This product is delivered to me with one (1) quantity only.         Today, My wife has purchased a 5.1 Home Theatre and it has delivered by Kasturi Mega Ventures private limited , franchisee of Star CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd., gurgaon,haryana, Pin: 123503, pH:[protected], Invoice No:[protected], dated:21/08/2013, order No: [protected], Docket No:[protected], in the name of Sunita Sen.:[protected]. Item Code: 134453 & 134454. My ernest request is that they have cheated me and my wife by saying that the product has a FM Facility. But when we received the material thru the delivery person, We want to open the pack . But they told that it is not necessary , i[censored] found the product is not up to the mark you can return this material within 24 hrs.When we tried to return this material they told that unless it is a defective one we cannot return this material.They are now completely denying to return this material. This is a low category product with no: of deficiencies mentioned in the Internet , which can seen by anyone at internet. For a girl it is not possible to see the features from the Tv advtsmnt. Unless and until they have mentioned the model no: in the TV completely. Pls. lodge a complain against this letter as my wife was completely cheated by the star cj alive and take necessary steps against star cj. PLs. ask them to take the product back and return the money or adjust the money with any other product with the future purchase.The customer support people are not helping me out, they are saying that they cannot do anything once the product has sold out.To gain more customers one cannot sale it and forget after getting the payment. A proper company is that who cares the customer needs. Pls. help me out as I am very poor person, star cj has cheated me completely !!!! return my money or adjust the product !!!!

        This Is Prachi SIngh, I placed an order on Star-Cj alive, My Order Number: [protected], Docket Number:[protected]. The Bed-sheets delivered by Kasturi Mega Ventures Pvt Ltd, franchise of Star-Cj Alive. I feel cheated because of the inferior quality of the products. All the bed-sheets are see-through and are really light contrary to what they promised on their channel Star Cj Alive. 48 hours return policy of their is not applicable they say in this case, but only in the case of defective products. http://www.starcj.com/mall/center/centerFaqList.htm#spread is their website where they have this "( The franchisee/seller makes it a point to deliver the products as displayed on the website/ TV channel, and ensures the quality of the products being delivered.           I put on the television to watch my favorite programs and noticed you showing a live broadcast of Saath hai hum Uttarakhand. This really made me angry. There was no advertising for this. No apologies to the viewers that the normal shows will be not be shown today. No notice was given to the viewers at all. I think it is very unproffessional of Starlife ok.

          I was waiting to see Iss Pyar ko kya naam doon at 15:00 in South Africa. I don't like the English dubbed version of Iss Pyar ko kya naam doon. Will the Hindi version be re broadcasted tomorrow? Why are there no rebroadcasts of this show in the day time? It is a very good show. Please can you have the Hindi version rebroadcasted in the day(south African time).

          It would be appreciated very much if you can give notice to the viewers when shows are not going to be aired for the day for whatever reason.

            I had purchase one pair Jeans size 28 for Rs. 1799 vide order no [protected].

            But on delivery received Jeans of size 30. I had complained 04.07.2013 via phone 6-7 time for replacement. but till date i have not received any replacement.

              Item name: SOBO Electric Deep Fryer.
              Received a SOBO Electric Deep Fryer on 18/03/2013 by courier and paid through my Credit card, which I had ordered from STARCJ Channel on TV Unfortunately on opening the packet it was found damaged. Immediately I called them and put up the complaint. They asked me to pack it and keep it till their courier person picks it up. On doing so I went to Delhi and returned after 25 days and found they have not picked it up. It took me another one month to explain to them the same which they would not remember. Shocking until I gave them all the messages I received to convince them as I did not remember where I had kept the receipt. After that they asked me to courier by Blue Dart whose charges where Rs. 1000/-. I did not send by Blue Dart but sent it by DTDC courier which cost me Rs. 565/- and also sent them the scanned copy of the copy as advised.
              Now they want to refund me without the courier charges. Why should I pay for the courier charges of Rs. 565/- for no fault of mine? It is now more than four months gone and still they do not care to do so. As a consumer I am harassed and the new concept of ordering on line which is not properly packed is creating havoc everywhere.
              I do not think Consumers should be cheated in this manner.Will be grateful if STARCJ is put in order and should know how not to cheat the consumer.

              STAR CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd. — Misleading Information and Cheating

              The shopping channel StarCJ Network India Pvt. Ltd. endorsed a product of clothing materials as crepe material of Rs. 1999, but when I ordered the product, the material that was delivered to me was of a much inferior quality that is of synthetic polyester fabric. Also When I complained to them about the quality, they said they have endorsed the product as of Polyester only which is untrue. This is a clear case of Misleading Information and cheating. It is a loss of Rs. 1999 for me and loss of peace of mind.
              Also they committed that that i[censored]nsatisfied with the quality, they would return the money. When I contacted them for money back, they denied and rejected my complaint. Please look into the matter and help me.
              The advertisement of the product is still broadcasting on their channel and I have also recorded a video of it as a proof for my case. The dates of order, deliver/transaction are as follows :

                I have ordered one Andro Tab and paid Rs. 5000/- since I am one of the customer so I ordered that gadget thinking STAR CJ is one of the trusted site and no one will get the wrong product. But after receiving and using, I dint like the product at all. Keyboard buttons are also not working. Audio and Video quality is also not good. Vision of the screen is also low. It is giving a stretch on my eyes. I have checked up all the settings but failed to correct. but It is having hanging problem also.

                I dont want to lose my money, I am not at happy and dont want to waste my money as I will not use that TAB. Requested so many times and requested again to refund the money and take the product back.

                In their advertisement product looks good and cheaper and after receiving it is nothing but a scrap. Their representatives are also very rude. Dont make people fool by selling this type of products.

                I hope you will help, listen and return my money.

                    I have ordered a mobile set Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Mobile (Black) through online on 05/07/2013 from Star CJ Online shopping (www.starcj.com) and the cost of mobile set, a sum of Rs 11990.00 paid by me in advance by mode of Credit Card. My order Number was[protected]. On 09/07/2013, I received a parcel from Star CJ, but on opening the packet I was surprised to see the item as the same was not according to my order. The item actually delivered to me is SAMSUNG GALAXY STAR, Model No GT-S5282 with printed MRP Rs 5240.00, which is too much low to the amount paid by me. However Invoice No GCN/9860/13-14 dated 06/07/2013 received in parcel shows the actual item and bill amount i.e. 11990.00.

                    On opening the packet on 09/07/2013, I immediately called Star CJ Customer Care for lodging complaint and they assured me that I will be contacted by respective official within 48 hrs. However, since then I am calling regularly and all the time their response is that I will be called back within 48 hours, but no call or mail received from the Star CJ till time.

                    Please help me to recover my hard earning money.

                    Star CJ online Shopping — wrong item sent and no response

                    star cj had shown Reebok sunglasses in offer and send local manufactured (not rebook) from mumbai. On calling them 2 to 3 times but still they do not response to me. They says that they have shown aviators sunglasses, but it is taken care that customer get misguide and get them order.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      1. I purchased a 3 kg stainless steel pressure cooker from Star Cj Alive vide Order No [protected]. The same was delivered on 28 Jun 2013. When the parcel was opened it was found that the original packing of the product was old and battered and had been repackaged. Also the Pressure Control Whistle was not available in the packing. Thus the item has been received without all the parts and is unusable.

                      2. Complaints were logged on your call centre no[protected] on 27 Jun 13 at 1118 hrs and reminded on 01 jul 13 at 1251 hrs and on 03 Jul at 1207 hrs. However in spite of assurances I have not received the missing part.

                      I purchase a glass cook top from star cj alive, but they delivered me used and damage item. For that I call to their customer care and they said our boy will pick it from home but nobody come, today 45 days completed. They are cheater and sell damage and used product.

                        THIS IS 2nd complain for same produt due to no response from star cj
                        It was very pathetic and disappointing by the lie and trust breaking scheme/ offer that was give by star cj during advertisement on TV and during clarification at time of order placing on telephone no [protected]

                        I ashish/ monika jain from dharwad karnatka had placed an order no[protected] on star cj dt 16.06.2013 which was received on 19.06.2013 .

                        The product order was of VLCC SONA MOTI FACIAL kit along with this there is an offer for 4000 Rs voucher ,Which can be used with VLCC before 30.06.2013 .

                        During order it was confirmed by person other side of telephone that we need not to pay anything to the VLCC during use of voucher .

                        But today 22.06.2013 when we went to VLCC center which is 20 Km from my home ,VLCC asked for tax to be pay by us .

                        Then we called STAR CJ ALIVE customer care no[protected] and asked them to talk to VLCC center person ,They discussed but after that also VLCC person dose not entertain that voucher .

                        Also they had talk very roughly to my wife and misbehave .


                        I am very disappointed and deeply hurt by this kind of lie by star cj alive .


                        I want star cj alive to return my money and i will return product to them.

                        Also i will report this case to consumer court and ministry of information and broadcasting against STAR CJ ALIVE

                              i bought a birla hi tech cooler from Starcj(tv channel) on 15th may was delivered to us on 23rd. when we tried to operate the cooler it wasnt working we called starcj , they said its not thiers reponsibilty n asked us to call birla, so we called birla company on 28th may n registered the complaint with them(complaint no.3321). they promised to send someone n fix d problem with 15days n its been than 3 weeks n we havnt go a response from and everytime we call they just delay the matter

                                Star CJ Alive — Product not delivered money not refunded

                                I have ordered a Product from Star CJ [protected] on 15-Aug-2011 the product was to be delivering in Delhi with in 3-5 days. But they have not derived the product even after 7 days and after continuous follow up they keep on providing me the fake docked number for Aramex courier. Confirming with aramex they say that the courier is not delived by the shipper yet. Finally I have cancelled the product on 11th day i.e. on 27-Aug-2011
                                They have informed me that the amount will credited back with in 7-8days. Now when I am enquiring they say it will take 10 days to revert back.
                                This online shopping company is a forger.

                                Star CJ — Defective product delivered

                                we have recived the mixer grinder from star cj & was defective piece hence we had asked to replace the same, after exghanging the defective product again they had delivered the defective product & they are not ready to refund the product refund money
                                I totally agree with you. Star cj alive is a fraud company. The same thing happend to me. I even talked to their manager Gaikwad. He promised to get my money refunded in a week. But now that week has long ended and I have not received my money. That is not even ready to talk now.

                                Can anyone tell me who is the governing body for these online shoppers? We need to appraoch them to get some resolution done.

                                Star CJ — defective product sent And did not refund

                                I Mrs CHANDA Gupta had ordered a mixes grinder order No. [protected] on 13th Feb, Which i received on 18Feb Which was a defective piece so i called back And complained about it so another mixer was sent And that was tooo defective so another was lodged on the 21 Feb And 3rd time again a mixer was sent. I already paid the cash on the 1st deli the amount of 2495 as cash. As the mixer were defective even the 3rd time so i requested for cash back And the advisor on the call on 31 march assured that we would be receiving a cheque within the next 3 to 5 business days And we even got a call from the company to confirm the name And address for the cheque i waited 10days but there was No reply from them so had to call back And the advisor said the cheque was sent And was returned due to housed closed Which was a complete lie And the advisor once again placed a request for the cheque And asked me to wait so i did wait And again a confirmation call came to check the address And name for the cheque so i did that And now its 19April And we still did not receive the cheque And when called them they said address is incorrect Which again is a lie cause they delivered the mixer on the same address three times And they could do it but when asked for money back they ignored. Hence i am looking for just correct resolution for my complaint as the star cj alive people advt. Their product And cheat their customer.

                                    I have ordered Double & Double shoes in Nov,11 (Order Ref[protected] and paid the amount by
                                    internet banking. However this order was cancelled by STARCJ. I am yet to receive payment. This is almost 1.5 years. This is the worst experience of my life.


                                    I have made at least 50 calls to customer care. All customer care executives spend time in conforming same date every time I call. Instead of resolving this issue of gross inefficiency on their own, I have been made to call a series of representatives. StarCJ has proved that it is most inefficient e-commerce portal and is unresponsive towards it's customers.

                                    I have ordered a Maharaja Whiteline Mixer Grinder - Nano ( ROI) on 17-10-11, after 1 and 1/2 month it was not delivered to destination.                                       Star CJ — Seeking refund of defective product

                                      I had purchased one Jewelry set which was defective. On complain they have taken back the product but till date i am waiting for the payment. It is approx. 4 month I am waiting for the payment. On my many complains (Complaint ID[protected] over telephone no response is forwarded.They always says to wait.

                                      It was my first purchase from Star CJ and this was very bad experience.

                                      I hope Star CJ will realize customer problem through this complain and will take necessary action at the earliest.

                                      Star CJ — Defective Items delivered, Complaint registered but no refund

                                      I ordered for a artificial jewellary set on Sep 2011, and I got the items on Oct 3. These were found defective and I immediately complained to Star CJ. They promised to give me the refund but it has been more than 6 months they have not given any refund to me.

                                        I had purchased symphony diet 22i yesterday through Star CJ and found DOA. Very surprised to see while start the cooler found the issue with the machine. It’s giving me very very noise at the same time registered complain but not getting any response till the time.
                                        Also find water leakage on the machine continuously and the cooling is ZERO.

                                        They are not ready to return back the request you all don’t prefer online shopping through star Cj.
                                        I take some legal action to get back my amount (Rs-7,290).
