Dear Sir,

I am handling the sbi account for last five years. but today my day was spoiled because of guard of sbi branch rajouri garden.
today i went to bank for deposit some amount in my A/C. then went to the token machine to take a token but made a mistake on the machine in operation,guard was standing there and looking at me. even giving me right information , Suddenly he told me that he will going to slap me on wrong operation of machine.

i want to ask that is the right way to talk to customer. on this behavior of sbi staff i m going to close my A/C with state bank.

    i ARITHA LAVANYA BANDELA having an a/c in the sbi Eluru, andhrapardesh. a/c no [protected]
    when i tried to withdraw rs 15000 from my a/c [protected] on 18th april around 7 pm from the sbm atm chithanyapuri,hyderabad at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
    but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

    i requested you to look into this matter and take corrective action and help me for return my money

      SBI Customers are suffering because of shortage of bank staff
      We customers are always suffering here in this SBI SUTIHAR BRANCH, it’s for all the work, even for deposit also we have to stand in big queue for three hours. Its not a queue, it’s a crowd. A gentle man can not stand there.
      Only one counter works full day…..BM, Accountant is sitting inside the locked area, where a normal man can not approach.
      I personally met branch manager, he tried to convince me, but as I a understand that he himself can not do any thing to solve this, he can not increase staff. I talk to his senior …..He also surrendered.
      1] There is big gathering for deposit and withdrawal.
      2] It takes big time for fix deposit.
      Can any one tell me how many months more we have to suffer? When the situation will improve…
      This branch need more staff….so there will be less suffering.
      I hope SBI will look and solve this matter immediately.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I have an account in the SBI branch(1522) in BEHALA(KOLKATA).My account NO-[protected].In recent bank statement in my passbook,I find ATM annual fee have been deducted thrice ie-Rs150.00.Unable to understand why three times fee have been deducted though I am holding only one ATM card The number of which is[protected].I am using only the above said card time to time.
        Hope you will enquire the matter and arrange to returne the excess ammount fee duducted.
        I would like to mention that all other banks' ATM cards are free.
        Hope you will also make it free.

          I would like to inform you that I had taken net banking facility form “STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH –BISWAN, BRANCH CODE-0622, DIST. SITAPUR (U.P)” about one year back and I had applied for approval of mobile number for the transaction of third party transfer.

          Since long I have been regularly contacting officials concern at “SBI, BISWAN BRANCH” but not getting their cooperation.

          Every time branch manager assures that it will be done but nothing has been done till date.

            SBI Main branch in coimbatore is comparitively a big one than other branches here. Today i went for ATM pin reset and to pay my loan interest. The worst service offered by the bank was clearly evident as no body was clear in which table i could get a particular service. Having brought a 70 year old woman with me, i was redirected to at least 10 tables without proper information. They were not ready to give me the loan account number which was linked to my sb account.They wanted me to find the account for myself ( This account number was not given when i took the loan nor was written in the loan card that they provided ). Also when i said the loan account number and asked how much interest should i pay for the given period, they said that i need to calculate the interest for myself and pay the interest. Even after paying the interest ( i calculated myself) they refused to put an entry in the card that was given by the bank. They said that they can provide only the counter foil which is again only my handwriting.

            Nobody in the bank was ready to help as they kept redirecting to tables without an answer. I have never seen such a worst treatment to customer in any of the banks.

              Sir/madam,
              I Umesh kumar gupta deposited an UCO Bank cheque in SBI Hindan,(Air force station hindon extention branch. Branch code-5669). Vide cheq. No.-376801 amounting Rs-18600/- to my SB A/C (a/c no.- [protected]) on dated- 06/01/10&13/01/10 (two times).
              Till date the amount has not been creadited in my account.

              Now I should be compensate my economical loss and mental harashment. I have visited at least 10 to 15 times to the SBI AF hindon branch. But no progress .
              Finally I request you to please help me for clearing my cheque as soon as possible.Thank you.

                i am given a bill of transection for buying petrol in Istanbul (Turkey).
                i have never been to istanbul.
                company is torchering me to make payments because this transection as per their record is done through my credit card and i am only resposible for this transection.
                i have asked the company number of times to prove my role in this transection but they say that they dont have to prove it. and each time different person is on phone line and i am tired off answering these calls since last 5 years and more.
                many persons from SBI at different intervals personnally came and met me for collection of money but after knowing the transection details, they went back stating this is some international conspiracy and i am wrongfully involved in this and we will try to solve this matter soon but sofar no solution is given rather i am rigorously torchered on phones.
                each time i say to callers why do u call me from gurgaon/ pune/ and many different locations when your company has office at nagpur ?
                why does person call only and do not meet ? and what probe your company has done aprt from calling me and torchering me in this regard ? and how much time frame is required in solving this matter from your end ? but there is no reply.
                sir,
                i have become sick of this nature of torcher and i may go insane if continued for more longer time. please help.

                  I am a retired Principal Scientist of ICAR drawing my pension from the Main Branch of S B I, Dehradun since May 2007.Consequent to VI CPC pay revision,my pension controlling authority at I V R I.Izatnagar,Bareilly (U P) issued sanction orders No.F23-2473/2006-Pension Dated 24/12/2009 in respect of my P P O No.[protected]C-IVRI and GPO No[protected]C IVRI.
                  I personally contacted at the officer I/C Pension Cell several times and submitted written reminders twice under Speed Post to the Branch Manager concerned.I was informed by the dealing officer that as per their calculations the total amount due for payment to me works out to be Rs.13,22,581/= which is held in abeyance for more than three and a half months now.This causing mental agony & financial hardships to me.
                  An early action is solicited please to get an early release of payment lest I have to take legal action.

                      While operating the ATM of State Bank of INDORE at Delhi on dated 15.04.2010 (Janak Puri, New Delhi – 110 058 area) an amount of Rs. 15,000.00 was requested but due to some server problem/error, the machine was unable to dispense the money reason being “sorry unable to process” and at the same time the while again requested to show the mini statement, the machine dispensed the receipt (copy enclosed). On the next day i.e., dated 16.04.2010 while checking the balance statement the account showing the debit of Rs. 15,000.00 on dated 15.04.2010, which was actually not dispensed by the ATM.

                        I want to withdraw 10,000/- from State Bank of India ATM using Canara bank atm card but due to SBI ATM fault, ATM did not withdraw the 10,000 rupees and in screen display like TIME OUT.This thing happend at 6 march 2010 and at the day itself i complaint this to canara bank and they complaint this to SBI and received a mail like successful transaction but i did not received the 10,000/- due to ATM fault.
                        please help me what to do.

                          On 6th April, 2010 I was trying to withdraw Rs.1200/-(one thousand and two hundred only) from HDFC Atm (Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal) using my above account atm card, but could not withdraw as screen was displying "can not process". On 8th April, 2010,I got the MINISTATEMENT INDICATING WITHRAWAL OF Rs.1200/-(one thousand and two hundred only) ON 6TH APRIL, 2010, WHICH I HAVE NOT WITRHDRAWN. So, Please do the needfull as early as possible.

                          sir there is a false debit of my acount because money is not came out but acount has shown 4128 rupee value deduction i have withdra from hdfc

                          I, jayesh khunt, holder of sbi bank varaccha branch surat city.My account no. is [protected] and my mob no is [protected]. I am staying in bangalore. On 3rd june i tried to withdraw 2300 ruppes from Vasaveshwara ATM, bangalore but i didnt get money from ATM and my 2300rs has been cut from my balance. On 9th I sent an application to Varaccha branch manager and to Basaveshara branch manager regarding my problemb. They told me that You will get money within 6 days but still after 17 days i have not got my money. After that my brother spoke to varacch bank manager and he told that they have forwarded anapplication to Basaveshwra branch but Basaveshwra branch executives are not ready to speak me.One executive working in basaveshwra branch his behavoir was very bad. he knows english very well but he didnt speak to me in english because i am non kanadda person. I tried my best to get my money but i am tired now. i request to help me to get me my money

                            hi this is drvinay.i dropped the cheque on[protected] in camproad that is seluyur branch.cheque is from axis bank.cheque number is 018628 (axis bank in the account number [protected].it has almost 12 days.i went to that bank for nearly 4 times.they were treating customers very badly and rudely.its pathetic.i hate to go to that branch.sbi is a very good bank in india but bcoz of some people it is going to loose custemors and in future also it will loose customers.plz take some measures or else u migte close that branch.

                              Sir,

                              I deposited the cheque of 279,750 in the drop box located inside the branch according to the instruction of the bank at 2:00 PM on Thursday, 8th of April 2010. This money was borrowed by our company from a private financer on heavy interest. We need to buy raw material for export. Same day, I left for Calcutta to finish the deal. However, the funds did not came in the account till Saturday. Therfore, I returned back to chennai as Sunday was holiday and I promised the supplier that on Monday, 12th April 2010 surely payment would be made as local cheque does not take so much time. However, I proved myself a fool and lost my tust among supplier who gives me 75% credit on the total purchase. I lost the deal and this incurred a heavy loss to me and I had been to the bank several times and requested the bank manager to credit the cheque. But, he refused to do so. We have suffered a huge loss as our deal is concelled.

                              Please help us and ask bank to compensate for the loss. We are small company and cannot afford to loose such orders.

                                hello,
                                I was enjoying credit card facility of sbi credit card from about 2003, my limit was 11k, hardly 3 years i enjoyed the facilty of the card, later due to some unavoidable circumstance i could not pay the minimum amout for two months , later my card was stopped due to reason of card limit overdue from then till know i am paying the charges for the limit of 11k, i have paid so far round about 60k, and again the balace on credit card is also showing about 29k, i am really fed up of this sbi credit card, some how i want to clear all this matter, by making settlement but then also the settlement amount is coming to more than fifteen thousand.
                                Any body plz help how to come out of this matter, and also every month i em paying but the next month the minimum amount is inreased by 100 to 130 rs. i am fed up of this.

                                      I borrowed a loan of Rs 8 Lakhs from SBI, for buying a professional surgical equipment. After two years, I discovered that the bank is deducting Rs 4000 per annum, as “Inspection Charges”. When I contacted the bank, they simply provided me with the formula explaining the amount of Inspection Charges. But, my objection is that nothing was told to me about the Inspection Charges, at the time of taking this loan, nor it is mentioned in the Sanction Letter. Is the bank still right in levying such untold charges?
                                      Dear Doc, I am also in the same suit. I took loan for nursing home. now they are charging inspection charges of 12000 per annum. I had filed a litigation in consumer court, but it was not in my favour as in agreement letter they mentioned about it, but no mention of percentage. I am still plannig to go to State commissoin. On reverse side of the letter bank address ( SB 23230/Indian Overseas Bank/Govandi/Mumbai) is given which is not correct The correct address is
