Respected Sir,

Unavailability of New Account Generation Form in SBI bank.- City- Kaij, Dist- Beed.
This problem is happened every day in the bank and personally i faced this problem for 15 days from 5-Nov-2012 to 16-Nov-2012.
When i communicated with the manager of SBI bank they told me the problem of resources (Employees) in the Bank and also told me availability of form only on Monday and Tuesday itself.

When i asked for Requisition details they told me only 50 form would be distributed on monday and tuesday.

Population of kaij is near about 2 lacks. Then how the 50 forms will be sufficient for those ??
This is very very genuine problem of SBI customers and they wait for 2-3 hours for just getting the form and customers make the lane before opening the form outside the Bank from 8:30 AM.

I think SBI is of the biggest Banking Corporation in India (One of the BEST BRAND). And due to this problem one day reputation will surely down.

Please do action for this.

      Respected sir,
      I had deposit a demand draft no.-978319 dated 27/03/2012 for Rs. 3831/- issued by PNB/Badgaon/Gonda (UP), in State Bank Of India, Alinagar, Gorakhpur on date 30/03/2012. But till date this amount is not submitted in SB A/C no.-[protected] ( State Bank of India, Rly colony/Gorakhpur). After this, i was send a registred letter on date 29/08/2012 to AGM/SBI/Gorakhpur, SBI/Alinagar/Gorakhpur and PNB/Circlr office,Faizabad, PNB/Badgaon/Gonda, but till date no any reply recd.. from any side. After not receiving any letter from any side, a was also lodged a complaint to banking lokpal/Kanpur with e.mail and registred on date 16/10/2012 but till date no reply receiving from banking lokpal/Kanpur.
      In above matter, kindly help me and cleared my amount from reffered bank.

      Sub -: (1) I went to withdraw money from ICICI /ATM located at petrol pump ATM no. 1891/ATM no. 4006/ICICI bank (location power house chowk Muzaffarpur, Bihar).

      (2) Please let me know the name of employee who were deputed to fill the cash on 24/04/2011 & 25/04/2011.

      (3) Please let me know the statement of employees who were deputed for refilling the cash in cash bin above ATM on 24/04/11 & 25/04/11
      whether the cash rs. 10, 000 was found excess or not.

      (4)Whether the excess detected cash has been handed over to SBI official or ICICI or not ?

      (5)Please furnish the statement of J P Roll/transaction statement Of ATM no.1891/ATM no. 4006 on 24/0411 at 5:54 pm & 5:59./25/04/11

        I am a villager of village bhumbalia in district pali. I applied for the loan under KCC scheme in State bank of india jaitaran branch. All the formalities were duly completed and my land was mortgaged but i havent got the loan till now. and no furthur proceedings are taken by bank also. please look in to the matter and kindly listen to my grievance.

          I'm using SBI credit card for past 1 and half years. 3 months back I made two balance transfers to my HDFC and CITI bank credit cards. And two months back I made one more BT to my HDFC credit card. When I called SBI customer care for this BT facility, they didn't give enough information on how the interest is calculated. When I see the statement on October 15th, I was totally shocked. What they said is, it is calculated as day basis. But they didn't tell the formula to get the interest amount. I tried myself and got somewhat nearer amount as they mentioned. I paid partial amount on 31st of October. Again today (16th of November) I received the latest statement. In that also the interest amount mentioned is different from as I expected. The customer care people also doesn't know how it is calculated. If I request for interest calculation sheet (usually you can get it from other banks), they are saying we don't have such future. How should I get the proper information from SBI credit card?

              With reference to your letter dated 29/05/2012, the Manager SBI Branch Nagpur started deducting Rs. 20,000/- per month from June 2012 to August 2012. Total Rs. 60,000/- recovered from my pension. As per your revised pension pay order no.[protected]/1081143/A3 (6th Pay Commission from 2006 Aug 2012) dated 18th Sept. 2012, bank has stopped recovery & regularised my monthly pension from Sept 2012.
              Therefore I request you to refund the recovered amount of Rs. 60,000/- as soon as possible.

                    I Mr. jinku nahar deka having an account in state bank of India with acNo. [protected] branch-duliajan (2053).
                    On 18 August 2009 while accessing my S.B.I. account via an A.T.M. located in Guwahati, junali branch.
                    The A.T.M. processed my request but failed to dispense the sum of Rupees 10000/- (rupees ten thousand only).
                    Thus the amount has been deducted from my account and never been readjusted after several complaints.
                    The complaints were given online as well as personally to my branch manager.
                    However I have had no response from the respected officials.

                      I am holder of SBI defense platinum card wef from mar 2012 and has been using the card extensively .

                      2.On 29 Aug 12 I was intimated through SMS that my card has been blocked as a precautionary measure due to suspect fradulent transactions . On talking with the customer care the same day I was informed that my card was blocked due to some petrol outlet transactions and will be issued with a fresh card if required,

                      3.Subsequently I received an sms on 30 Aug 12 to call the customer care for reactivation of my card. Even before I could call the customer care for reactivation I received an SMS on 01 Sep 12 that on the basis of your request a new card has been despatched.

                      4. I would like know the following clarifications from you before I initiate further legal Actions.
                      (a) The card has been blocked unilaterally by your bank.As per the Master Circular on Credit Card Operations of banks DBOD.No.FSD.BC. 14 / 24.01.011/ 2011-12 dtd July 1, 2011 issued by RBI Each bank must have a well documented policy and a Fair Practices Code for credit Card operations. Kindly intimate what is the policy for blocking credit cards . Additonally despite of having contact details why no prior consent was taken from the customer for the same and what was the nature of the fraudulent transaction which is going to affect me in the future may kindly be intimated.
                      (b) What are the reasons for cancelling the whole card instead of just deactivating it. Additionally if the card has been blocked due to fraudlent transactions the charges for the same should be waived off.

                      (c) The customer care and floor manager has been clearly intimated that I want the existing card to be reactivated and not an issue of new Card.The bank has falsely stated that based on my request a new card has been despatched. This is also breach of customer confidentiality and false statement by the bank . As per para 6.1 D The consent for the cards issued or the other products offered along with the card has to be explicit and should not be implied. In other words, the written consent of the applicant would be required before issuing a credit card. Kindly intimate what explicit consent has been obtained ,

                      5. Despite being a valuable customer and corporate account the unilateral and illogical action taken by the bank has created losses for me and I am forced to take remedial action . Despite of forwarding numerous complaint mails to Ms Divya Dhody Vice President & Chief Nodal Officer
                      Customer Services SBI Cards and also calling the customer support team the issue has not been resolved

THEY TOLD ME AS A VALID CUSTOMER OF SBI CREDIT CARD SBI IS OFFERING ME A CARD WHICH I CAN USE FOR DIFFERENT PURCHASE WITH SUFFICIENT DISCOUNT.THEY TOLD ME THE CARD HAS NO CHARGES FOR ONE YEAR. THEY KNOW THE DETAILS OF MY CREDIT CARD & VERIFYING MY ADDRESS,DATE OF BIRTH EVERYTHING LIKE SBI PERSONS. I THOUGHT THEY ARE SBI PERSON. TRUELY SPEAKING I THOUGHT THEY ARE SBI PERSONS & THEY HAVE COLLECTED MY ONE TIME PASSWORD ALSO. AFTER THAT ONE MESSAGE CAME TO ME
                            " TRANSACTION OF RS. 5999/- MADE ON YOUR SBI CREDIT CARD AT SHIFTTHOUGHTS CONSULTI ON 9/11/12". THIS IS A CHITTING. AFTER THIS THEY RING ME SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THEIR PROPOSAL & ADDRESS CONFIRMATION IS NOT GIVEN. ALSO I HAVE LODGED ONE COMPLAIN TO SBI CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH "PROBLEM" MESSAGE & BY PHONE I HAVE INFORMED IT TO SBI. THEY BLOCKED MY CARD AT PRESENT & TOLD ME TO RING ME AGAIN ON 12/11/12.

                              I don't have any credit card with SBI, but I have recently received 3 OTPs to my mobile No.[protected] through sms. I was shocked and sent reply sms that I don't have any credit card and how I will get OTP. But no reply received from your end. This day I received 3 sms about 1) transaction of Rs.1,447,44 made on SBI credit card XX2132 at cinepolis on 11-11-12 received: 01:23:11am from LM-SBICRD, 2) transaction of Rs.964.96 made on SBI credit card XX2132 at cinepolis on 11-11-12 received: 01:26:50am from LM-SBICRD and 3)transaction of Rs.751.41 made on SBI credit card XX2132 at book my show on 11-11-12 received: 01:35:43am from LM-SBICRD. Kindly inform how these transactions occurred and stop payment to these transactions immediately.

                              I have sent The Dispute form to Gurgaon address (mentioned on form)
                              SBI card,
                              the SAID transactions and complaint is now settled. and is rectified in latest bill.
                              Still will I have to send the dispute form?
                              DO you have an SBI Credit card account? If not, just visit any nearest SBI bank and get in touch with the manager with this issue. Most probably, someone else who got an card gave the wrong number by mistake and his transaction summary is coming to you. That last 4 digit of card will come handy when you get in touch with any branch manager. They can narrow down the card and remove that phone number for you.

                                Hi,

                                I had used my SBI credit card for 999/-. Later I didn't receive any bill statement through any source. After many month I got a call from SBI credit card department and they were asking some 2500/- including the interest rates. Since it was not my fault, I made an agreement for settlement by paying 1500/- instead of 999/-. Also they told they don't put my name in defaulter in CIBIL report. But now I am struggling to get any loan due to this (they have put my name in defaulter)

                                How can I overcome from this problem, Please help.

                                  I registered for SMS banking as per the guidelines.
                                  For activation when i called to SBI call center, they suggested to visit service branch. my service branch is Vengalrao nagar, Hyderabad.
                                  i visited and explained my problem. to active my SMS banking i wait for 1 hr 30 minutes.
                                  this activation took 24 hrs.

                                  After 24 hrs, when i try to access SMS banking thru my phone, i got reply that your phone has more than one activated user ids.
                                  Again i called to SBI call center and got same reply from them, that to visit service branch.

                                  next day i went to service branch and i wait in front of the employee to resolve my problem.
                                  But she did not resolved my problem. i stand in front of her for 2 hrs.

                                  At last i loose my patients and just exit from the Worst SBI branch.

                                  i decided not to use SBI bank for my further transactions. They are not interested in servicing the people.

                                    not received family pension
                                    My father Shri P.K.jain retired from SBI. MY father expired on 12/2/12. after death of my father my mother applied for family pension in month of February.
                                    But my mother pension starts from July 2012.we have not received pension for balance month.i Copmplaints for balance pension in my pension branch serval times but i have not get any satisfactory answer or balance pension both.in fact in July pension bank deduct Rs 3506.00 for communation from Rs 7066.00 Actually this deduction is fully wrong.we remembered serval times in home branch but they should not give any satisfactory answer or solved our problem.we are very mentally disturbed from SBI service.Pension is the only source for me in these old days and i am facing a lot of financial difficulties

                                    My father late Tairas Lakra had been expired on 11.09.2009. He was a Retired Teacher in Jharkhand Government. All the documents have been submited in the month of October,2009 for Family Pension to my mother Mrs. Mukta Mani Lakra at S.B.I. Simdega.It is come to know that matter has been refered to Pnsion Branch Patna. But there is no any action has been taken in this regard till date. We are in financial strains.Early action is solicited in the matter,otherwise we have no option left but to refer the case to higher level (i.e. SC&ST Commission, R.B.I. and Legal Step etc.)

                                      i have dropped allahabad bank, tonk road branch jaipur's cheque of rupees 21538/- in drop box of SBI, transport nagar branch on[protected] and till today[protected] it has not been creditted to my SBI A/C no. [protected]. it is a matter of local city clearing becoz both branches are in jaipur so why so much time in clearing.
