Dear Sir. Madam,

PFA the attachments related to refund of my income tax return,

My Mother shivratri singh received income tax refund cheque dated 17th march 2011 at our home address..

Ref no:- CMP6121644 AMOUNT Rs 9290 and another cheque of Rs 15400 CMP NO PP6987414 DATED 8TH APRIL...


But on receiving the cheque she found out that name spelt was wrongly mentioned in the cheque instead of SHIVRATRI it was wrongly mentioned as SHIVPATRI..

we returend the cheque to SBI aNDHERI midc Branch for correction inname with the pancard details also..

we did 2nd correspondence on 06th june 2011 also... but till date we havent received any communication or fresh cheque with proper name mentioned in it....


numereous visits to income tax office BKC Branch and Sbi bank Midc proved futile.......

My mother being a senior citizen aged 78 years ... have lost trust in the govt agency and bank...


Please look in to the matter and kindly arrange us to issue fresh cheque with proper name mentioned on it.....


all the correspondence and cheque returned attachments are attached pls go thru and revert back to us at the earliest..

    check lately and they are charging fin charges and other charges so please solve this problem
    i want an immediate action about my compliant
    as we are paying the due amount before due date by submitting check to the bank but sbi is receiving lately and they charging fin charges on our account

      I Mr. ALOK KUMAR BARIK residing of Kadalibari Patna gopinathpur, puri -752002 vide sbi card no-[protected] I got calls from the customer care frequently I asked them to sent the transaction statement and it has been communicated to me that your statement has been sent to your mail id, but there was no statement I have received from them .I have not used sbi credit card a single time in my life but I had penalized for non using of card.
      I am mentally harassed and pressurized for this so kindly help me.
      I will not pay my hard earn money for which I was never get benefit for nothing and and will not bear any penalty charged on me because of its and any outcome of it will be the responsibility of sbi cards
      Please for the sake of humanity settle this matter as soon as possible

      SBI Credit Cards — Credit Card Harassment

      Dear Sir,

      Inspite of repeated requests to your organisation, you are still not cancelling my card.

      I have met your manager last year when you demanded 5000 to close the card and explained very clearly to her that I have been alloted this card as a free card and now you came out with a demand of 5000.

      I have requested to let me know any charge pending on this card and she replied back that i have never used the card and it is only the enrollment charges of some Rs.1000 on which you are relentlessly charging interest to make it to Rs.5, 000.

      I have recently received a call from on of your executive with a demand of 10000. Can you please stop this non-sense from your end and close this card as I'am in no way inclined to feed my hard earned money to your fancy interests and yearly charges for a card which is assigned to me as a free card.

      Kindly cancel all the charges including that card.

        i have taken loan from lic hfl Bhopal. and i have salary account in sbi indore sukhniwas branch. 08484. for payment of my loan emi, i opted for ECS facility. sbi not giving proper response. its been 6 month since i am facing problem. lic says, sbi creating problem and sbi says lic creating problem....they have started blame game...but the customer is suffering....my loan account no. in ############

        i had taken loan from sbi,het branch piplani bhopal.i went to bank on[protected] for repaying it back.it is surprising that there was nobody for taking the money.everybody present in the bank told me that the concerned official and the branch manager are not there ,hence nobody can accept the money.i remained there for an hour running pillar to post but nobody could help me and finally i had to return back.

                My name is Sumit Kumar Yadav I have to Purchase a plan for SBI Credit Card in 12month Installment FD Against Credit Card provide by State Bank of India i have a regularly pay bank installment First in Rs. 1103=00 Than Rs.2541.57 start in every month i have use card in at least 5to 6 time and i have realize that if SBI charged in me maximum penalty than i have de-sided this card is close in against this card full payment Rs.25187=00 Dt.05/10/2012. Than Dt.08/10/2012 I have call a customer care saying pls. close my card and my FD amount Transfer my account, Than Customer Care Saying pls. you have send me Application for FD closer than your Amount transfer in your accounts, so I have write application and send a application in SBI card E-mail ID : (feedback.[protected]@ge.com) sending a my application in Dt. 08/10/2012, than customer care reply for me by mail your application is process and we will revert you in 5 Working days but my problem not in solve, than SBI one e-mail in My e-mail ID SEND it you have send me a full details in your Bank Account details & your name add. ETC. than i have send a my full Details in SBI Card Dt.16/10/2012, Than SBI Card Vice President Mr. Kartik G. Mail me My application in process & your problem solve in 5 Working days but my problem not solve in 9working days. than i have resend a my application than again SBI card same response in your problem solve in 5 working days but problem not solve and i have many more time call in customer care but customer care saying same response but solution is nil I Have note a down in Compliant no. is - [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect... this is Complaint no for SBI Credit card Customer care provide me, i am continue calling in customer care in last month dt.08/10/2012to 27/11/2012 but State Bank of India Credit Card Supervises in very poor & very third Class, I am SBI paying amount Rs.25187=00 this amount i am paying in interest in 10% monthly.                 SBI FD — FD Against Credit Card

                I am Subodh Mishra having a fixed deposite which is lien with my sbi credit card.card no.is [protected] After mature my f.d i was applied for my money back to sbi card, i have no outstanding & i also giving a letter with my all details but near to two months passed nothing will happen.

                  1. I hereby brought to your notice that on 19 Nov 12 at 2226 hrs I have booked online E-Ticket (PNR [protected] & Transaction ID [protected]) using my IRCTC Login ID and the payment was made through my SBI Debit card Sl No[protected] issued against my account No. [protected]
                  2. The transaction amount is Rs 1097/- Whereas, the amount is debited twice from my account for same transaction on 20 Nov 12. The total dispensed amount is Rs 1097+1097= Rs 2194. Further, I am not in the possession of Txn Id/UTR No. & ATM Id as the txn was made online.

                  3. It is requested to credit back the excess amount debited to my account

                  SBI — Account Debited Twice

                  My salary account is with you for last 2 and half years. I tried to make a payment by my Gold Visa Debit Card on Dec 16,2009, amount Rs 978.00, which got rejected twice. But it was debited twice .I got one credit back but the second debit has never been credited to my account.
                  That amount is pending with you .I request you to pls look into the matter and help me get my Rs 978 back.

                  Presently, I am residing at Singapore. I am having the NRE account ([protected]) in SBI, Oddanchatram Branch (09588). I request the concerned branch to Issue an International Debit Card (SBI Gold International Debit Card), regarding this Issue, I contacted the local LHO Chennai as well Chairman office, they generated the card for my name and account and dispatched to some one else (The card having name and account number is mine and rest of the details are someone else). Regarding this issue, I went to concerned branch office and explained them, they accept and agreed me to block that fraudent card and issue the new card. After getting the assurance, I left India. Now, I contacted for the same, they are telling you should accept the card...So, kindly help me in this regard...
                  I was so tired to send replies to the officials, still, they are not able to understand my problem and I never seen such a work service providing bank in my life...

                  With respect I humble request that My SBi account No. [protected] in the name of Rollen Ezung CIF No. [protected]. Address Kedime colony Jalukie Town Peren : Nagaland Branch Code SBI0006482 deducted Thrice in online Airtel Digital Dish TV recharge of A sum Rs.500/- (thrice 1500/-) through Google pay platform and it even shown as failed but deducted twice more.

                  Therefore kindly look into the matter.

                    I have paid Rs 1575/ through SBI Dhakuria branch chaque no.836452 dtd 13/11/12 and the same amount debited from my account on 14/11/12 but the same is not yet been credited my SBI Card vide no, [protected].
                    Afore said facts is very unfortunate for me and in case the same will not be solved within further 3 days then I Will cancel this bogus cards.

                      My name is Mithun Soni, I am being with State Bank of India from more than three years. My saving bank account number is [protected] in SBI branch with branch code 010853. I am also availing Internet Banking Services of SBI. Due to some reason my mobile number that was registerd in Internet Banking was deactivated and thereafter I submitted online application for change of mobile number to the branch. But concerned officer was unable to do so (because the Internet Banking services provided to me earlier was given by another officer) due to unavailability of INB password. Problem has become adverse now because my registered mobile number has been allotted to some other person by the company and all my secret information regarding my account will be going to that person through SMSs which is very much dangerous for me and it will be annoying for him also. Kindly take positive action for solving my problem from SBI officials.

                        Myself had applied Credit Card recently, I hear from the Banks that my names is listed in the defaulter List of CIBIL. I had a credit card in year 2005 from SBI which was long unpaid due to wrong charges later I paid and settled all my dues in year 2008 and have the settlement letters from Bank on the their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from our end.

                        But still my name is in the defaulter list.

                        I have never reveived any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

                        Kindly advise how to removed my name from the defaulter list with immediate effect. We are ready to give you all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions.

                        Kindly help us me on this regards.

                        Looking forward to a suitable action at the earliest from your end.

                          Account debited without disbursing cash from ATM
                          Sir,
                          I suresh chandra a/c no. [protected] saving account holder of SBI Lalkuan(Nainital), Uttarakhand branch.I transact from AXIS Bank ATM at Air Force Station, Hakimpet(AP) of 1500/- on April 2009, the ATM machine did not delivered cash but debited from my account. I complained about this matter to my account branch and also on the complain book of axis bank atm. My account not credit by this amount till date.

                          I am using ATM card of PNB ... i visited thrice my near by atm centre for withdrawal purpose but i failed today also...

                          A Plaque card is handged on the door neck by indicating that this ATM is outof service ...

                          by everytime i have to spend nearly 10- to 15 rs for bus ... for 3 trip i spend minimum 100 rs for the stupid purpose which is good for nothing ...

                          in short i would like to know when the atm service should be resumed or rectified ...please

                          if this continueing for other 15 days please let me know ...

                          becoz the buswala will never proivde free service or else...

I had not received the rest amount from ATM machine. But i had not received 1800/- rupees. and in my bank entry i saw it that i amount of rs. 4000/- was cut. so now please solve my problem. i will very thankful to you.

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            It is submitted that I am a retired Sub Major of Indian Army. That on 25 Nov 2011, I took pension/personal loan having A/C No [protected] for an amount of Rs. 1 lacs from SBI Trimulgherry Branch, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, where I hold my pension account. The pension term was for 3 years @ Rs. 3600/- per month . However to my surprise the branch has recovered/deducted double the amount that is Rs. 3600/- twice a month, which has not only put me in the financial instability as well as depreived of my legitimate pension. In just ten months, the branch has recovered 20 installments from my pension which is not in order. As well as interest more than Rs. 9500/- has also been deducted from my pension. It is really shocking to me. When on 16 Nov 2012 I visited the Branch Manager, he accepted his mistake but denied to make any adjustments to the installments/interest amount.

                            In view of the above, it is humbly requested to compensate the amount that I have given more than the due and also provide the extra compensation for the burden given by the bank.

                                  I am a pension holder being PPO NO. LMG/PEN/ELEC/198 (SB A/C. NO. [protected]) received a pension revised order from The Sr. Divisional Accts. Officer ,DFM , N.F.Railway Lumding dated. 03.04.2012.

                                  The letter was received by me on the month of May ' 2012.

                                  But till date I have not received revised pension portion from the Bank , for which I fail to know the exact amount if increased .

                                  I have asked number of times to our accountant SBI and he expressed he cann't do anything because the matter was handled by SBI , CPPC , Kolkata .

                                  The letter was issued by SBI , Ashoknagar to the name of SBI , CPPC , dated. 10.07.2012.

                                  But surprisingly no action has been taken ,

                                  I cannot understand the reason of delay and to whom I have to approach.

                                  Check that the BSR code and other bank details are correct on your revision order. For more details you can contact Central Pension Accounting Office (cpao.nic.in)toll free [protected]. But for that you must have a new 12 digit PPO number coz they will ask for the same at the time of your inquiry. Hope this will help you

                                    ONLINE SBI PAYMENT GATEWAY ERROR

                                    I am an account holder (both NRE and NRO) with SBI, NRI Branch Mumbai. I had sizable NRE deposits with the Bank. I was advised to convert these NRE deposits to NRO, so as to avail benefit of a lower tax rate on interest income. I was also advised that income-tax on NRO deposits will be deducted only at 10% under the double taxation avoidance scheme, if a self-declaration of residency is submitted. This had been complied with. Recently, I saw maturity value of some of my deposits were calculated deducting tax at 30% or so. On enquiring with the bank, I was told that 30% tax was being applied as that was the norm. I was also informed that in order for one to obtain the lower limit of 10%, one need to submit TRC from the tax authorities in the resident country. This information was given to me only after my asking the bank why a higher rate of tax was shown against my deposit. Had I not noticed this and brought to the attention of the bank, I am sure, the bank would not have taken the initiative of informing of the changed procedure and requirement, whereby I would have lost substantial amount by way of tax on interest. On checking this point over telephone, the reply I received was of arrogance of a usual Govt organization and not that of a friendly bank. I am initiating steps to close all my accounts with SBI and transfer them to a friendly bank.

                                      billing statement for the month of Oct/Nov 2012 Amt. in Rs.833.94 is wrongly billed since the credit card alloted to me is Free of Cost but you have renewal charges which should be deleted and revised statement may be send here it is also intimated that your all free tool Telephone number are blocked & out of order please make it correct so that I can contract on phone also.
