I have a saving a/c with SBI, NTPC, V. Nagar, G.B.Nagar(UP). I went to my son to take Rs. 8000/- from SBI atm at Navyut Market Ghaziabad(UP) on 23.9.08 around 2 PM. The transaction has been declined in machine but the amount of Rs. 8000/- has been debited from my account.
I have complained regarding the issue in bank where I have the account. SBI NTPC, V. Nagar has written many letters to SBI Navyug market but no money has been credited in my account till now. I am very much disappointed of such careless and in efficient services rendered by SBI. I request to take n/a in this regard and get back to my e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com.

I have a saving a/c in SBI, NTPC, Vidyut Nagar, Gautambudh Nagar (UP). I went with my son to take money from SBI ATM, NTPC, Vidyut Nagar, Gautambudh Nagar(UP) on 01.12.2008 around 8 PM. The transaction has been declined in machine but the amount of Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my account.
I have complained many times regarding this issue in SBI, NTPC, Viduutnagar, Gautambudh Nagar but no action has been taken by the bank. I am very much disappointed of such careless and inefficient services rendered by SBI. I humble request to take necessary action regarding this. I am also having acccount in SBI, Thirupathur branch, Vellore Dt(TN). The one happen for Mr, P.Arjunan happend for me in 02nd APR 09. Such a worst service i never seen in any other bank. Myself and my father have many exprience in this branch. I cannot say SBI as whole operating in efficient there are good people who knows their responsibility well and performing fair enough. I didn't get my money (Amount: 5000). when i try to escalte i got response that this type issue Branch only act on it and i am helpless. Please suggest me how i need to get my money.

I got account in sbi (piler branch ) accont no is [protected]. i tried to draw 18500/- from andhra bank atm in hyderabad(atm is under to s.r.nagar andhra bank), i got receipt showing error .i let from the andhra bank atm, after that i checkrd in sbi atm, my balance of 18500/- is debited.plz check the error and do the helpfull.

Dear Sir

I went to SBI & BOI ATM in Nagpur (Dharampeth Branch) to withdraw Rs 7900 using my SBI ATM card on 22.05.09 but, No cash came out of the machine and also no transaction slip came out stating that the transaction failed. Finally, I got the trasaction from HDFC Bank (Dharampeth Branch) then I came to know that in mini statement Rs 7900 was deducted from my SBI account TWICE TIME but cash withdrawl transaction come out only one time. I reported it to the local SBI bank on next day then he said ATM cash problem trace out at BOI (Dharampeth Branch). you are requested to restore for Rs 79000 at the earliest. Appropriate steps should be taken against this.

I am maintaining a Salary Account with your Branch under the above Account No.

Yesterday, i.e. 1st July 2009, I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 15, 000 from your ATM at Sanganeri Gate Branch around 8:00 PM. However, the transaction could not be completed and I could not withdraw the cash. However, I got a printed message from the ATM stating “ SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS”, copy of which is attached herewith for your reference.

However, later on that date (around 11:30 PM) I received an SMS from the BZ-SBI stating that a sum of Rs.15, 000/= has been debited to my account. Immediately, I visited your Sanganeri Gate Branch (from which ATM, I tried to withdraw cash), but nobody was present in the Bank to lodge a complaint.

Now, I request you to please verify the matter and credit back the amount Rs.15000 wrongly debited to my account, immediately.

Dear Sir,

On 02/04/09, I tried to withdraw Rs 10000 from CANARA bank ATM, with SBI debit card, but it have given massae that request can not be performed, but later on I discovered that money have been deducted fro my account, On 04/04/2009, I have lodged formal complain with SBI, and thereafter also paid 7 visit to bank regarding the matter, but I am not able to get my money till date. According to RBI instruction such cases should be resolved within 12 days, otherwise bank is subjected to be penlasied.

today i booked a flight ticket from guwahati to kolkata for 14th nov.on makemytrip.com, while booking, it failed but an amount of Rs 3556/- has been debited from my account. i contacted makemytrip.com over tollfree no. but i was told that the amount was not credited to them and in return i was advised to contact the respective bank.
i checked the balance in my account and it was written like this

On 31.03.2009 i drew Rs. 5000 from my account (no.[protected]) from the atm ( New atm mechine) situated in campus of sbi, main branch, Ghazipur (U.P.). I did not recieve any money from atm machine but the money got debited from my account. Due to urgency just after i again drew Rs. 5000. Finally i got only Rs. 5000 from atm machine but Rs.[protected] + 5000) debited from my account. On the same day I gave a written complaint to the atm officer of the sbi, main branch, Ghazipur (U.P.). But till today nothing happened.what can i do now?

this is to inform you that I too getting wr0ng messages from BZ-SBI to my mobile no. [protected].stating that some PDC/ECS/SI of Rs. 18, 461 is due on a/c *****93658 is due . Neither do I know what that SI mean nor do I know of that a/c no. its been harrassing
if it is not rectified I will have to complain to banking ombudsmen for harrassment.

I am Kalpana Swain. I have one saving account in SBI , Jajput , Kuakhia branch , IFC code : SBIN0010919
I have 6015 rupies in my account. On Octomber 29th 2011 i went to SBI ATM to withdown money from my account but when i chek the balance only 15 rupies in my account. So i went to bank on 31st Oct 2011 and given a complain. That time manager is in leave.

After manager come back i went to back and discuss regarding this. He not bahave properly and told me to give a FIR in police station.
I have given the fir and meet same manager more than 10 times but he is not at all looking into the matter and telling i cant not do any thing. May be some one taken money from you account.

This is how a back manager behave and SBI providing sefty to out account. Please provide justice for the case and refund back my money.

    Sir,
    I Had Obtained Credit Card Loan Of Rs=60, 000/- From Sbi Credit Card During July 2007. I Was Paying Rs=2000/- As Emi For 14 Months.

    During Sept 2008 Icici Credit Card Offered Me Balance Transfer Of Rs=40, 000/-For Payment Towards Sbi Credit Card. I Was Informed That Interest Rate Of 0.75% Per Month For 6 Months Will Be Charged On The Amount. But Later They Charged Ri Of 1% Pm Plus Process Charges 1% And Govt Charges 12.55%
    During Sept 2008 Sbi Credit Card Also Offered Me Balance Transfer Of Rs= 33000/- To Pay Towards Icici Credit Card.
    During Oct 2008 I Had Requested The Customer Service Helpline Of Sbi Credit Card India On Phone To Cancel The Balance Transfer- For Icici Bank Credit Card- Offer Of Two Cheques No.211108 Amounts Rs=15847; Rs=16620 Dated=23, 24/09/2008 But They Did Not Make The Neccessary Changes.They Had Not Adjusted The Balance Transfer Bills Accordingly They Sent Statements OF LOAN AMOUNT AND Two Cheques At Next Time
    Later During Nov 2008 Someone Unknown Person Called Me On Phone From Sbicard To Make The Payment For The Balance Transfer Which I Had Already Requested For Cancellation

    Now I Am Paying More Money To The Sbi Credit Card And Icici Credit Card Unnecesarily. Please Collect The Details From The Two Credit Cards And Settle The Matter Without Causing Burden On Me.
    I Think They Are Misguiding And Or Cheating Me.

      1) I am Gaytri Devi w/o late wo Rajendra Prasad Azad my husband expired on 11th sep 2008, this bank account is seem to only source of income as it is a pension account.

      2) Branch manager of Brahmpur has adviced me not to cheque book as there is so much rush in this branch. I filled ATM form at the time of opening the account in the presence of branch manager he has cross checked my Atm form allong with all other forms which is required to open the bank account.

      3) It is approximately 2 months is passed from the date of account opening however i have not yet received my ATM.

      4) When i called the CUSTOMER CARE[protected] they adviced that they have not yet received any ATM form.

      5) Kindly advice me HOW can i get my ATM card as soon as possible.

        Numerous citizens have been victims of fraudulent and unfair parctices by SBI Cards and payment Services Ltd., Gurgaon. A large numbers of common men are being entrapped by SBI Card whereby the customers are being subjected to fraud, intimidation, threats and extortion. Thereafter, finding no other resources, we, the aggrieved SBI Card Holders in Assam have, in our personal capacities, constituted the SBI Credit Card Victims Forum in order to united stand against the unfair, extortionist and usurious practicies prepetuated by SBI Card and Payments Services Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Haryana.
        There has been widespread resentment against the malpractices of SBI Card. A few such news alreday published in Daily news papers in Assam and all ectronic media in Assam. In view of the severe harassment and extortion faced by the citizens and the employees, The Sadou Asom Karmachari Parishad has issued an ultimatum to State Bank of India to stop illegal practices. The All Assam ME Teachers Association has also adopted a resolution in this regard.
        State Bank of India, which so denied any accountability for the malpractices of SBI Card, has been recently forced to admit its responsibility for the first time, for the acts of SBI Card. However, it is shocking that SBI has not displayed the sincerity or sympathy to the common man expected from leading Nationalised Bank, and it has perhaps tacitly concurred to the various violations commited by SBI Card of Reserve Bank of India Circular no: DBOD.FS.BC/6/24.01.011/2008-09 dated July 1, 2008.
        1. Mis-selling by SBI Card agents to allure customers by misleading & wrong information.
        2. Non-transparent, lumpsum and shady billing without giving the annulised interest rate, number of days and calculations.
        3. Sending o[censored]nsolicited cards, loans & Insurances policies.
        4 SBI Card's agent based at Delhi, Gurgaon etc., persistently bother the card holders at odd hours and resort to verbal intimidation and abuse.
        5. Non-usage of stipulated Arial Font & Size 12 in the Most Important Terms & Conditions(MITC).
        6. No explanation of documentary evidence is provided to the card users when the complaints are made.
        7. No Publicity is given through Electronic and Print Media on Grievances Redressal Machinery.
        8.Threat are dragging customers from any where place of India to Delhi for legal action etc.
        It is also notable that the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission(NCDRC), comprising Justices M B Shah, Rajyalakshmi Rao and Anupam Dasgupta, has stated (Case 51 of 2007) that Reserve Bank of India has to powers but has failed to act against banks charging usurious interest in the name of "deregulation". The Commission has done the job of caping interest rate at 30% and eliminating other"Unfair" trade practices as well. NCDRC's order states its prima facie view that "charging of interest at rate ranging from 36% to 49% per annum is exorbitant and amounts to exploitation of the borrowers/debtors and is usurious". It is therefore scandalous the SBI Card charges interest at more than 40% per annum.
        We regret that Reserve Bank of India has not pro-actively excrecised its power to impose penalties under Banking Regulation Act 1949/the Reserve Bank of India Act. 1934 for systematic & large scale violations of its guidelines by SBI Card. We strongly feel that RBI should have taken action suo moto.
        There is a growing perception that SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd., is an organisation with huge resources designed to take advantage of all procedural and regulatory loopholes, and it has been implementing strategies to first allure and then harass, confuse, intimidate and finally traumatise its customers in order to entrap the helpless common man one by one by using the so far trusted SBI Brand Name & Logo.
        The SBI Credit Card Victims' Forum, Guwahati has therefore appealed to civil society at large, print & electronic media and like minded organisation to come forward against such fraudulent practices.
        In view of the above, we would be grateful if you may kindly initiate suitable remedial steps so that the common man is no longer exploited in violation of SBI Card.

        2. Non-transparent, lumpsum and shady billing without giving the annulised interest rate, number of days and calculations.

        3. Sending o[censored]nsolicited cards, loans & Insurances policies.

        4 SBI Card's agent based at Delhi, Gurgaon etc., persistently bother the card holders at odd hours and resort to verbal intimidation and abuse.

        5. Non-usage of stipulated Arial Font & Size 12 in the Most Important Terms & Conditions(MITC).

        6. No explanation of documentary evidence is provided to the card users when the complaints are made.

        7. No Publicity is given through Electronic and Print Media on Grievances Redressal Machinery.

        8.Threat are dragging customers from any where place of India to Delhi for legal action etc.

        It is also notable that the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission(NCDRC), comprising Justices M B Shah, Rajyalakshmi Rao and Anupam Dasgupta, has stated (Case 51 of 2007) that Reserve Bank of India has to powers but has failed to act against banks charging usurious interest in the name of "deregulation". The Commission has done the job of caping interest rate at 30% and eliminating other"Unfair" trade practices as well. NCDRC's order states its prima facie view that "charging of interest at rate ranging from 36% to 49% per annum is exorbitant and amounts to exploitation of the borrowers/debtors and is usurious". It is therefore scandalous the SBI Card charges interest at more than 40% per annum.

        We regret that Reserve Bank of India has not pro-actively excrecised its power to impose penalties under Banking Regulation Act 1949/the Reserve Bank of India Act. 1934 for systematic & large scale violations of its guidelines by SBI Card. We strongly feel that RBI should have taken action suo moto.

        There is a growing perception that SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd., is an organisation with huge resources designed to take advantage of all procedural and regulatory loopholes, and it has been implementing strategies to first allure and then harass, confuse, intimidate and finally traumatise its customers in order to entrap the helpless common man one by one by using the so far trusted SBI Brand Name & Logo.

        The SBI Credit Card Victims' Forum, Guwahati has therefore appealed to civil society at large, print & electronic media and like minded organisation to come forward against such fraudulent practices.

        In view of the above, we would be grateful if you may kindly initiate suitable remedial steps so that the common man is no longer exploited in violation of SBI Card.

        I am also victimized by SBI credi card & Payment Services Ltd. Last time I purchased something and I paid the full amount (Rs. 3000/-) and Rs. 10 extra after 3-4 days of schedule due date. Moreover, a new SBI credit card was sent to me without taking my consent and subsequently charged for that. But I refused to pay the Annual charges for the new card and the interest for delay. SBI has recently sent a letter and mentioned that legal action will be initiated against me. Please tell me what actually I should do?

          This is to bring to your notice that MY SBI CHEQUE NO 561556 DATED 27/9/2008 FOR RS 1830.00 WAS RETURNED UNPAID DUE TO UNCLEARED AFFECTS FROM MY SBI SAVINGS A / C [ [protected]] ON 3/10/08 BECAUSE OF BANK & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS FROM 30/09-02/10/08.And the same cheque WAS REPRESENTED BY U ON 7/10/08 & WAS DEBITED IN MY SAVINGS A/ C AND CLEARED BY [ SBI CARDS ]. Till date, I have been receiving calls from 8am-8pm daily from number of representatiaves of your recovery dept stating the payment has not been made. I spoke to your managers Sarla & Terry a number of times explaining my concern. They requested me to send the following documents to confirm proof of payment : 1) Copy of bank passbook, 2) Copy of bank certificate 3) Copy of bank statements. The same has been faxed to the your Delhi & Chennai Call Centres on number of occasions. Despite providing all the proof, my payment has not been found & allocated. I have been charged late payment fees & interest charges for a payment that I have made, but has been misplaced by either your company or your sister company SBI bank. Sarla mentioned that payment cannot be found.Why should I be penalised for the error at the bank’s end? I am a customer for 5 years now & have not defaulted with my payments till date. I have been very patient with you for the past two months inspite of been harassed every single day(including Sundays). Your bank has given me enough and more of stress which I cant handle anymore. I have done my part & provided you the required proof to confirm that I have made my payment. Its now your internal problem & you need to sort it out with the bank. I cant do anything more that providing proof. I now want to close my credit card account with immediate effect. A copy of this letter has been sent t to my LAWYER for further action & it has also been sent to SBI Bank.

            Dear Sir,

            My wife had once applied for SBI credit card in 2001. But she has never received any credit card. In 2004 some recovery agent called to her mobile number for paying outstanding amount. She refuses and asks him to give the credit card details so that she can visit to head office of SBI credit card and get the things verified. They have not given any details and disconnected the call. When she calls back the number, the call was not getting connected.

            After 4 years today (17th Dec 2008) she received call from Mr. Rahul Verma[protected], Mob-[protected]) who was asking for paying the outstanding amount. She again requested for the credit card details but he could not furnish. Then I gave him a call and get the credit card number issued in her name. The credit card number he gave is [protected]. I was asking for more details but he was not able to provide me all the details of the transaction happened. I had asked him the address etc.. He has not given me any other details.

            In this case I request you to please resolve the issues and block the credit card.

                      Here This is Geetanjali Rao holding a credit card with SBI. I totally agree that after using the banks money we have to repay it but the collection agency in mumbai of SBI is horrible. I also do need to make settlement with SBI but i told me a collection agency to wait but due to his harrasment my mother had to go with 2 days BP low... lz do contact me through email the procedure for settlement which i would like to do in march or april...

                        Hi, I had taken SBI card in the month of june 2006, till september 12 th 2007, everything was going perfectly well.I made transactions worth 6.5 Lakhs and had a bulk of reward points . so On july 11 th i had contacted SBI customer care to redeem points. since then i had to experience the worst kind of customer services in my life. The word customer care doesnt suit !. i placed a request to get a chess board and Binacuolur and the advisor told that it will take some time for them to deliver the product, i accepted for that. but i never recieved the product, so i called the customer care again in the month of august, the advisor apolized for the delay and informed me that with-in one week i will recieve the product. But i didnt recieve any product. Then i contacted customer care and i was shocked to hear that my card was blocked, i was frustrated at the way the advisor Jennifer spoke with me. It was absolutely appauling service. i asked a simple question : what is a block and she became so furious and i had to loose my balance. she said that my card is blocked in the month of April and i cant redeem the points and renew the card as well. It was a surprise for me. she refused to pass the call to any supervisor, i was helpless. Again i had to call the customer care, i spoke with SriPal, he was very polite, he assured that the card can be reinstated and the block can be removed and he explained the procedure for that, and there was a small hope to continue my relationship with the bank.But suddenly the call got disconnected and i had to make a callback immediately, spoke with an advisor named Kavitha, she told that Sripal had simply documented that the call got disconencted and she said that nothing can be done in this regard, card cannot be reinstated and unblocked, again i was helpless because everytime i have to speak with a different person and have a different solution. There is no integrity in what the staff speak with the customer. I had a very good payment history, i never paid any late charges in the past 12 months.I had refered more than 70 customers to SBI, and i recieved an excellant customer service as a reward for being so loyal to SBI. finally i had to call the customer care again, i spoke with a supervisor named Neelima, she was very polite and understanding, she told that the case would be forwarded to higher authorities and wil be sorted out ASAP. she gave the reference number MQ[protected] . I got many calls from collection department, spoke with Shyam, he assured that if i make a payment minimum amount due then the bank can reinstate the card and remove the block, so i made a payment on 26th october and sending this email as per his directions. but nothing was done to resolve my query/complaint.As i was promised that they would resolve the complaint, I had made the minimum payments thrice which accounts to some Rs8500/ till april 2008.

                        I am not able to apply any Personal loan from any of the banks. I came to know that my name is listed in CIBIL and i will not get any personal loan due to low credit rating. So i was forced to go for a settlement/ closure. I paid Rs 32000/ on may 20th 2008 as per the SBI management's directions. I was promised that my name will be removed from CIBIL in 2 months. Till now my name is not removed. Atleast if they had explained me or kept me informed about the consequences or that they would not fix the issue, i would have gone for a settlement longback. Can we call this as a customer service? .In reality they have torchured me for 8 months for being a very loyal customer .

                        Problem is with my (Ajoy kumar sinha) ATM card. The original card issued on 2007, became defective. I applied for another one. Blocked the previous one in Dec 2014 or Jan 2015. exact date i can’t say (sorry)
                        I got new ATM card, and also PIN number . But the ATM card did not worked. I complained to my branch, and also on line. but the result was zero. I had to block this new ATM card and applied for another new.
                        I got new ATM card, and also PIN number in Dec 2015 . But again the ATM card did not worked.
                        Now you will say to block this card ? How many times I will have to do so.

                          1. I have an account in SBI Subathu, a/c No [protected]. On 23 Dec 08, I tried to withdraw money Rs.20, 000/- from SBI ATM at Sect 6 Dwarka, New Delhi but despite two attempts money could not be withdrawn. On the next day while taking money from SBI ATM at Gopinath Bazar, I noticed that a sum of Rs.40, 000/- has been debited in my account on 23 Dec 2008 in equal transaction of Rs.20, 000/- each.
                          2. I contacted SBI Nangal Raya, Delhi Cantt for help as ATM is under them but thet did not take my complaint. I also contacted my SBI Subathu (HP) who has sent them a fax complaint. But my money has not yet been refunded back. Please help me and advice course of action.                           Unable to open net banking site
                          Dear Sir

                          I had opened a joint saving account ([protected]) along with my wife in SBI Subathu while I was posted in Subathu from 2001 to 2005. I got transferred from Subathu in Oct 2005 and had some balance in my account. I withdrew money through my ATM at Delhi while passing through Delhi.

                          In the moneh of Jan 2008 I received a letter of SBI Subathu through my Head Office stating that individual has taken loan of Rs 15000/- in 2006 and is not repaying it despite repeated requests. Immediately on receiving this information I contacted the SBI subathu Manager to know about the loan case because I had never applied for any loan from SBI Subathu. I sent them a letter asking them to provide me a copy of my loan application form (available with the Bank) and the names of witnesses who have signed the loan application form. On detailed analysis I came to know that the case is not of Loan but a case of ATM withdrawal which the Bank has not debited from my Saving Fund Account. Them I requested the Bank authorities to amend their wording of non repayment of loan by me instead let me know in writing the actual case stating that the it is a case of ATM machine/bank's mistake. Them bank authorities agreed to iot and sent a letter to regretting the mistake of the bank.

                          After consulting many Bank branches about the position on opening of loan account by SBI in any individual's name (in case of ATM machine mistake) when the same individuaa is having live saving bank account in the same branch. All clarified that Bank authorities should have sent an intimation to me stating that due to ATM machine/Bank's mistake an Over drawal of money has been made from my Saving Bank Account.

                          Now Bank has levied a huge sum of interest on that loan account which is by NO means is legal. However Bank Manager (Sh Dinesh Kumar ) is now requesting me to remit the basic value of Rs 15000/- My request is to kindly do let me know if there is any mistake on my part or otherwise It is totally Bank's mistake and banks should pay the interest levied on the unauthorised loan account opened in my name forcibally.                                 This is not only a display of complete failure by SBI, but a fraud.
                                I tried the website for 1 week and failed to get connected.

                                Then I tried several phone numbers including chairman's no:[protected]. A person named R.E Sharma picked up the phone and was so irate to me upon telling the issue. he out rightly denied issues with the web site and said "This is nothing concerning me and This department will not be able help you in any ways" He didnt even show the courtesy of giving me an appropriate contact for complaint. The last he said was that "If you have any grievances WRITE to the chairman"

                                How the HEAVEN one can expect a resolution from such crude people.

                                There is a bigger scam associated with the online recruitment procedure. They are collecting Rupees 250/- from every one. All the candidates pay the money in the bank before trying to access the site. so they end up not only missing the application submission but lose the cash.

                                Think of the total amount they would have collected in this manner considering the fact that the total expected eligible applicants in India is more than 5 Crore.

                                online application is available for Rs. 250/-. For submitting the same I myself is trying it online, but invain due to server error at State Bank of India end. Last date for submitting the same is already over. It is harrassment for all those lakhs of candidates who have already paid the fees of Rs. 250 to state bank but it is not possible for them to submit the application online to them because of server fault at their end.                                     1. I have tried to submit the online form for the above mentioned post but it has been rejected with a message saying "you are under age" whereas my date of birth falls between[protected] and[protected] as mentioned in the employment news.

                                    I have appeared for the written test for the post of "Customer Relationship Execuitves(PB) on 01.02.2009.

                                    In the examination hall the invigilator has collected hall ticket but after the examination I forgot to collect

                                      the aforesaid account was opened in the month of june 2010 at the time of counselling at Manipal University. A cheque book was issued with CBS facility. Recently when a cheque was issued, it was returned with the reason that signatures of the account holder were not scanned in the system. Now over two month have passed and still the scanning is not done putting the account holder to inconvenience,

                                        Sub: - Tier III Group Discussion and Interview for Probationary Officer of State Bank of India (Roll No- [protected] SBI PO Tier-I & II exam was held on 27/4/2008).

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        With reference to the above subject I beg to state that I have applied for the post of Probationary Officer in State Bank of India. The written exam (both Tier-I & II) was held on 27/4/2008. I have received the call letter for the Tier-III Group Discussion and Interview on 30/8/2008 afternoon. The interview was scheduled on 27/8/2008. After receiving the call letter on 30/08/2008 afternoon, I have attended the interview venue at Local Head Office, State Bank of India, Kolkata on 31/08/2008. I have requested for taking the interview on that date or rescheduling the interview to CRPD through telephone. As I was on official tour for the implementation of handloom mark scheme to few remote villages in west Bengal, I was unable to see the result on the internet or in paper.
                                        The same request for rescheduling the interview was repeated over several times through telephone calls, emails, faxes and letters from 31/08/2008 onwards (copy attached—Attachment-I).
                                        Finally I got a reply from CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008 (copy attached---- Attachment -II). In that reply letter my corresponding PIN code no was written wrongly.
                                        The synopsis of the case is given below.
                                        1. Advertisement for the post of PO in SBI was published in The Employment News during Feb, 2008 (Adv. No. CRPD/PO/2007/10)
                                        2. Tier-I & II exam was conducted on 27/04/2008. (Roll No. [protected]).
                                        3. Result of Tier-I & II was published in leading newspapers from 11/08/2008 onwards (as mentioned in their letter no. 1039 dated on 16/10/2008).
                                        4. Result was published in The Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar issued dated 23/08/2008.
                                        5. The interview was scheduled from 25/08/2008 to 31/08/2008 (Kolkata Office).
                                        6. In the website it has been mentioned that Tier-III was conducted during August-September, 2008. I have attended LHO, Kolkata on 31/08/2008. Then why I was not given a chance to sit for Tier-III
                                        7. The schedule of interview for my Roll No. [protected] was on 27/08/2008.
                                        8. On 27/08/2008, there was a Bandh, called by JDP which affected the normalcy of common transportation system in few districts of West Bengal, including my native district Hooghly (nearer to SINGUR). (Newspaper cuttings were already being submitted to CRPD).
                                        9. As I was on official tour to few remote villages in west Bengal, I was unable to see the result on internet or in paper.
                                        10. After receiving the call letter on 30/08/2008 afternoon, I have attended the interview venue at local head office of State Bank of India, stand road Kolkata on 31/08/2008.
                                        11. I have requested to have the interview on 31/08/2008 or rescheduling the interview to any other date to somewhere else.
                                        12. Call letter is dated on 2/08/2008. But Mumbai post office seal was stamped on 12/08/2008 (a delay of Ten days might have resulted in not getting the call letter in time). Hawakhana (my native Post Office) post office seal was stamped on 30/08/2008 and I have received the letter on 30/08/2008.
                                        13. I have received reply from dy. G.M, CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008 (vide email).
                                        14. In the reply letter from dy. G.M, CRPD, Mumbai on 16/10/2008, my corresponding address is given wrong.
                                        15. May be for this kind of careless mistake I was deprived of getting the call letter in time.
                                        Thus I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps so that I can attend the Tier-III Group Discussion and Interview.
