I am an saving acount holder (No. [protected]) of State Bank of India. On 29.5.2010 I had withdrawn Rs. 20000/- using my ATM card. Last evening I got ministatement and found that Rs. 20000/- have deducted from my account two times. I request that the complaint be forwrded to SBI so that my Rs. 20000/- may be released to my account immediately.

As I have seen the online statement I found that Rs. 1500/- have deducted from my account two times..The details of ATM transactions are shown in my account is as follows

    Hello,
    Listen this type of problem genarelly happen when the network get fail during trasaction But don't worry the exact amount will be refund to your a/c after maximum of 7-8 days.
    If still you not happy than you can call to sbi care with toll free in bsnl no: [protected]. Ask them what ever problem you faced. Thay will treat politely and during their office hour they must recive call and they will also provide the irctc care phone no.

      I am an employee of NARAYANA HRUDAYALA HOSPITAL Bangalore.My name is G VENKATA RAMESH REDDY , I am having a salary based account in SBI (my account number is :[protected]). I have a problem with my ATM,with out my knowledge so many Point On Sale Purchasing is showing in my balance,and i am lost around 20000/-Rs in my account. I had checked my balance on 31/01/2010 after that i have checked my balance on 21/02/2010 only.In this mean time so many POS Purchasing is showing in my main balance.And i have blocked my ATM on 23/02/2010.I have given complaint to the SBI online on 21/02/2010 it self and i have given complaint in Branch also. But they are telling they can not solve my problem and hence they closed the complaint also so please verify the complaint details and do the need full to credit my money to my account.

          I am a Central Govt.Pensioner,my PPONo.is[protected]' receiving pension through sbi Chandnichaewk branch'NerwDelhi my account no is [protected] in SBI Kota(Raj) branch.I have not received my difference amount of gratuity of Rs.31,894(Rupees thirty one thousand eight hundreds ninety four) sanctioned to me by the CPAO New Delhi in Feb,2010.I have written so many times to the bank but no reply has been received so far. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTERURGENTLY.

          sbi india — delay in roll no of entrance for clerk

          sir
          i yet haven't get my roll no for clerk enterance exam falling on 8th and 16th nov,2009

          sbi india — Account disappearance on PW change

          I changed my Pass Word on 22.11.12 on SBI insisstance through their site but am not able to access my own account.
          The matter was brought to notice of the BM BCCL Township but to no avail.
          Facing this I registered my complaint to SBI tkt no.IB[protected] but till date the problem is not solved.

            I purchased one round trip ticket on Indigo Airlines from M/s makemytrip.com on 22.5.10 under booking id no. FLT[protected]. Price of ticket was Rs.13800/- On first attempt of booking broadband hanged. Second attempt was successful and M/s makemytrip.com sent me e-ticket. But when i went to bank i found that the amount was debited twice. I immediately lodged a complaint with bank as well as M/s makemytrip.com. Action was promised but nothing has happened till now.

              I M PARDEEP KUMAR FROM UTTAR PRADESH. I WANT TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BANKING STAFF OF STATE BANK OF INDIA, GHIROR BRANCH, DISTT. MAINPURI, UTTAR PRADESH. THE STAFF OF SBI NEVER BEHAVE WELL WITH ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I WENT TO SBI BRANCH FOR CASH WITHDRAWL, THEIR IS AN 'ATM MACHINE' BUT THAT ATM MOSTLY SHUTTERED DOWN AND WHEN OPENED THEN THIER IS NO CASH IN THE MACHINE. THEN I GO INSIDE THE BANK FOR WITHDRAWL. I AM SHOCKED THAT THEIR IS NO BANK STAFF ON DUTY THEN I GO TO BRANCH MANAGER FOR ASKING ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. HE ANSWERED ME THAT THE EMPLOYEES WENT OUTSIDE FOR BANK WORK. THEN I ASKED THE PEOPLES AROUND ME. THEY ANSWERED ME THAT WE COME DAILY IN BANK FOR TRANSACTIONS BUT BOTH CASHIERS COME ON DUTY AFTER 12:30. WE ARE STANDING HERE FROM 10:00am. AFTER 13:00 A CASHIER COME ON THE SEAT. WHEN WE ASKED HIM THE REASON FOR LATE ON DUTY THEN HE MISBEHAVED WITH US AND USE ABUSING LANGUAGE WITH ME AND OTHER PEOPLE..
              ON THE NEXT DAY I REACHED IN THE BANK ON 10:15am BUT THE PROBLEM IS SAME, NO BANK STAFF ON DUTY.
              I AM SO FRUSTRATED ON BOTH THE DAYS.

              SBI Bank Mainpuri — Not clearing the SC

              I have given the cheque of outside of bank Of baroda mainpuri Branch to my Bank A/C Of A/C No.[protected] Bank SBBJ Branch Ind. Area Jhotwara Jaipur for Clearing through SBI on 1st of February & it is Already cleared from Bank Of Baroda but due to the Negligence of work of the Staff of the SBI Bank Branch Mainpuri &till date we dont get the amount til date in my account after talking to them on regulary basis.so please help me out from this problem with the interst which was waste in this time.

              Respected Sir,
              100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. OFFICER Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel's and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally. Dt. 06.08.2010 Case no.336 U/S: 147, 148, 448, 325, 379/34 Sandip Samanta, doing the case me and my family, and his evidence only his father, mother and his uncle, not a single man in my village for their evidence, it’s a 100% fabricated case.

              We got married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Officer Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, how much money Taken Baguiati police form my father and others for 498A/34 I.P.C., fabricated Charge Sheeted, I don’t know, because then I’m in Jail. The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy and a c.d.) with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. Believe me I and my family would love very much (which is very rare seen in our society) to my wife and never any kind of love lost didn’t happen. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother saw 1st time and she arranged my marriage. Before marriage my family did not see the pedigree of my wife’s family, now we understood also realized that they hailed from a worst status. My wife, her family and (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta) all they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family knows all the affair-related matter. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots o[censored]nfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother (severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, (Smt. Nita Sarkar J.M. 1st Court Sealdah South 24 Parganas. Date 16/12/2009.) I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.

              After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.

              Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.

              When I saw that already near by 90-100 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
              As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Then my question is where I go now? I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.

              Sub :- Our relationship with your Branch at Pandalapaka.

              We wish to bring to your kind notice that we have a long and good relation ship with your branch at Pandalapaka. Now we regret to inform you that Since the branch was incorporated, we have never seen such a worst situation, as we have been facing for the last 10 months.

              The present Branch Manager along with his staff shows the hell to the valuable customers in every day in every moment. They are not behaving like officers and like Bank employees with the customers. They are not feeling like that it is a Bank. Every one has a doubt that are these employees qualified?. The Branch Manager is doing Share market business in online trading with his computer in his cabin by closing doors in the working hours. They are not giving loans to the eligible customers. Some of the customers have been trying to get the loans for the last 10 months, still they did not get the loans. We think they do not know even the subject how to give the advances. We do not understand that how the superiors leave them even the branch does not reach the business targets. Some of the valuable customers, who have been dealing with the branch for the last 20 years, are ready to leave the branch and some were left also.

              All the Staff are like “As is Raja, so are the Praja”. Most of the Staff including Branch Manager come to branch from Kakinada and Rajahmundry every day. Accountant behaves like she is in the fish market not like in the Bank. Every day she quarrels with the customers even the customers show patience. No customer shows interest to make deposit his amount or to open even Saving Bank account in our branch and the same are going to Andhra Bank, Rayavaram or some other branches at nearer places. The previous Managers and staff behaved very decent and Co operative with the customers.


              Our elders said that the branch was brought to such a village like Pandalapaka by their intension and hard work and now they are saying “please save the branch”.

              So, we request you to please do not feel like this is a compliant, we are not going to make complaints against any one with the personal grudges. We are trying to save our branch only. Because, so many customers among us developed our businesses by using the Bank. If you see the performance of the Branch for the last 10 months in your records, you may understand what is happening there. And also you may get the feed back from any person or any customer in the village. If you get positive words about the Branch Manager and Staff, you may throw this letter in to dust bin. Other wise please take necessary action to save the branch. Branch Manager does not conduct Customers meeting, if you come to branch and conduct customers meet, customers can explain you every thing before the Branch Manager and Staff.

              So, once again we request you to please save our branch by making the staff perfect, competitive and co operative. Other wise please replace the staff with new one. But please save our branch.

After 1.5 hrs my turn came than counter saying that we are not taking money of other SBI Branch A/C. He told the timing is only upto 11am. I tried to covience the counter person saying it very urgent and crtical and even told him that Iam stading in the queue for last 1.5 hrs (due to very slow working of the counter person). He told me to check with Manager, The manager told that there are 10,000 SBI Branch, you can go anywhere to deposit. this is the treatment i have recd. from the Manager. They said many more things.                   I tried to book my ticket through irctc using my SBI atm cum debit card numbered[protected]
                  i flled all the details in gateway payment sbi.
                  then i clicked on pay button.
                  the page took so long for loading and it didnt load succesfully. i didnt refresh or pressed back button.
                  then an error was displayed on page. ticket was not succesfully booked but money got deducted from my account.

                    Hello Sir

                    I am Kanupriya Keshware from London,UK. Basically, I am from Ujjain,MP,India.

                    My SBI Foreign Travel Card was stolen from London on 6th of May and 5 fraud transactions were done by it.I filed a Police Complaint for this as well.

                    On 6th may,I was trying to call the FTC Support in Mumbai for blocking my card,I could not reach any of their numbers and it took me 3-4 hrs to block the card.By this time,transactions of around $1000 were made by my card.

                    Actually, when the Crime Investigating Officer,UK called the State Bank of India,FTC Support Branch in Mumbai, for confirming my details and about the transactions, they didn't provide him with my details and a satisfactory answer.Due to this, the Crime Branch is planning to close me case here and I really don't want this.

                    I constantly do emails and phone calls to the FTC Support, but they are not co-operating with me at all.When I do about 4-5 emails to them, then they reply for one mail. I have been asking them about the Card Insurance and refund policy since 10-12 days,but they are not at all providing any kind of correspondance.

                    I seriously want to complaint about this. Could you please guide me on this. Please let me know if anything else is required from my side.

                      I used mobile freedom service from SBI to top up my mobile numbers from Idea and Airtel for Rs. 59 and Rs. 500 respectively but no recharge have been done to the numbers and the balance from the account was deducted immidiately.
                      Kindly help as this service is sucking up our money.

                        The agent named Aparna (State Bank of India, AE Market Branch, Kolkata) is extremely rude and arrogant. The bank should take strict action against her. It is only foolish to think that people will still flock to SBI if they continue to hire people like her.

                        Forget an individual, i believe the whole bank has gone to rogues. I have been asking them to make a small change which was updated wrongly by the bank and it has been 3 yrs now and still i am running after them, inspite of going through a proper channel of applications and being given false assurance everytime.
                        Horrible customer service.

                                I here undersigned would like to bring your kind notice that I am an account holder of State Bank of India, Bileipada branch bearing the a/c no. [protected]. I have visited the SBI ATM situated at Joda Market-II, Joda, Keonjhar to withdraw amount of Rs.5, 000 from my account on 15th May 2010 at 18:10. However I was surprised to see that a statement come out from ATM machine which stated that the amount which I had entered for withdrwal, has been credited in fabour of Shri Jagannath Temple Puri as donation and no money came out from the ATM machine. Whereas I was withdrawing the money for my own expense. I am also surprised that how Rs. 5,000 has been transferred from my account to Shri Jagannath Temple Puri a/c bearing with the no. [protected] (Transaction ID:4686, ATM ID:S1CN[protected] while withdrwaing money from ATM machine?. Further, while enquire the account no ([protected]) of Shri Jagannath Temple Puri at the SBI branch office, it was found that the account does not exist and it's an invalid account no, although the money was debited from my account.

                                When I approached the branch Manager of SBI , they said that they are helpless in this regard. I have also deposited written complain but there is no response for my written communication sent to both bank and the trust so far.

                                I belong to a poor family presently working as an employee for a private company at Bileipada at the monthly salary of Rs. 9000 pm. As I am not intended and affordable to donate above said amount to the trust, request your intervention in helping me to get the refund of amount of Rs. 5,000 to my above said a/c at earliest possible for which we would be very thankful to you.

                                if this is right then send a complaint to rbi banks ombudsmen you will find the email address on rbi website.

                                It a fraud or technical error on the bank's side which they have to rectify.

                                  I lodged this conplaint 3 months back but till now not received any reply...It’s really very disappointing, that such a huge public Organization is not able to do anything in this reg.                                     I would like to bring to your notice the incorrect contents of the recent commercial from State Bank of India that shosw a sea of Indians those supposed to be holding an account with the bank. I think this commercial is on air since last 4 plus weeks. If noticed carefully in the "full version" of this commercial, one can notice that the Indian flag shown in the same is wrong. It is not easy to spot the same though, but is very clear that J&K's parts in possession of Pakistan and China seem to have been dropped in this depiction of India. It is extremely shameless for a state organization to be so careless in depicting an incorrect map of the nation.

                                    Request for an action immediately and also request through you to exert pressure on the State Bank to apologize and withdraw the commercial

                                      Myself Azeem Mirza Holding an current account Number [protected] from Karnataka Dist Haveri Savanur Branch 581118. When I opened an account with Cheque Book , Cheque Book was alloted to me within 6 days and that cheque book got over and i had requested for a 500 leaf cheque Book as it is required for my business purpose , hence they asked an application and i gave it, they took a request and 1000 rs (one thousand rupees ) was been debited instantly, on 6th may and i waited for 15 days as it was very urgent for my business purpose i inquired in the bank they asked me to wait another two days, i went again after two days they said they will take a reminder request again and at that moment another 1000 rs was been debited from my account but i did not get the cheque book still so amt of 1000rs ia debited twice and god knows when will the cheque book issued to me so please help me out no one is responding properly please help me out

                                      This has reference to my saving account No. 13462 with bank of india i had given request for issue of cheque book at bank of india hinganghat branch on dated 22.08.2011 but till to date i have not recd.chq.book On contacting the concern branch relevant authority they started passing the balls head office.I email to head office at nagpur & hgt.branch but no action has been taken.branch manager are helpless about this matter .
