We had purchased a Zync Z1000 9.7” Calling Tablet online from Star CJ .We found that the tablet has a battery problem, 100% charged battery gets drained in 2 hours of time usage. While as per product description battery lasts for 9 hours. We informed this to Star CJ immediately on next day as per their 48 hrs return policy. we asked for replace of a product since the product was defective. Customer support people told us that they will call back for a return but there was no call back from there side. We kept contacting them for a weeks time and every time we got a new person on phone so we had to explain everything again and again and got the same answer. It took our time, money and top of that i have a high blood pressure problem because of which BP level has gone high. After a 8-9 days we got to know that they have not even registered my complaint. After that we spoke to Star CJ person Mohammed Sahil he spoke to us and heard our complaint.After getting no response we asked Mhmd for Refund if they cant do anything. He said he will take our request for refund instead of replacement but whenever we spoke to him in next 1-2 hours we got a call from Zync saying that they we will not replace it they will just repair and give. This has happened twice that we spoke to Mhmd and we got call from Zync. Mhmd called us from [protected] and Recd call from Zync from [protected].

    My wife bought a Dermaseta Mini Spa and Hair Removal kit from StarCJ costing Rs. 2580 bearing order number [protected] after viewing the product on television.
    We received the parcel on 24th of March 2013. Unfortunately there was some manufacturing defect with the product which we found out after opening the pack. We made call after calls but their response was absurd.

    1st Call: My wife immediately called their Customer Care number on[protected] and requested them to exchange the product. They said that they have lodged a complaint and one of their representative would come and collect the product from us within 7 days. After that they will provide a cheque on her name within 10 working days and told that she can then order another one.

    2nd Call: After a couple of days when no one came to receive the product, my wife called them again asking about the status. They cunningly tried to avoid the matter by saying that there was no complaint lodged. When my wife started explaining what had happened in the previous call they agreed that her complaint has been lodged. One of their CSE (Customer Service Executive) said that she should call up[protected] and lodge a complaint again.

    3rd Call: My wife called up on[protected] and one of their CSE (Customer Service Executive) said that the complaint has been lodged and she would soon receive someone to collect the parcel. When my wife asked for complaint number, they said that it is the same as order number.

    4th Call: After waiting for 10 days, when no one came to collect the parcel, my wife called them up again on[protected] dated 3rd April 2013 to check status. To her surprise she was excited to hear that her product can be exchanged as said by one of the CSE (Customer Service Executive). He said that my wife would be receiving a confirmation call within 24 hrs after which they will exchange the product.

    5th Call: On 4th April 2013 at 5:20PM my wife received a call from[protected]. This time one of the CSE (Customer Service Executive) said that for any manufacturing defects we need to contact the seller directly and not StarCJ as they do not entertain such manufacturing complaints. I immediately asked my wife to pass me the phone. I asked him why should I contact the manufacturer when I bought the product from you and not used it once also. And also why did not your CSE tell me the same thing on my first call which you are telling me after 11 days? He replied that he do not know anything about it and just that he cannot help it. I told the CSE (Customer Service Executive) on line that he has 24 hrs to take some necessary action or I will go to consumer boards and other social media platforms to lodge complaints as they have already played the fool with my wife for so many days. At first the CSE requested me not to do it but then he said that he is closing the complaint and disconnected the call.

    Is this the kind of service that StarCJ provides to its customers? [censored] are they playing the fool around? I think this is the worst service an e-commerce site can provide to its customers or may be they think that they are so big that they do not care for such things. I request unfortunate customers like us not to rely on the customer care people of StarCJ.

    Days to pass my check — regarding check status

      STAR CJ NOT REFUNDING MONEY ON FOOD PROCESORE
      i bought a food factory means as a food processor company name as Rico on 26 April 2013. however the Rico mixer is not working more then 3 min and i have to wait for 12 min to restart the machine and in TV i have seen the ads so in that the machine was to big so i have order that in 2650 rs and in market the machine price is not more then 1500 rs and after delivery of product the machine was so small and it is also not working properly i am calling the star CJ for giving me big machine or to refund my money so they are not receiving my call n not giving proper answer misbehaving with me...

        subject-Defective Dry grinder of Inalsa food Processor

        Sir I had complained regarding defect in dry grinder on 27 april 2013 on inalsa email id([protected]@customer.co.in)
        I had purchased inalsa food processor fiesta by starcj .MY order no is [protected]
        & invocie no U[protected] ,itemname-Inalsa food processor fiesta roi itemcode=103878 ,date 11/11/2012
        The dry grinder is not working properly one of blade of dry grinder has broken during of grinding the condiment .The warranty period of the food processor is for 2 year from date of the receipt 11/11/12.


        i received the call from inalsa in response to my complaint mentioned above The representative of inalsa customer care gave me number of inalsa representative of my location to inform about our problem to inalsa representative.he told me to detained the technican within four days.but nobody has visited our residence so far .I would request to intervene in the matter so that the defect of the dry grinder of inalsa food processor
        may be removed without any inordinate delay.

          Star CJ — Not given the product and charged the amount

          I have bought a Samsung Microven from Star CJ for an amount of 10900 having order id no. [protected] on 23rd of March 2012 but on 10th April 2012 I have to forcefully cancel the product due to the reason that the customer care officer of Star CJ Mr. Areef told me that it will took another 10 more working days to get the product deliver to my address without giving me any valid reason for its delay. When i ask him to forward the call to a senior supervisor he just denied to forward it by saying that no one is available and then just cancel my product.

          I think if this is the way of Star CJ company to deal with customers then it is not far when this company will be out from the market.

          Still now I havent get any confirmation of the cancelation of my product and then haven't told me when the money will be reverted back to me. I am in delima as what to do.

          Please help me in this regard.

            Hi,

            This is Vinay Singhvi and my have ordered Karbonn A3 phone from online and my order number was[protected]. It got delivered but the product / display that they were showing in TV and online ad is different from what it got delivered, I paid 3999 rupees for the product. I ordered from Start CJ because liked the make and product and very much elegant as compared to what i got. If i wanted the product which they delivered i could have easily purchased from flipkart.com at 3750 (+ 8GB card free)

            I have been calling their customer service since 2 days but no one is solving my query and just giving any rolling ETA for call back but no one till yet has solved my query. Also the hands free which they gave to me i bit damaged. When I called them to report this they told me to wait for their back hand team to call back for solving my query and no spoke about returning my money back or exchanging mobile or other thing. I need to take some one this to be actioned .

            Please help me.

              Dear Team,

              We had been a very regular visitor of channel & website & had been procuring various items from there.

              Recently we ordered for a pendant set to be gifted to someone really close, but after taking delivery of the product we found that material is incomplete in regards to the product shown on your channel. We immediately consulted customer care & found that pending material is not available & thus they referred us for cancellation & thus letting us in embarrassing position in front of our closed ones..

              We cancelled the order very next day i.e. 21st March, they informed us about pickup of material within for 5 - 7 working days i.e. till 30th March considering working days till Saturday & holiday for 27th March.

              After which, we had been trying to contact your customer care but they informed us that it will take another 10 - 12 working days. We asked them to transfer the line to someone Senior for commitment level but failed to connect. They promised for call back in half an hour after all calls, but no response till now.

              We had been trying this activity for last two days & after meeting failure to do the same, thought to drop a mail in the regards & ask for intervention at senior level for commitment..

              We do understand the level of matter & also the value of the order, i am also working in Service industry & understand the challenges faced during the order & post order & just thought to bring it in your notice & let it not repeat in future with other customers.

              Since online industry is the future, may the better post service & response results in positive effect on business.

              Thus, looking forward for your valuable & earliest response on the same & further closure of the same.

                Please be informed that I ordered a 75 piece cutting edge dinner set from starcj on 27th of february 2013(order number-[protected]) under the name of Lorraine Saluja(Phone number-[protected]) and I got the order on 28th of february 2013 but after checking the order there was 1 piece missing out of 75 peices(Oval tray) and a complaint was registered at customer care([protected]) of starcj on 28th February 2013 at 10 am itself and they promised to change the complete set in 1-2 working days and asked me to keep the set as it is so it could be changed but it didnt happen and I got a call on 3rd March 2013 that they will be sending me the Oval tray in 10-15 working days and I kept confirming the same with them during this time period and they kept asking me to wait but they didnt send the same to me and I again recieved a call on 24th March 2013 and they asked me to take 50 points for next transaction which I refused looking at such poor service and they told me that I will get the tray in 7-10 working days and due to Holi and Good friday it stretched till 9th april 2013 and I am still waiting for the same they are not helping me just giving me a run around.Kindly help me getting this resolved as I have wasted a lot of time and money just to get one tray and its been 2 months now.Looking forward towards your help.

                  Hi I ordered for a blender, grill maker from Star CJ. The Life crystal blender was of such poor quality that smoke started coming out while we switched on for testing for the first time. The motor became so hot and it stopped functioning.
                  They have still not sent any product for replacement. This is horrible consumer service, horrible products. I dont know how i got fooled with such a fraud company.
                  STAR CJ alive should shut down and all people working there should be arrested for forgery.

                    i ordered three Airy bra pack from star cj aive.on tv they said i[censored] have 38 size u shoul order medium size.I ordered medium size.i paid the delievery boy 1900 total amt.and my order number is-[protected].i tried one piece out of three it is very very loose.i immediayely called them and asked them to change the size but they refused.i tequested them to atleast chande the two pieces which i dint try and even asked them to take delievery charges from me but they did not helped me and refused.i dont understand why they cant changed the size .the product is without dame and fresh nothing wrong in that but even then they are not ready to exchange.i spent 1900/ cash and they got waist as the product is of no use to me.kindly look into the matter asap.tel them to give me the rightsize.

                      I ordered "3 Pcs Kitchen Combo Set (Black Grill + Hand Blender + Slicer) Roi" on 8th of March, 2013 and I received the order on 11 march, 2013 in which blender was missing.
                      Since that day I am complaining about it to starcj
                      But I am not getting any response from them
                      I have also had a word with supervisor on call, but still there is no response from them

                      They are saying that they are trying y number but my number is switched off, which is incorrect.
                      I gave them my grandfather's and husband's number as well, but none of them receive any call and starcj says they cannnot deliver hand blender till they don't confirm on call

                      So they have my 3 numbers, but still they cannot contact me since Macrh 11 and today is march 30. How stupid reason they are giving me.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          As I Placed the Order with Star CJ of Oleev Pomace Olive Oil new(1ltr*4 Bottles) and the Order Number was [protected] in the month of Jan 2013 through online shopping on the internet.

                          I received the order within 3 days, but I didn't receive except one Item "Free 2 pcs Nonstick (kadai+tawa) worth Rs.1100/". Then I called to Customer care and told them that I didn't receive the above mentioned item,then they gave me assurance that your item will reach you within 7 to 10 working days,we are processing your request to our complaint department , So I had waited for 10 days, but when the item reached at my home, that was not the proper item for which I had made a complaint, so again I called to customer care as well as drop an email to them, and told them all the story, after that I followed up with them lots of time and sent 5-6 times emails , but till today I didn't get any response or any call from them,

                          Lastly I fed up & frustrated and want to complain against them.

                          So I request you to please look on to this issue, Help me.......

                          StarCJ — delivery not done

                          We bought a Sansui TV from www.STARCJ.com via order number [protected] on 30th October, 2011. Although it was clearly mentioned that the delivery would be made in 5 working days, the TV has not been delivered yet. We have made several complaints via customer care and writing mails, but neither any action has been taken nor have we received a satisfactory reply explaining the reason for the delay.
                          i have bought a whirlpool 25Ltr microwave on www.STARCJ.com via 25th October, 2011. Although it was clearly mentioned that the delivery would be made in 5 working days, the TV has not been delivered yet. We have made several complaints via customer care and writing mails, but neither any action has been taken nor have we received a satisfactory reply explaining the reason for the delay

                            Hi,

                            I have bought Android Tab 7 from Star CJ Alive when i used that tab but there internet is not working.
                            When was showing Tablet telecast on TV there has specifically said, any dongle will work in the tablet but that is not true.
                            I request you don’t purchase any product from Star CJ Alive. There are misguiding to customer.

                              I had ordered a Birla Food Processor from Star CJ vide their Invoice no[protected] order no. [protected]
                              which i found not working on same day of delivery I contacted Star cj for this and they confirmed me that they will
                              arrange a conference call with birla food processors technical team but even after three days their are not reverting
                              even after my follow ups with Star cj team
                              I feel this is cheating and harassment to customers of Star cj

                                I have purchased on 25/2/2013 a smarttab android mt12 from starcj.There they have shown and written (on website)that the tab supports 3G from external dongle which it not.whereas other tabs shown by the same starcj company they have specially written, It supports selected dongle but in case of smartab android mt12 it not .when i reported this matter to them they given me company's number, there also I enquired they told that you have to purchase our company's dongle for that i have to pay extra money in their company's account and they will deliver the material to me,god knows how many days it will took.
                                but the matter is not the dongle.Matter is I feel cheated and utterly deceived by the Starcj in this matter. please suggest me what to do.

                                  hi have made online purchase of grill toaster through STAR CJ. They promised the replacement of degected product. whole product is defected.iam calling customer care fron last one week to get replacement of product. i have talked many customer reps bt they keep me on long hold with a promise tht they will bring their senior named SHIV online. but they dsconnected the call after waiting on long hold. this has been repeated many i do hv the recording of all the iberactions with customer servive agents..today i got a call frm mumbai the agent named sunny asked to courier the product to mumbai because they dnt hv service center in delhi.my question is y i should bear the cost of courier since its nt my headache if they dnt hv service centr in delhi .i dnt want any replacement nw i want money back..plz help me ..

                                    I have purchased Birla Food processor from Starcj online and i have paid them Rs.2995 and first i received this product with damaged then i called customer care then they replaced with another one but the product again received with damaged and for this replacement i called again to customer care but they did not delivered me replacement of thif product. Since one month this product is at my home and box packed unable to use it.

                                    BIRLA product is very bad Never I seen such hopeless product & service is also very bad Iam going to put before electronic media because people will come to know not to purchase BIRLA product .already many people are suffering from this product there is huge list we are gathering & going to appropriate forum.

                                        I had place an order for purchase of Tanishq Ivy Pendent on 28.12.2012. with Star CJ on phone for payment against delivery of order costing Rs. 6900/-.

                                        2. The courier Gati Courier delivered the packet supposed to contain the ordered goods on 30.12.2012 and collected the cash of Rs. 6900/- towards order number [protected] , for Tanishq ivy pendant for rs 6,900.00 & got invoice number invoice no:[protected], towards docket no:[protected] delivered by GATI courier invoice no:[protected].

                                        3. Courier left immediately and on opening the courier packet the packing of the jewelery was there but the pendent was missing . Immediately phoned with in one minute of the of the courier, who refused to take complaint or responsibility for the missing item. He said he was responsible to deliver the packet and he does not check the contents of the packet , and as he has delivered the packet , so he is not responsible for the missing contents.

                                        4. Immediately, Phoned the star CJ Customer care , had long conversations and was assured by them that the product will be sent to me… After that phone 12 times from 30.12.12 till 4.1.13 & spoke to numerous executives spoke… each time a new one spoke so had to explain the whole story again ... name of the people I talked to was Mr Rajat, Ms jyoti, Mr. chandan mehra, Mr akshit,
                                        Finally I was told that a Mr Rajesh Sharma , senior supervisor will
                                        look into the matter.. But he was always unavailable or the executives never connected .

                                        I’ve only got one call back from the company which was on 31st dec 2012, where in they said they will resolve. No complaint number is given by the company , where by we could track the status with their call center.
                                        After that 31.12.12 call , I have persistently called them many times, seeking a complaint resolution. neither any complaint number has been given and they say that my mobile itself is the complaint number.

                                        On February 5 or called on their Supervisor Mr Vishal verma, he said he assures a response till Monday.Basis the past track of the complaint resolution , I ask for immediate resolution of the complaint/

                                        I ask the Star CJ Management to look in to matter if they read the FB page and provide the relief of the refund of my money or supply of the promised Pendent ,failing which I reserve my right to seek justice from Consumer forum or court of law .
