my order no.[protected]. i ordered richenna hair color .as per your advertisement you assured that the color will last in hair for atleast 6 months but it started getting fade in 6-7 days. your customer care no. is not helping at all nor brand's customer support is helping. it means you are cheating consumers. how would my complain would be listened and will get justice.

    i have order a life crystal portable blender chopper it was delivered on 25 april 2014 but i used it on 5 may l but it was not working properly and immediately inform Star cj alive .Number of time I call customer care centre of star cj alive they said your product change with in 24 hours since 3 to 4 days they said your product change in 24 hours .       I am buy the item(Design Nail Studio) from Star CJ on 11 Apr and same was paid through cash on delivery. The item received are faulty and call to Star CJ, thereafter StarCJ has provide one Tele no for me for clarification. After discussion and clarification of department I am sended the Design Nail Studio back on 25th Apr. But the issue of this, the item sended through Bluedart Courier and received on 28th Apr, the company was claim he has not received any item, i am contact with Blue dart courier service he has confirm to me, the item has delivered perfectly.(Copy att for Bluedart Courier tack service on web) The details as required by for clarification is under below : Order No : '[protected]' Price : Rs.1500/- Courier charges : Rs.350/- Track No : [protected](Way bill No)Sceeen shot attach for your ready refernce.         I purchase the smart tab x2 15 days ago from star cj. when i receive the tab after 2 hours i call at star cj customer care register my complain its touch not good & very hang & not working. i request to him refund my amount or change my product but they are tell me not possible of refund & give me customer care no. of "nakamichi techno pvt. ltd. = [protected]". When i call them they not give me proper response I am very very harassing of this product & lot of waste my time & lot of contact at star cj customer care & nakamichi customer care. But till today no any respose. And i waste more amount in only contact them. This expense also effect me. The tablet currently off & not switch on. When i switch on only showing on screen "smar tab".         my name is huzef mistri. I purchase
        smarttab x2 from starcj.com. But i am totally not satisfied with this
        tablet. When i recieve tablet after 2 hours i registered my complain
        at starcj & nakamichi customer care also. But no any response. I am
        very harass of this product. Tablet 's battery not work more than 2
        hours, it is very hang & not proper work. I pay Rs.6000 of this
        product. When i charge tablet it is very hot of the backside &
        currently my call expense at customer care equal of like my tablet
        cost but no any response. What i do of this case. currently my tablet
        is off when i on it on & showing first "smart tab" than "android" &
        than no any movement. This product's customer care at delhi & i am
        from ahmedabad so what i do for solve my problem.so please help me.

        sakta tha lekin me itna educated person hu aur mene mene jisko gift
        kiya meri itni beijjjati ho gayi sir iss liye sir Jald se jald muje
        iska reply dijiye sir. Iska kya ho sakta hai aur muje kya karna chaiye
        sir. Ahmedabad bhi itni badi city hai me yaha se koi product le sakta
        tha lekin mene ek trust pe ye product purchase kiya hai aur pura 15
        din se me pareshan ho raha hu aur lagatar 15 din se me starcj aur
        nakamichi ke call center me call kar raha hu mera call ka expense itna
        hogaya hai sir. Me kal aapko call karne wala hu So sir aap se request
        hai mera problem solve karva dijiye. Me mera details likh raha hu

        Sir i purchased smart tab from shop cj and since begining it is giving so much of problem. Touch screen not working. I searched all the day long in Bangalore to change touch screen. But no repair shop found the touch screen in market. They tried a lot but they became helpless. My complain is why so much inferior quality items you are advertising so much smartly? Also help me out finding me any customer care where I can ger it repairex.

          Hi,
          My name is Nirav Joshi i purchase a mixer from starcj and the quality of the product was not good so i called back and return the product next day. When the delivery person came he took the product and ran away saying we will receive a call from Starcj but unfortunately we did not receive any call.After that we followed up for 2 months but we did not receive refund yet.

          I am attaching the order email copy for reference. Many call and has been made to receive the refund but it is not received yet. Yesterday i received a call. Please find the Order no:[protected].

          We have made several attempt to receive our money back they take complaints also but they are doing the same from last 2 months.

              I am sanjay bansal # 32307, st. No: 14, partap nagar, bhatinda ( punjab ), mb. No:[protected].I can purchase a lava e tab velo+ . Invoice no.[protected], order no. [protected]. Date-17.01.2014, some days after it has the problem of sound and low battery backup . Then we can go to the lava service centre they can receive the tab from me and give me a receipet . Receipet no.8554 and date - 21.03.2014. They tell that you an visit to lava service centre after 4-5 days . After 10 days we can visit to lava service centre but they cannot give any response to me and they can tell me that we can give tab to the lava head service centre for service . They give me workorder no.[protected] date- 31.03.2014, we can visit the service centre many times but they cannot give any response to me . If you cannot solve this problem in 2-3 working days then i can file to consumer forum { all documents attached with this complaint }

                I ordered xpad simmitronics mobile on dated 16/04/2014, which was delivered to me on dated 21/04/2014 I cleared the bill rs 3299/ on above date only.On opening the pack I found the mobile screen was half black, seem to be damaged.I registered my complaint on your customer care number on dated 22/04/2014.From dated 22/04/14 till today I call atleast 100 times but didnt get any response on your behalf.I am totally dissatisfied with your product and complaints follow up, wishing to file complaint against your company in consumer forum and lodge a F.I.R.

But the above noted parcel is not received by me till to date. The commitment of parcel delivery from company 3 to 5 days . I wait 15 days . Lastly I have cancel my order on 08/04/2014 . and company telling to me your refund is credited on 7 to 10 days Now after 10 days I notice to merchant but they have no any action. I call their executive many times, I wrote email many time but they are no any response by merchant .

                  So, please check & trace out the matter and resolve this matter.

Next day I called star cj customer service to refund of money they cancelled my order by sending me following msg Dear Customer, your order no [protected] has been cancelled due to your non availability for delivery. For any service call us at[protected]. They told me you will get back your money within 5 to 6 days. I have called they many time but no use. They are making Me fool. I have spoke with their team leader mr. Kanhya but he is also fraud. My Order No : [protected] As we are register in star cj & we keep watching star CJ at home we have book many item from star cj also. In 17 Apr 2014 we booked one HCL calling tab in phone booking & Ms tanvi is attended of that call, she didn’t give any information about product guideline & fault repairing. After booking HCL TAB very next day we received that tab that currier guy just handover delivery & asking about money & not seen anything. We handover money to currier guy & take that parcel. After opening that product we got to know that was faulty TAB hence we again call to customer care & they told us to go at HCL service centar. My Question is 1) If product is purches from you then why customer should go at customer care, this your responsible to get it checked as this is new product. 2) While sending Bill you haven’t mention IMEI no or serial number in bill. 3) Your customer Exicutive Mr. Bhushan is talking rudely with customer. 4) Your executive is for helping to customer or to order to customer. 5) Who will responsible for faulty product while receiving. 6) What are the procedure to get money back for faulty product. 7) Also in your mail sended by Mr. Sharma there is mistake as this product is 7999 & he sended me mail for 10000 bill amount. 8) Your first time call attender Ms. Tanvi dosent told about product information terms 7 condition. I think you people only fooling to customers.

                        Star Life Ok Channel — complaint on timings of the show

                        All the day after work I want to watch my favourite show Devo ke dev mahadev...this starlife ok channel always changes the timings...I really feel angry and upset...I request u to plz to repeat telecast it on same time that is at 11.30 pm...plz...

                        Vijay TV is blaming Life Ok, apparently they send the dubbed version and for some reason it stopped.

                            This is an unexpected response from such a famous online shopping website. I bought a product for Rs.7000, it was a combo offer, I ordered Bhalaria Dinner Set and a cassarole set was there in the combo offer. I received(not even asked before delivery) the product on 22 march 2014. I checked everything on 24th and found that one of the casseroles has a manufacturing defect in it. I called the customer care of Star CJ Alive but to my surprise they simply said its out of 48 hrs now and we would not entertain any complaint on the product. I was stunned. This was not expected from them. Then after repeatedly calling them they provided another contact number of mumbai saying this is the manufacturer's number I should complain directly there. I tried talking to them (Bhalaria side) they simply said if the defected product is Bhalaria's then they can help but since the cassarole set(which was in the combo offer) isn't of Bhalaria's make therefore they also denied of any help. Now I want to register a complaint against Star CJ Alive. Either change the defected product or fully refund my amount and take back the whole product. Unaccepted and rude behaviour of Star CJ Alive.                               item code[protected]/sku : 004 / Item Name :slim and lift Aire bra pack of 3 Aid / color : none / Size code :005/sku Details:Xl/ pack of 3 aire bra. The advertisement that was shown on tv has no relevance to what was shown. It states that the breast gets lifted and is much better that buckle bra, but that is not the case. The product is not as per what is being shown. This is a pure case if misinformation given for boosting the sale. When asked for refund on phone the executives from star cj refuse very arrogantly to refund the amount.

                                | bought one sheffield juicer from star CJ in month of December 2013. but when we try it first time it is spark and not working on the firt day of delivery, Sir I' m continuously follow up with Star CJ call center team from the m/o December 2013. but till date I'm not received any single resolution form your end, I'm very fed up to your service ant product. my money is totally waist ed.

                                  €Order No. [protected] Complaints Team, I hope atleast I would get an urgent attention on this email as this was not done on calls by your customer service. The Order mentioned above was the one which was delivered to me in damaged condition. I had asked for the replacement which was done instantly and I did appreciate that. However let me tell you that appreciation for instant help and support did not last long as the exchanged product I received was faulty. Which has been a one time use which is not acceptable. Since then I am trying to raise a complaint which is not taken care of. Your superiors even are irresponsible. And let me tell you my frustrations doubles speaking to your supervisors and one of the CSRs named Vishal Singh who does not know what is a customer service. He was so rude to me. Today also i called you and was on hold being transferred to a supervisor for more than 20 mins!!such a pathetic service!! Im not surprised because i have experiencing this with you, its been couple of days now. I need a refund for this product as it would take ages for you to built in that confidence and trust. I will only give you time till tomorrow 5pm. If i do not get any response then I will make sure all will be on the social networking sites and I would surely mail you a screenshot for the same.                                     Paid rs. 1249/- through net banking. Item not received. They tells sent through aremex courier whose service does not exist in my address and returned back vide aramex docket no [protected] on 07 mar 14. But still not forwarded to me. Given a false india post baggage post no which is of delhi delivery area. Either send me the item or refund me the money. Every day when calls says mrs kabita will call u back within 30 minute. Ur complain is already registered. But no one calls back. Ple see. One channel is running for star cj so big company- owner but seems no reliability. How can we indian will believe it. For rs. 1249/- i might have used phone calls charge for rs. 1000/- at least. Please call me back for present position on mob: [protected]

                                      I placed an order on 9 march 2013 and on the website starcj.com, it was written that they will deliver the product in 3-5 working days. But even after 15 days they are not able to deliver the product. Every time I call them, they have only one answer that they will going to deliver product by tomorrow and the problem is that I have made the online payment and I can not cancel the order. So, I request all the people, not to place any order with star.com

                                        1. I am regular customer of STARCJ and registered user with
                                        starcj and I booked a Videocon 2 G Calling Tab VA75C vide order no[protected] Dt 05 Mar 2014 from your website Starcj.com and paided amount Rs 6999/- by paying through my credit card, but due to some my own commitment I cancelled the same order calling through my mob [protected] to starcj no [protected]
                                        on 09 Mar 2013 around 2050hrs and spoken to starcj customer care executive name Mr Bhole.My call was dropped and I again approached on same number and I was confirmed that your Order has been cancelled, your actual paid amount will be reversed to your account with in 5-7 days I goat a call from Starcj no
                                        [protected] at 2100 from Mr Bhole and He confirmed that Your order has been cancelled.

                                        And spoken to customer care agents, they assured me that your money will be revered with in 5-7 working
                                        days, but still not, Yesterday I again contacted to StraCj No [protected] and spoken to customer care agent Mr.
                                        Gagandeep Singh, he also assured that wait till 21 Mar 2013, but still the situation is same . Again I spoken
                                        to customer care agent Mr. Rahul on[protected], he also assured me that I have manage a call, they will call you, but no one contacted till dt.

                                        4.I am feeling much embarrassed and disturbed with the response from StarCj .
                                        Kindly take the matter serious and trace out at which end the
                                        fault is, so that I may get my money back.

                                        5. I have sent the mail to [protected]@starcj.com before this but no response from your side.

                                        6. I have spoken to starcj complaint helpline no [protected] today with Mr Gopinath and he again said same
                                        thing I have made a complain our Supervisor will make call to you, but same
                                        response.

                                        7. Then I spoken to Korea courier Express agent Miss Kiran Help line and told about my problem she told me that
                                        the consignment was delivered wrong and have taken back that and We are reporting to starcj
