    My sbi card no is [protected] . I have received my monthly statement for the month of jan 2008. the statement is showing a transaction of 43,50.00 EUR with Trenitalia_ vendita o roma it . This is absurd. I have not used this card for the said transaction. I have been informed about other transactions made on this card. I therefore dispute for the said transactions. I am ready for all legal actions regarding settling these transactions because I have not done any. I also inform you that after settlement of these transactions I am going to surrender my card. I do not want to use this card any more.

    The transactions have been done on the Add on card on name Mr.,vara raj.E the main card is the name of Esther Urmila. Kindly look into the matter and settle at the earliest.Esther Urmila. Card No. [protected]. H>no 3-4-74/1 lingampally kacheguda Hyderabad

    Dispute in transaction

    My sbi card no is [protected] . I have received my monthly statement for the month of July 2010. the statement is showing a transaction of 2, 400 INR with Bangalore Central. This is absurd. I have not used this card for the said transaction. I have already complained regarding this, but not received any response. I therefore dispute for the said transactions. I am ready for all legal actions regarding settling these transactions because I have not done any.I am going to surrender my card. I do not want to use this card any more.

    I would like to meet any representative to talk reading the above issue.

      SBI is the best worst customer service i never faced. The way representatives speaking and the way they try end the call all are very very embracing.One incident happend for me is i applied SBI card around 6 months and that was approved but till i didn't recieve any card. Over i am keep on calling and following customer service but i am sure that i won't be. It's a really very ery bad service i never never seen and experienced.

        I got the SBI Credit Card through some call center, she/he assured me that its a life time free credit card and there is no other charges until you use the card. I just believed her/him and accepted for Credit card. I received the card within a week or 2 weeks. I kept the card safely in my cupboard. From that time till now I never used it. Then I got a call from SBI Credit card devision that I have to pay Rs.8600 plus, then I explained the situation to customer care people.

        “i.e after my acceptance I got a call from SBI call centre for Medical health insurance for 4500 ruppes per annual and this amount will deducted on monthly basis.

        Till now I am not received any medical insurance documents from SBI Credit card devision.

        After few days i got a call from call center for payment and saying that you need to pay so and so amount , but I said that I am not used my card any ware and till now I am not having PIN Number also, with out receiving Insurance document how can i pay insurance charges and other charges .

        Now they are telling that I need to pay 8600 ruppes including late payment and intrest charges.”

        I asked call center person, if you are a insurer, with out receiving insurance document are you willing to pay all the charges, but he is not replaying for this question.”


        Today (29/01/2008 at 1:00PM) I called to customer care center and explained about the situation and logged case for cancellation, request #mq[protected].

        So I am requesting you to cancel my SBI Credit card.

          This is Kiran babu daram. i have purchased a washing machine for Rs 6700/- on 04/01/2008 at Sonovision Vijayawada. i used my SBI Debit card to pay the bill amount. When they swiped my card in the machine "transaction failed" message came. when i went to ATM and checked my account bill amount is already deducted. when i shown this transaction slip to Sonovision, they have not accepted. they have shown in their machine that transaction was failed. i have lodged a complaint with SBI. till date there was no response. Anybody can please help. what i have to do.

          I am Tarkeshwar Nath Verma and i am accountholder of SBI since more than 35 years and i feel glad when i thinking that i am a part of SBI.
          i have good memories concern with SBI, But i has been facing problem and my problem it that i was withdrawal a ammount of Rs : 7000/- as ATM machine of ATTA Market Noida ( U.P.) ( ATM ID--S1AN[protected] and my amount did not deal -out from ATM, but my amount has reduced from my account,I was submit application with ATM slip in muzaffarpur(red cross branch) and noida (sector-26 branch). but there are no progess, and i fill helpless.

            I have been using the SBI Credit card since last one year and was paying the amount due till Nov,07. In the month of Sept'07, I lost my job and was jobless for 3 months in continuation. During this period my payments got delayed and my cheque also bounced. I explained my position to your agents and explained them that I will clear the due as early as possible. Now I have joined a new company and went to the collection office and told them that as soon as I receive my first salary, I will start making payments. Your agents have now started harassing and abusing me and my family in the locality I live. They have said that they will use all means including goondagardi and lifting me from my house or will take away my household goods if I do not make payment this month. My wife is under severe depression as she feels that your goons may harass me physically. I have clearly explained them that I will start making payments from Feb'08 onwards but they are now sending goonda elements to my house for recovery. The name of those persons are Dharmendra, Raju and few others.
            I am not an intentional defaulter and intend to pay the dues. Since I was jobless for more than three months I was in a severe financial crises.
            I request the bank to stop these poeple from using unlawful means against me and my family. I promise that I will start making payments from Feb'08 onwards.

            SBI Credit Card — Credit Card Payment Collection

            SBI Credit Card have hired most Goondas to collect outstanding Credit Card amount , they come to your house and abuse you and also keep waiting below the building to catch and trash you. This is extremely illegal and we have complained to Police.

            I request all of you to stop using your card to face such difficulties. If somebody can help me , please tell us how to deal with them

                I have using this tata credit card from the last two month back today on 26 january 2008 at 4:30 pm somebody picked my pocket in which the same credit card was there after lodged my complaint in customer care and police station too somebody missused my card and the customer care executive said that sir"you have to pay the whole amount whether somebody else use it for that we are not responsible"Why i pay the amont which i did not use they can check my sgnature at the invoice of the misusing amont if it is not match so why i will pay the same.kindly do something for my help

                  On approaching the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Ruadrpur Branch, PO Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar for sanctioning OD limit he asks for 1% of temporary OD limit as bribe and on giving the bribe through his middleman OD limit for any amount say Rs.50 lacs, 1 crore etc. is sanctioned and if no bribe is proposed, the borrower is told that your proposal for OD limit will be sent to Regional Office, Haldwani for sanction and will take 2-3 months. This Branch Manager's total attention is for minting money through bribe and he is not concerned about proper functioning of branch and those employees who are not happy with his such functioning, he arranges for complaints against such employees through his goonda gang some of those are posted in BHEL. Such type of two complaints are at present lying at the Branch. Please investigate through some RBI officials. The branch manager says he needs money for purchasing his house.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is with reference to the SBI card number: [protected]. I am writing about the issues I have faced while dealing with customer care that have led to inconvenience at my end:

                    Issue 1

                    - My birthdate was recorded wrongly by SBI Cards. When I called customer care I was given a fax number to fax an application and my proof of DOB. I did so and the receipt was confirmed by the representative.

                    - When I called after a few days they said that the DOB change is 'under progress'

                    - when I called again, they said they have not received any documents from me (sounds a bit contradictory to me) and till date the DOB remains the same

                    Issue 2

                    - there was an "optional" insurance given to me without asking me

                    - again I had to call customer care to get it cancelled, but they said I just need to pay a small amount every month so I decided to keep it. There are 3 heads under which the insurance amount is charged, the rep told me those were one time charges, and I just need to pay a premium every month

                    - since then, every month I kept on getting all the three heads the amount being far more than what the rep had said I will have to pay

                    Issue 3

                    - I got several calls from one rep just because I mentioned that I might go for balance transfer and he convinced me to do so after telling me that only around 200 rupees would be charged initially

                    - for last month's payment, a day before the due date I get a call that I have not made the payment and that SBI will send their rep to collect the payment and there would be no late fee. I propose to make an online payment and I am asked not to do so but wait for the rep

                    - I make the payment to the rep

                    - I get the bill for this month with 'late payment charges' and also some 'finance charges' which the rep says that are because I made a partial payment (but that is what the other rep told me to do !!!) and as he cannot revert's my charges he cancels my card

                    Although it is a long mail that I have written, it is not because I have loads of free time but because of my belief that SBI can do better than this.

                    If you can follow-up this matter that would be extremely kind of you.

                      i am having a account with credit card No.[protected] its given by you as a life time free credit card but after one year you charged me a annual fee for the new card. before sending a new credit card u have to confirm with me but you have not confirmed. against this i had already launch the complaint on your toll free no.[protected] complaint no.[protected] spoken with Mr.palam on Dated : 23/01/2008 at 2.44 pm and he is not ready to reverse the annual fee for the new credit card. if you had given me a life time free credit card than how can u charged me. for this reason i have blocked my card.

                        Hi Sir,

                        I have one SBI VISA GOLD credit card. Intitally they have offered me some insurance cover along with this card and i have declined it at that moment only , but they are regularly deducting the premium on my card after most of the complains i file in their customer care centre.I have also blocked my card few months back and still tey are sending me the notice and phone calls of outstanding payment of that premium. I am fedup with this please do something.

                          I HAD BEEN RECHARGING MY VODAFONE MOBILE ([protected]) THROUGH SBI ATM BT SENDING SMS TO 140 FOR LAST 1 YR.SUDDENLY,IN NOVEMBER 2007 WHEN I TRIED TO DO THE SAME I RECEIVED A SERVICE REPLY FROM 190 STATING "YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IS BARRED.YOUCAN NOT ACCESS THIS SERVICE FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE.PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AT [protected]".THOUGH ON ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THE SAID NUMBER OF CUSTOMER CARE EVERYTIME I FOUND IT UNVAILABLE.I CONTACTED THE BRANCH MANANGER OF SBI,BARUIPUR(CODE-1490) WHO EXPRESSED HIS INABILITY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.I TRIED TO RE-REGISTER MY MOBLIE AT SBI ATM WITH NEW PIN BUT IT ALSO DID NOT WORK.I THEN CONTACTED VODAFONE STORE WHERE FORMAL COMPLAINT WAS LODGED WITH THE ASSURANCE OF GETTING IT SOLVED IN 48 HRS.BUT NONE BOTHERED TO REPLY ME BACK.MY SERVICE REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR THIS COMPLAINT WAS[protected] DATED 21-JAN-2008 17:18 HRS.I TRIED TO REGISTER MY MOBILE TO ANOTHER ATM CARD.I GOT ANOTHERE PIN FOR 2ND ATM BUT I COULD NOT SUCCEED TO RECHARGE AND GOT THE SAME REPLY SMS.INSPITE OF HAVING SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT AND VALID ATM CARD I AM BEING DEPRIVED FROM GETTING BASIC SERVICE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED BY SBI ATM AND VODAFONE....PLEASE HELP....MY SBI A/C NO [protected]

                          you were sms on 08.08.2008 in my number:-[protected] that recharge with megaBonusRC249 instead of recharging Bonus 98 for 3times to save 15%, Enjoy local Vodafone calls @10p, other [protected]@49p &STD to VF @Re1/min for 90 days, after that my Sim was blocked which has been replaced 27, Aug, 08 at kalyani VFcare and recharged according to ur Sms vide transaction ID No:ko[protected].but i am sorry say that call carges has not deducted as per ur sms, which was confirmed cc of kalyani, May pl. look into the matter cordially and arrange to refund the excess deducted of call charges at the earliest .Awaiting ur reply through sms pl.
                          Hi All,

                          This is not a problem with Vodafone. Only its access point has changed. Neither SBI nor the vodafone knows it perfectly. The current access point for SMS seems to be 147 instead of the old 140.

                            Application was taken from me regarding giving SBI Platinum Card, along with all necessary documents on 17th December 2007. I received a confirmation call, to verify my details. Subsequently, 3 weeks later, I received a letter signed by Nirupam Sahay, Vice President-Marketing that currently they will not consider my application for issuing the card.

                            This is pretty disgusting ! If this was the case, why did I receive the verification call ? Also GE personnel who collected my application repeatedly kept me telling that the Card is ready, and is lying in Gurgaon, and will be delivered to me shortly.

                            Now, the RSM of GE (Pune division), Kapil Khanna is telling me that they have nothing to do in this. He even told me that the card will not be issued to me, and dared me to do whatever i can do.

                            An organisation like SBI is not expected of this service ! And if people like Kapil Khanna is hired by GE to offer SBI Credit Cards, then its a shame on GE as a whole, and SBI in particular.

                              I am Harish Kumar. I have account in state bank of india in Najafgarh, New Delhi branch.I am totally dis-satisfied with the service provide by najafgarh branch.They (staff members) use abusive language with the consumers.Even before lunch time viz is scheduled at 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm here they go for lunch at 1 pm only.When i told them to do their duty properly they shout at me and tear off my letter(for the NTPC JOB APPLICATION).When i went to complaint for this to the manager the manager was not there he might be not in the office and after then when i reached the deputy-manager R k duhdwal for complaint book he refused to give me the complaint book and used abusive language against me and they(PS MEHRA-ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE AND DUDHWAL) said TUJHE JO UKAHDNA HAI HUMARA UKAHDE LE HUM TERA KAAM NAHI KARENGE OR NA HE COMPLAINT BOOK DENGE.
                              Sir now it is up to you for your bank reputation.

                              I have a savings A/C at Chatterjeehat Branch of SBI.On 14th Feb 2013 I visited the branch to apply for Net banking Facility of SBI.The staff gave me the form and filled the form and deposited it. The staff said that I will get my kit in 1 /2 days.Next after five(5) days on 19/02/2013, I visited the bank branch to collect my kit,to my surprise they told me that the form has not reached the branch manager's table to process it.The Manager advise me to fill a new form.I did so hoping that I will get the kit in two days.Then after six days on 25/02/2013 I went again and this time they said that because I have not given my Mobile no. at the time of opening my A/C my net banking kit is not ready,However I mention my Mobile no. and Email ID at the time of filling the net banking form.As advised by them I Gave my mobile no. through an application on 25/02/2013.Finally today (28/02/2013) I visited again and they told me that there is no "Second ID" given by me which I don't know what is it.They want me to give my address proof.As my actual address is printed on my passbook they want more proof .Frustrated I returned back to home after withdrawing my form.I lost hope to get proper service from SBI Chatterjeehat Branch Code(12459).They have no time to advise the customers properly on phone also.I have abandoned the planning to use my SBI A/C through Net Banking.

                                I intented to send $100 to india to my brother. So i choose SBI express remitt,and registered online in the site.Unfortunately i mentioned my brothers account name wrong in the sbi website.They cut the amount from my US account and displayed transaction approved. The money niether retuned to US nor remitted in india. I have made several calls and put 100's of emails about money since i was in great need of it.But they dint reply and even they dint treat me well(unattended towards customer).

                                Its been a long time (12months). I have luanched a complaint on banking ombuddsman in reserve bank of india to sue the SBI. my brother faced a lot of problems lack of money.

                                the SBI should be punished for its recklessness.

                                I am working in Dubai for Dubai metro project. My native is Kumta Karnataka state. I have read the rules for opening an NRI account in SBI in any branch, as per this I have sent all scanned copy of application form filled to Kumta branch (Branch code 0865, Email -sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in). And I sent DD from Dubai to my wife and she will submit to bank. But bank manger is not accepting the DD and they are telling my application form should reach by hand and signed by Indian embassy. In your NRI service information not at all written regarding Indian embassy signature. I came to know that my friend in Sirsi branch (Karnataka state) they are not asked for this, and he got account open. Please do the needful.

                                  I had purchased the credit card in March 2006.There was no medical insurance. when I receive the statement it was there. its keeps on increasing. I have used only once for Rs 135/ and deposited Rs 1400/. card had been blocked in Dec 2006. The bill is coming every month till last month. phone call come that disturb me lot.                                     Dear Sir,
                                    This letter of mine may not be the only one you perhaps get from many of customers/consumers but it surely will make you aware about the atrocities being committed by SBI's inter departmental staff.

                                    I shall like to bring to you notice that SBI had issued a card [protected] on my name and an additional Card [protected] to my wife both having an expiry date of 11/07 (November 2007).

                                    My first complain is that I was unable to use the card since long initially pending payments which I feel I had been making for almost 2years but it was only when I called the 24hour helpline[protected] the person on the other side confirmed that my card has been made inoperative since long and if I registered a complaint then a letter would be sent to me to clear all my outstanding dues in a single shot after which I shall be issued a fresh new card.
                                    When I sought explanation after registering complain as why I was not informed about my Card usage declination he was unable to answer my query [Complain no.”MQ[protected]” as given after the preliminary enquiry by the call center person] my complain in this regard is when I was unable to use my card since long and also SBI failed to send a letter for settlement why am I being asked to pay partially? Please also tell me why a new card has not been sent and also a letter in regard to the statement made by the call center person is true or not.

                                    My second complain is I after registering my complain have got more than 3 calls asking me to pay my due amount do you not have an ONLINE call log which tells the status of a customer to the caller before he/she makes a call? If so then why am I being harassed by your people?

                                    Should I mark a copy of the letter to RBI and Consumer Forum too?, as because it has gone too far to be hidden and please understand that I am working with the Government of West Bengal and wanted to clear all my dues since 2006 and had heated debates with ill mannered SBI call center people but no letter was sent to me to tell me exactly what amount I should pay.
                                    Sir, I humbly request you to kindly see I get justice as a Customer and please help me clarify my queries to help me understand my fault.

                                    Just to bring to your kind notice I have Credit Cards from ICICI (Gold) 3 nos., ICICI EMI Card 1no., HDFC 1 No., ABN AMRO 1No., I have been banking with ICICI for more than 4 years and also HDFC for over 2 years, I enjoy a Home loan with EMI of Rs.10500/- and also a personal loan from HDFC with EMI of Rs.6644/- and no default since last 2years plus from any also my monthly net salary is Rs.44000/- which leaves no question of my intention of not paying your CREDIT card.

                                    I expect an early and favorable reply.

                                    i have settled the credit card out standing ,my sbi card no is [protected], settlement tracer no is[protected],have settled the account for rs 26030 details are cheque no 579313 and 579314 dated 31/10/06 and 15/11/06 through canara bank jayanagaer 9 th block branch,for rs 13015 and rs 13015, inspite of having settled the account i have been receiving calls and letters which is very disturbing to the whole family, have spoke to the customer care centre and its of no use till date , recently have received a letter stating that this would be intimated to cibil whic is very annoying and disturbing,
                                    Avoid credit cards from SBI at all costs. The smiling person who offers you the "gold" or "platinum" (or whatever) card will not be around when outstandings pile up on your card. And, the call center will not be of much help if you want to sort out things or seek more details.
                                    In fact, SBI's call center employees are a bunch of mentally ill rogues who have total contempt for the customer's intelligence. They are simply trained to read from a user manual mechanically, and say totally irrelevant things when a customer asks them specific queries. If you attempt to bring them back on track, the fool will tell you not to interrupt him.
                                    Last month, it took me three calls to verify a NEFT inquiry after repeated attempts by SBI's call centre employees to sidetrack my question. Suggest that these savages take some training in customer service and respectful behaviour from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank or Microsoft.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I was using SBI Credit Card for 2-3 years between[protected]. I used to make all the due payments on due date without fail. However, in one of the months, I did not receive any bill from them and accordingly I did not make any payment. Next month I received the bill in which they charged me extra Rs. 300/- for non payment of bill in earlier month. I paid the bill for that month except for the amount of Rs. 300/- and wrote to them promptly that they had wrongly charged me extra Rs. 300/- for no fault of me. It was their duty to send me the bill and I had never defaulted in my payment obligations in any of the earlier months. However, they did not respond.

                                      Thereafter, every month they kept on charging me Delayed Payment Interest since I was making all the payments due except for the delayed payment interest they were charging in the bill. I kept on writing to them that I do not agree to such charged levied in the bill but there was no response. Incidently, they have their office only at Delhi and they only give their Post Box no. for all correspondence.

                                      Exhausted, I finally sent them notice under certificate of posting as no regd notice can be sent on post box address. Thereafter, they replied that I would have to pay all the charges which I refused and wrote to them that I was surrendering the card. I promtly stopped using the card thereafter but before that I paid all my dues except for the penal charges they had levied. I again wrote to them thereafter several times but they persisted on following me up for recovery rather than replying to my querries.

                                      Now they are after me and harrassing me day in and day out through their recovery agents and by calling me on my telephone and mobile. In spite
                                      of my repeadedly informing them that I had all the requisite and legally and morally justified dues, they are still persisting with their threats and are asking me to pay or face dire consequences.

                                      Incidently, I have my housing loan a/c with one of the branches of SBI since 2000. The branch has lost all my original documents and is now skirting all responsibility in this regard and instead pressurring me to bring certified copies of the documents from sub registrars office and execute a regd mortgage. All my monthly payments are up to date.

                                      Kindly advise me as to what remedy is available to me. Thanking you,

                                      sbi credit cards — incorrect billing and harassing

                                      my credit cardno [protected] waslost in 2007 it was not renewed and additional card no[protected] inthe name of my son was not being used since 2003 because he was residing in u.sonly.but they billed rs 1000towards aannulfee and another rupees422 towardsg s t debit // anotherrs600for late payment this is simpley looting andmaking the card holders permanent barrowers and thus looting their wealth and health so i reqeast to rectify the discrepencies immeadiatelly
                                      i rohit bundela stop my credit card service alredy i have submited letter 2006 and my credit card expiry 2007 i have not using my credit card still but i have recd bill Rs.16000/-
                                      i request to rembersment this amount i have send more emails and send the letter but sitll not recd reply company side.

                                      Kindly look into the matter.

                                        sir,
                                        On 24.12.07 at about 9pm I went to an ATM Counter of SBI to withdrawn cash for Rs.2500/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. Immidiately I contract with customer care the told that your account will not debited. On the next morning I withdrawn cash of Rs.2500/-, but my account was debited Rs.5000/-. Immidiately contact Customercare and they told that the excess debited amount (Rs.2500) will credited to your account automatically with in 24hrs. But unfortunately till date after giving written complain (twice) to the respective branch manager neither any reply was given nor my amount has credited to my account. At the same time another 2 customers are suffering from the smae case. I think this is a major security laps related to ATM. So, kindly look in to the matter.

I have withdrawn Rs. 1000 from SBI ATM in Seshadripuram, Bangalore560020 near SBI Investigation and Audit Branch premises(ATM code: S1AN[protected] at around 21.40 hrs on 17/6/2008. But my account was debited with Rs. 1000 once again. It means Rs.1000 debited twice and also the withdrawn date was printed as 18/6/2006. Immediately I called Customer care and they told within 24 hrs of time the excess debited amount will automatically ge credited. But not credited. Then I gave written complaint to my Branch on 18/6/2008 itself. I contaced several SBI officials over phone at Mumbai. But till now no use. My account is not credited with excess debited amount of Rs. 1000.

So I have applied for a new ATM Card on 27th June, 2008 as my previos ATM Card is damaged .                                         On 04/10/2008 at about 05-50PM I went to ATM Counter of State Bank Of India at ALIPORE(TARATALA D H RD), KOLKATA, WESTBENGAL to withdrawn cash of Rs.1000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made. But my account is debited Rs.1000/-. And when i checked ministatement i came to know that 10000 is deducted from my account for those failed transactions.                                         On 01 Oct 2008 at about 3.30pm I went to an ATM Counter of SBH Shapurnagar (Hyderabad) to withdrawn cash for Rs.10000/-. After entering all require information the system stopped and processing was not complete and the payment was not made due to hang of server. Immediately I contract with SBH Branch Manager (Shapurnagar) and submitted a written complain about this incident. He checked the transaction and verified the same and ensured that an amount of Rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my account. Then he ensured that the amount will again be credited into my account automatically with in 48 hrs. Since then I have not done any transaction till date.
                                        I would also inform you that I was waiting there till the system got rectified for around 1 and half hour. Thinking that some time the money may be delivered once the system starts, but I did not get the money. After the system was rectified the next person got his amount but only after using his card and doing all the formalities.

                                        On 03 Oct 2008 when I tried to check the balance through ATM mini statement to my surprise an amount of Rs.9900 has been withdrawn from my account and no entry of Rs. 10000/- is available in the mini statement. I have submitted a written complain to my Parent Branch Manager (SBH BHEL MIG – Ramchandrapuram Hyderabad). Again I went to the Branch Manager of SBH Shapurnagar and informed the same. In front of me he checked my account and found that there were three transaction with the same transaction code A. 10000/- withdrawn B. 10000/- deposited and C. 9900/- withdrawn. Whereas I have not done any transaction since this incident in my account. Nor deposited not withdrawn.
                                        Since then I have been running between both the Banks (Shapurnagar and BHEL ) to get my money back. Unfortunately till date after giving written complain (twice) to the respective branch manager and frequent visits and requests the amount has not been credited to my account till date.

I have been using this card without any problem for the past 4 years and the last I used it was on 21/07/08. But two days back when I inserted the card in the machine slot, the machine has rejected the card saying that it is invalid. Immediately I contacted the Officer-in- charge in the bank and I was told that the card might have developed some defect and that I must contact the Customer care-in-charge, get the card blocked, get a reference number and submit a new application form requesting for a new card in place of the old one. I tried to contact the Customer care-in-charge for the past two days over phone but with little success. Hence I am sending this mail to you with a request to block the present card and give me a reference number based on which I can submit my application form for obtaining a new card.Early action is requested.

                                        Today on 26.11.08 at 9.34 AM I went to an ATM Counter of ICICI, Bank, Jagatsinghpur Branch with a Axis Bank ATM card for withdrawal of money by my ATM card . During my attempt for a transaction to withdraw a sum of Rs.900/-, when finishing all formalities like PIn No., Cash withdwaral etc the mechine has defunctioned for which the cash have not withdrawn. Then after 2 minute the ATM mechine was active and I trying to 2nd time withdrawal, But due to power fail I have also failed to withdraw the amount of Rs.900/- after that time I checked my account It is seen that a sum of Rs.1840/- has been debited my SB Account No. [protected] of Axis Bank.                                         I have an issue related to my Sbi bank ATM card. Today morning, at around 9:30 I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000 from my ATM card using another bank ATM machine (South Indian Bank ATM), that I have used many a times in past days. After entering all the essentials, the machine gave a message that said "you can collect your cash".
                                        I waited for almost 10 minutes but unfortunately no money came out of the ATM machine. I thought it to be a technical fault & tried again with the same amount, but again the same thing happened. After that I went to an SBI ATM & issued a mini statement that shocked me as it showed a debit of RS, 4000 + 40 from my account.
                                        I called up the SBI customer care & the executive told me that the amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours.
                                        Please suggest me that should I wait or should I register a complaint with my SBI branch.

Money and slip not come. 02.01.09 morning visited SBI and verified my account, above amount debitted in my account. Against this problem I've given complaint to Branch Manager, still I've not received money & any reply from bank. Today (12.01.09) also discussed with branh manager by telephone and he replied me, we've not received statement from Mumbai, than money may be issued. This type of answer / poor service from SBI not at all acceptable. Pongal Festival season our money is locked due to your poor maintenance of ATM. This is very bad and spoil your name from PUBLIC.

                                        I wish to inform you yesterday around 3.50 p.m I swipe my card to withdraw the amount of Rs.300, then ihave noticed my request is being processd, but i have not received amount of Rs.300.00. Then I have taken Mini statement wherein the amount of Rs.300 has got Debited, the security fellow is not available in the ATM

                                        Then I approached the very nearest SBI, Industrial finance branch to inform the same to the Manger Chief, but he is not bothering to reply answer I have also informed him that the security is not there which also he is not botherd. Then one of the customer who avilable in the bank informed to approach the SBI where i have account (Ie., Annalsalai). Even the Chief manger is not ready to hear complaint but the unknown person ready to help,

                                        Then I have swiped in the same ATM and dropped Rs.300 at 4.05 pm

                                        Please take necessary action in this regard and credit the amount immediately, and give proper training to your CHIEF MANAGER, HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, or TO SEND TRAINING WITH PRIVATE BANKS TO GET TRAINING, at least it shoudl be recur infuture.

                                        i am a holder of SBIatm cum debit card. On sunday i.e. april 5, 2009, i made an attempt to book the railway reservation ticket through my accont on the site sponsered by irctc i.e. www. irctc.com.
                                        though amount for the tickets had been deducted from my account's balance, but the site has not confirmed me the reservation. they had a complain that payment has not been done.
                                        So. please process my complaint by the latest and be assured that my amount has been credited back to my account.
                                        and sort out the problems related to net banking through my sbi atm cum debit card.

                                        Sir, I have an SBI A/c at Ranipet-vellore and i debited a sum of Rs.5000 at the College rountana SBI ATM at Gandhinagar, Vellore.But the amount debited is RS.10, 000 instead of Rs.5000.I went to the bank and gave them a written complaint they told me that it will be credited with in 15days but still after 25days also my account has not been credited the amount which has not been debited.

                                        SBI Bank — transaction cancelled and account debited

                                        Hi,

                                        I have savings account of ICICI bank. On April 4th I tried to withdraw 10, 000 from SBI ATM and transaction got cancelled, after 3 hrs I got a message from ICICI saying account got debited for 10, 000. I called ICICI bank and I was given a complaint no. SR[protected] saying that I will get an update in a span of 12 days. After 12 days I got a message saying that SBI declined to have any excess cash in their ATM on that day and chargeback has been processed on paying bank. In the meantime I called ICICI and sent eamil that I want to raise a police complaint or go to counsumer court to atleast get the video clipping of that day and I was told that I don't have to do that. Tomorrow I should get a result; however, i want to know the possibilities of getting a video clip of that day.

                                        On 11.04.09 at I went to an ATM Counter of canara bank mukharji nagar new delhi to withdrawn cash for Rs.2000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. Immidiately I contract with customer care the told that your account will not debited. Immidiately contact Customercare and they told that the excess debited amount (Rs.2000) will credited to my account automatically with in 24hrs. But unfortunately till date after giving written complain ( to the respective branch manager neither any reply was given nor my amount has credited to my account. . I think this is a major security laps related to ATM. So, kindly look in to the matter.

AND THE ATM BRANCH), I HAD ATLEAST 10 TIME PERSONAL FOLLOW UP WITH THE EAST PUNJABI BAGH BRANCH AND EVERY TIME GOT THE ASSURANCE THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR ACC IN 3-4 DAYS BUT AFTER ALMOST ONE AND HALF MONTH MY RS. 10, 000 WAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACC.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        On 01.05.09 at about 11AM I went to an ATM Counter of PNB ( PNB Code 024, Branch Gurukul Kangari Haridwar D.No. Code 4063) to withdrawn cash for Rs.15000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made. I check in SBI ATM and found my account was debited Rs.15000/-. Immediately I contract with customer care counter of PNB Gurukul Kangri Haridwar. On 04.05.09 I lodge a written complaint to SBI Main Branch Dehraun also. They told that the excess debited amount (Rs.15000) will credited to your account automatically with in 24hrs. But unfortunately till date after giving written complaint by FAX & number of time I complaint telephonic to Mr. Pal of Dehradun Office Mobile no.                                         I am ATM Card Holder of State Bank of India, Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur. I have inserted my ATM Card on dated 12.07.2009 in the ATM Machine of The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd., Saket Hospital, Mansarovar, Jaipur for withdrawl the Rs. 3000/- but ATM machine not withdrawl the month and also not given any printed slip. Them i have go to another ATM Machine of State Bank of India, Mansarovar, Jaipur and withdrawl Rs. 3000/- but i am shocked i have found less Rs. 6000/- in the balance instead of Rs. 3000/-. Then I have complaint online because monday is off of my banker Branch.                                         I hold an SB account in the State Bank of India, Sikandra Branch (Br. Code 3003), Bihar and my SB account No.[protected]. On 11.06.2009 while I was trying to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from ICICI ATM (ATM ID S1AD0988) located at Ambassador Hotel, Station Road, Patna-1 the ATM displayed "last transaction cancelled, network error". Again from the same ATM I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/- which was a successful transaction. Thereafter, I again tried to withdraw the balance amount i.e. Rs. 3000/- but the ATM displayed again "last transaction cancelled, network error". However, I found that Rs. 8000/- (Rs. 5000/- + Rs. 3000/-) displayed as "last transaction cancelled, network error" was debited to my Account even though no cash was transacted through ATM.
                                        It is, therefore, requested that necessary action may kindly be taken to trace out the wrong ATM transaction and credit my Saving Account at the earliest.

                                        Most of the times the probelems faced by me are:- 1> at the time of outgoing phones it shows "Unable to connect". 2> If any one phone to me others here that my phone is not reachable.3> All the radio station searching result failed.4> Bluetooth is not working.5> I could not availe all the facilities like hearing songs,shooting photos,playing games because if i avail for atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour battery getting very low.Even if phone calls made more than 1 hour battery also very low.5> Most of the times mobile hanked. A beep sound heard at the time of phone calling to others.6> Many times mobile switch dose not worked.
                                        Kindly check the Whitefield ATM counter, Its keys are very hard and even very slow also.

                                        This is P.Prabhakar and my sbi account no is [protected] and sbi ATM card no is[protected]. ON 11/Nov/2009 afternoon 1.29 PM am tried to withdraw my cash 15000 with my ATM card, i did n't get my amount from ATM machine(koti branch, Hyderabad) but 15000 amount is debit in my account, am contacted ATM officer in that branch they said with 24 hrs amount credited in ur account, but upto now they r not credit amount in my account and response also not good . Please find out that transaction things and please try to credit my amount soon
                                        am having so much faith on SBI.

My problem is not yet solved from the last one and a half month. Matter is getting delayed. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I saving acount of SBI Hazaribag.On 27'th nov I tried to withdraw 10, 000 from LAKSHMI VIKASH BANK ATM which is situated in OTC road near SP road in BANGALORE and transaction got cancelled, but our account got debited for 10, 000. But I don't know exatelly because that day i eas also withdrew from ICICI bank ATM in same address. Thats why i did complaint the name of ICICI BANK so please help me because i am a student
                                        What can i do when from my icici debit card having two time wrong payment by a third party, There i am going for some purchase item. Then first time swep my icici debit card and enter amount by shop employee in machine then show is timed out.Then second time swep my debit card and enter amount then tranaction complete and received the slip one time by machine and i am doing one time signature. but after that i haved received two time loss amount msg. at my mobile from icici bank. so plz explain me wht can i complain to third party or icici bank for my refundable loss amount.                                         who the [censored] recruit people in IT department of SBI. it seems like they recruit people on the basis of their stupidity. I was purchasing a book titled "The C++ Programming Language" from flipkart about 2 hours ago and my system configuration is kubuntu 9.10 but i was using google's chrome browser. If you can figure out that chrome is not compatible for online transaction, then why u arsholes allowed customers to pay through gateway and not giving them error message. (i lost 1200 Rs. in this event suckers) You don't even have a logical sense. SBI's IT department don't deserve to be employeed, they are only good for NAREGA. !!! RESIGN MF's !!! __

                                        SBI ATM — ATM not working for past 20 days

                                        3 ATMs in Russel Chowk are not working for last few weeks and the only ATM nearby it is of SBI itself. If we the common people use to go to withdraw money we have to be in Que for more than 30 minutes or else go 500 meters away. Despite calling Mr. Verma. his mobile use to be busy everytime.

                                        Now, what should we do?
