Sir, I had ordered TODO Foot massager (price Rs 3190 as displayed in star cj website) on 13/3/14 via order no [protected] and had opted for Cash On Delivery option.I received the courier from Gati courier on 19.03.2014 at afternoon 2.00 pm.I opened the box on 20.03.2014 at morning 8.00 am.To my surprise I found the box contained HAPPY FEET foot massager (Price Rs 1590/- ), But in the invoice they have mentioned TODO FOOT Massager only had collected Rs 3190/-. Now I need the Original TODO FOOT Massager RED colour which I ordered and take back this Low price massager given to me or return my money.Pls arrange to provide me the right product for my money.     I have purchase a LCD from STARCJ Shopping site (Order No: [protected]) but received LCD is not in working Condition, its display is found short. Then I called Star CJ's customer care number, they took my complaint down and promised me to take the necessary action. After that there was no response from your side. I have also make several call to your customer care but no any concrete response received from them. Please either replace the item or return my money back.

The jewellery was received by Star Cj on 12.11.2013, but they are not refunding my money despite several calls and complaints on Star Cj customer care number provided by Star Cj.         I bought a foot massager from STARCJ alive and it is not working as shown in the advertisement.The massger stopped working, it started in between but later the speed went out of control and resulted in pain.I called the customer support or your bpo where your representatives were arrogant and rude.No support was provided by the custmer care support team and they were blunt on the face and I told them i dont want a refund, I only want them to exchange the product and they were not ready to exchange as well.So now I might take a legal action against as I still have the faulty product.

          Dear sir I have purchased karbonn A1+ from you. ( Bill no[protected] dt 26/12/2012)The phone doesnot have GPS as promised by you in the advertisement. I have lodged complaint with your complaint department many times but with no positive outcome.As per the request of the complaint department i am forwarding the snap shoot of the advertisement in which you have shown that GPS is available, kindly go through the same. I have purchased the said mobile with a trust on STARCJ which is shattered due to this incident.You are requested to look in to the matter and resolve the issue by giving me a replacement.             Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am a regular customer of star
            CJ but I have not satisfied with this product which I have ordered
            Ubislate 7c+ SmartPhone (MAH/BLR) - BLACK and delivered to me yesterday
            i.e. 10/03/2014. I have checked and found following unsatisfactory
            things in the item.

            1. The speed is very slow and it takes time to open any application.
            2. The charging is very slow as well as it is getting discharged within short while. Not useful for day to day use as phone.
            3. The charger and ubislate also get hot while charging as well the tab gets hot i[censored]sed for more than 15 munites.
            4. The very purpose of gaming and phone is not served to the expectation at least for more than 8 hours.
            5.The micro sd card slot is not getting detected when memory card is inserted.
            6. The claim in your advertisement for fast is fake.

            I
            want to return the product above mentioned along with the Tanz
            Multimedia speakers Black as i am not satisfied with the working of|
            Unislate to my satisfaction.

            Please let me know the procedure for return and refund of amount back to me as always claimed by you.

            I expect your immediate action and refund of money which i have paid on COD ie Rs.5500/- for above said product.

            Feel sorry for the product not value to the cost paid.

              My complaint no...[protected].
              I had ordered for Tummy and Thigh shaper of as per required size on 22Feb 2014 which was deivered on 23 Feb 2014. No information was given regarding no exchange of this items at the time of placing an order. when I checked for the garment benefits on 23 Feb 2014, it did not serve the purpose and was highly disappointing.so called up immmediately the same day to customer care, but the worst came from star cj is they did not lodge my complaint and just assured to call me in 48 hrs...wnich was a total lie and they didnt call up. after a week i again gave a call and this time they lodged my complaint and again promised to get back in 48 hrs which again they diddnt. Today i.e. on 11th march 2014, I get a call and without solving this issue they asked me to contact Brand Customer Care who were all the more worst, took off their hands saying we do not deal with all these as they are service providers to star cj and do not deal with exchange policies. what is perceived from these two department is that they are misleading people for making money and are fraud agencies...or rather higher authorities are not looking after how their departments are functioning.As of Now I am totally disappointed and lost my hard earned money to them.
              Looking at the above, in my view Star Cj Is a TOTALLY FRAUD AND BAD COMPANY and has no ethics.I hope they take into consideration this review and come up with a correct solution for me at the earliest.

                  I had purchased Datawind UBI Slate 7C + Tablet from StarCJ.com on 8th Feb 2014. Received it on 21st Feb 2014. When started using it then I found that batter backup lasts only for 15 mins after full recharge. Also many functions like calling is not working on tablet and it is getting hanged/frozen in very frequently. I had informed Star CJ customer care about the issues on 22nd Feb itself and they told me that they will comeback to me in48 hrs. It has 2 weeks now and I am continously following up with Star CJ on this matter but I have been told again and again to wait but the issue remains as it is. I have paid them full amount and what I got in return is a piece of scrap. I am totally frustated now and want refund of my hard earned money that I had paid them.Please help me in this matter.                       My order no. is[protected]. It consist of one set of wardrobe and one set of shoe rack. However I received only wardrobe on 25th February.

                      I mentioned it to the delivery boy, he said as you have paid online, we can not do anything. Then I called Star CJ's customer care number, they took my complaint down and promised me to take the necessary action. After that there was no response from your side. Then I again called the customer care no. on 27th of February. There also I couldn't get any positive response. I feeling like I have been cheated by Star CJ, since this is my 4th correspondence with your company but still there is no positive response from your side. Now it has been 6 days and I have not received by complete product.
                      Kindly look into the matter.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam, On Sunday i.e 2/03/2014 STAR CJ delivered DEFECTIVE SMART TAB PHONE worth RS 5999/-, in spite of thrice request from Sunday no action has been taken place by the company, only getting false commitment that back office team will call and do the needful..                             We had ordered one sitara ritu collectio on in month of october 13 but after purchasing size is not proper which we requested for return .after several time follow up and call they had picked the material and again follow up stared by me for cheque, it also required several follow up lastly they had given cheque in month of jan.but as per their ignorance behaviour they had issued me a cheque of back dated more tahn six month old which is rejected by bank .                               I have purchased 5pcs. sticky roller but at first use it broken. I purchased it for clean dust same as they shown on tv adv. but on their user manual they mentioned that dont use on floor but in the adv, they show use of every floor. it stick to any area and not easy to remove it, when we try to move it, it will break.

                                  I was purchased an item from your company having item code 13992/ item name Roller Slide(ROI) wide invoice no[protected] dated 23/08/2013 our order no [protected] docket no- [protected] (scan copy of bill is attached here with this email also). Now the matter is that the above mentioned item i.e. roller machine is not work properly due to manufacturing defect in the machine, so i request to you that please replace the defected unit of roller machine with a new one as soon as possible so that i feel proud to have shop with Starcj regularly . please ask to company why they are not attending our complaint and not resolve our problem.

                                    Dear Sir, I have ordered Ramson 85 pc dinner set from STAR CJ Alive on 30th Dec .As I want 102 pc dinner set of Ramson I canceled my previous order on 31st dec 13 and ordered 102 pc Ramson dinner set.Ordered was canceled and reflected on website account.I also had a talk with customer care for canceling the order. Still I received 85 pc dinner set on 2nd Jan 14.Immidiately when noticed that it is 85 pc and not 102 pc I have called a customer care and asked them to take away the product on same day.Customer care told me that my complaint has been registered and product will be picked up soon and I will get refund asap.After that I was calling customer care alternate day to pick up the product but I was getting diffrent responses each time.Then after 5-6 calls to them I came to know that product will be picked up in 7-10 working days.First they didnt told me about this.Later said 5-7 days then 7-10 days.| On 15th Jan 14 after trying my petience I made 9th call to cutomer care.Same things happened.New complaint was registered and again same response about 7-10 working days.I again called on 18th about status so I came to know that refund will be made after the product is collected then it will reach to ware house in 2 days then after 7-10 working days excluding saturdays also I will get my refund. I am highly disapointed with their customer service as each time I used to come to know about new rules.I have talked with their seniors NITESH, GANESH, DIVYA, NITA.But they didnt even have courtecy to call back the cutomer and gave unacceptable excuses for that. I have wasted arround 200 rs in calling the since 1 month and 4 days and my valuable time also. After more than 1 month they have not even picked up the product and saying that I will receive my money after 12-15 days when product is picked up.I have even tried and mailed on [protected]@starcj.com but didnt get even reply from them.This shows how much do they care about their cutomers.                                       I had bought this 'sia aniksha collection' for rs. 1995/- from starcj on 27.01.2014 and the product was delivered on 02.02.2014, but was astonished to find very very poor quality of product. The product quality is nothing compared to the images shown and videos shown in the site/tv . I called them within hours of recieving the product for a refund or exchange but the customer care executive refuses to admit any claim. I feel this is cheating on part of sia jewellery and starcj. The product is not even of wearable quality and its just some junk iron plated with gold polish, which is very cheap.
                                      Kindly help how to move consumer court for the same.

                                        have ordered for a foot massager after viewing online ad on Republic day, 26th January 2014. for my mother assuming that this should help her pain.

                                        I have paid online and ordered it for Rs.2999/-. I have received product yesterday evening and my mother used it. She was inable to hold her foot in Massager even for 5 seconds as it hurt too much. She tried 2 to 3 times but this coould not work with the lowest of speeds in the device.

                                        Today when i called customer care to help them refund the product, they would not accept it as they only refund for damaged Product and not satisfied product. This information was not shared online in the advertisement which went on for an hour and again .

                                        I have done online purchases earlier as well, and the sites were justified enough to accept the product of it was not what we expected. However, your customer care just says NO.

                                        I have logged in a compaint at STARCJ Site and the complaint reference number given by the team is my order number.

                                        The matter is not of Rs 2999/- . Matter is if i am not satisfied with the Product, WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT? Your site being so people friendly, should notify all these matters to customers and take back products if they are not upto the mark!
