[Resolved]  Star Cj Alive — complaint against Sheffield Electric Slicer

I Rajiv sethi mob no. [protected] Purchased Shef Feild Electric Slicer with citrus juicer Item code 133880 & order no. [protected] on dated 25/8/2013 Rs. 1990/- from Star cjalive channel. When the product send me and I checked this It is not a perfect for my kitchen and not working as shown on Star cjalive channel. then I request to return this product your customer care said that you return the product to the Shieffield company but shief field company return above item to me and no reply came from Shieffield. then shief field send the same product to me without any reason.then I contact Starcj alive but no response came from your side. neither shieffield nor Starcj alive given a specific solution to me. I send a complaint with this mail you can solve it otherwise I will raise this matter to consumer court. I want to return the product . Please look the above matter and give me a positive response as soon as possible.
