State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

Hi, I am holiding SBI Magnum Tax Gain Mutual Fund. Folio.6107679. On 05 Mar 2010, they declared dividend of Rs.4 per unit. But so far I haven't received the dividend amount. When I enquire CAMS/SBI Investor Service Desk, they are telling that, the dividend is on HOLD. Also they don't know the reason for that. When I get the statement from CAMS, it shows on 05 Mar 2010, dividend amount for my balance unit. May I know how to proceed...

Today I went to Krishnapuri branch of state bank of India to verify about my cheque transfer or not from sbi to sbi which was given to incharge on Saterday about 12 pm,yet not transfer. I asked him we will suffer and in account of contact details you are not informed. Mr. Ramesh Lal just shut his system and start abusing....once I object, he start heating inside the bank premises. I got retirment in Apr 2009 and not received GRATUITY AMOUNT. They have credited my Commutation amount but no answers for Gratuity amount.My pension acoount is at Pondicherry SBI, No-5 Ru Suffren branch. I have given several complaints to dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in , as well as to bank also, but waste.. SBI have issued credit card from Ahmedbad wide my card application No.[protected] dated 15 Dec.2005 card no.[protected] & [protected].in name of Jitendra B Darji & Ramilaben, though i have applied for single card only it was issued for my wife also. At time of filling form there was no charge apllicabel for joining, it was billed for joining Rs,250 & Additional RS.250 for wife cerdit card.After complin for fees Reversal...

A wrong deduction of Rs.10000 has occured from atm id S1AC00333201 KHARAGPUR R S (DRM OFFICE) ON 02/02/10 TXN NO. 5759, SHOWING SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS.

Atm did not dispensed cash but my account got debited by Rs.10000 .

I'm sending mails regularly to resolve the matter but almost 45 days have passed without...

SBI Mandaveli/RACPC has excecuted EMI Twice Rs. 20,000 from my Savings Account([protected]) through ECS during February10th and 11th 2010 and during March 10th 2010-twice (Home Loan Account No. [protected]). The double execution of February was rectified by the Branch Manager when informed over Phone. But the Double execution of on 10th March 2010 of Rs. 20000 has not been reversed even after my consecutive Phone calls from 13th to 18th...

On 25/07/2008 visited at SBI ATM outlet, Exhibition Road (SIAN[protected], When I inserted my ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs.4000/- I ditn't receive the Cash but my saving account No.:[protected] was debited for the same amount.
and transaction No.: 160, My account is at SBI, Arrah Branch.
I lodged my complain at SBI, Arrah but my complain was not attented.
Please reimburse the amount debited of Rs.4000/- so on.br...

Two separate cheques were dropped at about the same time on 12 March,2010.
1. One cheque # 231564 drawn on ICICI Bank Kaushambi Ghaziabad-201010 was dropped in PNB dropbox. This cheque payment was collected and credited to the concerned account #[protected] by PNB on 16 March,2010. I have no complaint in this regard at all.
