[Resolved]  Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors — Booking Gas

This distributor has office at No.71/1, mehta Arcade, 15th Crs, 6th Ph, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078. They will never pick up the call. I have been trying three phone no.22458991, 41216940, 22456296 continuously for four hours. Many times it rings, no one will pick up. This is happened form several moths. Very Very bad service. IOCL or someone please do something for this.

Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors — Non attending of booking over phone

I have been trying to book my cylinder every month with difficulty. The reason, for the last 4 to 5 months, I am unable to contact any of their four numbers given in the bill. Either the phones are ringing (no one recieves the call) or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. I have personally called the Customer care & promptly they had taken the complaint & for the following month I was able to get my refill in time.
I have also come to understand that we can get the refill booked after 21 days. But my distributor says minimum 30 days are required for any refill booking.
Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done every month over phone itself. The agency is not giving proper response.

When I was fixing my new cylinder, I found that Gas was leaking. I've informed the gas company on 20th August'09. They have called a person Nagendra to attend the complaint. He sent another person to check it. He confirmed the leakage from cylinder and also he said that he will replace it by 3 pm. Though I called many times to nagendra, he is not sending the new cylinder. We are suffering a lot without cylinder.

We are really fedup with the distributer's perfomance.

Hi,
When I was fixing my new cylinder, I found that Gas was leaking. I've informed the gas company on 19th August'09. They have called a person Nagendra to attend the complaint. He sent another person to check it. He confirmed the leakage from cylinder and also he said that he will replace it by 3 pm on 19th Aaugust'09. Though I called many times to nagendra, he is not sending the new cylinder. We are suffering a lot without cylinder for two days.
When I called on 20th August'09, He said that he will send it by 12pm. Still it didn't come and I couldn't reach him. He is not attending the call. They are not taking this as a serious issue.

We are really fedup with the distributer's perfomance.
