Hi, I had subscribed to a SBI Railway Credit Card last year. The agent said that SBI was charging a one time fees of Rs.500 and will not have and annual charges.
This month the Bank has charged me an annual fees of Rs.300 + taxes.
When I tried to call the customer care the IVR is not validating the TPIN. There is no option to reset the TPIN. They are not responding to mails also.
How am I supposed to even register a complaint?

1. I am a very old customer of SBI CARDS with a clear record of timely & regular payments & was thus classified as a PRIVELEGE CUSTOMER. Every year I was not charged the Annual Charges or if charged they were refunded.

2. On approaching the customer care executive on the helpline, I was told that as per the Management policy all customers have to pay & no one will be exempted. In the statment dated 23 Sep 2008 a sum of Es 561.80 (Rs 500 +61.80-Tax) has been levied in the total bill of Rs 1703.31 which being a good customer has been paid in full by me. It is requested that this decision of the Management may be reconsidered & Rs 561.80 may please be refunded to me like earlier.

3. Iwould like to continue my long association SBI CARDS & not go for other credit cards organisations who are prepared to give me a free card for life.

NON RECIEPT OF RENEWED CARD. My current card validity expired in Sep 2008 & I have not yet recieved afresh renewed card. All these years the renewed card use to be delivered before the expiry date.

This is to inform to you that i am having credit card no. [protected].
this card was valid till 08/08 and i have not get any new card also.
For any kind of payment i have to call the customer executive of SBI bombay branch and to find out my amount to pay.
i am not getting any statement from july, 08 onwards, so
i am willing to know why i will have to pay the late fee amount when i am not getting the statement or my card is not renewed.
i am willing to pay my final amount without any late fee and want to close my account.

    Sub: Regarding the Fine Arrear adjustment

    Dear Sir,

    As per the discussion with you on 03/05/2010 (which was the sixth visit to your branch for the same purpose), the fine arrear adjustment amount which was debited from my loan account , [protected] from Sep'09 to Apr'10 on a regular basis without any valid reason, was to be refunded back to me within a week along with the interest amount for that (if deducted). But as the week has been passed already without getting the money back, I am quite disappointed with the service.
    For your kind information sir, I have already given you a written application regarding this almost one month back and I have also visited the RACPC branch at Jeevan-Deep building of Park Street on your insistence to check whether there was any valid reason for this arrear. They found no reason for that as the interest rate was settled as -2.25% from your SBPR as per the loan sanction letter and at the time of inception it was 10.5%. They also found that the interest rate gradually came down and I never missed any EMI amount as it gets deducted from my salary account with SBI as an auto -debit.
    So sir, finding no other alternative I am writing this mail with an expectation that it will be sorted out very early as it is already been one and half month I am visiting your branch for this. Please understand sir, being a service holder it is quite tough for me to pay a regular visit to you for the same cause.
    Please help in getting the amount back as early as possible and let me know if I need to do anything else for getting that.
    Thanks in advance in anticipating your cooperation in settling this issue and expecting an early response from you.

      I self Rasheed khan from Raipur (chhattisagrh). i WAS aplly 4 credit cards in sbi @ 2007. but I DONT get Credit card from sbi . I suffer last 2 years for payment remander in Phone calls of sbi credit cards DELHI .
      they used bad wards during phone calls . they call any time .they warning me for BLACK LIST my name is Add.

      Please help me soon please.........

        Dear sir
        Myself and my wife had submitted / applied for home loan from SBI Janakpuri during April 2010 for purchase of residential flat in Bangalore to be constructed by IRWO (Indian Railway Welfare Organisation) which is a non profit organisation set up in 1989 and since then had completed successful housing projects for railway employees. Its headquarters is at Shankar Market, New Delhi. IRWO had floated setting up of Rail Vihar Group Housing scheme in Guniagraha, Bangalore.
        In its process, SBI had sought clarifications regarding title of land/ sale deed of land etc from IRWO. One such thing is the verification of land at site for which they had sent an official from RACPC Bangalore who had inspected the land and sent their report.
        The second is the verification/ scrutiny of original papers pertaining to the land/ sale deed/ title by their advocate. Since IRWO is headquarterd at Delhi all the original documents are kept in the Delhi office with copies of the same with the Project Manager's Office at Bangalore. Curiously, SBI has sent an objection through its official in RACTC office in Parliament Street saying that since the original documents are not available at Bangalore they cannot process further; Upon our request to send their advocate in Delhi to verify the documents kept at IRWO office in New Delhi they refused and are in no mood to process the matter. Even IRWO management are surprised and have stood by us to give whatever help they could but it is on the part of SBI to understand the customer and his difficulties.
        I therefore seek your kind intervention and intimate SBI to take up the issue in the right spirit so that home loan is sanctioned without further delay.

        i have an a/c no is [protected] in mulund -east branch since january-2008. because of rotten service i am shifting my a/c to other bank. the reasons are as follows

        * there is no facility to drop checques in atm. the drop box in in bank premises it self. all over mumbail banks have drop boxes in atm it self so that customer do not have to go to bank during working hours. every time i have a cheque i have waste 2 hours of my office time because bank opens at 9.am and my office opens at 8.30 am.
        * for internet banking you have a customer service no in banglore. i have to make std call to ask any small thing. your customer helpline no is not able to resolve any single complain. their standard reply is please contact your branch. what is the use of service no. imagine sbi having 11000 branches being opered from single place. shear volume of date states that our complain will turn into waste paper basket
        * i am totally confused about work demarkation between your branch and your internet banking department. result frequent running from pillar to post. sbi is leaving in socialist era where customer was the last priority.
        * while using the my debit card for shopping i have to use two times hence there is double deduction from my a/c, this has happened twice. last time i got my money credited AFTER 4 MONTHS after i registed my complaint. i stopped using my debit card.
        * for security reasons i change my login pasword frequently. by mistake i for got to record my paword. i complained by net, went to my bank branch so many times for last fifteen days, contacted mrs gandhi on phone. she promised me the new password has been sent by chennai office by 17.3.09. till today i have not received. the procedural buck passing goes on as if there are no reforms. it is more than 20 days. i fail to understand that a thing like password why sould it come all the way from chennai. consider size of sbi. do you expect it to serve from one place. PERHEPS MINDSET OF SBI MANAGEMENT HAS NOT CHANGED. THAT INCLUDES YOU ALSO. IF CHAIRMAIN SPENDS ONE DAY IN A MONTH TO EXAMINE SIMPLE STATISTICS OF COMPLAINTS NOS AND AND AVERAGE TIME IT TAKES FOR RESOLUTION, THIS SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS WILL NOT BE THERE .
        * recent collapse o[censored]sa/europin banks have shown that banking is a service industry and being service industry it is very fragile. rest assured that whithin no time sbi may collapse. you do not sell product but customer service.
        * i joined your bank simply for the reason that last year you got best bussinessman award. i thought that perhaps govt banks may have`imporoved. the improvement is only in one thing, luring the customer under false promises. perhaps sbi to large to change. with present level of customer service it will become another dinosoure.

        since one month back the complaint was made with registered No. CC[protected]. so far i could not received any reply / intimation regarding this. it is very displusure to note.please take suitable action at least now and rectify the issue.
        please clarify that, whether the balance amount is required for pension savings bank accounts.
        I would like to share one funny incident happened in State Bank of India Malki brance Shillong on today (10/04/2004) with one of the lady staff. The story is like this, I had two HDFC Bank check and would like to dropped in the check box. In the same time one of the SBI lady staff opened the check box and took all the checks for entry in her computer. I had requested her to kindly accept my check, since she had opened the check box, in replay she had instructed me to drop in check box. What a funny staff, she can collect all checks from the check box but she cannot collect the check by hand. In front of her one notice plate mentioned "Mithra". I thought she does not know the meaning of "Mithra". "Mithra" means friend, I hope you know.

        Dear Sir / Madam
        I hold account in SBI Metcalfe House, Delhi. I stay in Noida and in saturday i had to deposit urgently some amount in SBI Delhi. I tried Sec 39 branch, there were telling because of connectivity problem they are not entertaining out of home branch account. Then I went to Sector 36 branch, there branch manager reasoned because of staff problem they can not entertain out of home branch account. Then i went to sector 35 branch there was also some connectivity issues. Then i went to sector 12 branch, there banch manager told because of staff problem they can not entertain out of home branch account. He even very rudely told to go to another branch. I went sector 11 branch there was so much rush that gate keeper didnt allow to enter inside.Then i went to sector 41 branch , there at 12 o'clock staff was telling time is over.

        and i finally couldnt do my very urgent workk. such is the service of STATE BANK OF INDIA.
        kindly take the appropriate action so that these situations will not force your bank account holders to migrate into some good banks.

        This is in regards with the poor service from this Bank.There is no respect for the customers.Bank Staffs coming to office only by 10.15 and starting their work only by 10.40,because of that customers are not serviced properly and they are keep on waiting.Last week the whole week one ca'y able to take a Demand Draft because of non availability of Slips.Is this acceptable?.No one is resposible for their act.This is due to the poor attitude among the staff"s.

        i lost my ATM card before two months back,immediately i wanted to block the card for that i called for sbi toll free no but they didnt respond immediatley later after two weeks i got blocked num.After that i went to bank to apply new card bt the bank employees are not giving suitable information wt i haveto do that every time they are rejecting my application nearly 7 times i visited that every time they are showing new problem and rejecting that and not giving proper information

          respected sir/mam. my name is sandeep sharma and my SBI acc no. is
          [protected].I did transaction of Rs.300 on 19/jun/2010 from
          oriental bank of commerce ATM ....money has been counted by the
          machine but it will not been through out by the machine and i received
          a slip in which it was written "UNABLE TO DISPENSE" the I again try to
          withdraw Rs 300. still the result is same machine counted the money
          but not through the money out then i thought may be RS 100 note is not
          there in the machine ...I fill Rs.500 again the result will be same
          machine counted the money but not through it out ....then I go to the
          State bank of patiala ATM to withdraw money the money has been
          successfully withdrawn....during day time I did all these......In the
          evening i went to take the mini statement of my account on the same
          day
          (i.e.19/06/2010) and
          RS.320 , Rs 300 and E-POS debited from my account on 19/06/2010 when
          i take the mini
          statement from SBP atm.I agreed that Rs 300 and E-POS should be
          debited from my account but that Rs.320 how it was debited (give me
          the reason) if the machine not though the money out ............I mean
          to say i lost Rs.320 ....so please
          return my money to my account as soon as possible ...i also logged the
          compliant but there is no action been taken against that complaint my
          complaint no was

          said "YOU SEEM TO HAVE DIALED THE WRONG NO."please also give me the

            This is to bring into notice that SBI Cards division are mentally torturing people nowdays. Matter is that someone has used SBI card and wrongly mentioned my home contact num; for which I've been rcvng ample num of calls everyday from their Gurgaon Office or DSA. It was already mentioned clearly to telecallers but they still calling and disturbing us. Last call was recvd by Mr. Niranjan with whome I've spoken myself day before yesterday but still they keeps on calling. It is very much irritating.

            Just looking for some substitute now.

              I hold a savings A/C vide[protected] at forest park branch bhubaneswar.On9-5-2010 i used sbi atm at chandi chhak for withdrawing Rs1000 the money was not dispensed to me as the power supply was cut off.However I could withdraw the money from another ATM but in the mini statement an ammount of Rs 2000 was debited against Rs1000.Hence it is requested to look into the matter and credit Rs1000 to my A/C immediately please.

              SBI/ATM card — CASH NOT DISPENSED BY ATM

              WHILE TRANSACTING CASH WITHDRWAL OF RS 6000/- (ON OCT. 6TH 2009 AT 11.59 AM )FROM ATM ID SIAN 50032402 OF STATE BANK OF PATIALA AT SECTOR 34 NOIDA , CASH WAS NOT DISPENSED BY THE ATM. TXN NO. IS 887 OF OCT. 6TH 2009. AMOUNT OF RS 6000/- WAS HOWEVER DEBITED TO MY SB A/C WITH SBI SIBIAN BATHINDA. WRITTEN COMPLAINT FOR REFUND OF THE AMOUNT WAS LODGED WITH STATE BANK OF PATIALA ( ADDRESS SBOP , E-1 , 6-B , SECTOR 1 NOIDA , U.P. ) AND SBI SIBIAN BATHINDA BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT TILL DATE NOR THERE IS ANY RESPONSE FROM THE BANKS.
              my atm is renewed then also an error of 070 is coming.i m a student i can't daily visit bank 2 resolve it

              I have been done transaction on 10.10.2009 at 8 PM in corporation Bank ATM, J.N road, Dandeli ATM ID COBNO12502. for the Rs. 1000/- from my SBI ATM-CUM-DEBIT-CARD No.[protected], the same transaction I have been done twice and I haven’t received any money and the ATM machine gave the massage that UNABLE TO PROCESS. 12/10/09 I Made transaction in corporation bank TMC complex(ATM ID :COBN006301) at Haliyal and withdrawn the money, when I checked my account balance I found the transaction which was made in corporation bank ATM were I have not received money, but I found that the Rs. 2000/- is debited during that transaction from my account.Written complaint for refound of the amount was lodged with STATE BANK OF INDIA Hoskote Bangalore code-1088 . I have not received credit of the amount till date do the needfull

              SBI — cash not dispensed in ATM but a/c debited

              Dear Sir/Mam



              May I like to draw your benevolent notice towards that I am customer of your bank with A/C no[protected] at Sector-24, Rohini, New Delhi. I had made transaction on 31/03/2010 through ATM at Dwarka.I entered a request of withdrawal of Rs-20,000/-.But due to any technical error, only Rs 500 received by me and rest of amount had stuck/ blocked in ATM machine and unfortunately statement shows withdrawal Rs20000.The transaction no. is 1655/1656.

              I communicated to customer care, they advice me the amount will be credited automatically to A/c in short span of time and provided me token no-AT[protected].

              Please get the needful done at the earliest and credited my a/c subject.

              They'll never Credit the amount as per my Exp...same thing happened with me in Feb, for amount Rs. 10, 000...but SBI said they cant return becoz as per their record the transaction happened..
              I hold a savings A/C vide[protected] at Punjabi Bagh branch New Delhi.On 10.09.2010 i used pnb atm at Paschim Vihar Extention for withdrawing Rs4000 the money was not dispensed to me as the power supply was cut off.However I could withdraw the money from another ATM but in the mini statement an ammount of Rs 4000 was debited against Rs4000.Hence it is requested to look into the matter and credit Rs4000 to my A/C immediately please.

              I have an account in sbi -chengalpattu. a/c. No.:[protected], ATM Card No.:[protected].

              I used the SBI ATM counter at Chengalpattu on 04.09.2011 for withdrowal of Rs.20000.00. The amount was debited and the cash came from the ATM and immeditely returned to the ATM Machine. I am not able to take the cash from the ATM Machine. I have informed to the SBI-Chengalpattu branch abount this incident.
              Till date this amount not been credited in my account. Hence kindly I request you to re-credit in my account as soon as possible.

                got cancelled on the very first month.
                receing threat calls.
                harassment to my old age parents by the agents.
                accumulated an amount of 15,792.29/- against my name as interest.
                There was condition on the form to punch card within 90 days.
                But I never punched instead returned it back after cutting it into four pieces.
                Want permanent riddence.

                    I have an account with SBI BHATPAR RANI,DISTICT DEORIA UTTAR PRADESH. I was shocked by seeing ATM Mini statement when i went to ATM on 18 JUN. Instead of 18jun transaction it was showing 10,000/- debit on 18th jun

                    I havent visited any ATM on 14thjun, Bank employees are not responding to this issue properly, finally i mailed to Managing Director of SBI, i got a reply saying that SBI is not responsible and they are asking me to approach SBI .

                    As i have an account with SBI A/C NO IS [protected], is it not the responsibility of SBI??

                    Suggest me as i lost my money as well my valuable time and energy

                        I have made request for my salary account transfer from SBI PBB Bangalore to SBI Chinchwad, Pune on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 and it's almost one year now and I am still chasing up people for the same!!!!!

                              IT WILL BE GREAT PLEASURE ON MY PART IF YOU PLEASE VERIFY MY ACCOUNT'S TRANSACTION.                                   I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT CARD FROM SBI WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

                                  01. IT IS A LIFETIME FREE CARD.
                                  02. 4% CASH BACK ON EVERY PURCHASES (APPEARING IN NEXT MONTH STATEMENT).
                                  03. 0% FUEL SURCHARGE ON ANY PETROL BUNKS FOR ANY RANGE OF AMOUNT.
                                  04. RS. 250/- WOULD BE CHARGED AS JOINING FEE HOWEVER AN AMOUNT OF RS. 300/- CAN BE WITHDRAWN FROM ANY SBI ATM POST RECEIPT TO THE CARD WHICH WOULD NOT BE BILLED AND NO CHARGES WOULD BE LEVIED.
                                  05. CREDIT LIMIT WOULD BE ABOVE RS. 1.25L OFFERING WITH A PLATINUM CARD.

                                  I ACCEPTED THE OFFER AND WITHIN 15 DAYS I GOT MY CARD. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CARD THERE WAS NO BROUCHER OR A WELCOME LETTER STATING THE ABOVE POINTS. I GOT A SILVER CARD WITH 80000 LIMIT. THE BEST POINT WAS I WAS OFFERED THIS CARD AGAINST A CREDIT LIMIT AVAILABLE ON ANOTHER CREDIT CARD.

                                  I'M SUPRISED THAT SUCH A BIG FRAUDS ARE HAPPENING IN THE FINANCE INDUSTRY AND NEITHER RBI NOR THE FINANCE MINISTRY HAS A HAND ON IT. SBI BEEN A GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKING IS FOLLOWING SUCH MAL-PRACTICES THEN WHAT CAN BE EXPECT FROM PRIVATE PLAYERS.?

                                  CAN SOMEBODY (HEAD AUTHORITIES) LOOK INTO THIS AND SAVE OUR COUNTRY OTHERWISE ONE FINE DAY THE DEBT CRISIS ON CREDIT CARDS WOULD GIVE A BIG BANG ON OUR ECONOMIC.

                                      With reference to above I beg to inform you that I had received a demand notice no DLN_PA_APR-10_15128 dtd 02nd April 2010 from your advocate Mr Subodh K Pathak, Pathak & Associates, 27A, South Ganesh Nagar, Delhi 110092, and is surprised to note that a demand is still outstanding in my credit card account.

                                      I beg to inform you that I am a Cancer Patient due to my bad and deteriorating health I had already settled my credit card account and paid the entire settled amount pending against my credit card account through your agent in Calcutta whose copy is enclosed.

                                      After paying the full settled amount I had recd a call from your Calcutta office whose tel number is[protected] and [protected] that a sum of money Rs 700/- ( Rupees Seven hundred) only is required to be paid to settle the above mentioned account as, “we are not in position to send the settlement for processing as 0 balance’. After paying the said amount whose copy is enclosed, I enquired several times in the abovementioned numbers for my 0 balance settled statement and they had always replied that it is under process and you will get it soon. But in vain I had not received it till now.

                                      On 4th of this month one Mr Singh who called me from a telephone no[protected] and asked me to resettle the account and said as the previous settlement was void. When I told him that I had already paid and settled my credit card account with your bank and I will be receiving the settled credit card statement soon from the Credit card department, then your agent started bullying and threatening me and started using cheap abuses and showed fists if I will not pay him. Mr. Singh even told me that why don’t you die then you will not have to settle the account. As I am a cancer patient and a senior citizen and had already settled my account then why will your agent call me on my mobile regularly and disturb me unnecessarily. Now this has opted me to take serious action against you and your agents and file complaints to the desired departments. The office is in camac street in ‘Fortuna Building’ Kolkata.

                                      So I request you to look into the matter with immediate effect and not to disturb me and provoke me to take any unnecessary other actions against you or your agent.

                                      Very humbly I would like to inform your goodself that Mr. Sachin Tyagi of SBI Cards Department had discussed with me to Settle and close the above said account of miscellaneous dues on the last payment of Rs. 5000/- with cheque. He promised me to send the Settlement letter and Receipt of cheque after clearance of the cheque which has been cleared from by account on 29.03.2008.                                       As per SBI settlement, i have settled my credit card with 0 balance, but still if i apply for any credit card it is rejected due to appearing in CIBIL..

                                      Can you check and confirm as it is to be removed from the list..please consider this request and revert ASAP.

                                      SBI KOLKATA CARD — DEMANDING MONEY AFTER SETTLEMENT

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My SBI card has been settled in the year 2006.But this is very unfortunate that the bank and the some of the agency of the bank is sending messages and phone call from the police station complaining about the outstanding amount which I am not paying.Noe I like to say that after the settlement what amount is still due with the bank.I am sending the documents for your consideration and requesting to stop this incidents which is creating fear to my family.

                                        Hi, I am Angala Eswari Mariappan. I am using SBI -ATM-CUM Debit card. I have paid my bill using this Debit card on 08/06/2010 in Naidu Hall Shopping centre. They have swiped my card twice and they have told that its not working on that machine. Hence we paid through another credit card. Now when I checked my transaction details, its been showing that the amount was deducted from my accound. So I need to know that transaction details for whom I have paid. My Debit card number and the transaction id is below. this was the statement on 08/06/2010. Please check and revert back. Also please help me in receiving this money back to my account, if it's been mistakenly done.
