Sir. MY REFERENCE NUMBER : SPDC:012009 Actually I had one SMS on mobile in that shell international mobile draw 2009, its send to Mr. J. Anthony from the uk i was elect in the winner. Mr. J.Anthony was give a winning certificate from the shell interantional mobile draw 2009 the winning prize of 200, 000.00 GBP, and accept from the e-mail of winning certificate and Mr. J.Anthony was told I will transfered to Indian Bank Account and I had paid to Barrister Victor Brown Chamber for FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE.
