State Bank of India / ATM — ATM Card Not Working
I had an ATM card earlier which suddenly stopped working, I complained the same to my local SBI, AT Road Branch the told to apply for new card and I did, against which the bank debited 200/- to my account, but still my card is not working what should I do I don't know, I am thinking to change my bank now, I have also an account in Axis bank whose ATM Card is working vey finely. You need not change the Bank at all. The SBI has the largest network and this will definitely benefit you at sometime. When you receive you card, collect the new password (called pin) from the branch and donot forget to get the card activated in the system when you collect the pin from the Bank's branch.

I am suresh, a sbi account holder of no.[protected] have taken rs.8100 at 8.06.2009 from icici atm centre which is in pondicherry but actually my account is in yanam(UT OF PONDICHERRY) branch, it had shown that network problem occured unable to process your request.
After sometime again i tried to take money but unfortunately have no money in my account, it is debited but have not received that money from ATM machine.I gave complaint to to my sbi branch but till now didn't get that money, what can i do further to get my money soon.

my indian bank saving account No.[protected]. I used my Indian bank ATM card(NO; [protected]) in state bank of india ATM cash counter, kalpakkam, chennai-603102 at 7th july 2009 in 20;23 pm. The state bank of india branch code NO; 2219. I was entered in ATM cash counter RS. 8000/-(EIGHT THOUSAND ONLY). The display were shown in SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS and receipt came. In the receipt ATM ID NO; S1AC00221902. I checked my balance enquiry statement the Rupees Eight thousand were detected, but I did not got any money in SBI ATM cash counter . Please I kindly request you to take necessary action for bring back money to my account. I already intimated regarding this to my INDIAN BANK home branch (Branch code no ; 286)

State Bank of India / ATM — Amount debited cash not received
I am the holder of SB A/c No. [protected]-3 at State Bank of India, CGO Complex Branch, Lodi Road, New Delhi- 110003. On 23.12.08, I used my ATM Card No. [protected] 970 for withdrawing Rs. 5, 000/- from SBI, Kangra, Dist. Kangra Branch, Himachal Pradesh.ATM gave the option unable to process due to network error. I again tried to withdraw Rs. 5, 000/- but the ATM gave the same option.
But, when I checked my balance Rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account. I complaint in both SBI branches (where my account is maintained and where ATM Centre was).
But they told that my complain is false. Then, on 15.01.09 an amount of Rs. 5, 000/- was credited to my account by the SBI Branch.
I have not received the remaining Rs. 5, 000/- yet. I also visited the SBI Branch at CGO Complex to know the present status of my complaint but all in vain.
I shall be very grateful if you could kindly look into the matter personnal so that I get the remaining amount.
