I entered an amount of Rs 7000 to be withdrawn, however the machine only dispensed out six thousand in denominations of Rs. 500 x 12 just inorder to check that probably the error were corrected immediately withdrew another Rs 1000/- but the loss was mine as the total amount of withdrwal reflected 8000/- while I had only 7000/- in hand

Please advise this way in which my mony can be recovered - Thanks

    I Have deposited one cheque for Rupees six lakh fifty three thousand nine hundred ninety eight at Neamatpur CBS branch on 23rd june 2010.. The same was issued by IISCO STEEL PLANT, Chasnalla Colliery to me on 22nd june 2010.duly signed by DGM, Finance And AGM Finance of chasnalla Colliery.Neamatpur CBS Branch informed me that cheque could not be cashed as one of the signatory's signature was not scanned from Dhanbad branch, though the signature of AGM, Finance of chasnalla Colliery was forwarded to Dhanbad branch as authorized signatory of chasnalla Colliery Account lies at Dhanbad Branch Being retired person I am loosing daily interest for the above amount due to non transfer, which totally negligence of Dhanbad Branch,Therefore it is requested to look into it so that the amount may be transfer to my account with interest due from 23rd june 2010.

      I am a pensioner of Bihar Government drawing pension Through SBI IGIMS branch holding the account no -[protected].
      Enhanced pension which is due to me as per govt. notification has alredy been fixed by Accountant General.T.O. patna has referred my case to the concerned Bank.On contacting Bank manager it was told to me that enhanced pension would be credited to my account only after approval of the rate by Pension Processing Cell, SBI Patna.Branch also intimated me that it has already sent my case to PPC vide letter no -s/249 dt.18.052010.PPC( SBI Patna) has not cleared my case after lapse of such a long time.

Despite of more than 20 months Past after declaration of "One Rank One Pay", maximum Ex. Defence Personnel recieved the OROP Arears and Pension. I have complaint To S.B.I. Helpline vide Complaint N0 PA [protected] Dt.04. 02. 2011 and replied after 5 days that entertained and closed in the system, but this month also neither credited arears nor new pension started. What is the meaning of Information Technology system, I think Manual System was better than present system, even my elder brother retired from Army in 1983, recieved 5/6 months past from Cenral Bank of India, Pusa Farm Branch. But The S.B.I.who always says Largest, Pesion account hoders are more suferer.

      Requested kindly to look into the matter and do the earliest, as when ever I enquire from the said bank either bleming to Patna Main Branch or Our Record Office. I have also contacted my Record Office(Navy) Mumbai, They have Given P.C.D.A. Circular N0-430 Dt. 10/03/2010 by saying that, Only concern Bank Has to Pay within 3 Months after circular, then why till todate has not been updated my OROP Pension. Means largest bank having more complicated for the customer. Please do at earliest and oblige.

        It is really sad and dis-heartening to find people behaving in cities like Mumbai and dealing with educated people like Britishers used to treat uneducated Indians in small Villages. It is Highly Humiliating and Insulting to step inside the premises of State Bank of India, Konkan Bhawan Branch, CBD Belapur. The Staff is absolutely out of Control of even the Branch Manager and they need to be taught lessons in Manners.

        Earlier in Jan 2010, My Dad wanted to withdraw money from his SBI account with core-banking branch at this very particular branch. At that instant we were treated badly and of-course the Withdrawal was denied. We Let Go the Matter.

        Today Again when we entered and Inquired about opening a PPF A/C, we were handed over the Forms and told to come back with PAN CARD Copy and ADDRESS PROOF. On request of more clarification, we were told that Vodafone Bill will also suffice and except Phone Bill nothing will work.

        When we reached the Bank again to submit the form, what started was a series of bouts and insult. 1 Person is ready to accept 1 thing and the other simply denies it. amist all confusion and rude behaviour, even the Branch Manager felt helpless to Open a PPF Account for us.

        Dear SBI Authorities, Please explain following that for Opening a PPF Account
        Qns 1- Do we have to satisfy personal egos of the staff ?
        Qns 2- Do we have to relatives/Friends of the Staff?
        Qns 3- Do We have to be treated like slaves and third grade citizen?
        Qns 4- Most Importantly, How do you expect the customer to behave with the person in your bank when she does not know how to talk?
        Qns 5- On Personal Note, How do we control the urge to Punch down such foul mouthed lady.

        Frankly, if the PPF Account cannot be opened or if you do not want to open, Please tell us" I Will Not Open for You, Look Somewhere Else". and that will suffice for us. I did not visit the branch to get insulted and loose my night's sleep.

          SBI — Transfer of PPF account

          I has applied for transferring my Public Provident Fund account on 20/04/09 at SBI Raichur (4622) branch from SBI SATPUR IND AREA (3872) branch, Nasik .
          The account is not transferred yet.

          Please help.
          I have applied for PPF transfer from Kalyandurg and it has not been trasferred for last two year, saying one thing or other reasons. Now, I too have the same difficulty of going to that place for paying the PPF premium.

            I have applied for SBI credit advantage plus card in year 2009 in SBI local agency located at Ahmedabad, my application No. is[protected], but the meanwhile i have received the letter from Shri Manish Dewan, HOD-customer services, for non accepting the proposal of card vide letter dated[protected] and assured to refund my depsoit for Rs. 1450/- in 15 days in my bank account.

            However, after lapse of 6 months no refund has been received in the bank, nor the representative of customer care employee are able to solve the problems of my refund amount. I have made several complaints vide complaint No. [protected] to Shri Ajay,[protected] to Shri Avinash,[protected] to Miss priyami.

            Lastly one of customer executive Mr. Ranjit to whom i have discussed the matter on[protected] and given entire detail fo my application and deposit amount and he assured me that, the amount will deposited in your account in 7 days. These is the how SBI bank who are cheating the public by means of issuing credit cards and collecting deposits.

                This is bring to your kind notice that I had submitted 2 times H PIN form to your centre but both form has been rejected due to signature not matched with application form,This reason is explained by your executives.



                I want to know if an applicant is provided all detail (mandentory) in the application form & Dully signed By applicant, What is the logic to reject it .



                Are You mentioned in the H Pin agreement form that signature on appliaction form and H PIn should be same.



                So I think your team is doing my hersment not supporting to me .



                Kindly look in to mettar ,this is not a reason to reject a application form.

                As a investor, sbi mutual fund service is very very poor in assam, their relationship manager respon is very poor, if want to go investor service centre their relationship manager are buzzy with their mobile phone. why
                I have invested in SBI Magnum Balance Fund - Dividend worth Rs1000/- on 19th Sept. 2010, then in Growth worth Rs. 1000/- on 29th Sept. 2010 & 1st Oct. 2010. My transactions got updated on www.camsonline.com But, after repeated request by e-mail at [protected]@sbimf.com & [protected]@sbimf.com for online updation of all my purchases. But, till today, non of my transactions get updated.

                Also, whenever i invest in SBI MF, a straight question comes in my mind that now this time i don't know How many times i have to e-mail these bull service providers for updation of all my hard earn investments.

                I have planned to change my service provider from next investment. You also switch to other service provider.

                website is very poorly designed and not at all functioning. When i enter my wife pan no as second holder it shows kyc NOT verified whereas if i put that as first holder it is showing kyc verified. Not able to invest due to this funny thing. customer care numbers also a joke..they will not able to answer and will keep waiting and for every thing they will aske for e mail to customer.delight..It is absoulately not a delight at all

                  Sir,
                  Due to lost of SBI ATM Card at Bhubaneswar. I immediately rushed to the nearest SBI Branch and got the toll free number and blocked the ATM Card. The Customer Care of SBI gave me one Code number. I went to the Paralakhemundi State Bank of India and applied for a fresh ATM Card. I have also quoted my code number for blocking the card. The ATM card was lost on 26th April. I applied for a new one after two days. In the meantime two months have already been passed. But I did not receive the new ATM Card as a result of which I am facing lot of problems. On enquiry at SBI Paralakhemundi, it is ascertained that the ATM has not yet been issued from Mumbai and the Staff of the SBI insisted me to apply the same again which I refused. Under the circumstnaces, Please let me know that , Shall I get the new ATM card.

                    Dear Sir, Im Prakash B.E., MBA, Working as an HR manager in MNC BPO campany. Im basically from Kallakurichi town, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu-606202. My father and i(already i own one a/c) went to sbi kallakurichi branch to open new bank savings a/c for my father. When i enquired about the a/c, nobody in the bank given me proper answer everybody in the bank treated us in very harsh manner myself and my father get insulted by the . Manager. Finally they said no more new savings a/c and asked us to leave. i have one question to all bank staff why you people treating the a/c holder as an bonded labour. You cant give simple hospitality for the a/c holder. If you got job in bank you all think that you are the god of all, thats why you people are insulting from elder to younger. Im totally ashamed of holding a/c in the SBI bank. Pvt., bank like ICICI,Axis,Standard charted,HDFC,IDBI are 1000 times better than SBI,IOB,Indian Bank Heartly congrats for your energetic scolding job. Regards Prakash

                      SBI Credit Card — No account statement, No online access

                      After 2 months of complaining, I have still not received either an
                      account statement or access to my account.

                      I am forced to pay random amounts by visa pay so that I dont incurr any
                      fines

                      When I call the helpline the line is simply cut without any notice. If I
                      get connected they tell me they cant help because it is an IRCTC card
                      and I have to redial

                      When I try to register online I get an error
                      "Card no your have supplied for Registration is not a valid SBI card, please provide the correct card no"

                      Please let me know if there is any way out, I want my annual fees paid
                      refunded and I will surrender the card. Why Should I pay annual fees for
                      such a hopeless service when people give me free cards at ICICI with
                      excellent service. I just wanted to save on my railway ticket booking
                      and got stuck

                      SBI Credit Card — primary card not recieved since one year

                      the mail here under was sent to you on 13-11-08. there has been no response from your side till today. you sent a mail saying that you will respond.


                      i hereby reiterate that i have not recieved the primary card yet till date. even then i was paying the minimum dues since about one year as you people were continuously telling that the card will be delivered shortly. but nobody responded. now i get number of calls everyday for the payment due, and i am arguing that i will not pay untill i recieve my card. the callers say that they are not concerned as they are only collection agents. i raised the issue with their manager in charge whose name is mr kiran said that he will look into the matter, but no response again. the callers are contuing to call and are not ready to listen to what i say.



                      i hereby tell you people again that i will pay the dues only after i recieve the credit card. you also are not liable to levy any non paymnt charges and other charges.

                      also direct your callers not to call my numbers otherwise i will take legal action against you. you can write any thing to my mailing address and i will respond to you.

                      I have received a SBI card six months before, I havent made any transaction very recently i am getting calls from the SBI that I have to pay the due amount which is 5K.
                      When asked, that I havent made any transaction they say that they have recorded my consent for some Royal Sundaram Insurance and the Insurance amount around 2k, + late charges are now 5K.

                      Now you can see that without making any transaction how you are forced to pay 5k.

                      This is how SBI is functioning, Never expected from a Natioanlised bank like SBI.

                      SBI Credit Card — SMS for bill without delivering the card

                      This ia regarding the sms which I recieve for the bill of the card which I did not get. I applied for SBI card two years back. I got the confirmation that my application is approved. and the card is dispatched but I did not get the card. I tried to comunicate through phone and sent mail regarding this but no satisfactory answer I recieved. I uget every month sms for the bill and statement dispatched but I did not get a single statement while my address remains same. Latest sms on5th july 2009 at 09:29:10 pm on my mbile number [protected].

                      Kindly look into matter and send my card and wave off chaeges till now and also send the detail statement on my e-mail ID.
                      Even i have the same problem. I never used the card but got a bill for 5.6k.
                      Can anyone guide me how to proceed ahead for settling this matter once for all?

                      Sbicard — payment of dues

                      I was given sbi credit card bearing no.[protected] in the year 2005 and all the payments were made in time and there were no dues to be paid. The card was sparing used and stopped in the year 2005 itself. of late I am received phone calls every week from some unknown source demanding payment of dues. the card number which they were referring is different from the one i was provided with. I am not able to find way out to come out of this phone calls frequently received even though I was not due any amount. I advise the concerned authorities to delete my name from the list of defaulters and stop calling on my phone
                      I am having a sbi credit card though due date for e statement is 25 of every month but i have never received the e statement .Though i have made the payment before due date but still i am being asked for payment of 11445.78 i have made one payment of rs.10000 for icici premium and one of rs. 3140 for purchase for which i have made the payments. now your agent say that i have one outstanding amount of rs 10000 for icici payment. This is all due failure on your part for not sending email statement. pl sent me the email statement to check me tha factual position.

                        On 15.05.2010, I have withdrawn an amount of Rs. 1500.00 from my Savings Bank Account with State Bank of Hyderabad from SBI's EME Circle 2nd ATM _ID S1CC00057358. Although, the money came out from the ATM but before I could take it, it has gone inside the ATM. Though my SB account has been debited by above amount but I could not get the cash from ATM. Immediately the matter was reported to SBH Vadodara authorities by me from ATM itself. The SBH authorities have immediately lodged the complaint with SBI Switch Centre, Mumbai and the result was "complaint successfully lodged". Although, more than one month's time has lapsed, nothing has been done from your side and the money is still not credited to my SB Account till date. In view of above, subsequently, the matter was again taken up by SBH authorities with SBI, Gorwa Industrial Estate Branch vide their letters dated 14.06.2010 & 21.06.2010 for immediate resolution of this issue but there is no response from their side also. As such, it is requested to kindly arrange to solve this problem & credit the above amount in my savings bank account no. [protected] of SBH, Vadodara branch at the earliest.

                            I had held a SBI Silver Credit Card with Account Number [protected]. I had sent a letter for closure of my card account in March 2005, as I had lost the original card & some transaction was done on it without my knowledge. I had a tough time convincing SBI call centre about the transaction & they insisted that I pay the amount. This was continuing for months & hence I finally decided to close the card account through settlement as I was also not willing to pay the amount I had not spent. An agreement was reached in march 2006 for settlement of the card for Rs. 14,800 to which I accepted & this was made through cash. Further the collection agent who came to collect the payment also told that the account is closed & there would be no problems on this further.

                            Off late I started receiving calls (from Chennai collections[protected] stating that balance is pending to the card account & legal action will be taken if I don’t make payment on the same. Now is this my fault for your people not doing the work on closing my account on time or have you reviewed it?

                            When a transaction is not done on my behalf, it shouldn’t be ethical for the bank to bend rules & make me pay for it. I’ve not changed my mobile number for the past 10 years & could have cheated the bank by not opting to pay the settlement amount as I was going to a remote location. What would you have done then?? Please learn to differentiate customers who are honest in their approach. Take this matter into consideration & do the needful to close the account. Honest credit card payers shouldn’t be de-motivated by such acts of such a reputed bank.

                            1)When you make a cash payment, you have to take the receipt of that cash given & take it in writing that this is the final settlement being taken from you for acc no XXXX & card no.XXXX which is lost or stolen on XXX date which is intimated to the bank already, with bank stamp & signature of the officer with his name & employee code.

                            2)When they call you after that, file a police complaint & approach the consumer court with that above mentioned letter & receipt & the Police FIR.

                            3)Send an intimation to the Bank (Your credit card issuing branch) with a copy of all the above letters & receipts & warn them.

                              I am a student and want to open an account in your bank for the purpose of SGS(State Government Scholarship). On approaching your Masjid Bunder Station branch various times, your staff member is continously denying me of the New Account Opening form and said that i should have a pan card. I told him that I have an Election ID card, Domicile certificate, Ration card, My college ID card, also one of my brother has account in this bank but he still deny me of gving form. I am a student so i don't need a pan card also it is not necessary for a student to have a pan card for opening an saving account,also a common man can also fill form no. 60 if he doesn't have a pan card, than why your staff member is denying me the form? You make lot of advertisement to open an account in your bank, Is this is your commitment? Is this is the way you treat to your customer?

                                I was working in Zeppelin Mobile system India Ltd. (HO based in MP) Mumbai Circle, Due to recession company ask my resignation and i did the same from 20th May 2010.

                                  It's more than 4 months I lodge the complaint reg ATM Transaction of Rs. 10,000, where cash did not come but debited to my A/C.
                                  Now, SBI just said that, they cant retun my money back, becoz as per there record the transaction happened....
                                  It's really very unprofessional reply I received from such a huge PUBLIC Organization...They usually do this practice and escape saying all these excuses. It's very disappointing, on the name of pulbic Org., they are not at all serving the public. We know that SBI has the highest No ATMs across India, but what is the use if they are just not managable????

                                  I'll never advice anybody open A/C in SBI, henceforth...Rather we sud go for Prival org...they are really good at all these. Its a big question are thse so called public Org are really serving Public???

                                    I am operating an SB account at CGO Complex Branch, N Delhi since December 2008. I had applied for ATM card along with application for opening my account. My account number is [protected].

                                    I contacted the concerned branch and they informed me to get the information through customer care helpline number. I then contacted through customer care helpline number a few times and every time I was informed that ATM card is in process and I will get it within a week.

                                    Please inform as to whom I should contact and what is the exact status of my application as I am having a great deal of difficulty in carrying out transactions.

                                      Hi, I had subscribed to a SBI Railway Credit Card last year. The agent said that SBI was charging a one time fees of Rs.500 and will not have and annual charges.
                                      This month the Bank has charged me an annual fees of Rs.300 + taxes.
                                      When I tried to call the customer care the IVR is not validating the TPIN. There is no option to reset the TPIN. They are not responding to mails also.

                                      1. I am a very old customer of SBI CARDS with a clear record of timely & regular payments & was thus classified as a PRIVELEGE CUSTOMER. Every year I was not charged the Annual Charges or if charged they were refunded.

                                      2. On approaching the customer care executive on the helpline, I was told that as per the Management policy all customers have to pay & no one will be exempted.                                       1. I am a very old customer of SBI CARDS with a clear record of timely & regular payments & was thus classified as a PRIVELEGE CUSTOMER. Every year I was not charged the Annual Charges or if charged they were refunded.

                                      2. On approaching the customer care executive on the helpline, I was told that as per the Management policy all customers have to pay & no one will be exempted.                                       This is to inform to you that i am having credit card no. [protected].
                                      this card was valid till 08/08 and i have not get any new card also.
                                      For any kind of payment i have to call the customer executive of SBI bombay branch and to find out my amount to pay.
                                      i am not getting any statement from july, 08 onwards, so
                                      i am willing to know why i will have to pay the late fee amount when i am not getting the statement or my card is not renewed.
                                      i am willing to pay my final amount without any late fee and want to close my account.

                                        Sub: Regarding the Fine Arrear adjustment

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        As per the discussion with you on 03/05/2010 (which was the sixth visit to your branch for the same purpose), the fine arrear adjustment amount which was debited from my loan account , [protected] from Sep'09 to Apr'10 on a regular basis without any valid reason, was to be refunded back to me within a week along with the interest amount for that (if deducted). But as the week has been passed already without getting the money back, I am quite disappointed with the service.
                                        For your kind information sir, I have already given you a written application regarding this almost one month back and I have also visited the RACPC branch at Jeevan-Deep building of Park Street on your insistence to check whether there was any valid reason for this arrear. They found no reason for that as the interest rate was settled as -2.25% from your SBPR as per the loan sanction letter and at the time of inception it was 10.5%. They also found that the interest rate gradually came down and I never missed any EMI amount as it gets deducted from my salary account with SBI as an auto -debit.
                                        So sir, finding no other alternative I am writing this mail with an expectation that it will be sorted out very early as it is already been one and half month I am visiting your branch for this. Please understand sir, being a service holder it is quite tough for me to pay a regular visit to you for the same cause.
                                        Please help in getting the amount back as early as possible and let me know if I need to do anything else for getting that.
                                        Thanks in advance in anticipating your cooperation in settling this issue and expecting an early response from you.
