. Even after that i lodged the complain many times. But they did not send the the documents.

                                      I am still waiting for that. Even i told them that if it is not possible for you to send the document pleae cancel it and credit my account .

                                        I got my SBI creadit two days back, when i check my statement next week it is showing 49.44 due. They deducted the amount for Insurance, i don't want the insurace policy, could u please cancel the insurance facility for my account.

                                        Infact my experience with SBI cards has been worst and similar to what many others have also faced. In the first place, I receive an unsolicited credit card( I had applied for SBi railway card while they happily sent me SBI gold card) which I had never activated. However, I started getting monthly statements with the insurance chrages as the amount outsanding. Despite me constantly asking the customer service people to cancel my card, I have been receiving card statements and right now the amount due has come up to Rs.2119 being payment due towards the insuarnce charges. Even after writing to the customer service, this issue has not been resolved till now.

                                        I have been advising everyone not to go in for SBI cards. The company does not have any professional ethics.

                                        This is to inform that I had made a payment of Rs2000.00 on 30th mar'08 for the full and final settlement against the o/s of above mentioned credit card no.

                                        Now, after making a full n final settlement also, i have again received a o/s letter with delayed payment interest mention for 10/04/08.

                                        I'm unable to understand what kind of full n final settlement has been done from ur end????? Why again am I receiveing o/s amount of 10th April'08 of the mentioned credit card when it has already been settled and closed on 31st mar'08?????

                                        Pls clear it off and send me a full n final settlement letter else I'll move to consumer court with your statements of Full n final settlement as on 31st mar'08 and again sending me o/s amount of 10th april of the same card.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is in reference to the previous mails regarding account settlement, I got a call for settlement on 20thy Mar from Mr. manish, and he told me that he'll be sending that full n final setllement (no dues ) thru mail, and one of his representative on 24th morning to collect the amount agreed for settlement of account.

                                        But, am still to receive the mail as well as no one contacted me for take the payment today.
