My complaint dated 25th December 2013 is still not resolved. In spite of repeated calls and emails no favourable response. All the executive give same answers: "We are extermally sorry, Forwarding your complaint on priority, You get call from our side/ account department". These are typical answers. Executives don't really mean what they say. I wonder if their is a Customer Redressal System working for StarCJ. After cheating with me from last 25 days now Mr Mahendra and Mr Subrato have no promises to give so they are refusing to even attend my call. All their false promises are over, all their deadlines are over, all their commitments have failed so may be now they don't have face to confront me. They are helpless because their higher authorities are letting them down with their casual approach and inefficient and ineffective mode of operation. It seems account department are frozen or inactive or have ill intensions. Any way giving my account number. You can issue Cheque on this account. Giving this account number as all executives are promising me from last 15 days that - I will receive call from account department asking me my account number so that they can issue Cheque on the same. But no call or any satisfactory answer explaining the reason for delay. Hence giving my account number myself. All this is causing a harm to high esteemed organization like StarCJ.     Dear Concern,

    We have purchased a product online (A combo of Electric Griller+ Blender+ Slicer+ Kitchen tools) costing Rs- 1999(inclusive VAT/CST) from an online products providing company Star CJ Alive, which has been delivered to us on 13th-Jan-2014 in the evening, but when we opened the packet, we found that the product is not as per the specifications ordered by us or not similar as it was shown on air (on television program) i.e. the product has poor quality & not having the appropriate contents which were shown as per the television advertisement of ''star CJ alive'' channel.

    In short, product delivered to us has poor quality & it is significantly different from the description given by the merchant on advertisement. Kindly note when we asked them if we can return the product & get refund(as mentioned on their website also about the returned policy), they have refused to take the product back & to refund our money and mentioned that nothing can be done about it and we have to accept the product. They are neither giving any option to exchange the product and forcing us to buy a cheap quality product at much higher price.

    We are feeling cheated and robbed off our money due to this misselling of the product and over promising about the quality..

    We request you to help us in getting our refund of 1999 rs. through returning this poor quality product to the concerned merchant.

      Hi, I bought Birla food processor from StarCJ alive on 5th-Jan-2014 which was delivered at my place with cash on delivery. We assessembled it and tried starting but the knob does nothing. We have checked the manual as well as the CD provided with it. But it didn't start. We called back StarCJ the same day and they said call at Birla call center. The number provided for call center (Birla) is out of order and i was struggling with StarCJ to convince that the number is not reachable. Some how from net i found another number of Birla but they told me to call at delhi service center. I called them up and registered a complaint (Compalint number-115) on 8th and they said that someone will come for demo soon. But still after 6days now no one has reached us. I am not sure who will fix the problem as i am not getting proper response from starCJ or Birla. Also this is a very bad policy that the customer has to deal with the Birla company himself. I did dealing with StarCj so they should be the concern with me. In all a very bad Shopping experience with StarCJ. I will never adivse TV shopping in future to anyone. Regards, Pradeep Dobhal

        Hi,

        I wanted to register a formal complaint against Star CJ. My wife ordered a product which was set of eight bed sheet for amount rs.4792. Order No : [protected]. I have received the bedsheet on 3rd Jan and on the same day to ensure that the product we have received as per what was mentioned during the add on TV channel we rinsed it in the water (please note just soaked it in the water) and took it out. After drying for couple of hours I found that the bed sheet has shrunk in unevenly manner. So two thing. First your product has shrunk and secondly that it has shrunk in unevenly fashion which means it’s not good for use.

        On same day (4th Jan), we made the complaint by calling the customer care and complaint was registered and we were informed that someone will get back to be within 48 hrs ( 2 business days). I received the call on I think 7th Jan and person who spoke was very rude and informed that he cannot do anything about it. The only way he can refund/return the product is if its bedsheet is tore. He also put the blame on us that we would have not washed it properly now can someone please explain me what is the proper way of washing a bedsheet…you claimed these to be 100% cotton bedsheet so these does not need to be dry cleaned.

          Top most fraud site in India is StarCJ they show the rosy videos of products on TV but actual product is worst quality . which no user will every buy .. Most of the products dont work after delivery and they put it as manufacturing defect and contact to manufacturer. Same is the case with me ordered a Rico food factory food processor such a cheap quality product no one would ever like to buy. I got it and its not working starcj people are saying that its a manufacturing defect and they dont have any facebook page so that user can write their complaint . they just trying to have a way to sell product then leave the user hapless.

            So many times i had submitted the complaints to Star CJ over phone.

            Product warranty is only for one year.

                sir, we have already lodged complaint regarding above on 18 dec 2013 ie receipt of 01 component less in food processor of bajaj. but till date no body has paid any heed towards this complaint as if star cj is not bothering about their deficiencies in delivering the services.in the complaint i have also requested to kindly allow me under your advice to get the spindle extension from the nearest bajaj dealer, but i didnt got any reply of the same. sir, it is humbly requested to kindly give the positive reply of either of the option as i have requested. anticipating quick reply, with thanks kamalesh kumar [protected]/[protected]

                  On 9th dec 2013, i have placed an order and i have received an incomplete delivery. Order was 7 pieces of shirt and 3 pieces of trousers, But i have received only 4 pieces of shirt. On 12th i have complained from then on wards i have received the response like package has been dispatched again and im going to receive, but i have not received any package till today.Even today when called your consumer care, i got same response. And i got TANVI courier phone no. to en quire about the package and they said that star cj had not sent another package for me. Reply for my mail and tell me whether im going get the package or i should complaint for police and consumer court.

                    Dear Concern, This is to bring into your notice that we have purchased a product online (Ramson 85 Pcs Dinner Set) from an online service providing company Star CJ Alive, which has been delivered to us on 17th-dec-2012 in the evening, but when we opened the packet, we found that the product is not as per the specifications ordered by us and as it was shown in the on air (television) programm i.e. the product has poor quality & not having the appropriate contents which were shown as per the television advertisement of ''star CJ alive'' channel. In short, product delivered to us has poor quality & it is significantly different from the description given by the merchant on advertisement.                     The customer service of star cj alive is excellent. Recently I had bought an electrolux20L Grill. As soon as I posted a complaint regarding the product they reverted back on the very next day  and my problem is now resolved. Thank you Star CJ Alive

                      we have purchased bajaj food processor viz bajaj FX7 FOOD FACTORY through star cj alive, but we have received one part less as shown in tv ac well as, as per the list available with the appliance.the description of the missing part is as below;-
                      spindle extension type B, used for citrus juicer..

                      we have not received the spindle extension type B part which was an essential component required for citrus juicer.
                      kindly deliver the type B spindle extension or else advise us from where we can get the spindle extension type B, so that we can effectively use the bajaj food processor.

                        I have purchased a Microwave (convection type) of 23 Liter (Electrolux) which was received to me on 13th Dec 2013 around 16:40 PM, I opened it on 14th afternoon, but it was not functional.

                        I registered my complain to STARCJ ALIVE customer care, my complain / service request was registered on 14th Dec 2013 at 18:48 PM.

                        Mr. Manish (Executive Customer Complain) called me on 15th Dec 2013, and told me that, If the microwave have some major problem, then only It will be replaced .I told him, warranty cover operational fault or product, not the damaged receipt, so please get it replaced. My product didn’t even start or worked for 1 minute so why should I get it repaired.

                        It was damaged product delivered (Only by chance).So why should I receive a damaged product. Please get it replaced.

                        Electrolux mechanics / service man also checked the product they told me the, There is a major fault in the product. Its Microwave generator - MAGNETRON is damaged.

                        No one is helping except they all say to get back in 48 hours.

                        Please help.

                          i am PARMINDAR KAUR, FROM NEW ASHOK NAGAR EAST DELHI, DELHI i had ordered a SHEFFIELD INDUCTION COOKTOPsh 3003 with COOKWARE as its ORDER NO.- [protected] it had been delivered to me on rigth day but from the day it was issued to me the induction cooktop is not woking and as it have a warranty of 1 yrs also . i had not used it and wanted to replace or take the product by giving my money back to me.and please give solution as possible as u can for this other wise i have to complain to consumer court. as i had complaint so much times but they are not giving me solution . cut my call in between .

                            It was very pathetic and disappointing by the lie and trust breaking scheme/ offer that was give by star cj during advertisement on TV and during clarification at time of order placing on internet. I Nidhi goyal, Hyderabad had placed an order no [protected] on star cj dt 10.12.2013 which was received on 13.06.2013. The product order was of VLCC DIAMOND FACIAL kit along with this there is an offer for 2000 Rs VLCC voucher, Which can be used with VLCC salon . During order it was confirmed by person other side of telephone that we need not to pay anything to the VLCC during use of voucher and we will get the same voucher as they are showing on TV(I.E. haircut, hair spa, full arm waxing, 1 weight loss session, blow dry). But once i received the product along with voucher they did not give the specified services as they are showing on TV. Instead they give me the voucher in which these services are paid. Then we called STAR CJ ALIVE customer care no[protected] and they asked me to talk to VLCC center person, I discussed but after that also VLCC person does not entertain me and saying that star cj are responsible. And when i am calling in STAR CJ ALIVE they are saying we are looking into this matter but no action is taking by them. Right now i am feeling like football both STAR CJ and VLCC kicking me off. I am very disappointed and deeply hurt by this kind of lie by star cj alive. I want star cj alive to give the right voucher and to avail all the services in VLCC as they mentioned on TV without any extra cost. Also i will report this case to consumer court and ministry of information and broadcasting against STAR CJ ALIVE

                            Its very disappointing response from their side. Simply they are cheating customers...i received a call from STARCJ and they are saying they can not do anything in this matter just discuss with VLCC. Mentally and financially they cheated on me as well as consume my time also. They are saying its on TV we shows only plus point not minus point in this manner they are doing fraud with customers. Even i told them that i will complaint against starcj in consumer court and ministry of information and broadcasting then he said ok...how rude behaviour...so its my request to CONSUMER FORUM please look into this matter..

                            Can’t imagine that I got such good service by purchasing online. Thank you Star CJ!
                            Regularly i am following my complaint in the hope to resolve my problem...n keep following it ..
                            again and again they are cheating customers...they are telecasting the same product with same services which they are not giving to customers. By seeing today again that VLCC diamond Facial kit along with salon services i am really feeling sad...no meaning of this consumer forum :(

                              plz dont purchase anything from them. they are giving bad quality products. no exchange, no refund. useless all.

Panchal from 132/46-D, EKTA C.H.S.L., Charkop Kandivali (W), Mumbai 400067. i have purchased ANDRO TAB 7" DOCKET NO.[protected] on[protected] my Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 5299 after seeing Demo on Star Cj. TV Channel. Since beginning only they are not giving proper support that how to use and they have provided very small instruction Book. Some how i could start my Tablet and worked for 10 days. after that i was busy so i kept 10 days idle and noe I tried to start it is not working. I have also charged it for 2 hours but no signal are there when I started charging. I phoned on[protected] given by Starcj call center. I have asked to talk to manager or director but they have not given. it shows that this company at Delhi is cheater and the Star cj promote such product they will also come in trouble. they must have service station in mumbai. Please find some solution totherwise I will complain against both i.e. Star Cj and that Delhi Company to TV broadcasting people, Registar of Company. Consumer court and mumbai Police about their chiting to the customer. enough complaints are avaialble on NET.

                                    I bought memory foam pillows form star cj for Rs 2000 I found that pillow quality not good at all and am getting neck pain using them and its prevailing.I sent a mail regarding exchange of products but then didn't respond at all, soplse help me solve this issue, I do say is plz don't buy any of such products from star cj its really worst.They cheat people.

I would like to inform that no request is pending in my bank regarding the refund of my money from starcj end. they have not processed the request till yet. and as per their policy its only 7-10 working days.                                         Hello Everybody, I would like to tell you all and if this is seen by any political parties, please take action against such fake companies who lie to the consumer and once the money is in their pocket, they treat customers like beggar but will not be refunded a single rupee. So here is how Star CJ live tricked me and made few thousands - I saw the Rico Food Factory on Star CJ live, "where they only showed the functionality of the product" So I called to book the product and was waiting got the delivery, on the 2nd day I got the delivery, so I checked the product post finish the formalities with the courier guy. I learned that the product stopped working post 2mins, I was wondering why???, So in a mind [censored]ed mind i called Star CJ customer care for 86 times and at last I spoke to a manager who tells me the product, is not faulty. here this out (Rico is designed to work for 3mins - then rest for 20mins - and work for 3 mins) I told him you guys, but never mentioned that the product will stop working post 3mins, then one has to wait for 20mins for the motor to cool of and then it will work for another 3mins, and the cycle continues with (3mins work - 20mins rest - 3mins work - 20mins rest...) WOW amazing product with a revolutionary feature which will change the future. He says Thank you Sir. he must have though that I was impressed with the product. [censored] him. Anyways I want to know how do I get a refund from Star CJ? I am willing to drag them to the consumer court too. please help. Regrads, Alex Soloman
