I HAVE TAKEN CREDIT CARD FROM STATE BANK OF INDIA HAVING NO [protected] .I HAVE SO FAR BEEN UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE BILLS AT REGISTERED ID OR AT MY RESEDENTIAL ADDRESS.WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO MAKE TIMELYPAYMENT OF BILLS AND I MAY BE PENALISED FOR LATE PAYMENT OF BILLS
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO SEND BILLS AT MY REGISTERED ID AND AT MY RESEDENTIAL ADDRESS

Sbicard — non receipt of statement

Dear Sir,

For the last three months i have not received my card statement. I have tried their website and customercare on telephone also. All i get in return is threatening calls for payment. I am not even able to see what charges they have levied. I am no longer interested in their card though i m holder of this card for the last 10 years. Pl. help me.

though i have received message in my mobile phone that my bill for august 15th has been despatched

I have not received the bill of credit card no[protected] of sbicards as yet, despite two reminders . The bill date has elapsed. If any charge is levied against me , it shall not be at all justified . However, as a precaution i have deposited more than the withdrawn amount i.e rs 3000/- by debit to my a/c on 11/03/2011, but so far no receipt therof has been received by me either thru my e-mail or on mobile . kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
I have also successfully registerd my card on the site . but in the process i have forgtten my newly created password . I have also informed the same to open the locked pw so that i may be able to view my statement as and when i require,

I am not receiving my sbi credit card statement for the last few months. My card

No [protected]. I want to know my outstanding balance on my card which i want to

pay in full. I was offered Rs. 50000/-as loan, when your sbi agent was asked whether i can

pay the amount after 2 or 3 months in full, he said that that can be paid. Now i want to close the

above said loan. please guide me. also remember that i need not pay any annualfee. But i think

it was debited to my card a/c. I am unable to keep track of my spendings, my charges debited

etc., as i am not getting my statement of a/c.

    I am holding PPF account with your bank. As on date (31-Mar-2011) balance in my ppf account was 50800.00 INR & Interest credited should be at least 4000.00 INR on date (31-Mar-2012). But interest credited is 2521.00 INR.I approached the branch manager but they say like they are helpless they can do nothing regarding PPF.
    I am giving all relevant details here. Please look in to this matter. Looking forward from your side to resolve this problem.
    If you can not resolve the problem then tell me can my account be transferred to ICICI Bank where PPF facility is also available.

      SBI — CVV code

      Kindly name me SBI card which carries a CVV Code, so that i can get railway reservation, booking of tickets, etc. from my card. I have SBI cash plus(shopping card) through which railway reservation/booking of tickets are not possible(I dont want credit cards)

        Dear All,

        I had received call from SBI Bank dadar branch for SBI Credit Card and then they said sir due to regular usage of IRCTC they want to offer me SBI credit card free of charge. It has charge of 500 rs which will be waived off internally by there branch once card is issued.

        No documents was signed by me but they said they will handover me Kit and at that time they will take my signature. I received call form them stating i will receive call of confirmation and i should say yes for charge instruction and application and then they will deliver Kit to me.

        Once they sended me this card and i received statement where 500 rs was charged to me and then i called them and again asked they said since you have used more than 2000 Rs it will be automatically reversed in 2nd bill statement but nothing has been done even in 2nd statement.

        I have xerox copy of person collected my document, telephone no of person who called me and there agency no but there i no one who will take my complaint. Kindly help me with it. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]

          sir
          i want to open an savings account in SBI bank ,shrimadhopur(sikar) branch in rajasthan state.
          when i go there all time the tell me single thing that come tomorrow coz we dnt hv enough time.
          next nine days i went there but finaly i told theme that they want to open my acc. or not?
          then the manager told me rudely that stay outside the bank i will not open ur acc. and dnt try to teach me any rule coz i am manager here.
          so plz i kindly request to you do action fast coz many people are not able to open their acc. in this branch only coz of his irresponsible behavior.

            Hi,

            I had appllied for a loan in ICICI bank, but when they had taken my CIBIL report in that two loans are shown, one auto loan( Cholamandalam) and one Credit card( SBI Cards), when i raised a dispute case in CIBIL against this, my auto loan gets cleared but the SBI Credit cards remain there but till date i hadn't taken any credit card from SBI cards,the information they had sent to CIBIL against my name is wrong after contacting SBI card many times they hadn't taken any preventive action against this even when enquired by CIBIL people also they said the informations are correct

            I had cross checked records in the SBI with the help of some reference whats refelecting in their records is

            Which are not matching at all but still they are not correcting the same in the CIBIL

            SBICARD's CREDIT CARD — MY NAME PUT IN CIBIL EVEN AFTER GETTING NO DUE CERTIFICATE FROM SBI

            SBI CARD No. [protected]

            I was 1st issued SBICARD's Credit card in 1997. Utilisation and settlement was prompt and always in order.

            An offer for loan of Rs. 25,000.00 created all the problems. There arose disputes, and I settled the dues, after a great deal of correspondence and telephonic talks.

            Despite an assurance given by Mr. Rahul Sharma ( Mob: [protected], [protected],[protected], the dealing officer for SBI CARD side at New Delhi, that after the last payment DD is received, a NO DUES CERTIFICATE will be instantly issued to me, this NDC did not follow, although the last payment was made in Sept. 2007.

            Subsequently, I had to travel to New Delhi to obtain this NDC. After going through an ordeal of visiting 5 offices of SBI CARDS, for 2 days, I was able to procure an NDC dt. 11th JAUNARY 2008 duly signed by Manager- Payment Assistance.

            IT IS MORE THAN T W O Y E A R S, since I have made all the required payments / settled the a/c as per settlement terms, my name still appears in
            CIBCIL list.

            SBI Credit Card — Request for No Due Certificate

            My Cibil Report Control Number is[protected] and came to know that a sum of Rs. 1175/. has been over due and later the amount has been written off by the credit card company due to wrong transactions made by them.I request you to advise me the procedure and how to get the No due Certificate from them.

              Hi,
              I am using SBI credit card for past two year.
              I have converted my purchase of 56423 to flexipay for 24 months with 14.5% flat rate.
              I already paid 10 EMI and I want close the EMI.
              They are charging 26% per year in reducing interest instead of 14.5 % flat rate.
              They have charged me 9417 rupees interest for 10 month whereas total interest per year is 8181.
              They are really cheating customer when they foreclose the flexipay by taking more interest(28%)
              Please solve this issue.

                In December 2011 while taken loan. From Noida office…they convinced me to take and accept the offer of credit card from ,but I did not received any kind of card and 14-15 days before one person telephone me to pay sum amount of money…but why should I pay when I did not received any card….and I don’d even know the number and how to operate it. I haven't received anything from them and helpline numbers never connect. They also said after one year if you don’t apply for next year it will cancel .On that phone he said that purchase has been done from Gurgaon but I have not gone there ever. I want cancel my card please give the information how to cancel the card and i want to talk with customer care & give the number ....

                  I had applied for redemption of reward points on SBI cards, and they promptly charges me Rs 99 for the handling charges. But they never sent me the product. Later on contacting the customer care, I was told that the same is delivered through speed post. But they are not ready to share the proof of delivery against this claim.

                      I am Bhushan, I have saving Account No- [protected], in SBi Jangpura, New Delhi, for kind your information was fasing lotz of problenm in ATM withdrawal as well as on date 01/03/2012 for two times Rs 1000/- & Rs 5000/- in Kenra Bank ATM & Other at Ashram, New Delhi
                      in other case Rs 5000/- dated on 03/03/2012,
                      according to above my Rs.11000 has been debited from my account through invalid Transaction withdrawal because i d,t recived any above amount from ATM in above Transaction.

                      after the complain in your costmercare i have recived the amount Rs. 5000 on date 17/04/2012 but now my current outstanding amount Rs. 6000.00 are not credited till today in my account.

                      I therefour requesting you please take a required action on this
                      for the reference i have attached all complain related converseatin doucument with your bank. so please find the attachment.

                        Sir,I have opened A saving account & A PPF account at SBI,Dehra on same day(14/09/2012).but I was given different CIF No.s.I opted for netbanking on same day & kit was provide,but again to my surprise,only my Saving account was mapped to it,PPF account was not mapped to Internet banking.Then again I visited the bank personally for the same purpose,what i found that SBI personnel's are not Technology friendly.they are helpless in sorting out my problem.They Have NO IDEA......its really embarrassing on part of SBI,two accounts in the same Branch,opened on same day,but Internet banking for single account & even employees unaware of technology.Kindly help me out in mapping my PPF account to my internet banking.

                          I have PF account in calicut ( Kerala ) PF A/C No :[protected]. , when I was working there in Iqraa Hospital Calicut. I resigned from the job 5 month back . And I closed my PF account and they sanctioned Rs: 23,268. Claim ID: KRKKD[protected] . I received two cheque [ Cheque No: 658391 and 683366 ] from Employees Provident Fund department calicut. I submitted that cheque in through my Federal bank account [ A/C No: [protected], fedreral bank, K.R. Puram branch, Bangalore ] . The cheque belong to SBI Mananchira (Calicut).That cheque rejected on 09/10/2012 and they deducted Rs: 226 from my account towards cheque rejection charge. And I have contacted them (PF). Then they told me that it will not reject like that and they told me to submit it again. Again I did the same then again they rejected the cheque on 13/10/2012 Rs: 113 from my account on 13/10/2012. Till now I didnt get the money and i lossed total sum of Rs : 339 from my account . I request you to please help me to solve this problem.

                            My Brother-in-law approached SBI of Akkiteddigum Branch situated at Lopudi Cross roads to make a NEFT payment to my ICICI Bank account through his SB account held at that branch. But he was denied of the facility to him because he does not have a cheque book linked to his account. Even the branch manager had him self said that without cheque they cannot do NEFT { Either by cash Withdrawl form or direct debit through NEFT request form.                                 Sir, my ward is studying in the ITM (Institute Of Technology And Management) University, Uparwara, New Raipur, Chhattisgarh (493661) i C.k.Rajgopal father of Amit Raj has applied for the education loan in state bank of India sector-1, bhilai (c.g) i have filled the form and submited to Mr. VIVEK TRIPHATI he acceted the form all documents are verified by him 06/10/2012 then on 09/10/2012 i have recived the call from the bank she said that your ward is studying in the engineering colleage which is afflicated from University Grant Commission(UGC) and not from AICTE so we are unable to give your ward the education loan sir it is clearly written in the website of sbi that student studying in UGC afflicated college is elgible for getting loan and if the child has got the admssion in then it is the right of child to get the education loan then why the bank is not giving the loan ,sir please take necessary action as soon as possible if the loan will not given to my ward my ward will unable to continue his further education.

                                  I(M.Sudheer) having a savings account SBI, Piler Branch. My account Number is ([protected]), I had deposited a cheque of INR 2360/- on 8th September 2012 (08/09/2012) in SBI, Piler branch i.e., my home bank but till now the cheque is not cleared.almost one month is over.                                       We Have Deposit Cheque Of Rs.13200/-(Cheque No.020850/03/09/2012 PDCC, Branch Nirgudsar Tal-Ambegaon Dist-Pune)in our SBI Bank Account No.[protected]. At Date 04/09/2012. But Cheque Amount Not Deposit In Our Account From to present Day. When I Have Inquired In SBI Bank (Manchar) Their Related Worker Says to us cheque In Prossesing, We Asked To All Of Our Bank Officers, How Many Days Want To Collection Of Payment in One "TALUKA's" Area.(Only 17Km Between Both Banks.)
                                      When I Meet to Their Branch Manager, He Said You Can inquired after 2 Days. We Have Inquired after 2 Days he Say's us, Come After 4 Or 5 Days. After 5 Days I inquired in Bank their Accounting Workers/clerk says, Cheque Bounced From Their PDCC Bank. But I Said to him, How Possible Of Cheque Bounced, Because In the PDCC Bank Account Balance (Rs. 3.5Lakh) Was Sufficients for cheque Collecting. but they are not listening to us. Other Worker in This Branch Behaviered Bank Was Their Owned. We Confused After their behaviour, Who is the Bank Owner, "Account Holders" Or "Bank Workers". It's Not fair For Banking service. If this Condition continued in Features, Many More Bank Acconut Holder Closed their Accounts from this Bank. Because this is not only Bank Workers Bad Behaviour, We Account Holder Fills This is the Backlogs Of Banks. If we Can't got well service, those we Closed our both Savings Accounts From Your Banks.

But I have not received any money from Indian Bank ATM and my account showing Rs.18000/- debited for the transaction After that we have withdrawal two times(Rs10000 &Rs5000)
                                        now my account showing negative balance.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and request you to credit (reverse) my hard earn money in my account as soon as possible.
