CREDITTED/REVERSED TO MY ACCOUNT.
1. I am regular customer of STARCJ and registered user with
starcj and I booked a Videocon 2 G Calling Tab VA75C vide order no[protected] Dt 05 Mar 2014 from your website Starcj.com and paided amount Rs 6999/- by paying through my credit card, but due to some my own commitment I cancelled the same order calling through my mob [protected] to starcj no [protected]
on 09 Mar 2013 around 2050hrs and spoken to starcj customer care executive name Mr Bhole.My call was dropped and I again approached on same number and I was confirmed that your Order has been cancelled, your actual paid amount will be reversed to your account with in 5-7 days I goat a call from Starcj no
[protected] at 2100 from Mr Bhole and He confirmed that Your order has been cancelled.

On different occasion I have contacted to Starcj phone no [protected]
And spoken to customer care agents, they assured me that your money will be revered with in 5-7 working
days, but still not, Yesterday I again contacted to StraCj No [protected] and spoken to customer care agent Mr.
Gagandeep Singh, he also assured that wait till 21 Mar 2013, but still the situation is same . Again I spoken
to customer care agent Mr. Rahul on[protected], he also assured me that I have manage a call, they will call you, but no one contacted till dt.
4.I am feeling much embarrassed and disturbed with the response from StarCj .
Kindly take the matter serious and trace out at which end the
fault is, so that I may get my money back.
5. I have sent the mail to [protected]@starcj.com before this but no response from your side.
6. I have spoken to starcj complaint helpline no [protected] today with Mr Gopinath and he again said same
thing I have made a complain our Supervisor will make call to you, but same
response.
7. Then I spoken to Korea courier Express agent Miss Kiran Help line and told about my problem she told me that
the consignment was delivered wrong and have taken back that and We are reporting to starcj
Kindly You only speak to satarcj.With this I am waiting response from them.
