[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — non receipt of money

having account in sbi thirumayam branch at pudukkottai district in tamilnadu, i went to withdraw money using sbi atm card in canarabank on 30 th of june. After fullfil all entries for withdraw the money i got only transaction slip instead rs.13000/- and it is told the amount debitted from my account. I lodged a complaint in the concerned bank but till today i didnt get the money recreditted in my account.,

State Bank of India — Non receipt of Money from ATM

I am having SB Account with State Bank of India with account No": [protected] of Rajahmundry main Branch, Andhra Pradesh. I went to the ATM of SBI located near High school in Tadepalligudem on 27/2/2010 to draw Rs. 10,000/=. I followed the usual procedure for drawing funds but Rs. 10,000/- was debited to my account and the amount not came and immediately contacted the customer care [protected] and complained about this matter and they have registered my complaint and gave ticket No:AT 90492837. even after lapse of 15 days the complaint was not solved. Further on 13.3.2010 50 Rs. of each was deducted 3 times though i have only one card. I request you to kindly take up the matter that Rs. 10,000/= + 100 Rs to be credited to the account and penalty to be paid by bank at the rate of Rs. 50/- per day after 12 days of the complaint

I am having SB a/c No.[protected] ATM card No.[protected] in SBI R.S.Puram Branch, Coimbatore-641 002. I have used my ATM card at State Bank Of Hyderabad ATM centre at P.N.Pudur, Coimbatore to withdraw Rs.5000/- on 16.10.2010 two times . But due to sum reason ATM machine has not delivered cash to me but in my account Rs.5000/- has been debited TWO TIMES. But given reverse credit only ONE TIME. I have given written complaint on 18.10.2010 to my branch. I did not get the money of Rs.5000/- credited in my account till date. Please do the need full. Thanking you,

I USED DAL [LAKE] GATE SBI ATM 0N 04/11/2010 TO WITHDRAW RS.10000/- FROM MY CENTRAL BANK S/B ACCOUNT[protected] BY USING MY CENTRAL BANK ATM CARD [protected] AT 4-30 TO 5-30 PM.BUT DUE TO CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM I COULD NOT GET RS 10000/- FROM SBI DAL GATE ATM. BUT LATER AROUND 7 PM I SUCCESSFULLY WITHDRAW RS10000/-ON LAL CHAWK SBI ATM USING SAME CENTRAL BANK ATM CARD.CHECKING MY BALANCE I FOUND RS 20000/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY CENTRAL BANK ACCOUNT WHEREAS THAT DAY I WITHDRAW RS10000/-ONLY.NOW I CLAIM FOR THE REFUND OF EXCESS DEBITED Rs10000/-.
TO THE CENTRAL BANK KOLKATA FEEDER RD BRANCH . NOW THEY ASKED ME FOR[protected]] ATM ID OFTHAT DAL GATE SBI ATM BRANCH.2] THE TXN NO OF THOSE UNSUCCESSFULL ATM ATTEMPT OF DAL GATE SBI ATM Between [4-30TO5-30PM] NOW IT IS MY EARNEST REQUEST THAT KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE DAL GATE SBI ATM ID NO & TXN NO OF MY UNSUCCESSFULL ATM ATTEMPT BETWEEN 4-30 TO 5-30PM AT DAL GATE SBI - ATM [WITHIN A PETROL PUMP] ON 4/11/10 . THIS IS VERY URGENT AND MOST IMPORTANT HELP TO ME FOR THE REVIVAL OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY OF RS.10000/- PLEASE HELP ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE..

money not recieved but deduct the balance

i piuyash jain having an a/c in the asix bank .from vasant kunj delhi[DL] plot no 2, center for social research BDG Nelson Mandela RD, VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI 110070. a/c no [protected]
when i tried to withdraw rs 1600 from my a/c [protected] on 27TH FEB around 16:25 from the sbi atm HAPUR at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.ND SBI ATM id is- S10B[protected] & TXN NO- 8398.

sir i have already given the complain to the sbi naval base and also sbi HAPUR but till now no any reply come not the money .

so iam requesting you to take necessary action

Sir, I B Pradeep Kumar is being customer of SBI Account Number is [protected], sir i made cash transaction with ATM centre at Chennai central SBI ATM, Canara Bank ATM during my transaction amount was not received and accordingly returned. Further i checked my balance on 04/03/2012 Rs. 6, 000/- was deducted from my account, please credit my undelivered amount in my account please.
