    I had place an order for purchase of Tanishq Ivy Pendent on 28.12.2012. with Star CJ on phone for payment against delivery of order costing Rs. 6900/-.

    2. The courier Gati Courier delivered the packet supposed to contain the ordered goods on 30.12.2012 and collected the cash of Rs. 6900/- towards order number [protected] , for Tanishq ivy pendant for rs 6,900.00 & got invoice number invoice no:[protected], towards docket no:[protected] delivered by GATI courier invoice no:[protected].


    3. Courier left immediately and on opening the courier packet the packing of the jewelery was there but the pendent was missing . Immediately phoned with in one minute of the of the courier, who refused to take complaint or responsibility for the missing item. He said he was responsible to deliver the packet and he does not check the contents of the packet , and as he has delivered the packet , so he is not responsible for the missing contents.

    4. Immediately, Phoned the star CJ Customer care , had long conversations and was assured by them that the product will be sent to me… After that phone 12 times from 30.12.12 till 4.1.13 &
    spoke to numerous executives spoke… each time a new one spoke so had to explain the whole story again ... name of the people I talked to was Mr Rajat, Ms jyoti, Mr. chandan mehra, Mr akshit,
    Finally I was told that a Mr Rajesh Sharma , senior supervisor will
    look into the matter.. But he was always unavailable or the executives never connected .

    I’ve only got one call back from the company which was on 31st dec 2012, where in they said they will resolve. No complaint number is given by the company , where by we could track the status with their call center.
    After that 31.12.12 call , I have persistently called them many times, seeking a complaint resolution. neither any complaint number has been given and they say that my mobile no 9XXXXXX123 itself is the contact number.

    On February called on their Supervisor Mr Vishal verma, he said he assures a response till Monday.

    Basis the past track of the company, I apprehend that the, Resolution may be delayed or may not happen.

    I ask the Star CJ Management to look in to matter if they read the FB page and provide the relief of the refund of my money or supply of the promised Pendent ,failing which I reserve my right to seek justice from Consumer forum or court of law .

    I advise all the buyers of Star CJ to be on guard,

    Star CJ — Refund of money is not given for product not delivered

    Hi, I made a purchase of INALSA food processor @ Rs 3595 from STAR CJ and make payments using my HDFC Credit Card on 28th Oct 2011 with order no. [protected].
    When the company is unable to deliver my product to the address after so much of complaints, I told them to cancel my order if they are not able to deliver the goods. So order was cancelled on 23rd November and I was told that refund will be given inside 7 days.
    I waited for 15 days and then again called to know the status and registerred yet another compalint for the same..Everytime they say it will be done within next 24 hours and now its 20th Jan 2012 and I am still waiting for my Refund of money I had paid..

    Can this issue be please looked upon..

      I have placed an order for happy feet food spa along with one cosmetic product name nature essence in the first week of December'2012 and made payment through credit card. I received one product name nature essence on 17.12.2012 however other e product has not been delivered so far. I have made several phones to their customer care number[protected]. Ever time they inform that you would receive a call within 24 hrs but I have neither received any call not got my product. When i insisted to connect me to their senior, then they transferred my call to their store manager Mr. Tirlok Chand. He assured me that your will definetly get the product. The worst part is that even speaking to their store manager Mr. Tirlok Chand several times, I have not received my product. They never fulfill their commitment and do not take the issue seriously.I think this is a fraud channel as they do not brother about delivery of product even after receiving full payment.I have never come across such type of problem from other online shopping sites like home shop, Jabong etc. I have given up my hope and suggest others not to do shopping from Star CJ. In case of any problem in your product Star CJ will not pay any attention to it- this is my experience.

      We had placed an order of Electrolux microwave owen on25may 2013
      We were supposed to get the product last week itself but have not yet received.
      We have complaint for the same on their customer care but of no use
      This is really bad of the TVChannel who lure people by the low rates and ontime delivery of the product.

      Hi,
      The Electrolux microwave oven delivered to us is not the same as shown in the selling advertisement on Star CJLive.
      The functionality differs .It takes lots of time to make or bake food.
      As shown in the commercial that one can cook pizza and stuff but in reality it is just for normal or simple cooking like making food hot or stuff like that.
      We tried making pizza but the veg and cheese became stale and vapour started evaporating in the owen
      This Star CJ live is a fraudalent company/channel.It should be stopped for national airing as it doesnot meets the requirement of customer and cheats them.
      Now we dont want that oven.Take it back and give our money.

        StarCJ came up with the deal of the day wherin it had multiple items like Rice, Oil etc for a price of 1000. I made an order as it looked good to me. Suddenly I get an SMS on the same day stating that the order was cancelled due to non availability of stock. I fail to understand that when you have a deal of the day, why cant you track the inventory and update the website accordingly. This is impartial treatment. Secondly when you realized very same day that the order could not be fulfilled why did you claim the payment from the bank which will take 7 to 10 working days to process refund. This is clear fraud and means to block customers money. I want the order to be honoured.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I purchased a product from starcj teleshopping, which included 8 chiffon sarres + 1 free gift. When I received the parcel, there were only 7 sarees instead of 8. I received the parcel on 13/12 and since then I am trying to call on their customer care numbers + have also sent emails to them complaining about the same. Unfortunately, no proper action have been taken yet.
          Finally, I am launching my complain here and hope to receive some favourable and final solution to my problem. I need to receive the missing saree.

          I received my product (order #[protected] on 13/12, but instead of 8 sareers, I just received 7 sareers.
          I have called your call center atleast 5 to 6 times and every time they say 'we will get back to you in 24 hours' , but sadly we have not received any response yet.
          This is not what I had expected from a brand like STARCJ.
          I am highly disappointed from the type of service received . It is more than a week now and no one is sending us the missing saree. The missing saree code is [protected], item name - Adah off white chiffon saree.

          Hope to receive a quick action atleast now after launching a return complain.

          It is so strange that a company that claims to be so big and good at their services does not get back to a written complaint in more than 48 hours .
          I had sent the below email on 23/12/12 and it is 27/12 today, but still I have not received any reply in response to my below email.

          not a branded one — Parcel not received

          We have booked a parcel to NY through Speed Post,Vadapalani,Chennai,vide receipt. No.ET[protected]IN on 8th Nov'10.
          On tracking from that date it shows as origon preparing shipment and sceduled departure is 5.30 pm on 8th Nov'10.
          No message after that.,and my family at NY has not yet received the parcel.
          As this is a birth day gift to grand chid,this may be looked in to immediately and inform me.

            I had purchased Jabra Bluetooth New Model Easy Go (Black) from Star CJ on 12th November 2012, then after many complaints n calls i got the product through courier on 3rd December 2012 (the delivery time was mentioned 3-5 working days), but by the grace of God i had received that after many complaints.
            Now the problem starts, i had received that bluetooth in white colour instead of black, then i registered a complaint for that and then they promised me that they will exchange the product within 7 working days. But as of now i have not received any call any message regarding this from Star CJ.

            I had called them many times. After fighting many times with their stupid customer care executive, they transfer my call to their senior supervisor but no one picks the phone and call disconnets automatically.
            They have arranged call back many times but i have not yet received any call. The call was also chargeable (not toll-free), so thats why whatever be the discount i received on that product was vanished in paying my bills. I havd registered a complaint that cancel my previous request and refund my money back, but they automatically closed this complaint without any intimation and gave reason that my previous complaint is still in process.

            I am very much tired of calling them again n again and i am also very much fead up of this. Kindly help on this issue, as my craze o[censored]sing that bluetooth is getting down day by day.

            StarCJ — wrong product

            Ordering on starcj was total waste I ordered Jaipan jumbo roti maker and they sent me Vaccum cleaner..now from 1 month I am calling them every alternate day..but no use.Can you help regarding this issue.
            I booked a product (Gold &amp;amp; Diamond facial kit) on 4/10/2014 and received the wrong product (Sona Moti Facial kit) on 5/10/2014. I immediately lodged a compliant to your helpline number but despite of repeated reminders and confirmation over phone call that the product will be exchanged soon. But today to my utter surprise I received a call from your team saying that product delivered to me was correct as per call records. Means, your executive confirmed that they have reviewed the call and found that delivered product was same as confirmed over phone call while placing order.
            When I asked him that if you reviewed the call clip then you must have noticed that I&#039;ve confirmed that I dont remember the product name but I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTWHICH IS RUNNING LIVE ON AIR. But again response provided to me that as per call review the delivery of product has no error.
            It is HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

                Had ordered for a barbie personal care kit on the 9th of Dec 2012 where the feature list included a free sling bag with the kit. But when i recd the kit on the 11th Dec, the bag was missing. On calling the customer care on the 12th, they were 1) extremely rude 2) they told me i wld recieve a call from their team within 48 hours- it is more than 96 hours now- no call no bag no response either

                Pathetic service..i bought goods worth 15,000 in just about 3- 4days but have promised myself NEVER EVER to shop with them again and to tell all my friends/relatives through all the social media available about my experience

                  i placed an order on star cj for 91 pc dinner set[ Item code# 126873 Bhalaria 91 pc dinner set]. The order that I received at my end was 43 pc dinner set. Even after my repeated calls on star cj helpline, neither was i provided any service request number, nor was i given any direction as to how should i proceed with my wrong order. My money is stuck and i Cannot even use my dinner set as its incomplete. They are not even refunding my money. Its such an unethical act on their part. I am now planning to move to court for this.

                  i had purchased a 91 piece dinner set from HS18 ,ut the quality of dishes in it was just hopeless n dongas were having dent in it.some articles were good in weight n quality but some {plates} were just without weight n finishing.though the whole dinner set was of same company then why so difference in quality of plates , dongas , n bowls ?

                    My name is ravindra nath rapaka and I ordered "envie charger ecr 11", my order no.[protected],

                    its 9th working day I didn't receive any information regarding the order, when I checked internet nothing has been changed from 2nd December (status: payment received)

                    when I called today to customer care, they are telling their manager will contact within 4 working days but what about shipment. I didn't pay to talk with managers.

                    I would like to highlight that at least they should have to listed customers appeal seriously if they have to be in the marker. This highly dissatisfaction of the customers stand point and breaking the trust with your brand starcj.Com. Next time I would not recommend any of my know to go for starcj.Com.
                    Kindly suggest or investigate the matter on priority.

                      My name is Neelabh and i ordered two mops from STARCJ.COM for my family member on 26th Oct'2012. My order number is[protected]. When i received my box i shocked to see that instead of sending 2 items they sent 1 product in the main box. The slip on the box mentioning that box is containing two products and the invoice that i have received also having 2 items mentioned. I escalated the same to STARCJ.COM at number[protected] and registered a complaint regarding the same.
                      I received the call from their mumbai office (number:[protected] and talked to Pritesh, the behaviour of the their executive was very rude to the customer. Instead of investigating the customer's appeal they are playing with the policy.. As per them customer should have to escalate withing 7 days of delivery. I was regular customer of STARCJ,COM and ordered many products in past, so regular customer have fair faith to the company that whatever they are delivering to the customer it will be right. However, these people are not ready to listen anymore that their delivery boy or their franchisee "MNM Trading Solutions Private Limited" are playing false delivering to the customer.
                      I made the payment for this product in advance instead of cash on delivery because the cash on delivery option was deactivated by them. I would like to highlight that atleast they should have to listed customers appeal seriously if they have to be in the marker. This highly dissatisfaction of the customers stand point.

                            I had placed an order for home power laundry hanger with starcj on 7th of november.It reached bangalore on 13th according to there website.Being diwali and festive season because of the rush i waited till 17th to contact the customer care and ask them about the product.They told me that there policy was of 7 working days so i waited a little more.Today it is 26th and I have tried calling the courier services and the webiste customer care both are just putting me on hold and giving no reasons for delay.Since i paid for the product before hand they are not even cancelling the order.Please look into the matter.

                              I purchased the USHA Food processor via StarCJ Website(www.starcj.com) after viewing their alluring tv commercial in StarCJ Channel, i bought it for Rs.4590 along with 5 pcs nonstick cookware, and till date the product has been replaced 3 times as everytime the product doesnt work or some part is missing post delivery , and now after the 3rd delivery and after thorough checking it worked for one time and during next grinding the overpower load light lits and despite pressing the reset button several times it doesnt go off,and the product is not functioning , i am sick and tired of calling their customer support no .

                                On 8 September,2012 we purchased Vritika Pink Kalidhar Lehenga Saree. It cost us Rs 2099. As shown in the TV, we expected to get sari of same quality. But to our surprise we found that the quality of the dress was very poor. So we called to their customer care service and they assured us that they will refund us our money. Months after months we complained to them continuously but they kept on procrastinating and till now we didn't get over money.
                                I would like to aware you not to purchase cloths from starcj. Possibly you may also have to face such problems.

                                    Dear sir / mam ,

                                    On Date 12/11/2012 at the time of delivery of My order no.[protected] , Star cj deliveryman & driver misbehaved with my mother at that moment i was out of station.
                                    She informed me the incident over phone and immediately i speak over to starcj phone representative and registered my complaint to him.I am shocked such kind of behaviour of your deliveryman with a senior lady.
                                    I am stating again that misbehave is not tolerable and i am expecting strict action against both of them from starcj.
                                    Pls note cell no. of that delivery man - [protected]
                                    I will not receive delivery of that product until , they not submit written apology as i am very serious on this issue.
                                    & as on today even after Verbal and written complaint to Star cj after 04 days not response from Star cj.

                                      When I have placed this order(Order Number:[protected].) at STARCJ LIVE site, it has shown me below product in list,

                                      Sheffield Grill Maker SH-6003 Mah.
                                      Apricoat 3 piece Non-stick cookware free
                                      Believe Branded Sports Bag Free.

                                      but once the order is placed, it shows me only below two product in order list,

                                      Sheffield Grill Maker SH-6003 Mah.
                                      Apricoat 3 piece Non-stick cookware.

                                      I have intimated the same to customer support by mail and also send multiple reminders but no response. I have also sent the Snapshot of products available at time of order placement.
                                      I have also called their customer care but they are not helpful and not registered any complaint for this.


                                      Today, I have received the products (Sheffield Grill Maker SH-6003 Mah. and Apricoat 3 piece Non-stick cookware but not the Believe Branded Sports Bag).and also found that the Apricoat 3 piece Non-stick cookware handles where missing and its not what is shown on thier site. please find the snapshot attached.

                                      Please check and do the needful on urgent basis.

                                        I ordered pack of 4 sarees Adah Swarna Combo AID for Rs. 2499 on October 4, 2012 after watching promo on Star CJ Alive Channel on Television (Order No.[protected] and the order got delivered on my address on October 5, 2012.                                         I called the customer care[protected] same day i.e on October 5, 2012 to report a non-conformance of products complaint. The Customer Care executive did not give me any Complaint Number and told me that i'll get a call back in two working days. However, i did not receive any call back. I again called customer care on Monday i.e. 08/10/2012. Customer care executive again assured me that i'll get call back in two days. Again i did not receive any call. I called customer care for third time on 11/10/2012 and the executive assured me that i'll get call back the same day, but again that was a false assurance. Today i called customer care and asked the executive to connect me to the manager or supervisor or concerned department where i can talk about my concern since it has been more than a week. But the executive refused to connect me to the concerned department.

                                        I am not getting any resolution from Star CJ Alive. Their promises and assurances are false and are making fool of people like us.

                                        Kindly look into matter and do the needful.

                                        i still didn't receive my 2 sarees i have been emailing kalazone so many times. no one has replyed yet.
                                        i would like to know whats going on with my order.
                                        i am not happy with this service at all, your company can loose so many customers.

                                        I booked the two bed sheets of wave company order no.[protected] on 16.7.2011 as shown on telvision by star cj but I recived the one bed sheet only and they charged the full amout. I complant 4-5 times but there is no proper respnse from their side, always say that our executive contact you but no body contact me, so I request you kindly help me in this regard
