[Resolved]  Siti Cable — set top box not working

I AM A RESIDENT IN CALCUTTA MY MOB NO IS [protected] I PURCHASE A SITI CABLE SET TOP BOX FROM THEIR DEALER/AGENT VCN IN LINTON STRRET, KOLKATA 14, I MAKE COMPALAIN FOR SET TOP BOX SINCE THERE IS NO PICTURE AND VOICE BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN I HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE

Siti Cable — Siti cable operator Arjun Nagar demanding Rs.400 for replacement of the smart card

Sir/Maam, Siti cable operator in Arjun Nagar, near green park PO Safdarjung enclave, new Delhi 110029 is demanding Rs400 to replace the smart card and he is asying that this is as per the directives of the siti cable. Please look in to the matter and resolve ASAP. Regards, Hemant Soni

I am a resident of Parnasree Pally of Kolkata of West Bengal. My mob no is [protected]. I have Siti Cable TV connection. I purchased a siti cable HD set top box from their dealer/agent/service provider. Since yesterday(30.08.2018) the set top box is not working. Even its red light of power on is not glowing. I have complained to my service provider ( Since I purchased the set top box from him) for several times. But no action has yet been taken. Even any representative from service provider did not attend to see the problem. This is very ridiculous.

Kindly resolve this matter as the earliest.

City cable is worst service provider, don't subscribe it, even customer care not responding.

Siti digital is worst cable network ever, very poor customer service and very unprofessional call center excutive, i suggest you to not use siti digital settop box
