[Resolved]  Star Cj — Harrasment From Star Cj Alive

Hi,

My Name is Rohit Mehta. Recently i purchased a Whirlppol Magicook Microwave 25 L from Star Cj included a Mixer Grinder of an unknown Brand as a Gift. Somehow from the very first day the mixer grinder is not at all working even it is in under warranty period. I have call Star CJ for the same but all i have got is just a harrasment. Everytime whenever i call their customer care executives they used to say that they will do that same. And one of the exec said in a very cheap lang ” Free mein aur kya maharaja mixer grinder loge?”



I never asker star CJ to provide gift hampers but i[censored] are representing something on a National TV. You shouldnt behave like this. This is the way u r treating Customers. Since i have not received any call from their side. What do i do. Plz suggest.

Instead of getting an apology or a service call from the company i am receiving threatning call from them. saying that do whatever u want we will not do anything.

Provide a solution for this pathetic Product.

Very true. They are cheater and fraud company. They haven't deliverd my Lunch box set which they promised to deliver before 10th March 2011 but after 7 months and hundreds of call they are making excuse.

Don't purchase anything from this fraud company. They make you fool. You can purchase same goods at better price from market.

Also they are selling refurbished and defective goods.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONY!!! THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL OF MY DEAREST ONE.

STAR CJ - Morphy Richards - Jmg — Wrong Commitment

I ordered a Morphy Richards JMG and was promised a free Grill with it. The associate who accepted my order on phone also confirmed that I would receive a Grill, however, they sent a sandwich maker. Assuming that this may have happened in error, I called and requested for the sandwich maker to be exchanged for the Grill as shown on TV. I was a promised a call back in return which never happened. I've been calling everyday since last 10 days and after having spoken to almost 4 executives and 2 supervisors, I am now registering a complaint.

It is surely an Extremely Bad Customer Experience, considering that it was my first time shopping from Star CJ. Of course I am sharing this with my friends and relatives too.

I am Mr kansal from Delhi, unfortunately brought a Murphy Richards's mixer grinder from this fake / cheater company. I denied to took delivery ( at the time of receiving product ) I noticed that there is some problem in it, but on behalf of their delivery boy & c/care commitments i accepted.

After once i accepted. there is no one who even look into the matter. as usual alway
make completely face commitment that within 48 Hrs our representative will be at your door. Oh God how disgusting these peoples are.

I personally spoke with them ( c.care officer ) but all are helpless.
I suggest you all pl avoid to take / buy any product from this channel. they are completer cheater / fake / disgusting peoples . they don't have any proper working system. they just making full to others.

STAR CJ On Line Shopping — consignment not delivered

I had booked Samsung Microwave from Star CJ on 22.03.2011 order no [protected] and made on line payment on 23.03.2011. I have not received the item so far . I have lodged many complaints on their customer care. But nothing has been done in this regard. I want to cancel this order and want my money to be refunded.

These people are really disgusting / fake / cheaters. the services after sale is the worst like any thing in INDIA. since last Dec 2010 i am also facing more-less same problem
But till yet i got only N only fake commitments from these peoples.

STAR CJ Maharaja Mixer Grinder — Non working product delivered

I ordered a Maharja Mixer grinder worth Rs 1900 from Star CJ TV show on 14-May -2011. They Delivered a Non Working Maharaja Mixer grinder on 18-May-2011. When I called them , They promised to replace the product. However I am not satified with the type of product and service they provided. It's my first order and I recived a non working item. I want my money back instead of replacement. Star CJ fool people with false advertisements, poor quality products and MRPs. The gift provided was also of poorest quality and different from they show on television.
