Two moths back i got SBI credit card,At the time SBI team asked me for CPP card protection plan activation, I told them i don't want this CPP activation. But they have debit the amount Rs1680/- from my card account,then i have called customer care and ask them to revert back the mentioned amount and it was done.Then this month again they debit Rs.1680/- reason they have mentioned in my statement like transfer to flexipay...

RS3000 less transaction during atm transaction

I had drawn rs 40,000 through my atm( card no[protected]
in three transaction. first transaction was of rs 20,000 and
transaction no was 1706, second and third transaction was of rs 10,000
each with transaction no 1707 and 1708 respectively.In first

late fees and over limit fees.

Hello ,

I am regular user of SBI credit card for a long time.

In last month due to sudden death in my family I was quite unable to available in my city and to make payments.

In the statement generated on 17 september 2012 , they have charged over limit fees of INR 500 and late fees of INR 700.

As i regularly pay SBI . then too they unnecessarily charged huge amount on my cards.br...

My a/c No. is SB [protected] at CGO Complex New Delhi. Today I checked my account through mini statement and found that I lossed my balance of Rs. 1,79000/- through DEBIT SWEEP on 14.9.2012. I am totally shocked to see my available balance. I do not have internet banking facility for my above account.

we not able to use net banking service

Non receipt of card
