forgot my online sbi banking username & password by mistake there why i can't use my onlinesbi banking services. If any way is there to recover my user name & password then plz help me, To use this facility again

My name is Akinepalli Nagamani my saving Bank account no is [protected] with Battala Bazar Branch (Br.Code: 7456), Warangal District, Andhra Pradesh State, during on dated 20/01/2011 i had used my atm at Laxmi Vilas Bank Limited for withdrwal of Money for personal purpose. My Atm no is[protected] but The Money had not come from atm but after that date when, I went to sbh atm their was amoumt shown for duduction of Rs.1000/-. I went to Branch for purpose of duduction of my amount with out withdrawl from atm but their is given one toll free no but i had no awareness of that complaint, that is why i requested to verify my account and credit to my account
So, please verify my account for dudction of my amount Rs.1000/- and credit to my account no. ie., [protected]
